Creation of the Kujo family's book collection and its changes in the medieval and early modern periods
Full text link研究成果の概要（和文）：九条家旧蔵本の博捜調査を行った。九条家旧蔵本は、各所蔵機関にある程度まとまって分蔵されている。それらの実態調査を行うとともに、目録売立その他により売却されたものは、散佚・散在しており、それらを出来うる限り発見し、情報を収集した。今回、新たに九条家旧蔵であることが判明した典籍があり、それらのいくつかを鶴見大学図書館に収蔵した。今後は、散在する九条家旧蔵本の情報収集を継続するとともに、個々の伝本の書承および収蔵の伝来関係を調査することで、九条家蔵書の形成と分散流伝の様相を明らかにする作業を継続する必要があることを確認した。研究成果の概要（英文）：We conducted an archival survey of the books formerly owned by the Kujo family. The books formerly owned by the Kujo family are stored in relatively large quantities at each institution. We conducted a survey of their actual condition, and as many of the books that were sold through catalog sales or other means that have been lost or scattered were discovered and information was collected. This time, new classics were discovered to have been formerly owned by the Kujo family, and some of these have been added to the Tsurumi University Library. Comprehensive analysis of tissue regeneration and promoting factors in a mouse model of salivary gland-specific injury by adipose-derived stem cells.
Full text link研究成果の概要（和文）：ジフテリアトキシン受容体（hHB-EGF）を唾液腺だけに発現させた遺伝子改変マウス（MUC7p-TRECK）を作出し、ジフテリアトキシン投与による唾液腺特異的な組織傷害および唾液分泌量低下の程度の評価と、脂肪由来幹細胞移植による唾液腺組織再生の機序を検討した。遺伝子改変マウスへのジフテリアトキシン投与により唾液腺特異的にアポトーシスが生じ、唾液分泌量の低下が確認された。また、遺伝子改変マウスと同系統であるC57BL/6マウスから間質血管細胞群（脂肪由来幹細胞を豊富に含む細胞群）を単離した。その過程で間質血管細胞群は継代培養を進めるに伴い高度の細胞老化が生じる可能性が示唆された。研究成果の概要（英文）：To investigate the mechanism of salivary gland tissue regeneration by adipose-derived stem cell transplantation, genetically modified mice (MUC7p-TRECK) expressing the diphtheria toxin receptor (hHB-EGF) exclusively in salivary glands were generated. They reduced salivary secretion caused by diphtheria toxin injection, and apoptotic cell death was confirmed. Diphtheria toxin administration to genetically modified mice caused salivary gland-specific apoptosis and reduced saliva secretion. In addition, a stromal vascular fraction (a cell population rich in adipose-derived stem cells) was isolated from C57BL/6 mice, the original strain of the MUC7p-TRECK mice. In the process, it was suggested that the stromal vascular fraction exhibited severe cellular senescence along with passaging cultures.・2023(令和5)年度 科学研究費補助金 基盤研究(C) 研究成果報告書・研究期間 (年度)：2020-04-01 – 2024-03-31・研究分野：病理学・研究成果の学術的意義や社会的意義 : 従来の主な唾液腺組織傷害モデルマウスは自己免疫疾患を発症し全身の様々な臓器・組織傷害が生じるため、唾液腺組織の傷害、修復・再生を詳細に検討するためには、唾液腺特異的な細胞・組織傷害モデルが求められていた。本研究で作出された遺伝子改変マウスは唾液腺特異的にアポトーシスによる細胞死が誘導されることが確認され、有用な唾液腺組織傷害や修復・再生のモデル動物になり得ると期待される。また脂肪幹細胞による唾液腺再生医療を実現するため、マウス鼠径部由来の脂肪幹細胞を多く含む細胞群を培養したところ、その初期に細胞老化が生じることが示唆され、細胞老化の制御により良好な脂肪幹細胞移植が達成できると示唆された。研究課題/領域番号 : 20K10002research repor
