ANALISIS KEKUATAN DINAR DAN DIRHAM SEBAGAI MATA UANG ANTI KRISIS
The theme of the article is based on economic principles Islam. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strength of the dinar and dirham as an anti-crisis currency. Research is the study of literature. In Islamic Economics which became the currency as a medium of exchange is the dinar and dirham. Money is a medium of exchange for the unit of measure of goods and labor. Since the implementation of a paper currency that is not no standardization of the value of gold and silver, led to the financial crisis. Dinar and Dirham has the power of being able to buy a wide range of commodities, thus making resistant to inflation. Dinar and dirham can be used by all countries in the world to be a medium of exchange, be it trade within the country and abroad
PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM
The theme of the article is based on economic principles Islam. The purpose of research is to see economic development in the perspective of the Islamic economy. Research is the study of literature. Economic development is one of the strategies to achieve the goals aspired nation. The goal is how poverty, unemployment, economic disparity and social resolved so as to realize human welfare. But in fact, the construction of which is expected to have an influence on society has not caused yet siding with the people. Increased poverty and unemployment occur, ultimately requires all state elites to reformulate development strategies that are better suited to be applied in a country rich in natural resources. Thus, there is no society that neglected and underdeveloped. It is appropriate experts economic, social, technological and political start doing a lot of studies on how to make successful development without being haunted by their poverty and unemployment. economic development as the growth of human maturity, in which material progress is inevitable and must be supported by the power of spiritual maturity. An important goal of employment growth coupled with reliable and skilled in their fields, will be the quality of the work that has quality, economic stability, distributive justice and concern for nature. Economic development is comprehensive Islam has the characteristics of an element of spiritual, moral, and material, and activities tend to be multidimensional so that all business submitted to balance a variety of factors and does not cause inequality
PASAR UANG DAN PASAR MODAL DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM
The research theme is the financial and banking institutions. This article aims to look at the money market and the capital market in the perspective of Islam. The article is the result of the study of literature. Differences in the Islamic capital market with conventional capital market can be seen in the instruments and mechanisms of the transaction. Islamic stock index difference with conventional stock indexes lies in the issuer's shares of criteria that must comply with the principles of sharia. The main instruments are traded in the Islamic capital markets and capital markets are conventional stocks. Expected to Islamic capital market is really a meeting place between people who are in need of capital to investors who want to invest in productive sectors
COMPETITION BETWEEN ISLAMIC VS CONVENTIONAL MFI : ITS IMPACT ON CONSUMER’S ACCESS DECISION
This study uses data from the survey IFLS-4 (Indonesia Family Live Surveys-wave 4) to analyze the impact of competition between lenders on client behaviour. IFLS-4 contains data on self-reported habits of community residents (312 community) decision to access to Islamic Micro Finance Institution (Islamic MFI), named Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). This data contains specific type of BMT’s location which could be accessed by community, with variously geographical distances. This data also is enriched by the presence of another type of conventional MFI. This study found that increased competition suggesting clients to change their behaviour. The presence of conventional MFI and theirs proximity as indicator of competition, very instrumental in determining access to BMT. Interesting finding, for religious type borrowers, they tend to sustain their access to BMT whose more far geographical distance, even conventional MFI presence inside their village. Thus, this study suggests that the expansion of financial inclusion strategy of Islamic MFI should also be specifically determined by behaviour of and the BMT’s location among the community
PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN : REGULASI BISNIS LABEL HALAL
Consumer protection against halal food seems to get less attention. Based on the research results YLKI complaints relating to halal food very little. But at least the complaint against kosher food does not mean that Indonesian Muslims do not care about the food and drinks are not permitted to circulate freely without Halal certification. During this Indonesian Muslims believe in the MUI for halal products. In business regulation, consumer protection Muslims for halal products not only in the form of halal labeling contained in food safety laws. However, we must have integrity and other economic laws, so there is no guarantee the implementation of halal labeling. It is strongly associated with things that are businesses, such as trade agreements, distribution, advertising, packaging, negligence and abuse of halal labeling. Muslim consumer protection is likely to be equated with consumer protection in general in Indonesia to enact legislation contains consumer protections contained in Economic Law Indonesia. Due to the halal labeling is closely related to the implementation of Islamic law, the Consumer Protection Law in Indonesia at least absorbing elements, values and norms contained in Islamic law especially were very closely related to consumer protection, labeling halal and business regulasasi Products- halal products in Islamic economics. Based on the description above key issues discussed was how the consumer protection Muslims for halal products in the Islamic Business Ethics Regulation
PERANAN RELIGIUSITAS DAN PREFERENSI RESIKO TERHADAP AKSES KEPADA LEMBAGA KEUANGAN MIKRO
The research design is to create a framework where risk preferences and religiosity (Islam) borrowers in microfinance institutions (MFIs) can be estimated. Specifically, this study highlights the different characteristics of conventional microfinance borrowers (LKMK) and sharia (LKMS). Although much of the literature discussing the topic of conventional microfinance and Islamic finance individually, but still rare studies that discuss the characteristics of the borrower to choose only between these two financial institutions. Theories about Islamic microfinance is inherently suggests that financial institutions will be interesting for people who avoid risk (risk-averter), not a lover of risk (risk-lover). In addition, because of Islamic microfinance contracts do not charge interest on loans and the appeal of Islamic financial basis will be preferred by individuals who are relatively religious. The study was conducted by taking a sample of 30 primary data in the form of debtor LKMK and 29 debtors LKMS. The process of collecting data using questionnaires containing questions about basic demographics, besides the question that aims to bring risk preferences and Islamic religiosity. In the first stage, the study established several indices to measure risk preferences and religiosity using component analysis (Principal Component Analysis). At a later stage, to investigate the initial hypothesis, linear probability models used. The main findings estimate reflects the fact that appropriate initial hypothesis. Turns on LKMS customer financing is relatively more religious. Additionally, through the use of instruments on the game field experiments to uncover risk preferences, there is a fact that is little different from the initial hypothesis. Both types of customers have the same risk preference, they both love risk (risk-lovers) but customer financing at LKMS have a relatively lower level

This paper aims to examine the position of the National Islamic banking in the ASEAN Economic Community. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which started in 2015 is a challenge for activists industry sharia economy. Industrial age who are not young, it should be ready to meet the sharia economic industry single market in Southeast Asia in 2015. Islamic banking, which proved resistant to crises, in particular in 1998, became the capital to face free competition in the region. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is a certainty that will be faced by the entire people of Indonesia and the need to anticipate that business people Indonesia not just be a spectator but also players who take advantage of the MEA. After going through a SWOT analysis of the current condition of Indonesia is in the Defensive Cells 4. Cell 4 is the most unfavorable situation. KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA BISNIS RUMAH SAKIT
The research theme is the concept of business according to Islamic economics. This study aimed to determine the conformity level between the quality of services provided by the Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital and inpatients’ expectation. The studying method used was descriptive and explanatory survey method. Descriptive survey of the study was a method to obtain a description of the services’ quality of the Pekanbaru Bhayangkara hospital and Explanatory survey is a method was implemented through distributing questionnaires to inpatients in the Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital. This study was included in the crosssectional category, the entire inpatient population amounted to 1729 people with 95 people as a sample, and the sampling technique was purposive random sampling. The data analysis was Importance Performance Analysis, if there any gaps between the quality of services provided by the Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital and inpatients’ expectation. The results showed that the quality of services is the organization's performance and obtained an average of respondents’ expectations for service in the Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital was 3.97 which indicates the service is important, while the average of servicesin reality in Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital was 3.09 which indicates patients was quite satisfied, and the level of conformity of the most respondents’ expectations was77.96% for the services in Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital. It means that the quality of servicesis very important and be a main priority for Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital, despite the fact that patients are not satisfied or quite satisfied with the services provided by the hospital
