Get PDFAbstractThe issue of citizenship is a very real problem for someone who is in a country. This is because in it there are rights and obligations that exist in a person, including newborns who are related to their citizenship status. With the various rules governing the implementation of immigration in Indonesia, of course, foreign nationals cannot carelessly enter the territory of the country of Indonesia and not a few foreign nationals who fail to enter the territory of the country of Indonesia because they cannot fulfill existing procedures. So that from the many foreign nationals who fail to enter the country, this new phenomenon has emerged, namely the phenomenon of Pseudo-Marriage between foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens that has ever occurred. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach (statute approach). The legal materials used consist of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials collected through inventariasation, identification and classification procedures by qualitative methods. This research analyzes the drama "Bapak" by Bambang Soelarto, which tells the story of a father who loves his children and his country. The purpose of this descriptive study is to provide an accurate description of the facts, characteristics, and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The drama is set in Yogyakarta in 1949 and follows a linear plot with four main characters: Bapak, Si Sulung, Si Bungsu, and Perwira. An objective approach is used to analyze the theme, plot, setting, characterization, and message in the drama. The theme of the "Bapak" drama is patriotism and the struggle for national independence. KAJIAN PEMAHAMAN AKAD MURABAHAH PADA ANGGOTA KOPERASI SYARIAH
Get PDFThis study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research aims to find out the understanding of murabahah contracts among members of Islamic Cooperatives. The research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Makin Amin. The research location is at Jalan Jambu Raya No. 79, Housing National Housing, Kamal District, Bangkalan. The data collection method is by conducting in-depth interviews and observing informants related to the research theme. Based on predetermined criteria, 18 informants were obtained, with the disbursement of 16 KSPPS members and 2 people from KSPPS BMT Makin Amin employees. The results of the study show that BMT Makin Amin members who are currently/have done murabahah financing are included in the understanding category. Based on the understanding indicators put forward by Anderson & Krathwohl (2010: 106) the informants in this study were included in the category of disconnection, exemplifying, classifying, summarizing, concluding, and being able to compare. factors that influence members' understanding of murabahah financing at BMT Makin Amin Factors include internal factors and external factors indicating that understanding factors affect the level of understanding of members of murabahah financing. This is because informants can receive or remember an understanding or knowledge previously obtained, then can provide explanations again in a different language. So that the understanding of BMT Makin Amin members on murabahah contracts is also influenced by the factors previously mentioned.
ANALISIS RETURN DAN RISK PADA INVESTASI EMAS DAN BITCOIN SEBELUM DAN SAAT COVID-19
Get PDFTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat return dan tingkat risk yang ditimbulkan dari investasi emas dan bitcoin sebelum dan saat adanya pandemi COVID-19. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dari emas dan bitcoin pada periode Juli 2018 – Oktober 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20 untuk melakukan uji normalitas, uji paired t-test, dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ditemukannya perbedaan return emas sebelum dan saat COVID-19, adanya perbedaan risk emas sebelum dan saat COVID-19, tidak ditemukannya perbedaan return bitcoin sebelum dan saat COVID-19, tidak ditemukannya perbedaan risk bitcoin sebelum dan saat COVID-19.Kata kunci: return; risk; investasi; emas; bitcoi

Analisis Kebutuhan Dan Ketersediaan Air Domestik Di Pulau Belakang Padang
Get PDFPulau Belakang Padang merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Belakang Padang yang terletak 12,1 km dari Kota Batam. Pulau Belakang Padang menghadapi masalah ketersediaan air terutama saat musim kemarau. Pada tahun 2016, terjadi bencana kekeringan yang mengakibatkan masyarakat tidak mendapatkan akses air. Kekeringan yang terjadi mengakibatkan tampungan waduk menjadi kosong sehingga waduk berhenti beroperasi karena tidak ada air baku yang dapat diolah. Selain itu, pertambahan jumlah penduduk yang bermukim di Pulau Belakang Padang juga meningkat setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air di Pulau Belakang Padang untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana dilakukan analisis kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air bersih di wilayah Pulau Belakang Padang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, jumlah penduduk mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,046% pada tahun 2027 dengan jumlah penduduk mencapai 22.561 jiwa. Pada tahun 2027, diprediksi kenaikan jumlah pelanggan rumah sebanyak 1.538 SR. Kebutuhan air bersih di wilayah pelayanan Kecamatan Belakang Padang sebesar 1,7801 liter/detik pada tahun 2027 sesuai dengan proyeksi pertumbuhan jenis pelanggan. Kebutuhan harian maksimum adalah 1,9581 liter/detik, dan debit puncaknya adalah 2,6701 liter/detik. Dengan membandingkan kebutuhan dengan ketersediaan air yang ada dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah ketersediaan sumber air saat ini masih mencukupi untuk prediksi 5 tahun kedepan (10 > 1,7801 Liter/detik). Jumlah pelanggan pada tahun 2027 meningkat mencapai 1.538 SR, maka kebutuhan waduk menjadi 3,1373568 m3 kapasitas saat ini 270.000 m3 mampu menampung hingga tahun 2027.
TRADISI OKOL (GULAT) SAAT KEMARAU PANJANG DI DESA AKKOR KECAMATAN PALENGAAN, KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN MADURA
Get PDFAbstrak Tradisi Okol atau dalam bahasa Indonesia nya biasa dikenal dengan gulat sering digelar di beberapa desa yang ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan salah satunya di Desa Akkor, Kecamatan Palengaan, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Masyarakat di sana meyakini bahwa dengan mengadakan atau melakukan Okol maka dapat mendatangkan hujan, dengan kata lain mereka meminta hujan kepada Allah SWT dengan cara mengadakan atau melakukan Okol. Tradisi Okol biasa dilakukan pada saat musim kemarau berkepanjangan yang dibarengi dengan kekeringan dan paceklik air bersih yang melanda wilayah Pamekasan dan kabupaten lainnya yang ada di Pulau Garam. Tradisi Okol telah dikenal ratusan tahun lalu dan tetap dipertahankan hingga kini sebagai khazanah budaya tradisi turun-temurun. Kata Kunci: Tradisi, okol, Madur

Hoax news is now very widespread in various media. Whether it's print media or online media, for example, most people don't care about this. The public can easily believe hoax news and do not hesitate to disseminate it to the public, especially social media Facebook. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research, because the data used in this study are in the form of words and sentences. The description of words and sentences refers to the contents and content of hoax news that spreads on Facebook social media. The data collection techniques in this study included the identification and classification of data, the description of the data, and the interpretation of the data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that hoax news on Facebook social media, namely creating unrest in the community, destroying social relations, propaganda of religious fanaticism and others. This makes hoax news on Facebook social media even more widespread because of the habit of a person without reading and immediately sharing it without knowing the risks that will occur

The results show that most of the company's profitability is influenced by working capital turnover and most of the company's profitability is positively influenced by receivable turnover
