Analysis of Students' Creative Thinking in Proposing SPLDV Problems Viewed from Cognitive Abilities
Get PDFThis research aims to describe the analysis of students' creative thinking in posing SPLDV problems in terms of students with high abilities and low abilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The material used is Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). SPLDV are two linear equations that have solutions in the form of ordered pairs which can be represented by x, y. The results of the research are that students with high abilities in asking SPLDV problems can be included in the good category. Students with medium low ability in asking SPLDV problems are still in the sufficient category. Low ability students HY are only able to meet the indicators of creative thinking fluency. In planning and implementing SPLDV problem submissions, it is seen from cognitive ability, namely high ability and low ability are still categorized as lacking

Get PDFKetersediaan pakan dalam jumlah yang cukup dan berkualitas sangat menentukan keberlanjutan usaha budidaya peternakan. Pada musim kemarau ini pemenuhan pakan hijauan ternak masih menjadi permasalahan bagi peternak, akibatnya banyak peternak yang menggunakan pakan seadanya untuk diberikan ke ternak. Rendahnya kesadaran peternak dalam penyediaan dan pemanfaatan pakan yang berkualitas dengan jumlah yang cukup, menyebabkan sebagian besar peternak memberikan hijauan pakan yang memiliki kualitas seadanya kepada ternak yang dipelihara. Hal ini menyebabkan ternak tidak mendapat asupan pakan yang berkualitas baik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kepada peternak tentang bagaimana pengolahan pakan yang baik, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan bahan pakan yang tersedia di lokasi sekitar dan diolah secara fermentasi. Salah satu metode untuk menaikkan status kualitas pakan ternak adalah dengan melakukan teknologi pengolahan pakan. Alternatif dari permasalahan ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan pakan Fermentasi jerami dan jamu ternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah penyuluhan disertai dengan praktek teknologi pengolahan pakan ternak
Analisis Delta Rapor Pendidikan dan Penyusunan ARKAS pada Kurikulum Merdeka
Get PDFKKG Gugus 3 Pademawu merupakan Kelompok Kerja Guru yang terdiri dari sekolah dasar yang berada di kecamatan Pademawu. KKG Gugus 3 Pademawu terdiri dari SDN Pademawu Timur 1, SDN Pademawu Timur 4, SDN Pademawu 5, SDN Tanjung 1, dan SDN Tanjung 2. KKG Gugus 3 ini belum pernah melakukan kegiatan analisis delta rapor satuan Pendidikan dari masing-masing sekolah. Bahkan memahami isi rapor Pendidikan masih bingung, dan belum paham penyusunan ARKAS terbaru di satuan pendidikannya. Untuk itu, perlu adanya analisis rapor Pendidikan dan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) terkait rapor Pendidikan. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, dilakukan workshop Analisis Delta Rapor Pendidikan dan Penyusunan ARKAS pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah peserta memahami tentang Analisa delta rapor Pendidikan dan mampu Menyusun ARKAS dengan format baru sesuai Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM)

The researcher research the English teacher at IPB in using short story as media in teaching narrative writing skill. The purpose of this research are to know how the english teacher use short story as the media in teaching writing at third level of Institut Prima Bhakti (IPB) Pamekasan, second to know the students obtacle in using story as the media in teaching writing at third level of Institut Prima Bhakti (IPB) Pamekasan, and the third is to know the students responses the use of short story as media in teaching writing at third level of Institut Prima Bhakti (IPB) Pamekasan. The method used in this research was qualitative research. It was held on 20 June until 25 July 2016. In this class there were 12 students, 10 boys and 2 girls. The researcher used get the data are observation, interview, and documentation. The use of short story as media at IPB pamekasan is based by Ghasemy procedure there four steps in using short story in teaching narrative the first is pre-activities where students required to identify the new vocabulary a ttext of short story in group work, then discussed it in class. Second activities is comprehension work the teacher can help students prepare questions which can ultimately lead to the overall understanding of the text and explain narrative text. After that is Textual analysis and group work here the teacher started to ask the students to rewrite the story of the short story that their alredy disscussed. Get PDFThis research aims are to describe the teacher in using personal letter as media in teaching writing of recount textand tofind out the teacher’s problems in teaching writing of recount text by using personal letter as media in the tenth grade of MAN Jung Cangcang Pamekasan. Then, the object of this research obtain from the students of the tenth grade atMAN Jung Cangcang Pamekasan. There are 35 that consist 9 boys and 26 girls students. In gathering the data, the reseacher used observation process, interview, and documentation at the tenth grade of MAN Jung Cangcang Pamekasan. The research design of this study is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research, there are how the teacher in using personal letter and the problems the teacher in using personal letter as media in the tenth grade at MAN Jung Cangcang Pamekasan. In using personal letter of teaching writing recount text, there are some steps such as: pre-activity, whilst activity, and post activity. Then, the problems that was faced by the teacher in usingpersonal letter as media in teaching writing recount text are the first,the teachers’ problems in teaching writing recount text is difficult to get attention for students in teaching process by using personal letter media, the second problem, the teacher felt difficult to make the students activein the class because the students less of vocabularies, and the third problem, the teacher felt that the goal of the teaching process by using personal letter as media is not running well

Get PDFEarnings management practices are expected to be minimized with strict supervision. This is due to the fact that one of the important measuring tools for decision making is profit information in financial statements. This study uses a meta-analysis method for testing. The population of this study is a journal found through Publish or Pearish 8 with the topic of factors that affect earnings management which includes deferred tax expense variables, deferred assets, tax planning, tax size and leverage for the 2010-2020 research year. In this study, purposive sampling method was used as a sampling strategy, using 31 articles as sample. The results of t-test statistics from journals used as secondary data, taken from several journals in Publish or Pearish 8. To combine the research findings of journals and ensure deferred tax expense, deferred tax assets, tax planning, size and influence have an influence on earnings management. The independent variable relationship with the variable is weak, with an average correlation value of less than 0.25. This study concludes that financial management is influenced by firm size, leverage, deferred assets, tax planning and deferred tax expense

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Permenkumham Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 Tentang Asimilasi Rumah Bagi Narapidana di Lapas Klas IIA Pamekasan dalam rangka Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Penyebaran Covid-19 . Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Pendekatan yuridis sosiologis adalah Mengidentifikasi dan mengkonsepsikan hukum sebagai institusi sosial yang riil dan fungsional dalam sistem kehidupan yang nyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Penerapan asimilasi dirumah selama pandemi covid-19 pada dasarnya dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 32 Tahun 2020 dan direvisi melalui Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun 2021. Di Lapas Kelas IIA Pamekasan pelaksanaannya berjalan efektif dengan jumlah yang signifikan. Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan yang mendapat asimilasi adalah mereka yang selama ini berkelakuan baik dan telah menyelesaikan syarat administrasi untuk menjalani masa tahanan di rumah masing-masing. Kebijakan tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi resiko sebaran Covid-19 dengan mengurangi jumlah warga binaan dan untuk mengurangi tingkat hunian di Lapas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the language used in online shopping application advertisements and the language function of the use in online shopping application advertisements. This research is interesting to study because it discusses various language characteristics and language functions used in various online shopping applications such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Akulaku shopping applications. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. The data in this study are in the form of online shopping application advertisements found on social media. data collection using recording and note-taking techniques. Data were obtained by observing video recordings and then recording the data needed in this study. The results of this study are the characteristics in the use of online shopping advertising language on social media such as the use of regional languages, slang, and foreign languages. The language functions used in online shopping advertisements that we found were informative functions, directive functions, reminder functions, and expressive functions

This research uses descriptive-qualitative method because the data used are words and the final result is a description. This research was motivated because the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic was like doing distance learning. This makes teachers and students obliged to carry out learning at home. It seems to have an impact on presenting the material given by the teacher to students. This study aims to introduce online-based learning media that can be used in distance learning as it is today. Socrative is a learning evaluation media that is used as a practice question that is used as a benchmark for students after being given the material by the teacher. This medium is included in easy media and has various forms of quiz. In addition, you can use it via the web without first downloading the application. This media is suitable for use in Indonesian language learning which requires all students to have the ability in good and correct language.
