AUDIT REPORT LAG KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PADA TAHUN 2020-2024
The late publication of a company's financial report is known as Audit Report Lag. Timeliness in submitting financial reports is crucial and is governed by various official regulations. This should encourage public companies to report their financial statements on time. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Financial Audit Report Lag on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2025. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is a census method or saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. Therefore, the total population used in this study is 12 Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Subsector x 5 years = 60 data. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources, namely company financial reports. The collected data were tested using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing using SPSS software. Profitability partially had a positive and significant effect on audit report lag. Solvency partially had a negative and significant effect on audit report lag. Company size partially had a positive and significant effect on audit report lag. Profitability, solvency, and company size simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on audit report lag. Variations in the variables Profitability, solvency, and company size explained 52.5% of their effect on audit report lag, while the remaining 47,5% was due to variations in other variables not explained in this study, such as cash flow, etc
OTOMATISASI JEMURAN PAKAIAN MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR HUJAN BERBASIS ARDUINO VIA BOT WHATSAPP
Indonesia has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. During the dry season, the need for sunlight is very much needed, one example is drying wet clothes. However, when the weather is uncertain, the job of drying clothes becomes quite troublesome and will take time and energy to lift and dry the clothes again. In this study, researchers will design a prototype that can protect clotheslines when it rains and provide notifications to the user's WhatsApp that this prototype detects rain and immediately protects the clotheslines from the rain. This prototype is designed using Arduino Uno as the main controller on this prototype and can be connected to the internet network, a rain sensor as a rain detector, and a micro servo as a roof driver above the clothesline. The results of conducting trials on the prototype are that this prototype can protect clotheslines from rain and also successfully send notifications in the form of WhatsApp messages that rain has been detected
ANALISIS MITIGASI RESIKO OPERASIONAL BISNIS PADA PT XYZ BATAM
PT XYZ, as a logistics service provider, faces complex operational risks such as incorrect data input in the system, limited supply availability, and sudden customer demand. These risks lead to delivery delays, inaccurate information flow, and decreased operational efficiency. This study aims to identify and analyze operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The methods used include the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to map the supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver, and return), and the House of Risk (HOR) Phase 1 and 2 to identify the relationship between risk events and risk agents, determine risk priorities based on the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), and formulate mitigation strategies using the Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio (ETD). The results show that there are 16 risk events and 17 risk agents, with 3 risk agents identified as top priorities. A total of 11 mitigation strategies were proposed, including the implementation of an ERP system, integration of an Early Warning System, and strengthening of human resource competencies. These strategies are expected to reduce recurring risks and support the sustainable improvement of PT XYZ’s operational performance
PREDIKSI IMPLAN GIGI MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA MACHINE LEARNING
Advances in digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), are transforming healthcare practices, including dental implant decision-making. This study introduces a machine learning model utilizing the Classification and Regression Tree (CART) algorithm to estimate dental implant candidacy, drawing on anonymized patient records from Ellisa Dental Clinic, Batam. The dataset comprises various demographic and clinical attributes such as age, sex, smoking patterns, bone condition, and the presence of chronic illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune disorders. The exploratory analysis reveals that factors like heavy smoking, systemic diseases, and jawbone integrity substantially affect implant suitability. The quality and consistency of the dataset support robust modeling. The proposed system is intended to function as a clinical decision aid, offering dentists evidence-based recommendations regarding patient eligibility. This work demonstrates the potential of predictive analytics to enhance decision accuracy and streamline dental care, contributing to the integration of AI into routine clinical workflows.
 
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI DEPARTEMEN HIGHSPEED PADA PT VOLEX INDONESIA
Product quality is a crucial factor in maintaining a company's competitiveness in the market. Therefore, production quality control is crucial to ensure each product meets established standards. This study aims to analyze the factors causing product defects and implement solutions to improve quality and reduce rework. The quantitative method used is the Six Sigma approach with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) stages. The results show that the dominant types of defects include pad lifted, solder wire lifted, and solder bending, which contribute significantly to product rejection and rework. Based on Nvidia's 2024 production data with a total output of 900,000 units and a total of 85,487 defects, the DPMO value was obtained at around 333,300, indicating a sigma level in the range of 3, far from the Six Sigma target (3.4 DPMO). Analysis using a fishbone diagram identified the causes of defects originating from human, machine, material, method, measurement, and environmental factors. Problems included a lack of discipline, suboptimal machine conditions, inappropriate raw materials, the absence of written SOPs, and an unsupportive work environment. The implications of these findings form the basis for continuous improvement in the company's quality control system
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI PADA PT TESE MANUFACTURING INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze and identify the causes of defective products in SENSOR - SSIC XCKN type lenses and propose quality control improvement efforts at PT TESE Manufacturing Indonesia. The main problem faced by the company is the high rate of rejected products exceeding the company's tolerance limit of 40%, with an average defect rate of 53.32% during the period of April 2024 to March 2025. Data show defect peaks in October 2024 (58,98%) and february 2025 (54,90%), which impact quality degradation, increased production costs, and potential losses. The method used in this research is Lean Six Sigma with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. Through the Define phase, product defect issues are identified. The Measure phase is conducted to collect defect data and calculate the current DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) and sigma level. In the Analyze phase, the root causes of defects will be identified using statistical tools such as Cause and Effect Diagrams and Pareto Charts. The Improve phase will formulate effective improvement solutions to reduce the defect rate. Finally, the Control phase will establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of improvements. After improvements were made, the product defect rate decreased to 38.69% of the established tolerance limit. It is expected that this research can provide concrete solutions to significantly reduce the number of defective products, improve production process efficiency, and help PT TESE Manufacturing Indonesia achieve better quality standards, moving towards a zero defect level and enhancing the company's competitivene
PERANCANGAN GAME KONSENTRASI UNTUK PENYANDANG DISABILITAS BERBASIS ANDORID
The creation and design of an instructional Android game intended to enhance concentration in youngsters with impairments is covered in this study. The growing need for interactive learning aids that are accessible and inclusive was the driving force behind the initiative. The game was created using Unity and C#, with visual components created in Inkscape, following the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) testing. The black box testing was used for system testing, whereas observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used for data gathering. Children with a wide range of impairments may easily interact with the game thanks to its straightforward UI components, Large Buttons, and visually appealing environments. Beta testing with ten users, including parents and teachers, showed that the game was interesting, simple to use, and successful in assisting kids in concentration. Alpha testing verified that all features functioned as expected and without errors. Additionally, the game records user development so that parents and teachers can keep an eye on attention spans. According to the findings, this education game has great promise as a helpful resource for inclusive education, offering an enjoyable and engaging approach to enhancing cognitive attention

Regular and planned human resource development is a very important need for the future of a company. This must always be considered and maintained in order to continue to grow. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of communication, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Citra Maritime in Batam City. This study involved 113 respondents as samples, using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that communication, work discipline, and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Maritime in Batam City.Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang teratur dan terencana merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi masa depan suatu perusahaan. Hal tersebut harus selalu diperhatikan dan dijaga agar dapat terus berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Maritime di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini melibatkan 113 responden sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berupa sampling jenuh. PREDIKSI PENJUALAN DISTRIBUTOR CV. LESTARI MANDIRI JAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY MAMDANI
Distribution firms frequently encounter difficulties in forecasting distributor sales due to the absence of a well-organized and precise prediction system. Inaccurate sales forecasts can result in issues that disturb business operations. The objective of this study is to identify sales data variables through fuzzy Mamdani calculations to forecast distributor sales for the company. To solve the sales prediction challenge, this research utilizes MATLAB software. Numerical data is vital in data processing as the fuzzy Mamdani logic method necessitates numerical data for processing in MATLAB. Once the data conversion process is finished, the subsequent step is to implement it in MATLAB to derive research findings that involve input and output variables. Tests were performed using two approaches: manual calculations and MATLAB. In every test, both manual and MATLAB methods were employed for defuzzification. The findings from both methods showed a sales increase with the same value of 85, indicating consistency between the methods and validating the accuracy of the implemented fuzzy model. Utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method and MATLAB implementation allows companies to forecast distributor sales with greater precision. This analysis assists companies in recognizing sales trends and developing effective strategies to boost distributor sales
ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS MESIN CNC PLATE CUTTING PADA PT. SUMBARTEC JAYA LIEVINDO
PT.Sumbartec jaya lievindo located in Batam, Indonesia, is a leading company in the manufacturing and technology sector. The problem that occurs in this study is that manual and automatic (CNC) cutting machines cause several defects in the plate, such as non-diagonal cutting and uneven edges, which result in defective products and interfere with the effectiveness of the production process. The purpose of this study is to measure machine performance using the OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) approach so that recommendations can be given to improve machine effectiveness by applying causal analysis (fishbone). The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a tool to measure overall equipment performance. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the average availability value is 83%, for the average performance value, the value is 87%, while the average rate of quality product is 93%, and the average value (OEE) is 67% Thus, the average OEE value is still below the World OEE Class standard which is worth 85%. The types of six big losses that dominantly cause low OEE values on cnc plate cutting machines are reduced speed losses and equipment failure losses have the same value as Idling & minor stoppages. Idling & minor stoppages 17% is the biggest losses of all losses that occur and equipment failure losses are in second place with a value of 16.%
