ANALISIS SENTIMEN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TRANSPORTASI ONLINE PADA GRAB MENGGUNAKAN SUPPORT VERCTOR MACHINE
Online transportation services such as Grab have become an essential part of urban mobility in Indonesia, generating a wide range of user reviews that reflect levels of satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of these reviews using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Data were collected from the Google Play Store and processed through several stages, including text preprocessing, automatic labeling based on rating scores (≤3 as negative, ≥4 as positive), and feature representation using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method. The dataset was split into training data (80%) and testing data (20%), and the SVM model was trained using a linear kernel. Evaluation results showed an accuracy of 82%, precision of 84%, recall of 78%, F1-score of 79%, and an AUC of 0.9015. Further analysis of negative reviews revealed that the aspects of “drivers,” “application,” and “payment” were the main sources of complaints. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of SVM in sentiment classification and its potential as a data-driven service evaluation tool. The study also recommends manual labeling or semantic-based approaches to address inconsistencies between review scores and content
ANALISIS TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM) PADA MESIN EKSTRUDER DI PT VOLEX BATAM
At PT Volex Batam, the ekstruder machine is an integral part of the cable production process, used for the extrusion of cable insulation and protective layers. This machine plays a vital role in production; however, during the period of September 2024 to February 2025, a total downtime of approximately 194.4 hours was recorded, which disrupted production and caused delivery delays. This study aims to measure the effectiveness level of the ekstruder machine using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicator and to identify the factors contributing to the high frequency of machine failures. The methods used in this research are OEE calculation and Six Big Losses analysis. The results show an average OEE value of 73%, which is below the ideal standard of ≥85%. The OEE components include availability at 88%, performance rate at 91%, and quality rate at 90%. The major losses come from equipment failure losses (9.6%), defect losses (8.8%), and idling & minor stoppages (5.1%). Based on the fishbone analysis, four main causes were identified: operator skills, inconsistent SOPs, worn-out machine components, and unstable environmental conditions. The proposed improvements focus on operator training, the implementation of preventive maintenance, and improvement of the working environment
PENGUKURAN BEBAN KERJA DALAM PENENTUAN JUMLAH TENAGA OPERATOR PRODUKSI DI PT XYZ
PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bagian perakitan kabel listrik. Pada department powercord ditemukan masalah berupa penumpukkan bahan di beberapa stasiun kerj yang menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja antar operator sehingga tidak tercapainya target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan waktu baku proses perakitan kabel listrik pada operator produksi di PT. XYZ serta menghitung jumlah tenaga kerja operator tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis (WLA) dan Work Force Analysis (WFA). Metode WLA menganalisis beban kerja tiap stasiun, sedangkan WFA menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja berdasarkan beban kerja tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan dari seluruh 10 stasiun kerja pada stasiun inner connector, inner plug, crimping plug, crimping connector, molding 1, molding 2, hippot 1,molding connector, hippot 2, dan binding memiliki waktu baku > 132,21 detik maka terdapat nilai WLA sebesar > 1,42, mengindikasikan beban kerja melebihi kapasitas ideal tenaga kerja, sehingga terjadi kelebihan beban konsisten. Perhitungan WFA memiliki nilai > 1,559 hal ini mengungkapkan kebutuhan 2 orang operator per stasiun, total 20 orang untuk 10 stasiun, sedangkan tenaga kerja aktual hanya 10 orang. Kondisi ini menyebabkan kekurangan tenaga kerja 50%, mengakibatkan sistem kerja belum optimal. Penelitian menyimpulkan perlu perbaikan jumlah tenaga kerja, standarisasi metode kerja, pengaturan ulang distribusi beban, serta pengawasan absensi dan efisiensi guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produksi di PT. XYZ
IMPLEMENTASI DAN ANALISIS SENTIMEN PADA ULASAN APLIKASI GOOGLE PLAY STORE MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA RoBERTa
The rapid growth of Instagram user reviews on the Google Play Store poses challenges in understanding sentiment quickly and accurately. This research aims to develop an automatic sentiment analysis dashboard based on the Indonesian-RoBERTa model. Review data was collected using the google_play_scraper library and analyzed using a fine-tuned model. Fine-tuning was performed on the w11wo/indonesian-roberta-base-sentiment-classifier model using Indonesian tweet datasets during the PPKM period with 23,645 labeled data points (positive, neutral, negative). The preprocessing process included text cleaning, tokenization, and class weighting. Model evaluation used precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix metrics. Test results showed good performance on positive and neutral classes, but performance on the negative class still needs improvement. The dashboard successfully performed scraping, sentiment prediction, and data visualization automatically. This research demonstrates the potential application of transformer-based models in Indonesian language and supports data-driven decision making

ANALISIS POLA PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA ASSOCIATION RULES PADA AHASS
Consumer purchasing pattern analysis is a strategic approach to understanding customer behavior and supporting data-driven decision-making. This research was conducted at AHHAS PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Batam with the aim of identifying relationships between motorcycle service items that are frequently selected together by consumers. The method used is the Association Rules algorithm, specifically Apriori, with a quantitative approach applied to 4,026 transaction records from April to June 2025. The data were analyzed through preprocessing, one-hot encoding, and the application of the Apriori algorithm using parameters of minimum support of 5%, confidence of 30%, and lift > 1. The results showed 80 frequent itemsets and 38 valid association rules. The rule with the highest lift was Oil Chang}-Gear Set, indicating a strong correlation between the two services. Other patterns such as Spooring → Front Tire and Air Filter Balancing also showed significant associations. These findings can be utilized to design service bundling strategies, automatic recommendation systems, and optimize stock and workforce management. This study proves that the Apriori algorithm is effective in uncovering hidden patterns within transaction data, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality in the automotive sector
DESAIN DAN IMPLEMENTASI LAMPU RUANGAN OTOMATIS BERBASIS IoT
Smart homes are part of an innovation in the application of the Internet Of Things, it can be seen that its application is able to automatically control almost all objects in the house. The purpose of the Internet Of Things (IoT) is continuously developed, one of which is to expand the use of the internet which is getting wider every day. With the development of technology and the existence of the Internet Of Things (IoT) which can be used in various fields of human needs today, for example with the existence of electronic room lighting devices that can be controlled remotely by utilizing an internet connection and controlled via an Android smartphone with a telegram application. In this study, a prototype of an automatic room lamp based on IoT was built, using the NodeMCU ESP8266 module as a microcontroller and to control remotely using the bot in the Telegram application. Based on the results of the trials carried out, it produced an IoT application that was able to control the lights from the telegram bot, so it can be concluded that the system can work well according to its objectives.
Pengaruh Teknologi dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kota Batam
MSMEs play a crucial role in regional economic growth, including in Batam City. Despite their potential, many MSMEs still face challenges such as low revenue, imbalance between capital and assets, and limited use of digital technology and financial knowledge. Many MSME owners lack financial recording practices and manage their businesses conventionally without leveraging digital platforms such as e-commerce, social media, and digital payment systems. This study aims to examine the influence of technology and financial literacy on MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was used, employing multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 110 culinary MSMEs in Batam City that had operated for at least two years and used digital tools. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 29. The results indicate that both technology and financial literacy positively and significantly affect MSME performance, both individually and together. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening financial skills and optimizing digital tools to improve MSME performance. The study suggests that digital and financial literacy should be key focus areas for MSME development programs, both by the government and support institutions.MSMEs play a crucial role in regional economic growth, including in Batam City. PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, CITRA MEREK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SKINCARE ERHA DI KOTA BATAM
This research analyzes the impact of brand ambassadors, promotions, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare products in Batam City. This study applies to a quantitative research approach. This study involved 100 respondents who had purchased and used Skintific Skincare products in Sagulung District, Batam City. The approach used to collect data was by using a questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the analysis and data that have been obtained, this study shows that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare products in Batam City. In addition, promotions that are carried out positively and significantly have an impact on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare products in Batam City. The brand image variable positively and significantly impacts purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare products in Batam City. This study aims to examine the influence of Capital Market Education, Investment Knowledge, and Investment Benefits on Investment Interest among Accounting Students in Batam City. The research is based on the low level of student participation in investment activities, suspected to be caused by a lack of education, knowledge, and understanding of investment benefits. Data were collected using Google Forms from a population of 1,572 accounting students, with a sample of 319 selected through stratified random sampling. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The results show that Capital Market Education, Investment Knowledge, and Investment Benefits have a significant effect on students' Investment Interest.
