THE DETERMINANTS OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN SHARIA BANK IN JAMBI WITH ISLAMIC APPROACH
This study aimed to determine the direct effect between customer perceived value (CPV), trust towards satisfaction on customer of sharia banks in Jambi province. The development of Sharia banking in Jambi is quite slow compared to other provinces in Sumatra Island. This research was conducted in Jambi Province. The design of this study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to obtain primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 140 customers in six Sharia commercial banks in Jambi province by using purposive sampling method in determining the sample. Determination of the minimum sample size in this study refers to the statement of Hair et al. Then the quantitative data was processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings of this study found that an exogenous latent variable Customer Perceived Value affects customer trust and satisfaction. PERBANDINGAN APBN PEMERINTAH ERA PRESIDEN SBY – JK DAN JOKOWI – JK: ANALISIS BELANJA NEGARA PERSPEKTIF MAQĀSID SYARI`AH
Government budget is an important thing to pay attention. Whether spending in the APBN can meet the basic needs of its people or not. In Islam, the basic needs are reflected in the five maqasid sharia namely hifdzud-din, hifdzun-nafs, hifdzul ‘aql, hifdzun-nasl and hifdzul-mal. This journal was written using descriptive qualitative research methods with the main data source in the form of an APBN. This study looked at the comparison of government spending during SBY - JK and Jokowi - JK based on functions, then included in the indicators of each of the five maqasid sharia. The results of the study show that in the era of President SBY - JK, the expenditure budget in maqasid sharia was prioritized on hifdzul-‘aql, hifdzun-nafs and hifdzul-mal, then on hifdzud-din and hifdzun-nasl. The level of maqasid syariah is in the order of the hifdzun-nafs budget in 2010 and 2011, and in the hifdzul-'aql in 2013. Whereas in the time of Jokowi – JK the budget priority in maqasid syariah was seen in hifdzul-mal and hufdzun-nafs, then on hifdzul -'aql, hifdzu-din and finally hifdzun-nasl. The level of maqasid sharia which is sequential is only found in the budget in hifdzul-‘aql in 2015, 2016 and 2018
LITERASI KEUANGAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA: (STUDI KASUS MAHASISWA FEBI IAIN LHOKSEUMAWE)
Every individual wants a happy and prosperous life. To achieve that it takes knowledge of financial literacy in order for someone to avoid financial problems. This study aims to examine how the level of financial literacy students majoring in Islamic economics Faculty of Economics and Business Islam (FEBI) IAIN Lhokseumawe. And whether the level of income affects the management and financial decisions of students of the Department of Sharia Economics FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe. Respondents studied are students who come from FEBI majoring in Sharia Economics amounted to 100 people. Mean and frequency test were used in this study. The result of the study shows that the average score of financial literacy students of Economics Department of FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe of 3.27 (65.4%) means that the level of student financial literacy is still far from the optimum or still quite enough, even close to the low category so it should be increased especially related to the knowledge of expenditure, credit, savings and investment. The average student income level lies in the medium/moderate category of 56%. Giving meaning differences in student income levels affect financial management and make the right financial decisions.
HALAL LABELISATION OF HARAM FOOD IN MAKALE TORAJA
Halal is the eligibility status of food for the Muslims to consume. This research is intended to prove the practice of halal label manipulation in the target restaurants and to find out the factors supporting to this practice. The research methods are in line with MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) the Board of Indonesian Muslim Scholars which has the authority to issue the halal-labeled food for business. The study has discovered the practice of halal labeling of illicit products in food stalls. The study found some problems: 1) fake halal label and basmalah (to mention the name of Allah) on the shop, 2) the cooking process mixed with unlawful raw materials, 3) the meats are unlawful to consume since they were slaughtered beyond Islamic way, 4) weak supervision regarding haram (unlawful) products with phony halal-label. 5) weak supervision of halal-labeled food on the market displays, 6) omission of halal food labeling, 7) complicated halal certification process
INDUSTRI WISATA HALAL DI SUMATERA BARAT: POTENSI, PELUANG DAN TANTANGAN
The aim of this research is to map the economic potential of the development of halal tourism in West Sumatra, and analyze the opportunities and challenges of developing halal tourism in West Sumatra. This research uses mixed methods. The location of the study was conducted in West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that West Sumatra has a very potential halal tourist destination. Tourist attractions in West Sumatra are one of the most popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. Supported by a variety of facilities supporting the halal tourism industry including the availability of good sharia-compliant hotels, comfortable worship facilities, and the availability of halal culinary centers. Tourism is one of the contributors to local revenue sources (PAD)
RELEVANSI BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN EFEKTIVITAS SEBUAH PERUSAHAAN: STUDI PADA RESHARE RABBANI CABANG MALANG RAYA
This research aims to describe the relevance of organizational culture in creating corporate effectiveness at Reshare Rabbani Malang Branch. Reshare Rabbani has an unique strategies that different from other companies. By using qualitative research, through in-depth interview, documentation and observation, data were analyzed descriptively with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the culture adopted by Reshare Rabbani is a strong culture, depicted by the values that are deeply embedded in the members of the organization, based on the value of Tawheed, grateful, never giving up, continuous improvement, caring in every circumstance and high responsibility. Organizational culture at Reshare Rabbani is relevant to the creation of company effectiveness’ indicators; a production system that focuses on quality, created satisfaction, intertwining harmony between employees, adaptation, growth and fulfillment level of efficiency
ANALISIS POTENSI AGROWISATA NAGARI BATUHAMPAR KECAMATAN AKABILURU KABUPATEN 50 KOTA
Nagari Batuhampar is one of the Nagari which has good natural beauty and many residents of Nagari Batuhampar have citrus gardens that have the potential to be developed as agrotourism. This study aims to determine the potential that exists in Nagari Batuhampar to become an agrotourism area in Nagari Batuhampar. The scope of the study is limited by looking at the tourism potential in Nagari Batuhampar, Kec. Akabiluru Kab. Limapuluh Kota using SWOT analysis. In this study the analysis was carried out using the SWOT Analysis method in the form of Descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the SWOT analysis, citrus and dragon fruit tourism were in quadrant I, which meant that this tour was in a favorable situation where citrus and dragon fruit tourism had the power that could be used to develop opportunities for tourism to develop. well, Based on the difference in value between strengths and weaknesses and opportunities with threats, it can be illustrated in SWOT that supporting strategies for tourism development is a very favorable position for citrus and dragon fruit tourism objects in Nagari Batuhampar
SHARIA CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR: PERILAKU KONSUMEN DALAM BELANJA ONLINE
oai:ojs.journal.febi.uinib.ac.id:article/222This study was aimed to find out and analyzed the factors that encourage the consumer especially among the students who were being the target market of marketer to purchase the product which sold via online in terms of the Islamic Marketing Concept. Research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative with the primer data and secunder data. The population of the study was the students of Economy Faculty. Meanwhile, the sample which used was 100 respondents. The result of the study showed that from that factors, the dominant factor which encouraged the students of Economy Faculty in Padang City to buy the product via online in terms of Islamic Marketing Concept was : Useful indicator of the goods/product with the mean 4.03, next variables indicator which had major role in encouraging the consumer in online shopping in terms of Islamic Marketing Concept was the indicator of the product was free from gambling with the mean score 3.90, next, it was followed by the indicator of the product is halal with the mean score 3.89, after that, the indicator that there is guarantee of the product/trusted with the mean score 3.55, the last was the indicator free from decetion with the mean score 3.51
DOES ISLAMIC CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IMPROVE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE?
This research aimed to examine the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) on financial performance. ICSR was measured by finance and investment, product and service, employees, society, environment and corporate governance. Then, financial performance was measured by ROA and ROE. This study used 17 firms as a sample is consistently listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2014-2017. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling.
