OPTIMALISASI LINGKUNGAN KERJA PADA PROSES PERAKITAN PRODUK PADAT KARYA MENGGUNAKAN PENGUJIAN RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY
Get PDFThis research discusses work ergonomics based on influencing factors including noise levels, lighting, and temperature to increase worker productivity to achieve production targets and protect workers from work fatigue on an ongoing basis. Systematic analysis is used with initial experiments to evaluate and then optimize parameters such as lighting, noise, and temperature. These factor dimensions can influence workers' skills and influence work productivity and work fatigue. The response surface method methodology is used to optimize parameters. The findings from the research showed that the optimal level with the scenario was that the most suitable noise level was 55.17 dB, the optimal environmental temperature was 26.35°C, and the optimal lighting level reached 2983 Lux. With this combination of conditions, knitting assembly time can be minimized to 12 seconds per unit. The novelty of this research work lies in its application to labor-intensive industries with skilled workers as production personnel where these factors can influence work productivity. No full textIn this research, the companies used as research objects are non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The research used in this research uses a quantitative approach in the form of data measured on a numerical scale and uses an associative method. The aim of this research is to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of growth opportunities, sales growth and financial performance on capital structure. Based on the test results, analysis and discussion in this research, Growth Opportunity has no effect on the capital structure of non-cyclical consumer sector companies. Sales growth affects the capital structure of non-cyclical consumer sector companies. Financial performance has no effect on the capital structure of non-cyclical consumer sector companies.

E-COMMERCE DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP LABA USAHA UMKM
Get PDFThis study examines the influence of e-commerce and financial management on MSME business profits, with a focus on Simple Wholesale Bag MSMEs in Pasuruan. In recent years, ecommerce has become one of the important pillars in the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with MSME owners, to explore the strategies implemented and the challenges faced. The results show that the adoption of e-commerce has a positive impact on increasing sales and profits, despite the challenges in financial management. In addition, digital marketing strategies such as live streaming and attractive promotions are the key to success in attracting customers. This study concludes that a good understanding of e-commerce and the effective use of financial management can increase business profits and business sustainability of MSMEs

This expert system uses the backward chaining method, where the process starts from the damage, then asks several questions related to the symptoms of damage that occur on the acoustic guitar, then matches them. answers with existing hypotheses, such as a problem with the sound or some component that is not working. With the existing information, the system will perform an analysis and provide diagnosis results and repair recommendations according to the damage to the acoustic guitar. One of the advantages of this expert system is that it is website-based, because it is accessible anytime. It allows beginners, professionals and technicians to detect and repair damage to their acoustic guitar
ANALISIS PENGARUH KETERSEDIAAN PEMBIAYAAN, PENGETAHUAN AKUNTANSI, DAN DIGITALISASI TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DI KOTA BATAM
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to determine the influence of financing availability, accounting knowledge, and digitalization on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study employs a quantitative research approach. There are 81,486 MSMEs registered at the Batam City Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The research sample consists of 102 MSMEs, determined using the Slovin formula and selected through simple random sampling. The t-test results indicate that financing availability has no significant effect on MSMEs performance, while accounting knowledge and digitalization have a significant impact on MSMEs performance. PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, INDEPENDENSI, DAN PROFESIONALISME AUDITOR TERHADAP KUALITAS AUDIT PADA KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK DI KOTA BATAM

Reliable financial reports help investors, creditors and governments in making strategic decisions. Audits play an important role in ensuring that reports can be trusted and comply with applicable accounting standards, thereby supporting economic stability and growth. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of auditor accountability, independence and professionalism on audit quality at Public Accounting Firms in Batam City. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires carried out using the Google Form platform as well as a direct approach to respondents. Sampling in this study used a quota sampling technique which was determined by the researcher as many as 50 respondents. The results obtained from the partial t test show that accountability has no effect on audit quality, independence has no effect on audit quality, and professionalism has an effect on audit quality. Budi Luhur Store is a retail business that sells various necessities such as groceries, personal hygiene products, and household items. Currently, the sales system at Budi Luhur Store is still manual system, using book for record-keeping. The recorded inventory levels often do not match the actual stock sold, making it difficult to determine total payment and income, which can lead to errors. Payments are only made through conventional transactions. The main objective of this research is to implement a web-based sales information system integrated with online payment at Budi Luhur Store, which can be utilized by both the store owner and customer. Extreme Programming (XP) is one of the well-known processes within the Agile methodology. The result of the research conducted by the author indicate that implementing an automated web-based system accessible across various devices has been successful. Multiple online payment methods are available, making it easier for customers to complete transactions. The conclusion is that the implementation of a web-based sales information system at Budi Luhur Store has provided easiness in business operations. Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bangunan Tangguh Makmur
Get PDFIn today's era, every company plays a crucial role in achieving its vision and mission, which is through Human Resources (HR). Therefore, to reach the company's goals, it is essential for each company to motivate its employees to continuously improve their performance and develop. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bangunan Tangguh Makmur. The research involves 110 respondents as the sample, using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was conducted through a series of quality tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. To examine the effects between variables, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis were used, while hypothesis testing was performed using the t-test. The results show that organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bangunan Tangguh Makmur.Di era saat ini, setiap perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai visi dan misinya, yaitu melalui Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan untuk memotivasi karyawan agar terus meningkatkan kinerja dan pengembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bangunan Tangguh Makmur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas dalam bentuk sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian uji kualitas, termasuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik, seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi, sementara uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bangunan Tangguh Makmur
Pengaruh Kepuasan, Kepercayaan, Dan Pengalaman Konsumen Terhadap Loyalitas Bedak Muka Pixy Di Kota Batam
Get PDFIncreasingly tight business competition requires companies to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain consumer loyalty. This study aims to evaluate the effect of consumer satisfaction, trust, and experience on the loyalty of Pixy face powder users in Batam City. A quantitative descriptive approach was used in this study involving 204 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques based on the Jacob Cohen formula. The data analysis process includes data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test indicate that satisfaction has a positive and partially significant effect on loyalty, trust has a positive and partially significant effect on loyalty, and consumer experience also contributes positively and partially significantly to loyalty. The findings are also reinforced by the results of the F test which indicate that simultaneously, the variables of satisfaction, trust, and consumer experience show a positive and significant effect on loyalty. These findings underline the importance of increasing consumer satisfaction, trust, and experience to maintain the loyalty of Pixy face powder users in Batam City.Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif guna mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan pengalaman konsumen terhadap loyalitas pengguna bedak muka Pixy di Kota Batam. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan 204 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan rumus Jacob Cohen. Proses analisis data mencakup uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas, kepercayaan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas, dan pengalaman konsumen juga berkontribusi secara positif serta signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas. Temuan juga diperkuat dengan hasil uji F yang mengindikasikan bahwa secara simultan, variabel kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan pengalaman konsumen menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya meningkatkan kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan pengalaman konsumen untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna bedak muka Pixy di Kota Bata
PENERAPAN DATA MINING DALAM PENILAIAN KINERJA AKADEMIK SISWA/I SMP YPI PULOGADUNG DENGAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING
Get PDFImproving the quality of education requires an objective, systematic, and data-driven academic performance assessment system. One technological approach that can be used to support this is data mining, specifically the K-Means Clustering method. This studyaims to cluster student academic data based on report card grades for the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year using the K-Means algorithm. Data processing was performed using RapidMiner software, with the optimal number of clusters selected at three (K=3) based on the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) of 0.077. The clustering results form three main categories: Cluster 0 contains 174 students with average academic performance, Cluster 1 contains only one student with the lowest performance, and Cluster 2 contains 107 students with high academic performance. This grouping provides more structured and useful information for schools in designing targeted academic development strategies. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of the K-Means Clustering method in identifying student academic patterns and classifications.Peningkatan mutu pendidikan memerlukan sistem penilaian kinerja akademik yang objektif, sistematis, dan berbasis data. Salah satu pendekatan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung hal tersebut adalah data mining, khususnya metode K-Means Clustering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan data akademik siswa berdasarkan nilai rapor semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025 menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak RapidMiner, dengan hasil pemilihan jumlah cluster terbaik sebanyak tiga (K=3) berdasarkan nilai Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) sebesar 1.149. Hasil clustering membentuk tiga kategori utama: Cluster 0 berisi 174 siswa dengan performa akademik sedang, Cluster 1 hanya 1 siswa dengan performa terendah, dan Cluster 2 sebanyak 107 siswa dengan prestasi akademik tinggi. Pengelompokan ini memberikan informasi yang lebih terstruktur dan bermanfaat bagi sekolah dalam merancang strategi pembinaan akademik yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means Clustering efektif dalam mengidentifikasi pola dan klasifikasi akademik siswa
