    ANALISIS PEMBIAYAAN DAN KREDIT SEKTOR PERDAGANGAN, HOTEL DAN RESTORAN DI INDONESIA

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the financing and credit of the trade, hotel and restaurant sector in Sharia and conventional banking in Indonesia using the Vector Autoregression / Vector Error Correction Model (VAR / VECM) model with monthly data for the period of January 2008 to December 2016. The results show that the factors that influence the financing and credit of the trade, hotel and restaurant sector (PHR) in Sharia and conventional banking, namely Third Party Funds (DPK), Industrial Production Index (IPI), Inflation (INF), Bonus of Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificate (BSBIS), Loan Interest Rate (SBK), Equivalent Rate Financing (ERP) percentage of Non Performing Financing (NPF), percentage of Non-Performing Loans (NPL)

    This research was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Flamboyan Sub-Branch Office, Tapung Subdistrict, totaling 32 people. While the data analysis in this study uses the test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test coefficient of determination and t test. The results of this research hypothesis indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. While the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Flamboyan Sub-Branch Office Tapung District is 56.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    THE IMPLEMENTATION OF POJK 45/2015 ON THE BANKING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN INDONESIA : AN ANALYSIS

    Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2015, issued new regulations regarding the administration of the Remuneration Governance for Banks. With this rule, the remuneration policy applied by the Bank to Employees, Directors and Commissioners should be adjusted to follow the rules and principles set out in POJK No.45 /POJK.03/2015. Issuance of this Regulation as part of the implementation of Basel II, particularly Pillar 3 (Market Discipline), which the Bank is required to disclose information that is more transparent to the public and market participants, particularly related to remuneration to encourage discipline and allow the stakeholders to give a fair assessment. Failure to follow these rules can result in a downgrade of the factors of good corporate governance of the Bank concerned. Implementation of POJK 45 starts per 1 January 2016 for Commercial Bank Operations Group (BUKU) 3 and 4 as well as foreign banks. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of POJK 45/2015 on the financial performance of banking in Indonesia. The data which are used in this study were obtained from the Indonesian Banking Directory quarterly and look at the first kuartal of 2016 only. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method and finally obtained 27 banking companies that fulfill the criteria. Data were analyzed using financial ratios that LDR, ROA and CAR then described using qualitative description method. The results showed that the implementation of POJK 45 gives the significant positive effects on the bank performance in Indonesia

By using 11 banks which are categorized as banks that have core capital more than 500 trillion Rupiah and also listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2004 as a research sample, we found that conglomerate discount was exist on bank that having a small asset only. Otherwise, the more diversified bank, the higher its market value

    The purpose of this research is to explain the development of sharia accounting research. This study uses content analysis methods on the number of published papers, author institutions, and research areas within the topic of Islamic accounting. The sample used amounted to 1404 papers published in journals that were published in the national accounting symposium proceedings during 2008 – 2017. The result of the research shows that there is no consistent improvement to the contribution of sharia accounting papers. In addition, most of the authors of sharia accounting papers are from public universities, and the most popular research area is the topic of sharia banking

    The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on work performance on employee performance in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study are 35 respondents who are permanent employees in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. The variables used are Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline of work achievement. The results showed that the three variables tested simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Partially Leadership Style significantly influence, while Motivation and Discipline of work achievement does not significantly influence. Leadership, Motivation and Discipline Variables on work performance have an effect of 8.36% on employee performance while the remaining 16,4% is influenced by other variables not included in the research

    Mudharabah financing is demanded by the transparency of both parties. If one of the parties, especially customers, does not transparently communicate matters related to yield, adverse selection activities can occur and moral hazard is an asymmetric information problem that causes agency problems. Agency problems in mudharabah financing need to be sought to solve the problem so that the owners of capital (shahibul mal / principal) and business actors (mudarib / agents) both benefit in fostering and capturing business partners. This study aims to 1) find out the agency problem that arises in the mudharabah financing scheme in BMT in Jepara Regency, 2) find an effective solution strategy from agency problems in mudharabah financing in BMT in Jepara Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection with interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data displays and conclusion drawing/verification. Agency The problem that arises in the financing of Mudharobah in the Jepara Regency BMT is that it comes from BMT as an agency, that is, it has not fully utilized management, besides that it is caused by moral standards, financing aspects, technical aspects, and efficiency issues. Effective problem solving strategies of agency problems in Mudharobah financing in BMT in Jepara Regency are project screening, screening mudhorib, compliance with shahibul maal and mundharib on sharia rules in mudaraba contracts

    This study aims to understand Islamic management works in business organizations. We intend to expand this area of study while affirming the main argument by raising studies in culinary organizations. Waroeng Group was appointed as a case. It was considered successful in internalizing Islam into the organization's work system. Reviewing the workings of the WG along with the criteria within it are the main focus. We follow the pattern of qualitative work, such as make observations and interviews early, perform data collection, and write the results of the field to the worksheet.The study found that initial emphasis should emerge from a leader (top Management). We call it by ‘the call of the heart’, not because of the encouragement of the other party or are profitable. So understanding that leadership is a reorientation intention readable work, building work paradigm for worship (to Allah), ukhuwah Islamiyah, and worship as the income base of the organization. Then bringing up a special team that is able to present the Islamic management program. WG restructures the organization chart by providing a special position for the department of the spiritual company (DSC).The DSC is led by a person who is able to integrate and interconnection of Islam and business, call it Ustadz. Organizing the needs of employees into a DSC workload. Coaching begins with recruitment and selection, then providing sufficient time for training. WG train new employees about 40 days prior to the employment contract. Furthermore, the paradigm of working for worship has spawned a new paradigm, working for da'wah.That is a special finding in this study. The working not to save oneself, but also to insiders and outside organizations. WG provides da’wah program from internal to internal, internal to external, external to external. This study provides the way of Islamic management work, so it is considered able to answer the needs of practitioners and academics, especially Islamic management consultants to bring the Islamic culture, especially in the context of business organizations

    PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF

    This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership, and non-physical work environment, on innovative behavior with work motivation as a mediator for employees of tour and travel companies in West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study prove that: (1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative behavior; (2) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on Innovative Behavior; (3) Work motivation becomes a mediator on the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior; (4) Work motivation becomes the mediator of the influence of the non-physical work environment on the innovative behavior of employees

    PENILAIAN KESEHATAN BMT AT-TAQWA MUHAMMADIYAH SUMATERA BARAT

    This study aims to determine the health level of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra in 2014-2016 based on the regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of RI No.07 / per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 concerning aspects of capital, productive asset quality, efficiency , liquidity and compliance with sharia principles. This research type is descriptive evaluation research. The subject of the study was the At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra BMT which became the object of evaluation was the health of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis research. In this study data was collected through documentation and interview methods. The results showed that the health level of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra in 2014-2016 with details: (1) capital aspects in the ratio of own capital to total assets in 2014 were unhealthy criteria, 2015 to 2016 criteria were quite healthy, on the CAR ratio 2014 to 2016 with healthy criteria. (2) earning asset quality aspects on the ratio of problematic receivables and financing to 2014-2015 healthy criteria and 2016 unhealthy criteria, in the 2014-2016 earning assets elimination ratio with unhealthy criteria. (3) efficiency aspects on the ratio of operational financing to gross participation in 2014 and 2016 unhealthy criteria and in 2015 the criteria were quite healthy, in 2014-2016 fixed assets and total assets ratios the criteria were healthy, in the service efficiency ratio of 2014-2016 the criteria were not healthy. (4) the liquidity aspect in the cash ratio in 2014 and 2016 the criteria are not healthy and in 2015 the criteria were unhealthy, the ratio of funding to funds received in the year 2014-2016 was not healthy. (5) compliance with sharia principles in 2014-2016 is critically sound
