    Perbedaan Coping Stres terhadap Stres Akademik antara Siswa Laki-laki dan Perempuan pada Ujian Matematika

    Academic stress in students can negatively impact math exam results. Everyone, especially students, has different stress management strategies. This study aims to identify the differences in stress coping strategies high school students use on mathematics exams. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach. The analysis technique includes percentage and trend analysis from a questionnaire with 56 statements about high school students' stress-coping strategies in mathematics exams. This study population consists of 94 students, with a sample of 37 male and 57 female students. This study uses purposive sampling. This study found that 83.78% of the 37 male students and 64.91% of the 57 female students in grade X used problem-focused coping strategies in mathematics exams, unaffected by gender differences. Future research is recommended to improve understanding of the factors that influence stress coping strategies, measure the relationship between supportive factors and the stress coping strategies used, and determine the relationship between stress coping strategies and students' mathematics exam results.Stres akademik pada siswa dapat berdampak negatif terhadap hasil ujian matematika. Setiap orang, khususnya siswa memiliki strategi penanganan stres yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan strategi penanganan stres yang digunakan oleh siswa pada ujian matematika terutama siswa di sekolah menengah atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis pendekatan analitik. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis persentase dan analisis kecenderungan dari penelitian angket sebanyak 56 pernyataan terkait strategi penanganan stres siswa sekolah menengah atas pada ujian matematika. Populasi penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 94 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian yaitu 37 siswa laki-laki dan 57 siswa perempuan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sebesar 83,78% dari 37 siswa laki-laki dan sebesar 64,91% dari 57 siswa perempuan kelas X di sekolah menengah atas menggunakan strategi penanganan stres jenis problem focused coping pada ujian matematika dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian di masa mendatang disarankan untuk melakukan peningkatan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi strategi mengatasi stres, mengukur hubungan antara faktor pendukung dan strategi mengatasi stres yang digunakan, serta menentukan hubungan antara strategi mengatasi stres dan hasil ujian matematika siswa

    Pengembangan Video Pembelajaran Berbasis Kontekstual Materi SPLDV untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Matematis Peserta Didik

    Technology in learning must be optimized, one of which is using learning. This study aims to determine the process of developing learning videos and the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning videos. This type of research is Research and Development research with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The instruments used are a validation sheet, a learning implementation observation sheet, a student activity observation sheet, a teacher response questionnaire, a student response questionnaire, and a mathematical literacy ability test. The research subjects were students of class VIII, 2 MTs Negeri Gowa. The results showed that the validation analysis achievement by the validator team was 3.83, which is a very valid category. Practicality criteria of 90.38% with a very positive response, and the results of observations of learning implementation 1.85, with the category fully implemented. The results of the effectiveness criteria were 85.43% with a positive response, 71.05% student activity observation analysis with a good category, and 76.05%. So it is concluded that the context-based learning video on SPLDV material to improve students' mathematical literacy skills is of good quality, as evidenced by the average student being at level 4, namely 68.42%. So that it is effectively applied in the learning process because it meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Other researchers can also develop videos with different tools and materials.Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran harus dioptimalkan, salah satunya adalah dengan penggunaan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses pengembangan video pembelajaran dan mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan video pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik, angket respon guru, angket respon peserta didik serta tes kemampuan literasi matematis. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII.2 MTs Negeri Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan capaian analisis validasi oleh tim validator adalah 3,83 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kriteria kepraktisan 90,38% dengan respon sangat positif dan observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 1,85 dengan kategori terlaksana seluruhnya. Hasil kriteria keefektifan 85,43% dengan respon positif, hasil analisis observasi aktivitas peserta didik 71,05% dengan kategori baik, dan kemampuan literasi matematis peserta didik 76,05%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah video pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual pada materi SPLDV untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis peserta didik berkualitas baik terbukti rata-rata siswa berada dilevel 4 yaitu 68,42% sehingga efektif diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Peneliti lain juga dapat melakukan pengembangan video dengan variasi alat bantu maupun materi yang berbeda

    Critical thinking and numeracy skills are important competencies for students facing challenges of the 21st century and era of industrial revolution 5.0. In mathematics learning, especially geometry, using Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions is a strategic approach to developing these abilities. This study analyzes students' critical thinking and numeracy skills through HOTS geometry questions, reviewed by learning styles and gender. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sample of 26 VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Results indicate that male students with visual learning styles achieved the highest scores in both skills. Visual learning styles were more effective in supporting numeracy skills, whereas auditory and kinesthetic styles supported critical thinking more effectively. ANOVA tests revealed significant differences in numeracy skills on the "making decisions" indicator by learning style (Sig. 0.047) and gender (Sig. 0.0291), and in critical thinking skills on the "inference" indicator by gender (Sig. 0.0265). In conclusion, learning styles and gender influence critical thinking and numeracy, with learning style having the more pronounced effect. Future research is needed to train students in answering HOTS questions to enhance both skills.Keterampilan berpikir kritis dan numerasi merupakan kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21 dan era revolusi industri 5.0. Dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya geometri, penggunaan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) menjadi pendekatan strategis untuk mengembangkan kedua keterampilan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kritis dan numerasi siswa melalui soal HOTS geometri, ditinjau dari gaya belajar dan gender. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa laki-laki dengan gaya belajar visual memiliki skor tertinggi dalam kedua keterampilan. Sebaliknya, siswa laki-laki dengan gaya belajar kinestetik dan siswa perempuan dengan gaya belajar auditori memperoleh skor terendah. Gaya belajar visual lebih efektif dalam mendukung keterampilan numerasi, sementara auditori dan kinestetik lebih mendukung keterampilan berpikir kritis. Uji ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara gaya belajar terhadap indikator numerasi “mengambil keputusan” (Sig. 0,047) dan antara gender terhadap indikator numerasi “mengambil keputusan” (Sig. 0,0291) serta berpikir kritis “inferensi” (Sig. 0,0265). Kesimpulannya, terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berdasarkan gaya belajar dan gender, dengan perbedaan paling mencolok pada gaya belajar

    Effect of Intermittent Fasting on Ureum in Hypertension Patients

    Background: Hypertension is a silent killer that causes 10.44 million people to die every year. The prevalence of hypertension based on the 2018 Riskesdas results has also increased, as well as in Jambi Province. In pre-clinical and clinical studies, intermittent fasting and physical activity are non-pharmacological therapies for hypertension and reducing risk factors for cardiovascular disease. This study aims to determine the effect of intermittent fasting and moderate physical activity on systolic blood pressure and creatinine in hypertension sufferers in Jambi City. Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental research with a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted on 45 patients suffering from hypertension who received treatment at the Community Health Center in Jambi City, and did not suffer from heart disease, kidney failure, history of stroke or diabetes mellitus. The research sample had urea and creatinine checked before and after the study, carried out intermittent fasting twice a week for 1 month, and had their blood pressure measured once every three days. Respondents received guidance regarding moderate physical activity by providing exercise guidance and sports videos of moderate physical activity. Result: The results of the study showed that intermittent fasting and moderate physical activity in hypertensive patients can reduce systolic pressure, systolic blood pressure after intermittent fasting (mean=135.2+19, 9) compared to before (mean=144.1+21.1) (t-test; p=0.001) as well as reducing urea levels, after the intermittent fasting diet, the average creatinine level was 23.6 (11.9 - 65.7) compared to previously 20.4 ( 11 - 74) (t-test; p=0.001). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that intermittent fasting and moderate physical activity can reduce systolic blood pressure and urea in hypertensive sufferers..

    Classification of Anxiety Levels in Vocational Students Through Life Story Analysis Using Multi-class SVM

    Anxiety is a psychological condition frequently experienced by vocational high school students due to academic pressure, practical training demands, and uncertainty about future careers. This study aims to (1) classify the anxiety levels of vocational students based on their personal narratives shared via WhatsApp conversations, and (2) compare the performance of two kernel types in the Multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification model. This quantitative study used a computational experimental design involving 670 Grade X students from a vocational school in Gianyar, Bali. A total of 1,476 narrative texts were collected and labeled into five anxiety levels based on the DASS-42 scale: normal, mild, moderate, severe, and very severe. The classification process applied TF-IDF vectorization and compared the Radial Basis Function (RBF) and Sigmoid kernels. Evaluation results showed that the Sigmoid kernel achieved the highest accuracy (81.42%) and macro-average F1-score (0.7914), demonstrating better performance in recognizing minority classes. The model successfully identified students with severe (10.5%) and very severe (9.1%) anxiety, supporting its potential use for early psychological screening. These findings confirm that Multi-class SVM is effective for classifying anxiety levels from digital narratives and can be integrated into school-based mental health monitoring systems

    This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and learning motivation on the academic performance of students in the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (FKIP) at the University of Jambi. The study utilizes a quantitative approach and the data collection technique involves distributing and collecting questionnaires (surveys) through Google Forms. The respondents selected for this study are students from FKIP at the University of Jambi, with a sample size of 218 out of a total population of 8,968. The data analysis technique employed in this research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to develop a model that describes the relationships between the variables. The results of this study indicate that, in the first hypothesis, self-efficacy has a P-value of 0.007, indicating a significant influence on academic performance. In the second hypothesis, emotional intelligence has a P-value of 0.008, also showing a significant influence on academic performance. Finally, in the third hypothesis, learning motivation has a P-value of 0.008, suggesting a significant influence on academic performance. Therefore, this research concludes that self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and learning motivation have a positive and significant impact on students' academic performance. Based on these findings, this research contributes to the understanding that increasing self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and learning motivation can significantly improve students' academic achievement. Therefore, interventions designed to improve these aspects can be an effective strategy for improving academic performance among students at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Jambi University

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Keterampilan Kolaborasi Dan Kreativitas Siswa Pada Materi Struktur Dan Fungsi Jaringan Tumbuhan Di Kelas Xi Sma Negeri 1 Kabila: (The Influence of the Project Basic Learning Model on Students' Collaboration and Creativity Skills on the Material of Plant Tissue Structure and Function in Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Kabila)

    The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Project-Based Learning model on Collaboration and Creativity Skills in XI grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. This research is an experimental quantitative study with a (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). The sample in this study consisted of 20 students. The data analysis technique was complemented by statistical data processing methods. The average pretest score for Collaboration Skills in the experimental class was 37.60, while in the control class it was 35.20. The average pretest score for Creativity Skills in the experimental class was 30.20, and in the control class, it was 28.20. Meanwhile, the average posttest score for Collaboration Skills in the experimental class was 44.25, and in the control class, it was 37.20. The average posttest score for Creativity Skills in the experimental class was 37.05, and in the control class, it was 29.00. These results indicate that there is a significant effect before and after the treatment. Based on the t-test results with a t-table value of 2.086, the influence value for collaboration skills is 2.548 and the influence value for creativity skills is 14.209. In other words, t calculated > t table, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is an effect of the Project Based Learning Model on Collaboration and Creativity Skills of Students in the Material of Structure and Function of Plant Tissues in Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning terhadap Keterampilan Kolaborasi dan Kreativitas pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik analisis data dilengkapi dengan metode pengolahan data statistik. Rata-rata pretest Keterampilan Kolaborasi kelas eksperimen sebesar 37,60 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 35,20. Rata-rata pretest Keterampilan Kreativitas kelas eksperimen sebesar 30,20 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 28,20. Sedangkan rata-rata posttest Keterampilan Kreativitas kelas eksperimen sebesar 37,05 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 29,00. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t dengan t tabel yaitu sebesar 2,086, diperoleh nilai pengaruh untuk keterampilan kolaborasi sebesar 2,548 dan nilai pengaruh untuk keterampilan kreativitas sebesar 14,209. Dengan kata lain t hitung > t tabel, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.     Validitas E-LKPD Berbasis Strategi KWL (Know-Want-Learned) Pada Materi Ekosistem Untuk Melatih Keterampilan Metakognitif : (Validity of E-LKPD Based on KWL (Know-Want-Learned) Strategy on Ecosystem Material to Train Metacognitive Skills)

    Biology learning tends to be teacher-centered, resulting in a lack of active student involvement and limited metacognitive skill development. This study aims to determine the validity of the E-LKPD based on the KWL (Know-Want-Learned) strategy on ecosystem material to train students' metacognitive skills. The study used the R&D method with the ADDIE model limited to the Development stage. The research subjects were 18 grade X students of SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo. Data were collected through teacher interviews and validation by two validators (media and material). The validation results showed that the E-LKPD based on the KWL strategy obtained a "very valid" category with an average percentage of 99% from media experts and 98% from material experts. The developed E-LKPD is suitable for use in biology learning to train students' metacognitive skills and is ready for the implementation stage. Pembelajaran biologi yang cenderung masih berpusat pada guru menyebabkan kurangnya keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dan terbatasnya pengembangan keterampilan metakognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas E-LKPD berbasis strategi KWL (Know-Want-Learned) pada materi ekosistem untuk melatih keterampilan metakognitif peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode R&D dengan model ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga tahap Development. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo yang berjumlah 18 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara guru dan validasi oleh dua validator (media dan materi). Hasil validasi menunjukkan E-LKPD berbasis strategi KWL memperoleh kategori "sangat valid" dengan rata-rata persentase 99% dari ahli media dan 98% dari ahli materi. E-LKPD yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi untuk melatih keterampilan metakognitif peserta didik dan siap untuk tahap implementasi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fitur live shopping dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada pengguna aplikasi TikTok di Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden yang merupakan pengguna TikTok yang pernah berbelanja melalui fitur live shopping. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur live shopping dan diskon berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Diskon memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan fitur live shopping dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku bisnis untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital di TikTok. &nbsp

    Peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan. Berbagai faktor dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja, di antaranya lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kompensasi yang diterima oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada DM Baru RetailIndo Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan DM Baru Swalayan Bantul yang berjumlah 50 orang, yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel, sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif serta memberikan kompensasi yang layak guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. &nbsp
