Modification of High-Quality Porous Concrete Asphalt with Local Materials as an Alternative to Flexible Pavement
Environmental issues and a lack of attention to open space as rainwater catchment areas cause flooding problems in urban areas. Constructing environmentally friendly roads with permeable capabilities is one way to prevent waterlogging along the road in the rainy season. This study evaluated the type of porous asphalt concrete called Open Graded Friction Course specification Japanese standard. This study modified porous asphalt concrete using bamboo fiber and hydrated lime. Stability testing is conducted by the Marshall method, and the volumetric mixture is analyzed. Stability testing is carried out by the Marshall method and analysis of the volumetry of the mixture is carried out. The results showed that adding bamboo fiber and hydrated lime increased stability and maintained the porosity of the porous asphalt concrete
Climate Change Impact on Water Availability and Water Balance on Sampit Sub-Cachtment, Central Kalimantan
Sampit River is part of the Mentaya catchment area, located in the East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Sampit River is generally used as a water supply for domestic, industrial, and livestock needs. The Mentaya River water balance shows that for the year 2030 projection, the Sampit River is expected to experience a deficit, specifically during the first period of the month of October. This research was conducted using the SSP 1 2.6 climate change scenario. In this scenario, it is estimated that rainfall will change from +2.282 to +1.020% and increase in temperature ranging from 0.441-0.793 oC within the period 2021-2030 to 2041-2050. The calculation of 90% dependable flow shows climate change impacts the period of the year 2030 to 2050 when compared to the existing dependable flow. Likewise, the 95% dependable flow for river maintenance, also increases. The research concludes that the water balance endures climate change impact and the calculated deficit remains the same for the first period of the month of October. The results of the water balance show that until 2050 climate change had not impeded negative effects but cautionary efforts must be taken as there an increasing deficits for the years 2040 and 2050. Effect of Salt Solution in Electrochemical Stabilization with Variation of Potential Difference on Clay's Shear Strength
Clay is one of the problematic soils in Indonesia, with a distribution in Java of close to 20% of surface pedology. The biggest problem with clay soil is its ability to swell when it absorbs water and shrink when the water content decreases. Indonesia's tropical climate, where only the rainy and dry seasons, significantly affects clay's swelling potential, hindering the soil's mechanical properties. The significant expansion potential causes the soil to have a slight shear angle, which affects its bearing capacity. This condition underlies the urgency of clay soil improvement to increase the shear strength of the soil. Electrochemical stabilization is one of the effective methods for soils with low permeability. This study aimed to determine the most optimum voltage in electrochemical stabilization using a salt solution. The electrochemical process is used in soil stabilization. This method is used to improve soils with low permeability and high plasticity index (18%), which results in increased bearing capacity and decreased soil development. This study was conducted with four different stress scenarios, and from the results of testing the mechanical properties of the soil, it was found that the greatest shear strength occurred at a stress of 12V. Stabilization of clay soil by electrochemistry can be inferred from the research to increase the value of soil shear strength and affect the increase in soil bearing capacity
PEMANFAATAN BIJI PEPAYA DALAM PEMBUATAN BUBUK KOPI KOMBINASI DENGAN BIJI KOPI ARABIKA ASAL SUMBA BARAT
The research aimed to determine chemical and physical content of coffee powder combined with papaya seeds and Arabica coffee beans from West Sumba. This research method is an experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor. The treatment factors were papaya seed powder and Arabica coffee powder there are four treatments, and repeated 3 times, so there were 12 experimental units. The best research results were B4 treatment with a combination of 25% papaya seeds and 75% Arabica coffee beans with a caffeine content of 0.93%, water content of 1.17%, ash content of 2.82%, color preference of 4.33 categories, preference aroma 4.24 like categories, and taste preferences 4.12 like categories. The highest yield value (NH) shows the best treatment is B4 treatment with a total NH value of 0.60. Analysis of business feasibility in the best treatment with an RCR of 1.28. R/C Ratio 1 with selling price Rp. 11,500/Packaging 150g
PENGGUNAAN KOMBINASI KADAR PROTEIN PAKAN DAN THREONIN TERHADAP PENAMPILAN PRODUKSI DAN KECERNAAN PAKAN PADA AYAM KAMPUNG UNGGUL
This research aimed to determine the effect of a combination of feed protein levels and threonine, namely feed formulations with crude protein (PK) levels of 19%, 18%, and 17% combined with the addition of the amino acid threonine 100%, 110%, and 120%. The research used a Completely Randomized Design Method repeated three times. The parameters measured in this study were production performance (feed consumption, body weight gain, FCR, feed efficiency) and digestibility (metabolic energy and N retention). The combination of feed PK and threonine content did not significantly affect all parameters (p0.05). Feed PK significantly affected feed consumption, FCR value, and N retention value. The results showed that the highest body weight gain was in 80-day-old chickens produced in the 18% PK treatment 1264.43 gr/head and decreased in the 17% CP treatment. The highest feed efficiency occurred in the PK 18% treatment at 34.99%. The 18% protein at all threonine levels gave an AMEn value with an average value of 3418.15 Kcal/kg and N Retention with a value of 89.12%. Feed treatment with a protein content of 18% combined with 100%, 110%, and 120% threonine treatment gave the best results in body weight gain and feed efficiency
ANALYSIS OF GREEN ECONOMIC VARIABLES ON THE INCOME OF COASTAL VILLAGE COMMUNITIES IN MALANG REGENCY
Green Economy is a new concept that is an extension of Sustainable Development. This concept has already been implemented by the Indonesian government, known as Environmentally Sustainable Development. The threat of climate change increasingly reduces the sustainability of the earth in meeting the needs and welfare of humanity. The increasingly modern economic development has the potential to negatively impact the environment. The emerging issues urgently require the implementation of Green Economy policies as the most effective environmental management control. This research aims to analyze the pillars of the green economy, namely Environment, Social, and Economic, in relation to the income of coastal village communities in Malang Regency. This research is exploratory in nature and uses descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM PLS data analysis with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this research indicate that economic factors such as the unemployment rate, price increases, and village economic growth have a significant contribution in determining the income of the Tambakrejo Village community. Efforts to increase community income are likely to succeed if the right economic policies or programs are implemented. Environmental Indicators on Community Income. This indicates that environmental factors, such as air quality, availability of clean water, or environmental sustainability, also play a role in influencing the income of the Tambakrejo Village community, although not as significantly as economic factors. Although its impact is not as significant as economic indicators, improving environmental conditions remains important. Social Indicators on Community Income. This indicates that social factors such as education, access to healthcare services, gender equality, and social security play a key role in determining the income levels of the community
PENGGUNAAN BEBERAPA SUBSTRAT PADA HIDROPONIK SAWI PAGODA SISTEM RAKIT APUNG
The research aims to obtain the type of substrate and dosage of AB Mix that can elevate the growth of pagoda mustard plants. The study used a completely randomized design with four substrates: wood powder, charcoal husk, sphagnum moss, and cocopeat. AB Mix uses two doses such as 6 and 8 ml/l repeated 4 times in each experiment with three plant samples. Observations included parameters of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight of plants and roots, and dry weight of plants and roots. The results showed that the husk charcoal substrate with AB Mix 8 ml/l nutrition produces the highest wet weight of pagoda mustard plants
Studi Implementasi E-Procurement Pada Peningkatan Peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Malang
This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Procurement on increasing the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang Regency, East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative method, data collected from questionnaires with MSME respondents who participated in the procurement of government goods and services in Malang Regency through E-Procurement. Data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. This study found that E-Procurement has a very significant effect on increasing the role of MSMEs in Malang Regency. This system expands market access, improves operational efficiency, and increases transparency in the procurement process. In addition, the training and technical support provided help improve the capabilities of MSMEs in using this platform. E-Procurement is an effective tool to empower MSMEs, increase their participation in government procurement, and encourage local economic growth. However, there needs to be an increase in technological infrastructure, ongoing training, and strengthening policies to support MSMEs. These findings provide insights for local governments and other stakeholders in optimizing the benefits of E-Procurement for inclusive economic development.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh E- Procurement terhadap peningkatan peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner UMKM yang berpartisipasi dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah di kabupaten Malang melalui E-Procurement. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS dengan software WarpPLS 7.0. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa E-Procurement berpengaruh sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan peran UMKM di kabupaten Malang. Sistem ini memperluas akses pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan meningkatkan transparansi proses pengadaan. Selain itu, pelatihan dan dukungan teknis yang diberikan membantu meningkatkan kapabilitas UMKM dalam menggunakan platform ini. E-Procurement merupakan alat efektif untuk memberdayakan UMKM, meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam pengadaan pemerintah, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Namun perlu adanya peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan penguatan kebijakan untuk mendukung UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mengoptimalkan manfaat E-Procurement untuk pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif. Â
Sosialisasi Pencegahan Penyebaran Covid-19 Pasca Pandemi Pada Pengunjung Wisata Alam Coban Putri Di Kota Batu
Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak seluruh tempat wisata ditutup salah satunya wisata alam Coban Putri yang berlokasi di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Pasca pandemi Covid-19 beberapa wisata alam termasuk wisata alam Coban Putri telah membuka pengunjung ke lokasi namun pengelola belum menyediakan tempat cuci tangan dan masker, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 bagi pengunjung wisata. Tujuan kegitan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terdiri dari tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang adalah melakukan kegiatan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 pasca pandemi pada pengunjung wisata alam Coban putri di Kecamatan Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah survei secara langsung di lokasi wisata alam Coban Putri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pengunjung wisata Coban Putri yang saat berkunjung tidak taat pada protokol kesehatan namun melalui sosialisasi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdi maka para pengunjung mencuci tangan dan menggunakan masker serta tidak berkumpul pada satu titik area selama berkunjung di kawasan wisata alam Coban Putri. Â
Media Komik Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Perilaku Bullying Di SDN Pucangsari Pasuruan
Perilaku bullying yang terjadi pada anak semakin meningkat, menyebabkan banyak dampak yang muncul pada diri anak. Rasa takut, sulit berkonsentrasi, sulit bersosialisasi dan masalah lainnya mengancam perkembangan kejiwaan anak. Dibutuhkan sebuah upaya berkesinambungan dari berbagai pihak, untuk memutus rantai bullying  yang terjadi. Sekolah merupakan salah satu lingkungan yang baik untuk menanamkan rasa cinta kasih, dan perdamaian pada anak sekolah. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengajak anak sekolah untuk meninggalkan perilaku bullying, dengan menggunakan komik sebagai media penyuluhan mencegah bullying. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di SD Pucangsari I Pasuruan dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 25 anak. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian meliputi pre test, ice breaking, pembacaan komik secara bersama-sama, bermain peran komik, post test, dan evaluasi. Pengabdi menggunakan media komik, yang dianggap lebih efektif dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada anak-anak tentang bullying, dikarenakan banyak indra yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan ini, pengabdi juga menekankan rasa cinta kasih, berbicara yang baik kepada teman serta menjalin persahabatan dengan teman. Sebagai bahan evaluasi, selain adanya pre test dan post test, pengabdi juga melontarkan beberapa pertanyaan seputar bullying, dan anak-anak sangat antusias dalam menjawab, serta memberikan perhatian penuh dengan materi yang diberikan oleh pengabdi. Pengabdi berharap, sosialisasi kepada anak-anak melalui media komik dalam mencegah bullying ini memberikan kemanfataan yakni dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman serta muncul empati dan rasa kasih sayang pada teman. Selain itu adanya kegiatan ini dapat rutin terus dilakukan saling bekerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan keluarga, agar sekecil apapun bullying yang terjadi pada anak di sekolah dapat dicegah.Â
