    Analisis Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Pada Siswa Sd Negeri 121/1 Muara Singoan Menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Nasional (Tkpn)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SD Negeri 121/1 Muara Singoan menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 23 siswa berusia 10–12 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif dengan menghitung persentase distribusi kategori kebugaran berdasarkan norma TKPN. Instrumen penelitian meliputi enam komponen tes, yaitu Indeks Massa Tubuh, Push Up, Sit Up, Sit and Reach, Squat, dan Bleep Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa secara umum berada pada kategori rendah hingga sangat rendah pada sebagian besar komponen tes. Meskipun sebagian siswa memiliki Indeks Massa Tubuh pada kategori baik, kemampuan kekuatan otot, fleksibilitas, dan daya tahan kardiorespirasi masih tergolong rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya pemantauan kebugaran jasmani secara berkala berbasis TKPN sebagai dasar pengembangan program aktivitas fisik yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar

    ABSTRACT Biodiversity in Indonesia faces serious threats due to ecosystem degradation, climate change, and especially alien plant invasions. Invasive plant species can replace local vegetation, disrupt ecosystem balance, and trigger conflicts between humans and wildlife. This study aims to identify and analyze the diversity of invasive plant species in Jambula Urban Village, Ternate City, North Maluku Province as preliminary data for sustainable management of biological resources. The method used was purposive sampling combined with field exploration on open land and roadsides during January-March 2025. The results showed that there were 44 invasive plant species belonging to 21 families, with the dominance of the Asteraceae and Poaceae families. Some species such as Chromolaena odorata, Miconia crenata (Clidemia hirta), Lantana camara, and Mikania micrantha are included in the list of the 100 most invasive plants in the world. Identification analysis shows that 13 plant species are categorized as invasive according to three main sources: PermenLHK No P.94/2016, IUCNGISD, and a guidebook on invasive species in Indonesia. These results emphasize the importance of monitoring and managing invasive plants to preserve the ecosystem of Jambula Urban Village, Ternate City.   Keywords: diversity, invasive, Jambula Urban Village, plant   ABSTRAK Keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia menghadapi ancaman serius akibat kerusakan ekosistem, perubahan iklim, dan terutama invasi tumbuhan asing. Jenis tumbuhan invasif dapat menggantikan vegetasi lokal, mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem, dan memicu konflik antara manusia dan satwa liar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keberagaman jenis tumbuhan invasif di Kelurahan Jambula, Kota Ternate, Provinsi Maluku Utara sebagai data awal pengelolaan sumber daya hayati secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dikombinasikan dengan eksplorasi lapangan pada lahan terbuka dan tepi jalan selama Januari–Maret 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 44 jenis tumbuhan invasif yang tergolong dalam 21 famili, dengan dominasi dari famili Asteraceae dan Poaceae. Beberapa spesies seperti Chromolaena odorata, Miconia crenata (Clidemia hirta), Lantana camara, dan Mikania micrantha termasuk dalam daftar 100 tumbuhan paling invasif di dunia. Analisis identifikasi menunjukkan 13 jenis tumbuhan termasuk dalam kategori invasif menurut tiga sumber utama: PermenLHK No P.94/2016, IUCNGISD, dan buku panduan spesies invasif di Indonesia.     Pengaruh Pemberian Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Sungkai (Peronema canescens Jack) Di Lapangan: The Effect of Compost of Palm Oil Empty Fruit Bunches for Growth of Sungkai (Peronema Canescens Jack) In the Field

    ABSTRACT Sungkai (Peronema canescens Jack) is a locally significant commercial species whose wood production is currently declining. Therefore, it is essential to implement development and cultivation measures to enhance the production of roundwood, which can be achieved through the development of plantation forests. Palm Oil Empty Fruit Bunch Compost (TKKS) is an organic fertilizer that can be applied to ultisol land designated for planting sungkai. TKKS compost contains essential nutrients required by the soil and plants, specifically N 15%, P 0,5%, K 7,3%, and Mg 0,9%. This study employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) based on a slope gradient of 9%. The design consisted of six treatments with four experimental groups, resulting in a total of 24 experimental plots. Each plot contained nine plants, three of which were designated as samples. The treatments tested included varying doses of TKKS compost: b0: no TKKS compost, b1: 2 kg per planting hole, b2: 4 kg per planting hole, b3: 6 kg per planting hole, b4: 8 kg per planting hole, and b5: 10 kg per planting hole. The results indicated that the application of TKKS compost improved the physical and chemical properties of the soil, including pH, organic carbon, bulk density, and soil total nutrient content. Furthermore, the application of TKKS compost significantly enhanced the growth parameters of sungkai, such as height, diameter, leaf count, dry weight of the canopy, and dry weight of the roots, with the best treatment being b2 (4 kg per planting hole).   Keywords: compost, Peronema canescens Jack., ultisol   ABSTRAK Sungkai (Peronema canescens Jack) merupakan salah satu jenis komersial lokal yang saat ini produksi akan kayunya semakin menurun, sehingga perlu dilakukannya pengembangan dan tindakan budidaya untuk meningkatkan kembali produksi kayu bulat yang dapat ditempuh melalui pengembangan hutan tanaman. Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) merupakan salah satu pupuk organik yang dapat diberikan pada lahan ultisol yang akan ditanami sungkai. Kompos TKKS sendiri memiliki kandungan unsur hara yang dibutuhkan tanah dan tanaman yaitu N 15%, P 0,5%, K 7,3% dan Mg 0,9%. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang didasarkan atas tingkat kelerengan dengan total 9%. Rancangan ini terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dengan 4 kelompok percobaan, sehingga terdapat 24 petak percobaan. Masing-masing petak percobaan ditempatkan sebanyak 9 tanaman yang diantaranya terdapat 3 tanaman sebagai sampel. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah dosis kompos TKKS yang terdiri atas b0: tanpa kompos TKKS, b1: 2 kg/lubang tanam, b2: 4 kg/lubang tanam, b3: 6 kg/lubang tanam, b4: 8 kg/lubang tanam dan b5: 10 kg/lubang tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos TKKS dapat memperbaiki sifat fisik dan kimia tanah berupa pH, C-organik, BV dan TRP tanah, selain itu pemberian kompos TKKS juga dapat meningkatkan pertambahan tinggi, diameter, jumlah daun, berat kering tajuk dan berat kering akar tanaman sungkai dengan dosis b2 (4 kg/lubang tanam) sebagai perlakuan terbaiknya.   Katakunci: kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS), Peronema canescens Jack., ultiso

    Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk NPK Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kaliandra Merah (Calliandra Calothyrsus Meissn) Pada Media Ultisol: The Effect of NPK Fertilizer Application on The Growth of Red Calliandra Seedlings (Calliandra calothyrsus Meissn) on Ultisol Media

    ABSTRACT Red caliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus Meissn) is a plant that belongs to the Fabaceae family. Callindra has a rapid growth rate, reaching a height of 3-5 meters in the first year on suitable land. The planting medium commonly used for seedlings includes ultisol soil, which generally has sensitive aeration pores and low stability index, causing the soil to easily become compacted. The growth of quality calliandra seedlings in the nursery is influenced by soil fertility; therefore, additional treatment in the form of fertilizer is necessary to ensure sufficient nutrient content. One of the fertilizers that can be used is the NPK compound fertilizer. This fertilizer is one of the inorganic fertilizers that is very efficient in increasing the availability of macro nutrients N, P, and K. This research was conducted in the Forest Cultivation Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University, using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with one factor, namely the NPK fertilizer 15:15:15. The treatments given were: P0 (without treatment), P1 (NPK 1 grams), P2 (NPK 2 grams), P3 (NPK 3 grams), P4 (NPK 4 grams), and P5 (NPK 5 grams). Observation parameters include height increase, diameter, leaf count, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of NPK fertilizer has no significant effect on the growth of calliandra seedlings in ultisol media, as observed in all parameters. The application of NPK at certain doses does not yield optimal results in the growth of callindra seedlings.   Keywords: NPK, red calliandra, ultisol ABSTRAK Kaliandra merah (Calliandra calothyrsus Meissn) merupakan tanaman yang termasuk ke dalam famili fabaceae. Kaliandra merah memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat, ditahun pertama tingginya dapat mencapai 3-5m pada lahan yang memadai. Media tanam bibit yang banyak digunakan diantaranya adalah tanah ultisol yang umumnya peka memiliki pori aerasi dan indeks stabilitas rendah sehingga menyebabkan tanah mudah menjadi padat. Pertumbuhan bibit kaliandra yang berkualitas di persemaian dipengaruhi oleh kesuburan tanah, dengan demikian perlu perlakuan tambahan berupa pupuk agar unsur hara mencukupi. Salah satu pupuk yang dapat digunakan adalah pupuk majemuk NPK. Pupuk ini merupakan salah satu pupuk anorganik yang sangat efisien dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan unsur hara makro N, P, dan K. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Budidaya Hutan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 1 faktor yaitu pupuk NPK 15:15:15. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu: P0 (tanpa perlakuan), P1 (NPK 1 gram), P2 (NPK 2 gram), P3 (NPK 3 gram), P4 (NPK 4 gram), dan P5 (NPK 5 gram). Parameter pengamatan berupa pertambahan tinggi, diameter, jumlah daun, berat kering akar, dan berat kering tajuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kaliandra merah pada media ultisol yang terlihat pada semua parameter.     Evaluasi Status Kesuburan Tanah dan Kesesuaian Lahan Jelutung Rawa (Dyera Lowii Hook. F) : Evaluation of Soil Fertility Status and Land Suitability of Jelutung Rawa (Dyera Lowii Hook. F)

    ABSTRACT Jambi Province is one of the regions in Indonesia with a fairly extensive peat forest area, spread across several districts, including Muaro Jambi Regency and Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. In recent years, the peat swamp forests in this area have experienced degradation, primarily due to land fires. One important conservation area is the Orang Kayo Hitam Grand Forest Park, which is dominated by a peat swamp forest ecosystem with high plant diversity. The main problem faced is the decline in peat soil quality after the fire, which impacts the success of rehabilitation activities. This study aims to evaluate the status of soil fertility and land suitability for the growth of swamp jelutung on post-fire peatlands. The results show that the soil fertility status at the study site is still quite good, but there are main limiting factors in the form of nutrient retention and low potassium availability. Under these conditions, the current land suitability class is quite suitable (S2) and can be improved to very suitable (S1) with moderate management by adding 150-200 g of dolomite per planting hole to increase soil pH and adding 180.34 g of KCl single fertilizer per planting hole for peat soil with a BV of 0.2.   Keywords: land suitability, peatland, jelutung rawa   ABSTRAK Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang memiliki kawasan hutan gambut cukup luas, tersebar di beberapa kabupaten, salah satunya Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Beberapa tahun terakhir, hutan rawa gambut di kawasan ini mengalami degradasi terutama akibat kebakaran lahan. Salah satu kawasan konservasi penting adalah Taman Hutan Raya Orang Kayo Hitam yang didominasi oleh ekosistem hutan rawa gambut dengan keanekaragaman tumbuhan tinggi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah penurunan kualitas tanah gambut pasca kebakaran yang berdampak pada keberhasilan kegiatan rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi status kesuburan tanah dan kesesuaian lahan terhadap pertumbuhan jelutung rawa pada lahan gambut pasca kebakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status kesuburan tanah di lokasi penelitian masih tergolong cukup baik, namun terdapat faktor pembatas utama berupa retensi hara dan ketersediaan unsur kalium yang rendah. Kondisi tersebut, kelas kesesuaian lahan saat ini cukup sesuai (S2) dan dapat ditingkatkan menjadi sangat sesuai (S1) dengan pengelolaan sedang melalui penambahan dolomit 150 - 200 g per lubang tanam untuk meningkatkan pH tanah serta penambahan pupuk tunggal KCl sebanyak 180,34 g per lubang tanam untuk tanah gambut dengan BV 0,2.   Kata kunci:  kesesuaian lahan, lahan gambut, jelutung raw

    Exploring students’ communication skills through sales learning in junior high schools

    This research aims to describe improving students' communication skills by combining the syntax of the Gallery Walk and Two Stay Two Stray learning models, hereinafter referred to as sales learning. This research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. Data collection methods included observation sheets, communication skills and data analysis of communication skills improvements using the TCR formula and t-test results. The results showed that the TCR score of the experimental class was 76.92, and the TCR of the control class was 59.19. The results of this research indicate a significant increase in communication skills for students who study sales learning compared to students who do not use sales learning. Communication skills are described in several indicators, namely, the ability to convey opinions, the ability to listen to opinions, the ability to provide appropriate responses, the ability to encourage other group members to participate in expressing their opinions, and the ability to resolve conflicts.

    The influence of principals’ intellectual stimulation, digital literacy, and self-efficacy on teachers’ innovative behaviors

    This research employed a quantitative method to analyze the direct and indirect effects of principals' intellectual stimulation, digital literacy, and self-efficacy on teachers' innovative behavior. Data were collected from 85 public elementary school teachers in West Pasaman Regency through a questionnaire and analyzed using SEMPLS. The results indicated a direct positive effect of the principals' intellectual stimulation (5.8%), digital literacy (52.8%), and self-efficacy (26.7%) on teachers' innovative behavior. In addition, principals' intellectual stimulation (28.4%) and digital literacy (64.9%) also positively affected self-efficacy. The indirect pathway, through self-efficacy, showed that principals' intellectual stimulation contributed 7.6% to teachers' innovative behavior, and digital literacy contributed 17.3% indirectly. These findings confirm that the principals' intellectual stimulation, digital literacy, and self-efficacy are crucial factors that can encourage teachers' innovative behavior. The findings indicate that the principal’s intellectual stimulation, digital literacy, and self-efficacy are three factors that can influence teachers’ innovative behavior

    The dynamics of Indonesian language adaptation in virtual communication among Generation Z using acronyms, abbreviations, and code-mixing

    The primary objectives of this research were to identify the dominant patterns of acronyms and abbreviations, analyze the linguistic and social factors underlying their usage, and evaluate the impact of this phenomenon on the effectiveness, clarity, and communication norms among Generation Z in Bali. The research employed a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, involving 450 respondents aged 13-28 years. The research findings indicated a high prevalence of acronyms and abbreviations in Gen Z's communication. The ten most dominant acronyms, such as "baper" (16.1%), "pansos" (12.6%), and "bucin" (11.2%), not only serve an efficiency function but also possess rich pragmatic implications. Similarly, abbreviations like "yg" (18.7%), "udah" (16.3%), and "ga" (15.1%) are frequently used, reflecting a strong preference for typing efficiency. Analysis also revealed that code-mixing occurred in 68.3% of the conversations examined, with lexical insertion (75.2%) being the most dominant type. The primary motivations behind these linguistic adaptations include a strong drive for communicative efficiency (saving typing time), the need to construct identity and foster in-group affiliation, and aspirations towards modernity and globalization

    ACTIVE AGING AMONG THE ELDERLY AND ITS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES IN BULGARIA

    This study investigates the multidimensional factors contributing to active ageing among older adults in Bulgaria and examines its broader implications for the country’s social and economic development. Moving beyond traditional notions of ageing as a period of dependency and withdrawal, active ageing is framed here as a dynamic process that empowers older individuals to remain healthy, socially engaged, and economically productive. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative approach, combining sociological, economic, and technological perspectives to assess how ageing can be redefined as an opportunity rather than a burden. By evaluating key determinants—such as physical and mental health, intergenerational relationships, social integration, economic security, lifelong learning, and digital inclusion—the study provides a holistic understanding of what enables active participation in society later in life. Particular emphasis is placed on Bulgaria’s unique demographic context, marked by accelerated population ageing, a declining working-age population, and high rates of youth outmigration. These challenges intensify the need for effective policies and community-based interventions that promote independence, dignity, and lifelong contribution. The analysis highlights that active ageing is not only shaped by personal capacity but also by the accessibility of public services, the inclusiveness of social networks, and the digital readiness of the elderly population. Furthermore, the study underscores how societal attitudes toward older people influence their opportunities for social inclusion and economic engagement. By identifying enablers and barriers, this research offers actionable insights for policymakers aiming to strengthen Bulgaria’s resilience in the face of demographic change through inclusive, age-positive development strategies

    ONLINE LEARNING ON ACADEMIC WRITING: IMPLEMENTING THE AUTHENTIC LEARNING APPROACH

    Academic writing skills are essential competencies for students to support academic success and scholarly publication; however, many students still struggle to produce publishable academic writing. This study aims to explore the use of an authentic learning approach as a strategy to help students complete academic writing assignments effectively. This study employs a descriptive-analytical approach, using systematic observation of variables. Thirty students who enrolled in the academic writing course of Universitas Terbuka (UT) were involved as respondents in this present study. The participants had to follow the systematic online learning sessions of the academic writing course. After completing the academic writing course, participants must be able to write a proper academic article for a related journal. The academic writing online course was designed and developed with the following nine principles of authentic learning: authentic context, authentic tasks and activities, access to expert performances, multiple roles and perspectives, supporting collaborative construction of knowledge, promoting reflection and articulation, providing coaching and scaffolding, and assessing the students' writing assignment. The results of the study indicated that students' scores increased after completing the authentic learning-based academic writing courses. The study recommends that an authentic learning approach is essential in an academic writing course, as it provides real learning experiences that help students complete the academic writing assignments
