Digital payment adoption and managerial preferences in Madura’s culinary tourism sector: Evidence from the analytic hierarchy process
This study investigates the payment preferences of culinary tourism managers in Madura, with particular attention to the adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment method. Employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the research identifies the key factors influencing payment decisions among managers across four districts in Madura. The results indicate that convenience is the most influential factor, followed by utility and safety. At the same time, QRIS remains the least preferred payment option compared to cash and other non-cash alternatives. Barriers to QRIS adoption include technical challenges, limited digital literacy, and insufficient infrastructure. The study underscores the need to strengthen technological infrastructure and enhance digital awareness to accelerate the adoption of non-cash payments within Madura’s culinary tourism sector. These findings contribute to the growing body of literature on financial inclusion and digital transformation in tourism, offering practical insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders seeking to promote inclusive digital economies
Political positioning and local issue salience in the digital age: Evidence from regional elections in an archipelagic province
This study analyses the influence of political positioning on voter preferences, with local political issues functioning as a mediating variable within the framework of digital political marketing. Using a quantitative explanatory survey design, data were collected from 349 eligible voters in the Riau Archipelago Province and examined using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM–PLS) via WarpPLS 8.0. The results show that political positioning significantly affects voter preferences and that the salience of local political issues partially mediates this relationship. These findings highlight that positioning strategies are more effective when aligned with context-specific issues in geographically fragmented regions, thereby strengthening both emotional and cognitive voter evaluations. Theoretically, the study advances digital political marketing and issue-based voting frameworks, and, practically, offers guidance for designing contextually relevant political narratives in archipelagic settings
Pengembangan E-Magazine Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi Dampak Pemanasan Global Di MAN 2 Kota Jambi: Development Of A Problem-Based Learning Based E-Magazine On The Topic Of Global Warming Impacts At MAN 2 Kota Jambi
Pemanasan global merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang semakin meningkat dan memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-magazine berbasis Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi dampak pemanasan global di MAN 2 Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, serta tes pemahaman konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-magazine berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan mendapatkan kategori sangat valid dari ahli materi dan ahli media dengan skor rata-rata 89,5%. Respon siswa terhadap e-magazine menunjukkan tingkat keterbacaan dan ketertarikan yang tinggi dengan persentase 86,7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-magazine berbasis PBL ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak pemanasan global. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang mendukung pembelajaran aktif dan kontekstual di sekolah
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Pemanfaatan Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) oleh Auditor: Pendekatan UTAUT
The adoption of CAATs in Indonesia (especially in the southern part of Sumatra) is still relatively low, despite the efforts of auditing professional bodies to encourage the application of modern audit technologies among audit firms to deal with the rapid growth in information technology usage among business organizations. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to explore of CAATs' usage and try to find answers to what factors may affect their adoption and acceptance. Using 86 valid responses from external auditors, the paper found that CAATs adoption is influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and self-efficacy. The findings suggest that policymakers should encourage external auditors to use CAATs by educating them about the advantages of doing so, improving their skills through increased CAATs training programs, creating incentive systems that encourage auditors to use CAATs, increasing investments in the management and technical infrastructure that supports CAATs, and using both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.Adopsi CAATs di Indonesia (terutama di Sumatera bagian selatan) masih relatif rendah, meskipun badan profesional audit telah berupaya untuk mendorong penerapan teknologi audit modern di kalangan KAP untuk menghadapi pesatnya pertumbuhan penggunaan teknologi informasi di dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pengadopsian dan penerimaan CAATs oleh auditor. Menggunakan 86 tanggapan valid dari auditor eksternal, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan CAATs dipengaruhi oleh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, dan efikasi diri. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembuat kebijakan pada KAP harus mendorong auditor eksternal untuk menggunakan CAATs dengan peningkatan keterampilan mereka melalui peningkatan program pelatihan CAATs, menciptakan sistem insentif yang mendorong auditor untuk menggunakan CAATs, meningkatkan investasi dalam infrastruktur manajemen dan teknis. KLASIFIKASI PENYAKIT KANKER PAYUDARA PADA CITRA MAMMOGRAM MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK (CNN) DAN RANDOM FOREST
Penelitian ini membahas klasifikasi kanker payudara pada citra mammogram menggunakan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan Random Forest dengan implementasi berbasis Python. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan performa algoritma CNN dan Random Forest dalam mengklasifikasikan kanker payudara pada citra mammogram, yang dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Dataset citra mammogram diperoleh dari platform Kaggle, mencakup dua kategori: tumor jinak (benign) dan tumor ganas (malignant). Tahap preprocessing data meliputi reduksi noise, normalisasi intensitas piksel, dan ekstraksi fitur. Model CNN dan Random Forest dilatih dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik performa yang telah ditentukan, dengan pembagian dataset 80% data latih dan 20% data uji untuk memastikan evaluasi objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model CNN memiliki akurasi 97%, presisi 90%, recall 94%, dan F1-score 92%, sedangkan Random Forest mencapai akurasi 95%, presisi 86%, recall 91%, dan F1-score 88%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa model CNN menunjukkan performa lebih unggul dan berpotensi sebagai sistem pendukung diagnosis kanker payudara.
MENENTUKAN ENTROPI PADA PERISTIWA SOLVASI LITIUM HEKSAFLUOROFOSFAT DAN ETILEN KARBONAT DI DALAM SISTEM ENSEMBEL DENGAN JUMLAH PARTIKEL, VOLUME DAN ENERGI SEBAGAI VARIABEL KONTROL
Tujuan penelitian adalah mencari variabel entropi. Akhir dari peristiwa simulasi Monte Carlo (MC) adalah tercapainya kesetimbangan termodinamika, yaitu saat entropi sistem mencapai nilai maksimum. Ketika entropi sistem maksimum maka distribusi probabilitas Boltzmann dapat diturunkan sehingga kita mendapat faktor Boltzmann. Penurunan faktor Boltzmann tersebut diambil dari variabel entropi dengan cara memaksimumkan variabel entropi tersebut. Entropi didefinisikan sebagai ukuran ketidakteraturan atau keacakan sistem. Sistem akan cenderung menuju keadaan dengan entropi maksimum. Pada saat garam berinteraksi dengan pelarut maka terjadi peristiwa solvasi dan peristiwa ini akan menyebabkan molekul-molekul secara acak. Pada simulasi MC dengan algoritma Metropolis, keseimbangan termal dapat dihubungkan dengan keadaan stasioner rantai Markov ketika mencapai keseimbangan termal maka didapatkan hasil untuk 2 atom yaitu litium dan karbon maka pada langkah yang ke-10.000, nilai entropi dengan nilai dan energi rata-rata adalah . Dengan penambahan atom oksigen maka entropi bernilai dan energi rata-rata adalah . Dengan demikian terlihat bahwa ada kenaikan entropi dan energi rata-rata jika atom oksigen ditambahkan. Entropi yang didefinisikan sebagai ukuran ketidakteraturan atau keacakan sistem akan semakin meningkat jika atom ditambahkan begitu pula dengan energi rata-rata
CITIZENSHIP IN SCIENCE INTEGRATED SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, SOCIETY: MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS' PERCEPTIONS OF LEARNING TOOLS
This study aims to analyze teachers' perceptions of the development of Citizenship-based learning devices in science integrated with the Science, Technology, and Society approach to make students have critical thinking skills, science process skills, and students' curiosity in learning energy material. A mixed method approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative data. The study involved five schools, with qualitative data obtained through teacher interviews and classroom observations, while quantitative data were collected through teacher perception questionnaires. The findings showed that the developed devices were positively received and considered effective in making students have critical thinking skills, science process skills, and students' curiosity in learning energy material and can connect scientific concepts with social and environmental issues. Furthermore, the devices were found to support the development of scientific attitudes and awareness of the social impacts of science and technology. RESEARCH TRENDS AND LITERATURE REVIEW OF SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY SOCIETY IN SCIENCE LEARNING
This study aims to analyze research trends and developments in the implementation of the Science Technology Society (STS) approach in science education. The study uses bibliometric analysis and systematic review, with data collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and other databases. Tools include VOSviewer for keyword network analysis and the PRISMA method for data selection. The STS approach significantly enhances critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Key topics include digital technology integration and the role of STS during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gaps exist in applying STS across educational levels and its impact on scientific attitudes. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of STS research trends, emphasizing the integration of digital tools in education and identifying unexplored areas. It advances the knowledge by suggesting future research directions to improve STS implementation
PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS PROYEK PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH KULIT NANAS UNTUK MELATIHKAN CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS DAN SELF-REGULATED LEARNING
This study aims to develop a valid and practical project-based learner worksheet to train creative thinking skills and self-regulated learning on alternative energy material. This type of research is Design and Development Research (DDR) adapted from Richey & Klien (2007) using validity test consisting of empiric validation and expert validation, as well as practicality test consisting of readability test, teacher perception test, and learner response test, the effectiveness test consists of the results of the analysis of trained creative thinking skills and self-regulated learning in small groups. The results of the empiric validation test are seen based on the success of the biobattery product turning on the LED in a particular circuit. On the results of the expert validation test, obtained an average score from the three experts of 3.24, with the average score on the media and design aspects obtained at 3.32 with very valid category, and the material and construct aspects obtained at 3.15 with a valid category. The results of the practicality test obtained an average score for the readability test of 83.8% with a very practical category, the teacher perception test of 87.3% with a very good category, and the learner response test of 84.7% with a very good category, obtained an average practicality test score of 85.3% with a very practical category. The effectiveness test was seen based on the results of the analysis of trained creative thinking skills obtained the results of 81% and the analysis of trained self-regulated skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis proyek yang valid dan praktis untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self-regulated learning pada materi energi alternatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design and Development Research (DDR) yang diadaptasi dari Richey & Klien (2007) dengan menggunakan uji validitas yang terdiri dari validasi empirik dan validasi ahli, serta uji praktikalitas yang terdiri dari uji keterbacaan, uji persepsi guru, dan uji respon peserta didik, uji keefektifan terdiri dari hasil analisis keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self-regulated learning yang dilatihkan dalam kelompok kecil. Hasil uji validasi empirik dilihat berdasarkan keberhasilan produk biobattery menyalakan LED pada rangkaian tertentu. Pada hasil uji validasi ahli, diperoleh skor rata-rata dari ketiga ahli sebesar 3,24, dengan skor rata-rata pada aspek media dan desain diperoleh sebesar 3,32 dengan kategori sangat valid, serta aspek materi dan konstruk diperoleh sebesar 3,15 dengan kategori valid. Hasil uji praktikalitas memperoleh skor rata-rata untuk uji keterbacaan sebesar 83,8% dengan kategori sangat praktis, uji persepsi guru sebesar 87,3% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan uji respon peserta didik sebesar 84,7% dengan kategori sangat baik, memperoleh skor rata-rata uji praktikalitas sebesar 85,3% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Uji keefektifan dilihat berdasarkan hasil analisis keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang dilatihkan memperoleh hasil sebesar 81% dan analisis keterampilan regulasi diri yang dilatihkan
EFFECTIVENESS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING ON STUDENTS CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS TO SUPPORT ESD
This research purposed to determine the effectiveness of problem based learning on students critical thinking skills especially on physics material about alternative energy and its role in supporting ESD. The design used in this research is quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample are class X E as the experimental class and then class X D as the control class at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung. The test instrument have a value from Cronbach'Alpha is 0.862. The result of average N-Gain was 0.63 with a moderate category while the average n-gain of critical thinking skills in the control class was 0.41 with a moderate category. This shows that the indicators of critical thinking skills increased significantly, the sig. Value was 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is asignificant difference between the average n-gain of critical thinking skills of students experimental class and the control class. This novelty from this research are contribution by integrating Problem-Based Learning (PBL) integrated Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) By using real-world sustainability issues as learning contexts, the study aims to enhance students' critical thinking skills in meaningful and relevant ways. The findings have practical implications for educators in designing instructional strategies to increase critical thinking and sustainability awareness. Theoretically, this research supports the role of PBL as an effective pedagogical approach for 21st-century education with the goals of sustainable development
