Get PDFOperational management of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) in terms of managing quality, human resource management, supply chain management as well as the implementation of MRP and ERP are the subject of discussion to find out operational problems and strategies for dealing with them before, during and after the COVID 19 pandemic. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and using secondary data. The results of the research show that the strategies that can be pursued to solve these problems are by carrying out audits, using Six Sigma to manage quality, balancing the latest conditions in the new normal period and maintaining productivity and efficiency of work targets in human resources, using E SCM and Big Data in supply chain management, and continue to utilize the use of ERP in integrating all of the company'

Get PDFSapi Madura sebagai salah satu ternak lokal di Indonesia yang memiliki kesempatan baik untuk dikembangkan, mengingat tingkat kontribusinya yang relative tinggi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan daging nasional. Akan tetapi kelemahan dan keterbatasan sapi Madura terdapat pada pertumbuhan yang cukup lambat, hal tersebut dikarenakan manajemen pemberian pakan yang kurang tepat sehingga sapi Madura tumbuh tidak sesuai dengan potensi genetiknya (Umar, 2016). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keeretan hubungan dimensi tubuh terhadap bobot badan sapi Madura betina. Materi penelitian menggunakan sapi Madura betina mulai dari PI0 sebanyak 25 ekor, PI1 sebanyak 9 ekor, PI2 sebanyak 55 ekor, PI3 sebanyak 34 ekor, PI4 sebanyak 58 ekor.. Metode dan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode surve. Variabel yang di ukur adalah panjang badan, tinggi badan dan lingkar dada. Hasil penelitin rataan lingkar dada, tinggi badan, panjang badan dan bobot badan sapi Madura betina yaitu dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tua sapi maka rata-rata lingkar dada semakin bertambah. Nilai korelasi bobot badan dengan lingkar dada pada PI0 sebesar 0,91, PI1 sebesar 0,82, PI2 sebesar 0,85, PI3 sebesar 0,86 dan PI4 sebesar 0,85. Dengan demikian lingkar dada dapat dijadikan sebagai alat penduga bobot badan karena memiliki keeratan dimensi
ANALISIS KESALAHAN BERBAHASA PADA PENULISAN MEDIA LUAR RUANG DI DAERAH KOTA PADANG SIDIMPUAN UTARA
Get PDFThis study aims to: 1) explain the forms of Indonesian language errors in outdoor media writing in Padang Sidimpuan Utara City, 2) errors in the use of foreign elements and 3) find out the suitability of research results with Indonesian language teaching materials in junior high schools or the community environment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with samples of outdoor media writing in Padang Sidimpuan Utara City. This research uses an interactive analysis model which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The conclusions of this study are first, linguistic elements that occur language errors in outdoor media, namely errors in the aspect of using punctuation marks, especially periods (.), writing prepositions at, using o'clock and hours, and abbreviations. Second, the type of use of foreign language terms which are often combined with Indonesian. Second, the language is used simultaneously in every Indonesian word or phrase. Third, the results of this study can be adapted to teaching materials in Indonesian language subjects at the junior high school level, especially on spelling material and foreign terms (absorption elements)
PROFIL REPRODUKSI SAPI PERAH PERANAKAN FRIES HOLSTEIN (FH) (Studi Kasus ) DI KECAMATAN JUNREJO KOTA BATU
Get PDFSapi perah ialah sapi yang dirawat tujuannya utamanya untuk penghasil susu, Manajemen reproduksi pada ternak sapi perah sangat urgent sebagianmenunjang capainya produksifitas susu yang tinggi dan berkualitas. Riset berikut memiliki tujuan mengetahui aspek reproduksi sapi perah peranakan fries holstein (PFH) Di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Riset berikut dilakukan Desa Tlekung Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu berlangsung pada bulan juni sampai juli 2022. Materi pada riset berikut ialah sapi perah peranakan fries holstein yang berda di Desa Tlekung dan pilih dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang dilakukan ialah prasurvei dan survei. Tahap prasurvei dilakukan guna untuk mentukan lokasi riset dan responden sedanggkan fase survei mempunyai tujuan sebagai memperoleh data data primer dan data skunder. Serta melakukan pengamatan langsung kelapangan. Penelitian ini melihat variabel service per concept, postpartum estrus, postpartum mating, dan calving interval, masa kosong, umur sapih, masa kering dan umur beranak pertama. Dari riset yang dihasilkan menunjukan bahwasannya rata-rata hasil nilai service percoception ialah 1,98±0,55, PPE 70,34±14,00, PPM 72,8±15,26, CI 12,62±0,53, DO 101,14±13,01, Umur sapih 1±0,00, masa kering 59±2,02, dan umur beranak pertama 24,53±1,00. Disimpulkan Hasil kinerja reproduksi sapi perah yang berada di kecamatan Jnrejo Desa Tlekung menampilkan kinerja yang baik, karena masih berada pada nilai kisaran yang normal dari variabel yang diamati.
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP INTEGRITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN
Get PDFFinancial reports are a source of information in the form of notes containing financial data of a company for a certain period. Submission or disclosure of the company's financial statements, must be presented with high integrity so that it can be used by report users of financial statements in making decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of company size, leverage, financial distress, and IOS (Investment Opportunity Set) on the integrity of financial statements. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. Based on the criteria for sampling, a total sample of 31 companies was obtained. The type and source of data used is from secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the SPSS Version 26 program as a tool. The results show that partially company size and financial distress have no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Meanwhile, leverage and IOS affect the integrity of financial statements. PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR
Get PDFOne of the main concerns of corporate financial management is how managers make short-term decisions known as working capital management. This requires making capital management policies and decisions that have an impact on performance. The purpose of this study is to find out how the literature on the impact of working capital management on company profitability has changed over time. Publish or Perish, a software program, was used to conduct research in 25 journals from 2012 to 2022 using a systematic literature review technique. The results of this study suggest that increasing working capital will increase profitability when working capital levels are low. However, profitability will decrease as working capital increases when the working capital level is high. In addition, reliable estimates of a company's ideal NTC level are provided in this report. Furthermore, this investigation examines the impact of financial constraints on the ideal level of working capital. The results of this literature review show that working capital management has an effect on company profitability.

Get PDFNovel kedua karya Merari Siregar yang berjudul Azab dan Sengsara terbitan Balai Pustaka ini termasuk karya terpenting, karena tidak hanya menjadi tonggak lahirnya novel-novel Indonesia modern, namun dalam novel tersebut Merari juga ingin menunjukkan tata krama dan adat istiadat yang kurang baik di kalangan masyarakat di daerah tempat tinggalnya. Oleh karena itu, novel ini mengandung aspek-aspek kemasyarakatan yang dapat dikaji melalui pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Aspek-aspek kemasyarakatan yang terkandung di dalam novel ini pernah terjadi di daerah Sipirok, Tapanuli Selatan pada tahun 1920-an. Novel ini sebenarnya merupakan kritik tidak langsung terhadap beragam adat istiadat yang sudah tidak relevan dengan kemajuan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra, yaitu dengan mengaitkan karya sastra dengan masyarakat. Metode deskriptif digunakan di dalam penelitian ini dan penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dan mendeskripsikannya dengan bentuk kalimat yang padu. Sumber data yang diambil yaitu teks novel Azab dan Sengsara karya Merari Siregar.
