    The Dynamics Of Collaboration In Addressing Stunting: An Analysis Of Stakeholder Roles In Sidenreng Rappang District

    Stunting is a complex public health problem that has a long-term impact on the quality of human resources. Despite the existence of various national regulations such as Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021, the reduction of stunting rates in several regions, including Sidenreng Rappang District, is still slow. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of collaboration between stakeholders in handling stunting in Sidenreng Rappang District, with a focus on principled engagement, shared motivation, and joint capacity. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the context of cross-sector collaboration, with data collected through in-depth interviews, documentation studies and participatory observation. Data analysis was conducted thematically using NVivo 12 software to categorize codes and themes. The results showed that the formal structure of collaboration had been established through the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS), but the internal dynamics had not developed optimally. Sectoral egos, capacity imbalances between DPOs, and low participation of the private sector and the community are the main obstacles. In addition, the lack of data integration across sectors and the dominance of top-down coordination also hinder the effectiveness of collaboration. Nevertheless, there are driving factors such as the leadership of Bappeda and the active role of PKK cadres that can be optimized. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of locally-based collaborative governance models and offers practical recommendations, such as the establishment of a community communication forum, activation of local CSR, cross-sector training, and development of a shared data system. The implication of this research confirms that the success of handling stunting is not only determined by the policy structure, but also depends heavily on the quality of the collaboration dynamics between actors at the local level.Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang kompleks dan berdampak jangka panjang terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Meskipun telah terdapat berbagai regulasi nasional seperti Peraturan Presiden Nomor 72 Tahun 2021, penurunan angka stunting di beberapa daerah, termasuk Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, masih berjalan lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, dengan fokus pada keterlibatan yang terarah (principled engagement), motivasi bersama (shared motivation), dan kapasitas kolektif (joint capacity). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi konteks kolaborasi lintas sektor, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 untuk mengelompokkan kode dan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur formal kolaborasi telah terbentuk melalui pembentukan Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS), namun dinamika internal belum berkembang secara optimal. Ego sektoral, ketidakseimbangan kapasitas antar OPD, dan rendahnya partisipasi sektor swasta serta masyarakat menjadi hambatan utama. Selain itu, kurangnya integrasi data lintas sektor dan dominasi koordinasi top-down turut menghambat efektivitas kolaborasi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat faktor pendorong seperti kepemimpinan Bappeda dan peran aktif kader PKK yang dapat dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan model collaborative governance berbasis lokal serta menawarkan rekomendasi praktis, seperti pembentukan forum komunikasi komunitas, aktivasi CSR lokal, pelatihan lintas sektor, dan pengembangan sistem data bersama. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan penanganan stunting tidak hanya ditentukan oleh struktur kebijakan, tetapi juga sangat bergantung pada kualitas dinamika kolaborasi antar aktor di tingkat lokal

    Analisis Kepuasan Penumpang BRT Trans Jateng Koridor IV Magelang-Purworejo melalui Metode CSI dan IPA

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction on the TransJateng Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo service. In this study, the research method used was a descriptive quantitative research method. Researchers obtained data through a survey. The survey was distributed to 100 respondents with the criteria that respondents had used the service at least more than twice. Data analysis in this study used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of this study indicate that in general passengers are satisfied with the services provided by the Transjateng BRT Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo. However, there are several aspects that still require attention from the management of the Transjateng BRT Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo, including the uneven distribution of information boards and facilities for disabled passengers at bus stops, the comfort and safety of disabled passengers are still low, the arrival and departure times of the bus are inconsistent, and the distribution of bus stops is uneven. Therefore, continuous evaluation and improvement are needed to increase passenger loyalty and the efficiency of the public transportation system in the area.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan penumpang pada layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) TransJateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Peneliti memperoleh data melalui penyebaran survei. Survei disebarkan kepada 100 responden dengan kriteria responden telah menggunakan layanan minimal lebih dari dua kali. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penumpang merasa puas dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh BRT Transjateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih memerlukan perhatian dari pihak pengelola BRT Transjateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo antara lain belum meratanya papan informasi dan fasilitas bagi penumpang disabilitas di pemberhentian bus, kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang disabilitas yang masih rendah, waktu tiba dan berangkat bus kurang konsisten, serta distribusi titik pemberhentian bus yang belum merata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan loyalitas penumpang serta efisiensi sistem angkutan umum di wilayah tersebut.Â

    Transformasi Ketrampilan Furniture Tukang Kayu: Program Pelatihan Smart Furniture di Bengkel Kayu Mitra Kota Malang

    The Sukun, Lowokwaru, and Karangbesuki areas of Malang City are known for their supply of construction workers, the most significant proportion being carpenters. However, the transformation of modern construction materials, such as light steel, aluminum, and WPC, is gradually replacing the role of wood in structural work. This has reduced the scope of work for pre-construction carpenters, so a solution is needed to maintain the sustainability of their profession through post-construction work. This community service program is designed in response to this challenge through training in making smart furniture: functional, compact, and modern furniture relevant to the limited space needs of student boarding/rental housing around the State University of Malang campus. The activity methods include concept counseling, introduction to technical design (DED), and direct manufacturing practice in two partner workshops, namely the Revan Furniture and Indah Meubel wood workshops, each making smart furniture using different material variants (solid wood, Dutch teak, multiplex, and HPL finishing). The main work is a folding table and chair unit with dimensions of 120x100x90 cm that can be easily folded for minimalist housing needs. Evaluation of the training and outreach results showed a 45% increase in understanding of working drawings, a 20% increase in jointing skills, and a 20% increase in OSH awareness. This product meets three key criteria for engineered furniture: functionality, ease of use, visual appeal, and comfort. In conclusion, this training enhanced the carpenters' technical capacity and opened up new economic opportunities in the adaptive furniture sector..ABSTRAKWilayah Sukun, Lowokwaru, dan Karangbesuki di Kota Malang dikenal sebagai penyedia pekerja konstruksi, proporsi terbanyak adalah tukang kayu. Namun, transformasi material konstruksi modern seperti penggunaan baja ringan, aluminium, dan WPC, secara bertahap menggantikan peran kayu dalam pekerjaan struktur. Hal ini berdampak pada berkurangnya ruang lingkup kerja tukang kayu pra-konstruksi, sehingga diperlukan solusi untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan profesi mereka melalui pekerjaan pasca-konstruksi. Program pengabdian ini dirancang sebagai respon atas tantangan tersebut melalui pelatihan pembuatan smart furniture: furnitur fungsional, ringkas, dan modern yang relevan dengan kebutuhan ruang terbatas pada hunian kost/kontrak mahasiswa di sekitar kampus Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan konsep, pengenalan desain teknis (DED), hingga praktik pembuatan langsung di dua bengkel mitra, yaitu bengkel kayu Revan Furnitur dan Indah Meubel, pembuatan smart furniture masing-masing menggunakan varian material berbeda (solid wood, jati belanda, multiplek, dan finishing HPL). Karya utama berupa unit meja-kursi lipat berdimensi 120×100×90 cm yang dapat dilipat secara mudah untuk kebutuhan hunian minimalis. Evaluasi hasil pelatihan dan penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman gambar kerja sebesar 45%, keterampilan kerja sambungan sebesar 20%, dan kesadaran K3 naik sebesar 20%. Produk ini memenuhi tiga dari empat kriteria utama furnitur teknik: fungsionalitas, kemudahan penggunaan, daya tarik visual, dan kekurangan adalah kenyamanan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini meningkatkan kapasitas teknis tukang kayu, dan  membuka peluang ekonomi baru dalam sektor furnitur adaptif

    This community service activity was motivated by low financial literacy and minimal use of digital technology in marketing strategies by MSMEs in the home industry sector in Kebonsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The main problems include financial records that do not follow SAK EMKM, conventional word-of-mouth marketing, and a low understanding of the importance of internet-based marketing strategies. This activity aims to improve the competence of MSME partners in financial management and marketing through community education and direct training. The implementation method consists of socialization, counseling, and hands-on training that is applicable and tailored to partners' needs. The main work of this activity is in the form of a financial recording training module, according to SAK EMKM, a simple financial report template, and offline and online marketing strategy materials, including the use of the marketplace. The impact of the activity includes changes in business behavior towards a more professional pattern, the use of the internet in promotion, and the emergence of awareness of the importance of systematic financial management. The conclusion of this activity confirms that training based on the real needs of partners, with an applicable and participatory approach, can directly increase business capacity and community economic growth.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM sektor industri rumahan di Desa Kebonsari, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Permasalahan utama meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, pemasaran konvensional dari mulut ke mulut, serta rendahnya pemahaman akan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis internet. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi mitra UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran melalui pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan langsung. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas sosialisasi, penyuluhan, serta hands-on training yang aplikatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra. Karya utama dari kegiatan ini berupa modul pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM, template laporan keuangan sederhana, serta materi strategi pemasaran offline dan online, termasuk pemanfaatan marketplace. Dampak kegiatan mencakup perubahan perilaku usaha menuju pola yang lebih profesional, penggunaan internet dalam promosi, serta munculnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang sistematis. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan nyata mitra, dengan pendekatan aplikatif dan partisipatif, mampu meningkatkan kapasitas usaha dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat secara langsung

    Generation Z's Response to The Use of Gen.Zas (Electronic Game-based Health Promotion Media) to Prevent Bullying Behavior in Generation Z

    Bullying can lead a mental health issues among Generation Z. Preventive efforts can be implemented using modern technological approaches. Online games are particularly popular among Generation Z and have the potential to influence behavior when played frequently. This study aims to develop an online game Gen.Zas, as a preventive measure against mental health problems caused by bullying. A quantitative and developmental descriptive research design was used. In the first stage, the online game was developed, followed by a perception test in the second stage, conducted with 90 Generation Z respondents from Malang city. Three indicators were evaluated: feasibility of presentation, graphic, and storyline feasibility. The results showed that the perception-test has percentage feasibility score of 86.04% (highly valid and well received) for presentation, 70.74% (valid and feasible) for graphics, and 60.5% (valid and feasible) for the storyline. In conclusion, the Gen.Zas game serves as an educational adventure game that addresses bullying in school environment while incorporating assertiveness techniques to help Generation Z manage bullying behavior effectively

    Malang City Tugu Square Park as a Green Open Space that functions for the ecological urban landscape so as to provide comfort, beauty, and welfare for the city community. Tugu Square Park  was revitalized by the Malang City Government in 2023. Changes in the new design of Tugu Square Park caused various reactions from historians, cultural experts, the Association of Landscape Architecture Organizations, and academics because Tugu Square Park is a cultural heritage and is not in harmony with the Malang City Hall building. The purpose of the study was to evaluate visitor satisfaction with the revitalization of Tugu Square Park as a Green Open Space in Malang City.     This main purpose of this article is to explain how the one-stop integrated service carried out at the Investment and on One Stop Integrated Services Agency in Bandung Regency, which since the issuance of this one-stop service, still states that it is not good enough. This article is based on a qualitative descriptive research method. The data for the research was obtained from personal in-depth interviews with informants and secondary data sources. The results showed that even though a special agency was formed to handle licensing services, which were spread across several related agencies, the licensing process was still ineffective. In this article, it was found that the licenses issued were still awaiting verification from the relevant agencies. Furthermore, the success of one-stop integrated services is highly dependent on the efforts made by the Department itself, especially in establishing communication between agencies, and making clear channels for one-stop integrated services.AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pada pelayanan terpadu satu pintu  yang dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bandung yang sejak di keluarkannya Peraturan Daerah pelayanan terpatu tersebut masih ada  yang menyatakan kurang baik. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data pelatihan diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dari informan dan sumber data lain yang bersifat sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sudah terbentuk dinas yang khusus menangani pelayanan perijinan yang tadinya tersebar di beberapa dinas instansi terkait, akan tetapi proses perijinan yang dilaksanakan masih belum efektif. Pada kajian ini ditemukan bahwa perijinan yang dikeluarkan masih menunggu verifikasi dinas terkait. Selanjutnya keberhasilan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu sangat tergantung dari upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas itu sendiri terutama dalam menjalin komunikasi antar dinas , dan membuat alur yang jelas bagi pelayanan terpadu satu pintu

    The Effect of Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate on Corrosivity of Vehicle Shampoo from Overproduction Softener Production in Industry

    Indonesia is one of the countries with a significant number of laundry services, which has led to the emergence of numerous companies engaged in the production of high-quality softener products. This extensive softener production has resulted in a considerable surplus of the product, which can potentially harm the environment. This study aimed to process the excess products produced by the softener industry into vehicle shampoo and LAS (Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate), the main component of vehicle shampoo. We will achieve this through trial-and-error mixing methods and optimal variations. We aim to create products with sales value that the public can use to wash vehicles at a more economical price while maintaining quality comparable to commercial products. The optimal variation results obtained from this research were 40 ml of fragrance, 50 ml of Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) Texapon, and 40 g of LAS, with test results of pH 7.92 and density 1.025 g.cm-3. The viscosity was found to be 2.41 Pa.s, the foaming power was 91.67%, and the corrosivity was 0.09291 mm/year. These results showed that the vehicle shampoo meets corrosion resistance standards.Â

    MENELAAH SIGNIFIKANSI PENERAPAN BIAYA RELEVAN DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN BRANDING BISNIS SPA

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the management team's understanding of relevant costs, how to determine relevant costs in branding decision making and to determine whether branding cost decisions can increase Matcha Natural SPA's business profits), Methods: This type of research is qualitative research with a case study research approach. The main informants in this study were the owner of Matcha Natural SPA, manager, and accounting department, supporting informants were 4 employees and 4 customers, Analysis data: Data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis carried out in several stages, namely case analysis, content analysis, inductive analysis and analysis based on logic, Result and discussions: The results of the study indicate that Matcha Natural SPA management has implemented relevant costs well even though it has not been maximized, this can be seen from the use of balanced products in profit acquisition, although in theory the management team does not yet understand properly what relevant costs are, but has been able to increase profits significantly by 7.69%, Conclusion: Matcha Natural SPA has implemented relevant costs well even though it has not been maximized in making branding decisions as evidenced by the application of relevant costs in making branding decisions, customers feel satisfied and customers are increasingly enthusiastic about reserving and enjoying the SPA services offered, in addition, relevant costs for branding decisions slowly provide an increase in business profits. In the future, it is hoped that Matcha Natural SPA will be able to compile relevant costs, especially those related to branding decision-making, so that all costs that have been incurred can be traced and the significance of the returns in the form of monthly income or annual profit can be compared.  Â

    Kualitas Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan dalam Penerbitan Sertifikat Tanah di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Malang

    This study aims to assess the quality of service in the issuance of land certificates at the Land Office of Malang Regency. It employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data for this study were collected using interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the quality of land certificate issuance services, as viewed from the dimensions of tangible (physical evidence such as office facilities), reliability (employees' ability to perform tasks according to SOP), responsiveness (employees' attitudes and methods of response), and empathy (concern and understanding of the difficulties faced by the public), has been running well. However, the quality of service in terms of assurance (timeliness and costs of service) has not been satisfactory. Although the costs are in accordance with SOP, the time required for issuing land certificates remains excessively long.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dalam penerbitan sertifikat tanah di kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara, teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan pembuatan sertifikat tanah yang dilihat dari dimensi tangible (bukti fisik seperti fasilitas kantor), reliability (kehandalan pegawai menjalankan tugas sesuai SOP), responsiveness (sikap dan cara pegawai merespon), empathy (kepedulian dan ikut merasa kesulitan yang dialami masyarakat), telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi assurance (waktu dan biaya dalam pelayanan) masih belum berjalan dengan baik, meskipun dalam pelayanan biaya sudah sesuai dengan SOP, namun waktu penerbitan sertifikat tanah yang masih terlampau lama
