Get PDFABSTRAK Pasal 35 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, yang mengatur tentang perkawinan, menyebutkan bahwa hanya harta benda yang diperoleh suami istri selama perkawinan yang dianggap sebagai harta bersama. Dalam pembagian sumber daya bersama, harus adil antara keduanya mengingat seberapa besar komitmen dalam memperolehnya. Pembagian harta bersama ini juga seringkali menjadi permasalahan antara kedua belah pihak, akibat dari ketidakjelasan kepemilikan dan juga ketidakadilan dalam penbagiannya. Rumusan masalah yang muncul adalah bagaimana prosedur pembagian harta bersama dalam perceraian bagi Aparatur sipil negara atau pegawai negeri sipil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembagian harta bersama pada kasus perceraian aparatus sipil negara ini bahwa pembagiannya berdasarkan besaran kontribusi keduanya dalam memperoleh harta tersebut. Jika ada harta yang diperoleh bersama haruslah masing-masing menyiapkan bukti kepemilikan untuk menjadi barang bukti sebelum diputuskan oleh hakim. Pada proses pembagian ini juga dapat diselesaikan melalui pengadilan (litigasi) atau melakukan perdamaian diluar pengadilan (non litigasi). THE OBSTACLES IN ONLINE LEARNING OF ENGLISH EDUCATION STUDENTS ACADEMIC YEAR 2017 DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Get PDFCovid-19 makes learning activities must be carried out online in order to break the chain of the spread of covid-19. This study aims to find out what obstacles and effects students face during their online learning using qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study were students of the 7th semester of English education study program totalling 6 people using questionnaires and interview data collection techniques. To collect research results on the questionnaire using tables and for interviews using analytical techniques. The results of the research on the questionnaire were 40% of students answered that they had problems with the network and 60% experienced problems with the lecturer's explanation. on the effect of online learning students answered that they experienced the effect that they were more lazy since joining online learning, the next effect their scores increased during online learning. This shows that during online learning they have obstacles and effects that they face during online learning and it is recommended for lecturers to pay more attention to students who have difficulty in capturing material during online learning so that they are more enthusiastic about participating in online learning

Get PDFThis research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the speech of the host and guest star on the E-Talk Show with BHS on TV. The method used is the documentation method. Documentation is used to collect data and then reviewed. The documentation used in this study is in the form of videos. The results showed that the phonological symptoms of speech in the interactions of E-Talk Show With BHS programs were: (1) anaptaxis, (2) contractions, (3) labialization. There are phonological symptoms of anaptaxis in the form of prosthesis, epenthesis and paragog. Prosthesis data found there are 2 data in the form of the addition of the sound [h] and [?]. The epenthesis data has 1 data, namely the addition of the sound [h]. The paragog data found amounted to 11 data, namely the addition of the sound [h] and [?]. The phonological symptoms of contraction found were the grinding of phonemes /ə/, /h/, /i/, /m/, /s/, /a/. The omission of the phoneme occurs due to the influence of the speaker's pronunciation speed. This happens to speed up or simplify the pronunciation. The amount of data found is 35 data. The omission of one phoneme is 29 data. The omission of two phonemes is 5 data. The omission of three phonemes is 1 data. The phonological symptoms of labialization found amounted to 21 data. The data includes sound changes [l]-[lʷ], [d]-[dʷ], [t]-[tʷ], [j]-[jʷ], [s]-[sʷ], [p]-[ pʷ], [d]-[dʷ], [m]-[mʷ], [k]-[kʷ], [g]-[gʷ], [n]-[nʷ]. This labialization usually occurs due to pressure or prolongation of the sound when it is pronounced

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the words or sentences in the novel “Children of All Nations” by Pramoedya Ananta Toer using sociolinguistic studies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Provision of data is done by tracing the appropriate literature studies and conducting data analysis. Primary data was collected from data from a novel by Pramoedya Ananta Toer entitled "Children of All Nations". The secondary data used in this research are scientific articles, journals, and reference books that are relevant to the theory. The resulting data are in the form of words and sentences which are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn which summarize the entire contents of the research results. The result of this study is that there are words and sentences that contain wise words in the novel "Children of All Nations" by Pramoedya Ananta Toer

Indeks Pertumbuhan Pada Sapi Bali Yang Dipelihara Secara Ekstensif Di Kecamatan Banggae, Kabupaten Majene
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui indeks pertumbuhan pada sapi Bali yang dipelihara secara ektensif di Kecamatan Banggae Kabupaten Majene dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan sapi Bali secara ekstensif di Kecamatan Banggae Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif adalah sebuah metode penelitian yang memanfaatkan hasil penelitian kualitatif dan di jabarkan secara deskritif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 736 ekor sapi bali. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rundom sampling, rundom sampling adalah pengambilan sampel secara acak dengan memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh populasi untuk terpilih sebagai sampel. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 ekor sapi. Hasil penelitian rata-rata ukuran lingkar dada sapi bali mengalami kenaikan lingkar dada sebesar 5,67 cm perekor sapi yang di pelihara secara ekstensif selama 3 bulan. Tinggi pundak sapi yang pemeliharaan selama tiga bulan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2,73 cm untuk tiap ekor sapi menjadi 103,81 cm/ekor. Panjang badan sapi bali yang dipelihara secara ekstensif atau di gembalakan terjadi kenaikan sebesar 99,65 cm/ekor sapi atau terjadi kenaikan sebesar 1,83 cm/ekor selama 3 bulan pemeliharaa secara ekstensif. Berat rata-rata badan sapi bali berdasarkan data awal yakni sebesar 248,22 kg/ekor sapi dan setelah dilakukan pemeliharaan secara ekstensif atau sistem penggembalaan/ ekstensif mengalami kenaikan sebesar 18,10 kg/ekor selama 3 bulan atau menjadi 266,32 kg/ekor atau mengalami rata-rata kenaikan 0,20 kg/ekor/har
