Alone Together Dengan Perubahan Perilaku Emosional Remaja Dalam Keluarga
Get PDFAlone together is a condition when humans have more expectations of technology but less to connect. The presence of this phenomenon may be disrupted family functions such as socialization between family members emotionally. The condition may occur in adolescents who have an excessive duration of cell phone use (addiction). To know that 10 out of 12 students of SMPN 01, Dagangan, Madiun use cell phones for more than 10 hours daily. The study's purpose is to determine the association between the alone together phenomenon and adolescents’ emotional behavior in the family. This study used a quantitative with a cross-sectional design, with data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was students of SMPN 01 Dagangan, Madiun with a total of 133 students. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 0.1 and recruited 57 participants (27 women and 30 males) with an average age of 12-16 years old. Purposive sampling was used. Data were analyzed using the contingency coefficient test. The results showed a p-value of 0.0670.1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.236, which means there was a weak relationship among variables. Suggestions for further research are expected to elaborate on other variables such as psychosocial factors and parenting models.Â

Get PDFDiabetes Mellitus is a disease that can cause sufferers to lose physical function. The cases will continue to increase from year to year. If not treated immediately, diabetes can cause dangerous chronic conditions. Preventing complications through treatment such as medication and controlling blood glucose levels was needed. The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of single and combined physical exercises in reducing blood glucose levels in Type 2 DM patients. The literature review design used three international databases PubMed, ClinicalKey for Nursing, and the Cochrane Library. The literature review was performed on articles published between 2011 to 2022 using Randomized Control Trial designs. A total of nine articles met the inclusion criteria. Results showed that the single physical exercise intervention group and the combined physical exercise proved effective in reducing blood glucose levels compared to the control group. In addition, physical exercises also affect HbA1c, body mass, insulin levels, insulin resistance, adiponectin, IL-6, and short physical performance battery (SPPB). It can conclude through evidence-based studies that single or combined physical exercise interventions are proven to reduce blood glucose levels and HbA1c, also lowering the weight in type 2 DM sufferers. It is suggested to perform a specific review on physical exercises which are better in reducing the blood glucose level as well as other indicators

Get PDFCases of sudden cardiac arrest can occur anywhere and anytime beyond the hospital. The American Heart Association advocates using Automatic External Defibrillators as a tool to help the sudden cardiac arrest survivor. However, the previous study showed health workers have less knowledge of tool utilization. The study aimed to determine the influence of animated videos regarding the operational procedures on the level of knowledge of the Polytechnic Pangkalpinang Ministry of Health nursing students. The queasy experimental was used with a non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design approach. The total of 140 participants divided into intervention groups received animated videos while the control groups received guide book only. The questionnaires used have a validity value of each question item 0.05 and reliability showed by Cronbach alpha value of 0.732. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Test and The Mann-Whitney test to see the comparison between the groups. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge before and after being given the intervention. However, there was no significant effect of providing animated video on the level of knowledge of nursing students (p=0.055 ≥ 0.05), and there was no significant difference between groups (p=0.889 ≥ 0.05). The development of an easy-to-access application and various learning media for introducing other medical devices is recommended for further studies

No full textThe implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) aims to bolster both student character and competence. This study aims to describe the implementation of P5 at SMP Sunan Giri Malang and analyze its contribution to students' mathematics learning motivation. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the P5 implementation under the "Entrepreneurship" theme successfully integrated numeracy concepts, such as social arithmetic, into real project activities. The findings reveal a significant increase in students' intrinsic motivation as they understood the practical relevance of mathematics in daily life. Furthermore, the collaborative approach in P5 effectively reduced math anxiety. The teacher's role as a humble and sincere facilitator was a key supporting factor in this success. In conclusion, P5 is not merely a tool for character building but also serves as an effective catalyst for enhancing academic motivation and numeracy literacy for junior high school students in the era of educational transformation
Olahan Rambutan Untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Di Desa Bilaporah, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura
Get PDFBuah yang cocok tumbuh di iklim tropis seperti di Indonesia adalah buah rambutan. Tiga wilayah penghasil buah rambutan terbesar di Indonesia adalah Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Timur. Salah satu penghasil buah rambutan di Jawa Timur adalah Kecamatan Socah. Kecamatan Socah terdiri dari 11 desa, salah satunya adalah Desa Bilaporah. Pohon rambutan sangat mudah ditemui di Desa Bilaporah. Hampir disetiap pekarangan rumah warga terdapat pohon rambutan. Melimpahnya buah rambutan menyebabkan rambutan tidak dapat terkonsumsi seluruhnya sehingga warga terkadang membiarkan rambutan membusuk tidak termanfaatkan. Atas permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan inovasi terhadap buah rambutan hasil panen warga Desa Bilaporah. Inovasi tersebut berupa produk camilan dari buah rambutan yaitu dodol rambutan. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa diskusi dengan ibu-ibu PKK, uji coba produkis dodol rambutan, dan edukasi pemasaran online. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan diikuti secara antusias oleh ibu-ibu PKK. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tidak seluruh ibu-ibu PKK hadir dalam kegiatan pengabdian
Peningkatan Mutu Produk Kopi Warining Dampit Berdasarkan Kajian Kandungan Senyawa Aktifnya
Get PDFKopi masih menjadi daya tarik konsumsi bagi masyarakat, khususnya di Malang, Jawa Timur. Salah satu jenis produk kopi yang telah dipasarkan hingga mancanegara adalah produk Kopi Warining Dampit. Meskipun peminat kopi ini sangat tinggi, namun sayangnya kemasan produk kurang menampilkan edukasi kandungan senyawa aktif kopi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diwujudukan melalui program jasa analisis mutu tiga jenis produk kopi Warining Dampit yaitu kopi Arabica, kopi Excelsa, dan kopi Robusta, sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap masyarakat penggemar kopi dalam mengetahui kandungan senyawa kimia yang ada di dalam produk. Analisis utama yang dimaksud berupa uji organoleptik produk kopi, analisis kafein, asam klorogenat, dan senyawa aroma. Dari pelaksanaan program ini, diketahui bahwa kopi Robusta dan Excelsa cenderung memiliki rasa pahit, yang mana kopi Robusta mengandung kafein yang lebih unggul dari dua jenis kopi lainnya. Sementara itu kopi Arabika memiliki rasa asam dominan, dengan kandungan asam klorogenat yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dua jenis kopi lainnya. Sedikitnya terdapat 29 senyawa aroma dari golongan pirasin, furan, aldehid, keton, ester, alkohol, pirol, asam, dan lainnya yang telah berhasil diidentifikasi dari ketiga jenis kopi yang dianalis
IMPLEMENTASI SIREKAP DALAM PILKADA 2020 KABUPATEN SEMARANG
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of SIREKAP in the 2020 regional head elections of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Semarang Regency. Sirekap is an information technology-based application device as a means of publishing the results of the Vote Counting and recapitulation of the results of the Vote Counting as well as a tool in the implementation of the recapitulation of the results of the Counting of Electoral Votes. The research method uses a qualitative type of research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results showed that the implementation of Sirekap in the 2020 Regional Elections in Semarang Regency went well. However, there are some that should be evaluated on Sirekap. Sirekap not only has the advantages of being effective and efficient, but also has several disadvantages that are the focus of KPU improvement. Natural resources, election infrastructure and election support facilities must be improved. The advantages of Sirekap are that it increases transparency and accountability, time efficiency, and minimizes vote miscalculations. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of Sirekap are that it requires an adequate internal network, device devices that are quite specific, and the existence of human resources that have not been able to adapt to technology.AbstrakPemilu dengan digital merupakan suatu ide yang dapat menjawab tuntutan zaman. Namun, masih ada banyak permasalahan seperti kurangnya kepercayaan publik terhadap penyelenggaraan pemilu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi SIREKAP pada pemilihan kepala daerah 2020 Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Semarang. Sirekap adalah perangkat aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai sarana publikasi hasil Penghitungan Suara dan rekapitulasi hasil Penghitungan Suara serta alat bantu dalam pelaksanaan rekapitulasi hasil Penghitungan Suara Pemilihan. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif berlandaskan filsafat postpositivisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa implementasi Sirekap pada pilkada 2020 Kabupaten Semarang berjalan dengan baik. Namun, ada beberapa yang harus dievaluasi pada Sirekap. Sirekap selain memiliki kelebihan yang efektif dan efisien, tetapi juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan yang menjadi focus perbaikan KPU. Sumber daya alam, infrastruktur pemilu dan fasilitas pendukung pemilu harus diperbaiki. Kesimpualn dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelebihan dari Sirekap adalah meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, efisiensi waktu, serta meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan suara. Sedangkan kelemahan dari Sirekap, yaitu membutuhkan jaringan internat yang memadai, perangkat gawai yang cukup spesifisik, serta adanya sumber daya manusia yang belum mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi
Redesign of Prestressed Concrete Structures Using the Post Tension Method: A Case Study of the Construction of Laves Mall Surabaya
Get PDFIn building construction, prestressed concrete is used for large spans and to increase capacity. One of them is the 16 meters long Lakes Surabaya Mall project. An important parameter is the effectiveness of the design, especially determining the parameters of the cross-sectional property. In this study, the redesign technique was used to assess the current condition in the hope that it could be modeled more effectively using cross-sectional dimensions. The design was evaluated theoretically using the concept of direct and indirect prestressing, then numerically verified using SAP2000. Prestressed beam with low relaxation PC60×12cm A416 grade 250 in the existing condition is modified using a lower dimension of 50×10cm A416 but has a grade value of 270, which is more extensive. The same data were used for criteria such as 35 MPa concrete quality, 100% load distribution factor, and 75% tendon stress percentage. The inspection results show that the transfer and service conditions are 10% smaller than the existing cross-section. A combined direct and indirect prestress loss of 19% still meets the design code.ABSTRAKDalam bidang konstruksi bangunan, beton prategang digunakan untuk bentang besar dan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas. Salah satunya adalah pada proyek Mall Lakes Surabaya sepanjang 16 meter. Parameter penting adalah efektivitas desain, terutama menentukan parameter properti penampang. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik desain ulang digunakan untuk menilai kondisi saat eksisting dengan harapan dapat dimodelkan lebih efektif dari penggunaan dimensi penampang. Desain dievaluasi secara teoritis menggunakan konsep prategang langsung dan tidak langsung, kemudian diverifikasi secara numerik dengan SAP2000. Balok prategang dengan relaksasi rendah PC60×12cm A416 grade 250 pada kondisi eksisting dimodifikasi menggunakan dimensi lebih rendah yaitu 50×10cm A416 akan tetapi memiliki nilai grade 270, yakni lebih besar. Data yang sama digunakan untuk kriteria seperti kualitas beton 35 MPa, faktor distribusi beban 100%, dan persentase tegangan tendon 75%. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan bahwa kondisi transfer dan service 10% lebih kecil dari penampang eksisting. Dengan gabungan kehilangan prategang langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar 19%, yang mana masih memenuhi kaidah desain
Peningkatan Keterampilan Pemasaran Online Produk Lokal Melalui Media Sosial di Desa Gedangsewu Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri

The primary purpose of community service activities is to provide basic knowledge related to business social media account creation and optimization for marketing products online. This activity will be held from July 2021 to September 2021 in Gedangsewu Village, Pare District, Kediri Regency. Methods used in solving problems include community education, training, and consultation. Stages of work activity is a preliminary survey to businesses, exploring marketing online, socialization, preparation of technical implementation, online marketing assistance, and monitoring and evaluation (M E). Twenty business actors in Gedangsewu Village attended this community service activity. Skills that become the primary work include choosing the type of social media, creating business social media accounts, and optimizing skills for business social media accounts. The results of this service activity are business actors in Gedangsewu Village already knowing how to make a business social media accounts and how to optimize it for marketing products online by 75 percent. The perceived benefits are partners learned how to create social media accounts and their business the right type according to the target and being out how to optimize the business of social media for marketing products online.ABSTRAKPelaku usaha di Desa Gedangsewu dalam memasarkan produk lokal mulai menggunakan media sosial tetapi hasil penjualan produk dirasa masih belum optimal. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dasar terkait pembuatan akun media sosial bisnis beserta cara optimasinya untuk pemasaran produk secara online. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Juli 2021 hingga September 2021 di Desa Gedangsewu, Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan persoalan meliputi pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, dan konsultasi. Tahapan kerja kegiatan adalah survei awal kepada pelaku usaha, mendalami pemasaran online yang dilakukan, sosialisasi, persiapan teknis pelaksanaan, pendampingan pemasaran online, serta kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi (monev). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarat ini diikuti oleh 20 pelaku usaha di Desa Gedangsewu. Keterampilan yang menjadi karya utama meliputi keterampilan memilih jenis media sosial, keterampilan membuat akun media sosial bisnis, dan keterampilan optimasi akun media sosial bisnis. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelaku usaha di Desa Gedangsewu sudah mengetahui cara membuat akun media sosial bisnis beserta cara mengoptimalkannya untuk pemasaran produk secara online sebesar 75 persen. Manfaat yang dirasakan mitra adalah menjadi tahu cara membuat akun media sosial bisnis beserta jenis yang tepat sesuai target serta menjadi tahu cara mengoptimalkan media sosial bisnis untuk pemasaran produk secara online
METODE KONSULTASI ONLINE (KONLINE) TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN AKSEPTOR KB PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN LAMONGAN
Get PDFPenyebaran pandemi COVID-19 berpengaruh dalam sendi kehidupan salah satunya pelayanan program Keluarga Berencana (KB), yang disebabkan karena masyarakat tidak berani keluar dengan adanya himbauan tetap di rumah, alat kontrasepsi terbatas dan pelatihan bagi provider berhenti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsultasi online terhadap pengetahuan akseptor KB pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Lamongan. Desain penelitian adalah Pre Experiment dengan pendekatan Pre Post Test Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Akseptor KB di Kabupaten Lamongan sejumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh Konsultasi Online Terhadap Pengetahuan akseptor KB dengan p value 0,000. Melihat hasil diatas maka perlu adanya rekomendasi konsultasi online kepada akseptor KB agar target kunjungan tercapai dan tidak terjadi baby boom
