    Penerapan Lima Pilar Strategi Penanganan Stunting Melalui Program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting) Dengan Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Pangan Lokal

    Angka kejadian stunting di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih di atas batas yang ditetapkan WHO. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah stunting yaitu dengan memenuhi kebutuhan gizi balita, salah satunya melalui asupan protein. Keong sawah merupakan sumber pangan lokal tinggi protein yang mudah ditemui di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, namun masyarakat belum memanfaatkannya dengan maksimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai stunting, meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat olahan pangan berbahan dasar sumber pangan lokal yaitu nuget keong sawah, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai cara pengemasan produk. Kegiatan diadakan di Desa Jelantik dengan jumlah peserta 18 orang. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting diukur menggunakan kuesioner pre test dan post test yang diuji menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai α = 0,05. Hasilnya yaitu 11 orang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil ini secara statistik memiliki nilai p = 0,005. Dengan kata lain, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Selama kegiatan berlangsung peserta terlihat sangat antusias yang ditandai dengan peserta dapat menjawab pertanyaan pemateri dengan baik dan adanya umpan balik berupa beberapa pertanyaan dari peserta. Pada sesi demo masak nuget keong sawah, peserta diminta untuk memberi penilaian mengenai warna, aroma, tekstur, dan rasa nuget keong sawah. Rata-rata masyarakat suka terhadap warna, tekstur, dan rasa nuget keong sawah, namun agak suka pada bagian rasa. Dari kegiatan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai stunting dan pengemasan produk, dan pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal untuk mengatasi stunting

    Project Delays and Project Property Investment Decisions in Apartments: A Literature Review

    Apartment housing has become an option in big city areas, especially as land is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. Apartment investment is an investor's choice at a time when demand is increasing every year along with the growth of the urban economy. Apartment construction projects begin construction based on appropriate planning to produce buildings of the right quality, cost, and time by minimizing one aspect of risk, namely the project delay factor. This article aims to present studies related to construction project delay factors; apartment buildings; investment analysis; and the impact of project delays on investment interest. The results show that construction delays have an impact on construction costs and time and further research is needed on the effects on investors' investment interest.ABSTRAKHunian apartemen menjadi salah satu pilihan di Kawasan kota besar terlebih lahan yang semakin berkurang dan mahal. Investasi apartemen menjadi pilihan investor di kala kebutuhan yang semakin tinggi tiap tahunnya seiring bertumbuhnya perekonomian di perkotaan. Proyek konstruksi apartemen memulai pembangunan yang didasarkan pada perencanaan tepat guna untuk menghasilkan bangunan yang tepat mutu, biaya dan waktu dengan meminimalkan salah satu aspek risiko yaitu faktor keterlambatan proyek. Artikel ini bertujuan memaparkan kajian terkait: faktor keterlambatan proyek konstruksi; bangunan apartemen; analisa investasi; dampak keterlambatan proyek terhadap minat investasi.     BUILDING WORD-OF-MOUTH IN EDUCATIONAL TOURISM DESTINATIONS: THE ROLE OF MEDIATION PERCEIVED VALUE AND TOURIST SATISFACTION

    This research aims to examine the mediating role of perceived value and tourist satisfaction on the influence of the destination's image on word of mouth at Blitar Chocolate Village as an educational tourism destination. This explanatory research used incidental sampling techniques to determine tourist respondents who were on educational tour visits as many as 130 people. The data is analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data.. As a result, Perceived value is not able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth, but tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth Blitar Chocolate Village. For further research, other variables can be added to find out updates and developments regarding factors that can affect perceived value, tourist satisfaction, and word of mouth

    The aim of this research was to measure profit, cost efficiency, and profitability of fattening and rearing sheep farming using the stilt system in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. This research uses descriptive-analytic and survey methods. The research area is Sidomulyo Village, Silo District. The research object was sheep breeders with a stilt cage system with a total sample of 32 people. The data analysis method used is profit analysis, cost efficiency, and profitability. The results showed that the profit of fattening and rearing sheep farming using the stilt system in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency was IDR 7,200,200 per 10 heads or an average of IDR 240,000 per month. The efficiency of farming costs for fattening and rearing sheep using the stilt pen system in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency indicated by an R/C ratio of 1.97. This business is classified as efficient because it is higher than the assumed bank interest rate of 12% /year. The profitability of farming for fattening and rearing sheep using the stilt cage system in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency was 41.56%. Based on this value, the business of fattening sheep was more profitable than saving money in a bank with an assumed bank interest rate of 12% /year

    The COVID-19 pandemic has caused chronic diseases patient such as cancer survivors vulnerable to death, on the other hand, cancer treatment programs must continue to prevent cell metastasis. The study aimed to prove the effect of four aspects of family support on increasing the motivation for completing chemotherapy and radiation therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were cancer patients living at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation, East Java Surabaya Branch who met the inclusion criteria set, which amounted to 50 people. The instruments used are the Family Support Scale (FSS) and the Treatment Motivation Questionnaire (TMQ) which have been tested for validity and reliability. The linear regression test found that all aspects of family support had a significant effect on treatment motivation. Informational support (r = 0.387, p = 0.005), emotional support (r = 0.386, p = 0.006), instrumental support (r = 0.372, p = 0.008), appraisal support (r = 0.367, p = 0.009).     Baby Massage Meningkatkan Nafsu Makan Dan Kualitas Tidur Pada Balita

    Baby massage is applying gentle pressure on the surface of the baby's skin to increase appetite and sleep quality. A preliminary study conducted at Ravanzha baby spa found that out of 15 mothers who had babies, seven had difficulty eating, and eight mothers complained that their children had difficulty sleeping, often woke up, and were fussy at night. This study aims to determine the effect of baby massage on increasing appetite and sleep quality. This type of research is a pre-experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. The total population of 55 pairs of mothers and toddlers. The 30 mothers and toddlers were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the inclusion criteria of children under five and mothers willing to have children as respondents. The instrument used is the observation sheet. The analysis used a paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on baby massage the the increase of appetite which was indicated by the value of Tcount Ttable (p = 0.000). In addition, there was an increase in sleep quality with a Tcount = 17.381 Ttable = 1.699. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of giving a baby massage on increasing appetite and improving sleep quality. Recommendations for further study can measure weight gain for toddlers after being massaged and also perform frequent massages

    Tourism objects are very important to manage, because they have a good role in the regional economy and society. The Bamboo Forest in Surabaya City is a new tourist attraction that continues to increase in its attractiveness, but there are still many shortcomings. This research was conducted to see that the development that has been carried out by the Surabaya City Government is able to answer the existing problems. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The results show that the development of bamboo forest tourism objects is quite good. Communication has been built between the government and its agencies, as well as the community. The management of human resources has been well regulated and the financial problems of the city government in the development of tourism objects are needed to build supporting facilities. The social and economic environment gives a good signal with the existence of bamboo forests. The community has got a role and needs to increase its participation again. And, there are still problems in the provision of infrastructure and infrastructure in bamboo forest tourism objects.AbstrakObyek wisata sangat penting untuk dikelola, karena punya peran yang bagus dalam perekonomian daerah dan masyarakat. Hutan Bambu di Kota Surabaya adalah obyek wisata baru yang terus meningkat daya tariknya, namun masih banyak kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengembangan yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mampu menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengembangan obyek wisata hutan bambu sudah cukup baik. Komunikasi sudah dibangun antara pemerintah dengan instansi-instansinya, beserta masyarakat. Sumber daya manusia pengelola sudah diatur dengan baik dan masalah finansial dari pemerintah kota dalam pengembangan obyek wisata yang diperlukan untuk membangun fasilitas pendukung. Lingkungan sosial dan ekonomi memberikan sinyal yang baik dengan adanya hutan bambu. Masyarakat sudah mendapat peran dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi partisipasinya.     The Effect of Addition LDPE Plastic on Porous Asphalt Mixture

    Many recent studies have used plastic waste as an ingredient in conventional asphalt mixtures. However, they did not notice that the addition of plastics can reduce the permeability of asphalt mixtures, which means that porous asphalt is a better plastic trash that will be added to a specific type of asphalt mixture. Despite having a low marshall value, porous asphalt provides a benefit in terms of permeability. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), a form of plastic trash employed in this study, boosted the Marshall stability mark. This study changed porous asphalt by adding LDPE plastic for usage on the field, then tested for marshall stability and permeability. A porous asphalt mixture should be created as a result of this study's findings with the highest percentage of plastic content without reducing its permeability classification, considering the percentage of plastic used. It is equally essential, and evaluating the wheel tracking machine will help gather more information about its resistance to deformation. The permeability test of porous asphalt with the addition of plastic at 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%, respectively, produced findings that were 0.2002 cm/s, 0.1507 cm/s, 0.1131 cm/s, and 0.0897 cm/s. The results of the Marshall stability check on porous asphalt with the percentage of added plastic starting from 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 percent show values of 571.52 kilograms, 716.9067 kilograms, 731.9467 kilograms, 817.1733 kilograms, and 912 .4267 kilograms. In the wheel tracking machine test, it works well for dynamic stability values at a plastic percentage of 20%, or 7159.091 passes/mm.ABSTRAKBanyak penelitian telah menggunakan limbah plastik sebagai bahan campuran aspal konvensional beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, mereka tidak memperhatikan bahwa plastik dapat mengecilkan permeabilitas campuran aspal, yang berarti aspal berpori adalah jenis campuran aspal yang lebih baik untuk dicampur dengan sampah plastik. Meskipun aspal berpori memiliki nilai marshall yang rendah, namun aspal jenis ini memiliki keunggulan pada permeabilitasnya. Dalam penelitian ini limbah plastik yang digunakan adalah jenis LDPE (low density polyethylene), yang mana terbukti memberikan peningkatan terhadap nilai stabilitas marshall. Penelitian ini mengubah aspal berpori dengan menambahkan plastik LDPE agar dapat digunakan di lapangan, kemudian dilakukan pengujian stabilitas marshall dan permeabilitas, Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan campuran aspal berpori dengan persentase kadar plastik tertinggi tanpa mengurangi klasifikasi permeabilitasnya dengan memperhitungkan persentase plastik yang digunakan. Hal yang tidak kalah penting, dibutuhkan data tambahan tentang ketahanan deformasinya melalui pengujian whell tracking machine. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, Dengan persentase penambahan plastik pada 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 berturut-turut, permeabilitas aspal berpori mencapai 0,2002 cm/s, 0,1640 cm/s, 0,1507 cm/s, dan 0,1131 cm/s, dan 0,0897 cm/s. Hasil dari pemeriksaan stabilitas Marshall pada aspal berpori dengan besaran persentase penambahan plastik mulai dari 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 persen menunjukkan nilai 571,52 kilogram, 716,9067 kilogram, 731,9467 kilogram, 817,1733 kilogram, dan 912,4267 kilogram. Untuk nilai stabilitas dinamis pada pengujian whell tracking machine memberikan hasil yang baik pada persentase plastik 20% yaitu sebesar 7159,091 lintasan/mm

    Hydrolysis Kinetics of Bacterial Cellulose Using Sodium Hydroxide

    The hydrolysis reaction is a rupture reaction of reactants with water which is generally used to produce useful derivative products and can be reviewed for kinetics as a basis for reactor design. Nata or bacterial cellulose is a compound consisting of pure cellulose and water so that it can be hydrolyzed to produce various cellulose degradation products. This research examined the kinetic hydrolysis of bacterial cellulose using a sodium hydroxide catalyst. This study aimed to determine the kinetic parameters of the nata hydrolysis reaction using a base sodium hydroxide catalyst. The results showed higher temperatures and longer hydrolysis time performed better in hydrolysis reactions. The hydrolysis kinetics in this study were divided into two types, Type 1 hydrolysis kinetics which used the wet weight of bacterial cellulose, and Type 2, which used the dry weight of bacterial cellulose. From the calculation results, the order of bacterial cellulose hydrolysis reaction ranges from 5 – 6, with the kinetic constants of Type 1 hydrolysis kinetics at 40oC, 60oC, and 80oC were 0.000012, 40,255.4, and 299,839 min-1. In comparison, the reaction constants of Type 2 hydrolysis kinetics at 40oC, 60oC, and 80oC were 0.516851, 1.124119, and 2.408972 min-1. The activation energy of Type 1 hydrolysis kinetics was 558.3932 kJ/mol, and Type 2 hydrolysis kinetics was 35.31205 kJ/mol. The difference in kinetic parameter values for Types 1 and 2 will be a reference in designing a nata hydrolysis reactor from wet and dry nata reactants to produce various cellulose degradation compounds.ABSTRAKReaksi hidrolisis merupakan reaksi pemecahan reaktan dengan air yang umumnya dilakukan untuk memproduksi produk – produk turunan bermanfaat dan dapat ditinjau kinetikanya sebagai dasar dalam perancangan reaktor. Nata atau selulosa bakteri merupakan senyawa yang terdiri dari selulosa murni dan air sehingga dapat dihidrolisis untuk menghasilkan berbagai senyawa degradasi selulosa. Pada penelitian ini diteliti kinetika hidrolisis selulosa bakteri menggunakan katalis natrium hidroksida. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan parameter kinetika reaksi hidrolisis nata menggunakan katalis basa natrium hidroksida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi suhu dan lama waktu hidrolisis akan meningkatkan kinerja reaksi hidrolisis. Kinetika hidrolisis pada penelitian ini terbagi dua tipe yaitu kinetika hidrolisis Tipe 1 yang menggunakan berat basah selulosa bakteri dan dan Tipe 2 yang menggunakan berat kering selulosa bakteri. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh orde reaksi hidrolisis selulosa bakteri berkisar antar 5 – 6 dengan konstanta reaksi kinetika hidrolisis Tipe 1 pada suhu 40oC, 60oC dan 80oC berturut – turut adalah 0,000012; 40.255,4; dan 299.839 min-1. Sedangkan konstanta reaksi kinetika hidrolisis Tipe 2 pada suhu 40oC, 60oC dan 80oC berturut – turut adalah 0,516851; 1,124119; dan 2,408972 min-1. Energi aktivasi kinetika hidrolisis Tipe 1 sebesar 558,3932 kJ/mol, dan energi aktivasi kinetika hidrolsis Tipe 2 sebesar 35,31205 kJ/mol. Perbedaan nilai parameter kinetika pada Tipe 1 dan 2 akan menjadi acuan dalam perancangan reaktor hidrolisis nata berbahan baku nata basah dan kering untuk memproduksi berbagai senyawa degradasi selulosa
