No full textProductive employees with good work results will certainly make the company better. However, creatingproductive and high-quality employees is certainly not an easy matter for a company, where the companymust of course think about the best strategy to stimulate work enthusiasm. Many factors can influence anemployee's productivity, one of which is work discipline, work rotation and work stress. This research isquantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Department Detection, LineTPMI and SMD APD at PT Excelitas Technologies Batam, totaling 113 people using a saturated samplingtechnique. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the variables of work discipline, workrotation, work stress and work productivity are normally distributed, where multicollinearity andheteroscedasticity do not occur in the independent variables. The results of the t-test show that the workdisciplines partially no effect on work productivity with a significance rate of 0.721 > 0.05. Work rotationvariable is partially no effect on work productivity with significance levels 0.293 > 0.05. Work stressvariable partially significantly affect on work productivity with significance levels Working environment,work discipline and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance with significance levels 0.001< 0.005. The business also has some Weaknesses, such as challenges with parking during peak hours, relatively slow food service, limited menu availability during certain hours, inflexible beverage packages, the need for ongoing innovation in food and beverages, and the necessity of adjusting portion sizes and prices. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leadership style, compensation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Indomarco Prismatama (indomaret) Batam, the respondents used as many as 146 employees, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that leadership style, compensation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction in improving employee performance. The influence of the leadership style on job satisfaction is positive and significant, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction is positive and significant, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction is positive and significant; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is positive and significant

New citizen data is recorded in a book, as a temporary data storage place before being transferred to Excel. Creating an Android application to help make data collection easier for new residents is a good breakthrough. However, the system in use still faces challenges such as suboptimal response speed, lack of transparency, and difficulties in data storage as some still use email and Google Forms as the mediums for receiving complaints and submissions. The prototype method was used in the development of this system. The stages include communication, quick planning, quick design modeling, construction of the prototype, and deployment, delivery, and feedback. This research resulted in a complaint and public service advertisement submission information system that can facilitate the public in the process of submitting complaints, submission requests, and data collection and management by the admin.Perkembangan teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan oleh Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kabupaten Jombang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik dalam proses penerimaan aduan dan pengajuan. Namun, sistem yang digunakan masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kecepatan respons yang kurang optimal, kurangnya transparansi, dan kesulitan dalam penyimpanan data karena sebagian masih menggunakan email dan google form sebagai wadah penerimaan aduan maupun ajuan. PERANCANGAN GAME FPP MOUNTAIN CLIMBING LIFE SIMULATION MENGGUNAKAN METODE GDLC
Get PDFThis research aims to design a life simulation game with the theme "FPP Mountain Climbing Life Simulation" as an entertainment tool and a means of learning about rock climbing activities. Through the Research & Development process, the author conducted in-depth research to identify the needs and requirements in designing this game. The research results indicate that this game can be an entertainment tool that combines the realism of rock climbing with life simulation game elements, allowing players to experience rock climbing virtually. Additionally, a qualitative expert-interview method was used to gain deeper insights into rock climbing by interviewing experts and experienced individuals in the activity. The Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method was used in the Development phase to design and develop the game. "FPP Mountain Climbing Life Simulation" has the potential to be an effective learning tool for teaching techniques, preparations, and necessary steps in rock climbing, as well as the importance of safety. Recommendations include further development of the game, providing more detailed guides, promoting the game to the climbing community, and conducting further research to measure the game's effectiveness as a learning tool.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah game bergenre life simulation dengan tema "FPP Mountain Climbing Life Simulation" sebagai alat hiburan dan sarana pembelajaran tentang aktivitas panjat tebing. Melalui proses Research & Development, penulis telah melakukan penelitian yang mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan persyaratan dalam merancang game ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa game ini dapat menjadi alat hiburan yang menggabungkan realisme panjat tebing dengan elemen game life simulation, yang memungkinkan pemain untuk mengalami pengalaman panjat tebing secara virtual. Selain itu, metode kualitatif expert-interview digunakan untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang panjat tebing, dengan mewawancarai ahli dan individu yang berpengalaman dalam aktivitas tersebut. Metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) digunakan dalam tahap Development untuk merancang dan mengembangkan game ini. Game "FPP Mountain Climbing Life Simulation" memiliki potensi sebagai alat pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengajarkan teknik, persiapan, dan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam panjat tebing, serta pentingnya keselamatan. PERANCANGAN UI/UX DELIVERY MOBILE APP DENGAN METODE DESIGN THINKING DAN USABILITY SCALE

With significant growth in the courier and delivery service sector, many individuals or the courier and delivery service industry are trying to adopt technology that can support the ease of the delivery process with effective management for use. In general, the issue encountered when designing an application is that it does not match the needs of users, resulting in the program failing to achieve its goal. One method that is considered capable of solving these problems is the design thinking method. This research discusses the UI/UX Design of Delivery Mobile App implementing the design thinking approach with the aim of providing smooth delivery of goods. The use of the Delivery Mobile App is aimed at senders to improve their smoothness and convenience in the process of sending goods and the interface that suits the needs of the sender. Prototype testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 82 and an adjective rating of 'B' or 'Excellent'.Jasa pengiriman merupakan salah satu sektor dalam dunia bisnis yang berpengaruh dalam perkembangan bisnis, seiring dengan meningkatnya perilaku masyarakat dalam berbelanja online. Dengan pertumbuhan yang signifikan pada sektor jasa kurir dan pengiriman barang, banyak individu atau industri jasa kurir dan pengiriman barang yang berusaha mengadopsi teknologi yang dapat mendukung kemudahan proses pengiriman dengan manajemen yang efektif untuk digunakan. Pada umumnya, masalah yang dihadapi ketika merancang sebuah aplikasi adalah tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga mengakibatkan program gagal mencapai tujuannya. Salah satu metode yang dianggap mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah metode design thinking. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Mobile Delivery yang mengimplementasikan pendekatan design thinking dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kelancaran pengiriman barang. Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile Delivery ditujukan kepada pengirim untuk meningkatkan kelancaran dan kemudahan dalam proses pengiriman barang serta antarmuka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengirim. PENERAPAN ALGORITMA C4.5 UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI PENJUALAN BARANG PADA PT PRIMA NIAGA INDOMAS
Get PDFFacing the dynamics of a competitive and rapidly changing business environment, PT Prima Niaga Indomas, a snack food distribution company, encounters challenges in optimizing its product sales. Accurate sales forecasting is crucial to maintaining inventory efficiency, avoiding overstock, and meeting customer demand. This research aims to implement the C4.5 algorithm to predict the sales of snack food products at PT Prima Niaga Indomas. The location of PT Prima Niaga Indomas is at Puri Industrial Park 2000 Block D No. 5, Batam Centre, Batam City, Riau Islands. By leveraging historical sales data, product information, marketing factors, and external variables, this study seeks to develop a predictive model to assist the company in forecasting snack food product sales more accurately. The data generated from this research is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the operational efficiency of PT Prima Niaga Indomas. Data analysis is conducted by applying the C4.5 algorithm using WEKA software version 3.8.5, with manual calculations for comparison using Microsoft Excel. The research findings indicate the accuracy of data in the rules of delivery, durability, price, size, and quality. The researchers utilized two decision variables, namely, whether a product is sold or not. This study provides valuable insights into optimal inventory management, identification of sales trends, and faster responsiveness to market changes. The implication is that PT Prima Niaga Indomas can leverage this predictive model to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan algoritma C4.5 dalam memprediksi penjualan produk makanan kuaci di PT Prima Niaga Indomas. Lokasi PT Prima Niaga Indomas terletak di Puri Industrial Park 2000 Blok D No. 5, Batam Centre, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Dengan memanfaatkan data historis penjualan, informasi produk, faktor pemasaran, dan variabel eksternal, penelitian ini berusaha mengembangkan model prediksi untuk membantu perusahaan meramalkan penjualan produk kuaci secara lebih akurat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menerapkan algoritma C4.5 menggunakan perangkat lunak WEKA versi 3.8.5, dengan perhitungan manual sebagai pembanding menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keakuratan data pada aturan pengantaran, daya tahan, harga, ukuran, dan kualitas. Peneliti menggunakan dua variabel keputusan, yaitu laku atau tidak laku. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang cara optimal mengelola stok, mengidentifikasi tren penjualan, dan merespons perubahan pasar dengan lebih cepat. Implikasinya, PT Prima Niaga Indomas dapat memanfaatkan model prediksi ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas.

STUDI LITERATUR: POPULARITAS DAN TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN ACTIVITY-BASED COSTING DI BERBAGAI NEGARA
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the popularity of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methods and the success rates of countries adopting the ABC system. The research method used is a literature review. The main journal was used as a basis for comparison. The abstract is "Activity Based-Costing Around The World: Adoption, Implementation, Outcomes, and Criticism," supported by 20 other journals, both international and national. The most commonly used method in the supporting journals is the descriptive qualitative method. The study results show that the popularity of the ABC method is still dominated by Western (European) countries, which are generally developed countries. Meanwhile, in Asia and Africa, only a few companies implement the ABC method due to internal and external obstacles within the organization. On the other hand, some ABC-adopting countries, have different success rates in its implementation. This variation is generally caused by the availability of organizational resources, different levels of support from top management, and most commonly, insufficient understanding and knowledge about ABC
