MENELUSURI TRADISI “JHUDHUEN”DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM PERKAWINAN DI DESA BANGKES, PAMEKASAN, MADURA
Get PDFAbstrak Tradisi yang masih tetap diterapkan di madura adalah tradisi “jhuduen” atau yang dikenal dengan perjodohan, sala satunya yang ada di desa bangkes, pamekasan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses “jhuduen” itu berlangsung ,jenis dan tujuan, serta tinjaun dari hukum islam dan hukum positif yang berlaku sekarang dan tak lupa pula dampak yang timbul akibat perjodohan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data ,peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan beberapa masyarakat yang ada di desa Bangkes, Kadur, Pamekasan, Madura agar data yang didapat dapat tersusun secara terstruktur dan objektif sesuai dengan yang ada di lapangan. Di desa bangkes cukup mewakili untuk dilakukan penelitian mengenai tradisi jhuduen atau perjodohan tersebut. Dimana tradisi tersebut masih tetap diterapkan oleh sebagian masyarakat disana, dengan salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk menyambung tali silaturahmi baik dengan keluarga, kerabat, teman dan “nambah bhangsah” jika dilakukan melalui perantara orang lain.Kata kunci: Tradisi Jhuduen, Desa Bangkes, Hukum Perkawina

Cyber Threat merupakan tindakan kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau individu dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dari sistem teknologi. Pemerintah dalam skala global dituntut untuk membangun ekosistem pertahanan siber (Cyber Defend) yang terstruktur. Indonesia sampai saat ini masih belum memiliki undang-undang pertahanan siber sehingga penanganan kasus kejahatan siber masih menggunakan kebijakan alternatif. Model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. langkah yang harus dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan melakukan percepatan dalam pengesahan terhadap undang-undang siber, membangun komunikasi baik dengan negara-negara yang memiliki pertahanan siber yang kuat serta memberdayakan masyarakat agar memiliki Cyber AwarenessKata kunci: Pertahanan Siber, Ancaman Dunia Sibe

Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Sejauh mana hubungan kepemiminan dengan efektivitas program pemberdayaan petani melalui kelompok tani, i, Untuk Mengetahui Sejauh mana hubungan faktor lingkungan dan faktor personal dengan keberdayaan anggota kelompok tani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua lokasi, yaitu di Desa Bettet , Kecamatan Pamekasan, Kabupaten Pamekasan dan di Desa Nyalabu Laok, Kecamatan Pamekasan, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Semua data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dimasukkan ke dalam Microsoft Excel 2007 serta diolah menggunakan Program SPSS 20.0. for Windows. Pada pengujian tujuan penelitian, dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik non-parametik Uji Korelasi Rank Spearman untuk melihat hubungan variabel yang diukur dengan skala ordinal dan Uji Korelasi Chi Square untuk melihat hubungan variabel yang diukur dengan skala nominal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peran kepemimpinan pada kelompok tani Rukun Tani 2 jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peran kepemimpinan pada kelompok tani Sumber Murni 1. Faktor personal yang meliputi usia dan tingkat pendidikan menunjukkan hubungan nyata positif dengan proses pemberdayaan, sedangkan pengalaman bertani menunjukkan hubungan nyata negatif dengan proses pemberdayaan.
Anxiety Level in Students’ Public Speaking: Causes and Remedies
Get PDFTheir assessments and appraisals are often not depictive of their professional competitiveness; therefore, it is important for students to overcome public speaking anxiety before they transit from academic life to professional life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasons behind the anxiety level in undergraduate students of a public speaking class and recommend strategies to overcome this fear. This study was entailed quantitative research paradigm on a sample of 50 students of English Department at Unira. The findings showed that students who fear public speaking can perform well if they use certain strategies to fight their fears. 75% participants admitted their fear of public speaking and 95% participants agreed that if proper counseling, instruction and coaching is provided, this fear can be overcome. Research revealed that exposure to virtual environment can facilitate student confidence and enables them to face audience irrespective of the size
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AMPAS KELAPA FERMENTASI TERHADAP PERTUMNUHAN ANAK KAMBING KACANG LEPAS SAPIH
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui laju pertumbuhan kambing kacang jantan lepas sapih yang di pelihara secara intensif didaerah pesisir. Materi penelitian berupa 12 ekor anak kambing kacanag jantan lepas sapih, yang diteliti dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian pakan (hijauan dan konsentrat) dengan imbangan yang berbeda sebagai P0 (100% Rumput Lapang), P1(70% rumput lapang + 30% konsentrat) P2 (50% rumput lapang + 50% konsentrat) dan P3 (30% rumput lapang + 70% konsentrat) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan (3 x 4) yang dipelihara di kandang metabolis dengan model panggung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bobot badan pada masing-masing perlakuan sebesar 14,21 kg dengan tingkat keretan sebesar y = 0,147x + 13,71, dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,5%, lingkar dada (51,5) dengan koefisien determinasi y = 0,274x + 50,02, dan regresinya 74,9%, panjang badan (51,7)dengan koefisien determinasiy = 0,505x + 46,39, dan regresinya 98,7%,tinggi badan(53,7) dengan koefisien determinasiy = 0,418x + 51,44, dan regresinya 98,7%, dalam dada (20,3) dengan koefisien determinasi y = 0,414x + 17,99, dan regresinya85,7%, lebar dada (12,0)dengan koefisien determinasiy = 0,188x + 11,00 dan regresinya 94,7% dan tinggi pinggul (57,0) dengan koefisien determinasiy = 0,385x + 54,90dan regresinya 98,3%. dapat di simpulkan pola pertumbuhan kambing kacang jantan lepas sapih yang dipelihara intensif jika dilanjutkan perlakuan penelitian semakin lama maka semakin meningkat pertumbuhan dan ukuran – ukuran tubuh terhadap ternak
PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SMP NEGERI 1 RANTEPAO
Get PDFThis research is a classroom action research that aims to determine student learning outcomes after implementing the action through a problem based learning. The subjects of this study were class VIII.1 students of SMP Negeri 1 Rantepao in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year with a total of 31 students consisting of 5 boys and 26 girls. This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was carried out in two meetings including tests at the end of each cycle. Data collection was carried out by means of learning outcomes tests at the end of each cycle, and observations were made each time the learning process took place. The results obtained after the implementation of the action through the problem based learning two cycles are: a) Improving student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of mathematics learning outcomes, namely in the first cycle of 77.51 with classical learning mastery of 67.7% then increasing in the second cycle to 85.16 with classical learning mastery of 87%. b) An increase in student activity in the learning process in accordance with the results of observations made during the study. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the problem based learning can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII.1 students of SMP Negeri 1 Rantepao
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ANIMASTRA UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA
Get PDFThis study aims to develop animation-based animastra learning media for folk poetry material for grade VII students and determine the feasibility of animation-based animastra learning media based on the assessment of media experts, material experts and student responses. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with potential and problem steps, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, and final products. The research development model used is ADDIE, with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The population of this study were students of SMPN 4 Pagerwojo class VII with a total of 20 students. The sample is all students from the existing population. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The results show that animation-based animastra learning media is feasible to use with a percentage of 97% of media expert validation questionnaires and 82% of material experts and 87% of student response questionnaire percentages in the very good category. The conclusion in this study is that animation-based animastra learning media is feasible, effective and efficient to use and attracts students' interest in learning. Further researchers is suggested to use research results as input and innovation to create interesting unique learning media so that those students do not get bored is learning

DEVELOPING POCKET BOOK AS A MEDIA IN STUDYING GRAMMAR FOR STUDENTS OF MA DAARUL KAROMAH 10th GRADE
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the observation results, that the learning process is in the eyes English lessons at MA Daarul Karomah grade 10 have so far been less effective, because learning is still centered on the teacher and currently the teaching and learning process is teacher only using the lecture method and without using learning media. This study aims to (1) describe the book development procedure pocket book, (2) knowing the validity of the pocket book development, (3) knowing the effectiveness development of pocket books as a media for learning English in class 10 of MA Daarul Karomah. This study uses Research and Development (R&D). This research uses the Borg and Gall model development. This model was developed by Borg and Gall and has 10 stages and is modified using only 6 stages (research and data collection, planning, develop the product, expert validation, product revision and final product). At the Development stage, the Grammar pocket book is assessed for its feasibility by material expert, media expert. Learning media validation results the very valid category was obtained with a percentage of 91% by material experts and 90% by media experts. It can be concluded that research on the development of pocket book as grammar learning media is stated to be very strong whether used as supporting teaching materials
