EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MICROSOFT TEAMS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DARING
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Microsoft Teams application during online learning for third grade students at SDN Simokerto VI/139 Surabaya. Microsof t Teams was an application that has been used as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method that has been used wass descriptive qualitative. Researchers collected data and then described respondents' answers about using the Microsoft Teams application. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and observation. The results showed that 29 students or 93% stated that it was easier to use Microsoft Teams in online learning. Microsoft Teams is also easily accessible to students during lessons. Through Microsoft Teams, it becomes easy for students to learn with easy access, and helps students learn during online learning. In addition, students more easily understand the material presented by the teacher so that it has an impact on good student learning outcomes. This opportunity was captured by Bhinneka, which in 2020 made a new innovation by launching a collaboration and collaboration program between industry and universities in Indonesia to create a business ecosystem platform that is mutually beneficial for all stakeholders involved, both from the university and from the company. Disruptive innovation cannot be separated from the role of technology. The key is to find new, low-cost technologies that match innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study. This study used the interview method for primary data collection. Interviews were conducted with internal sources from LSPR Plaza and external sources from Bhinneka who are partners of LSPR Plaza. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that disruptive innovation by presenting a campus marketplace not only builds an entrepreneurial spirit among the academic community, but also helps increase the market share of the assisted MSMEs
Pelatihan Macrame Sebagai Peningkatan Ketrampilan Masyarakat RT 01 RW 10 Kelurahan Merjosari, Kota Malang
Get PDFKelurahan Merjosari memiliki penduduk sebanyak 17.842 jiwa pada Tahun 2020 dengan mata pencaharian penduduk kelurahan Merjosari adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil, TNI/POLRI, karyawan swasta, wiraswasta atau pedagang, tani, pertukangan, buruh tani, dan jasa. Data Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Malang menyampaikan bahwa penganguran sebesar 9,65% dari jumlah usia produktif. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat belum diberdayakan secara maksimal. Dengan menambah ketrampilan SDM yang ada diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemampuan secara finansial. Jumlah KK di RT 1 RW 10 Kelurahan Merjosari adalah sebanyak 47 keluarga. Beberapa ibu yang dapat mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan adalah 10 orang. Pelatihan diberikan oleh pemateri pengrajin Macrame. Peserta diberikan pengetahuan membuat Macrame untuk simpul yang umum digunakan. Pada saat pelatihan, peserta diberi tali dan benang Macrame masing-masing satu paket. Berdasarkan pelatihan dengan bimbingan pemateri yang telah dilakukan, para peserta pelatihan memulai menganyam benang penggantung pot dan gantungan kunci. Hasil dari kerajinan dapat dibawa pulang untuk contoh apabila akan memperbanyak dan dijual. Kerajinan Macrame dapat dibuat di rumah dan di sela-sela kegiatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Selanjutnya penjualan dilakukan menggunakan social media, sehingga sangat flexible untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga ataupun ibu-ibu pekerja
Strategi Menulis Teks Promosi (Copywriting) di Instagram untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Onlineshop
Get PDFThe struggle of finding a job during the Covid-19 pandemic and social restrictions makes people more creative in looking for opportunities to improve the household economy, online selling on Instagram. Unfortunately, many sellers do not understand the effective way of online selling. Most sellers upload the product images without adding the promotional text in Instagram's caption. The purpose of the program is to understand online shop owners on the importance of writing promotional text (copywriting) on Instagram captions to increase product sales. This program was carried out online, namely using a zoom meeting, so it is hoped that it can reach more online sellers and avoid direct interactions to break the chain of spreading the Covid-19 virus. This activity was addressed for online shop owners, whose products are clothes, shirts, skincare, and other women's products. There were 65 participants from East Java, such as from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Tuban, Tulungagung, Madiun, Jember, Banyuwangi and also from Bandung, West Java that attended the program. Online shop owners can understand how to write attractive copywriting and practice the copywriting technique on Instagram captions by participating in this program. Writing Instagram captions can attract engagement of customers so that it can increase the Instagram traffic. As a result, there was an increase in sales and an expansion of the online shop marketing network.ABSTRAKSulitnya mencari pekerjaan di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dan adanya pembatasan sosial menjadikan masyarakat semakin kreatif mencari peluang guna meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga, salah satunya dengan cara berjualan online di Instagram. Sayangnya, banyak yang tidak memahami kiat- kiat berjualan online. Kebanyakan penjual cenderung mengunggah gambar produk saja tanpa menuliskan teks promosi di caption instagram. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menulis teks promosi (copywriting) di caption Instagram kepada pemilik onlineshop untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring yaitu menggunakan zoom meeting, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak penjual online serta dapat mengurangi interaksi secara langsung dalam rangka memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Kegiatan ini ditujukan kepada pemilik onlineshop yang menjual produk makanan, pakaian, skincare ataupun produk- produk wanita lainnya. Terdapat 65 mitra yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, yang berasal dari beberapa daerah di Jawa Timur, seperti Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Tuban, Tulungagung, Madiun, Jember, Banyuwangi dan dari Jawa Barat yaitu dari Bandung. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini, para pemilik onlineshop mendapatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai penulisan teks promosi (copywriting) yang dapat menarik minat pembeli serta dapat mempraktikkan penulisan teks promosi (copywriting) di caption Instagram. Penulisan caption Instagram dapat memancing engagement dari pelanggan sehingga dapat meningkatkan traffic Instagram. No full textChronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is a disease that has a high incidence in Indonesia. End-stage CKD conditions require hemodialysis therapy at least 1-2 times every week with the help of HD nurses. The second explosion of Covid-19 cases occurred in the middle of 2021 affecting condition of nurses. Preliminary studies show that there is a difference in the care provided by nurses during pandemi. The purpose of this study was to find out description of hemodialysis nurse services during Covid-19 pandemi in Indonesia. Research method was qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Population in this study were hemodialysis nurses. Sample of this study was 5 participants who came from various type B private hospitals. Results of this study are 4 themes: HD services are carried out with strict health protocols and special HD device care, limited duration of communication bring dissatisfaction for nurses and patients, nurses always prepare themselves mentally and physically before working, hope for the passing of the pandemi, patient honesty and adequate manpower are the main things for nurses. Conclusion: hemodialysis nurse services during covid-19 pandemi have been carried out with strict health protocols and nurse readiness is better at this time.Â

The research used a randomized block design, Factor I type of mulch consisting of 3 levels: M0 = No mulch, M1 = black and silver plastic mulch, and M2 = Straw mulch. Factor II is the type of fertilizer: including P1 = NPK Mutiara 600 kg/ha, P2 = biological Petrobio 90 kg/ha, P3 = NPK Mutiara 50% + biological Petrobio 50%. The results showed the effects of various types of mulch and fertilizers have significant interaction between the growth of leaf number and fruit weight of long beans, namely M1P3 (black silver mulch and application of 50% pearl fertilizer and 50% biological Petrobio)

The study used a Randomized Block Design with one factor, namely the use of a combination of fermented chicken manure and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer. The first treatment was fermented chicken manure 15 tons ha-1 combined with 75% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The second treatment was fermented chicken manure 15 tons ha-1 combined with 50% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The third treatment was fermented chicken manure 20 tons ha-1 combined with 75% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The fourth treatment was fermented chicken manure 20 tons ha-1 combined with 50% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The fifth treatment was fermented chicken manure 25 tons ha-1 combined with 75% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The sixth treatment was fermented chicken manure 25 tons ha-1 combined with 50% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer. The results showed the effect of the dose of fermented chicken manure and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and yield of cabbage crop, the application of fermented chicken manure 25 tons ha -1 combined with inorganic nitrogen fertilizer as much as 75% produces the highest yield on all observation parameters with the highest crop weight weighing 27.37 tons ha-1
ANTESEDEN DAN KONSEKUENSI CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT PADA KONSUMEN GENERASI Z (Studi Kasus E-commerce Tokopedia Indonesia)
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of brand experience, namely sensory and affective brand experience as antecedent factors of customer engagement, and their consequences on brand loyalty. Data was collected using an online questionnaire with a sample of 116 respondents. The data was processed using the SEM - Amos analysis method. The results show that affective brand experience has a positive effect on customer engagement and there is a positive influence on customer engagement on brand loyalty. However, no influence was found on sensory brand experience on customer engagement. This research is limited by 3 things, one of which is respondents who only focus on e-commerce Tokopedia Indonesia users from generation Z who live in Jakarta with an age range of 18-24 years, so it is difficult to be generalize

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Mlaku Dewe file for public services in Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive qualitative method by implementing an approach in the form of observation and interviews. The data used in this study comes from primary data and secondary data. In this study, the researchers selected informants who were related to the object under study, including the sub-district head, administrative and general affairs staff in Sukodono District. The theory used in this study is the theory according to Richard M. Steers (1980: 1). In this theory there are three indicators that are used consisting of indicators of achievement of objectives, indicators of integration, indicators of adaptation. The research results found in the first indicator, an indicator of achieving goals, of course, in achieving goals, it is necessary to have stages and their periodization, while the researchers divided them into five years of achieving the goals of using the Mlaku Dewe Files. The second indicator is the integration indicator, it was found that the socialization of the service program using the File Mlaku Dewe application system had been carried out properly. The last indicator is an adaptation indicator. As for the results, it was found that administrative and general affairs staff in the Sukodono sub-district always use the File Mlaku Dewe application in carrying out administrative services to the community.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas Berkas Mlaku Dewe terhadap pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo.. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melaksanakan sebuah pendekatan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Adapun data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari data primer serta data sekunder. Pada penelitian ini peneliti memilih informan yang berhubungan dengan objek yang diteliti antara lain Camat, Staff urusan tata usaha dan umum di Kecamatan Sukodono. Adapun teori yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori menurut Richard M. Steers (1980: 1). Pada teori ini terdapat tiga indikator yang digunakan terdiri dari indikator Pencapaian Tujuan, indikator Integrasi, indikator Adaptasi. Pada hasil penelitian didapati pada indikator pertama, indikator pencapaian tujuan tentunya didalam sebuah pencapaian tujuan diperlukan adanya tahapan-tahapan serta periodesasinya adapun peneliti membagi kedalam lima tahun pencapaian tujuan penggunaan Berkas Mlaku Dewe. Indikator kedua adalah indikator integrasi didapati bahwa sosialisasi program pelayanan dengan menggunakan sistem aplikasi Berkas Mlaku Dewe telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Indikator terakhir adalah indikator adaptasi adapun hasil yang didapati bahwa para staff urusan tata usaha dan umum yang terdapat di kecamatan Sukodono selalu menggunakan aplikasi Berkas Mlaku Dewe dalam melakukan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat
