EFEKTIFITAS MODEL REGRESI LINIER BERGANDA DAN GEOGRAPHICALLY WEIGHTED REGRESSION (GWR) DALAM MEMODELKAN NILAI TANAH PADA KAWASAN INDUSTRI SEDAYU
The Sedayu industrial area located in Argodadi Village, has been designated as a district's strategic economic area. This has an impact on land of Argodadi Village in terms of land tenure, land use and land value. To avoid land speculators causing land values to soar, it is necessary to have plot-based land value information. Land value modeling can be carried out using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) methods. Based on the analysis of the model compatibility test, the coefficient of determination, spatial heterogeneity, and the spatial autocorrelation index, it is found that GWR is more effectively used than OLS. GWR produces 9988 models which equal the number of analyzed fields. The results of the prediction to the industrial estate land values are displayed in a map of the value of land parcels which are grouped into 71 classes, namely in the class range of 31 to 103

INTEGRATING THE LISTEN-READ-DISCUSS (LRD) STRATEGY WITH WORDWALL TO IMPROVE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION
Abstract This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of integrating the Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy with Wordwall as a game-based learning in improving students’ reading comprehension. A quantitative approach with a cluster random sampling was used. The research was grounded in the constructivist theory of language learning, which emphasized active involvement and contextualization in text understanding. The subjects were two randomly selected seventh-grade classes from SMP PGRI 2 Sukadana, with one serving as the experimental group that received the integrated LRD and Wordwall treatment, and the other as the control group that used the original LRD strategy. Data were collected using pretests and posttests and were analyzed through an independent t-test. The results indicated that the experimental group made considerably greater improvements in reading comprehension scores compared to the control group. The statistical analysis showed a significance level from the 2-tailed test that was less than 0. 05 (p 0.001) and also, t-value is higher than t-table with the significance level of higher than 0.05 confirmed the effectiveness of the LRD and Wordwall integration in enhancing vocabulary mastery, student engagement, and active classroom participation. These results supported the incorporation of interactive learning tools as a complement to original strategies in English language instruction. Keywords: Game-based learning, Listen-Read-Discuss, Wordwall, reading comprehension, vocabular
THE USE OF GINGER SOFTWARE IN SUPPORTING SELF-CORRECTION IN WRITING: EFL STUDENTS’ PERSPECTIVE
Writing is an important skill in learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL), but many students struggle due to a lack of grammar knowledge, limited vocabulary, and low awareness of their mistakes. One way to help students overcome these challenges is self-correction, which allows them to find and fix their own mistakes. This study explores how Ginger Software supports self-correction in writing from the perspective of EFL students. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research involved seven students who actively used Ginger Software in their writing tasks. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that Ginger Software helps students improve grammar accuracy, sentence structure, and writing efficiency. Features like grammar checker, spell checker, and sentence rephrasing support students in recognizing and correcting their mistakes independently. However, some students still find it difficult to improve the cohesion and coherence of their academic writing using the software alone. Therefore, combining technology with teacher guidance is recommended to make writing practice more effective
