    Management Inadvertent Hypothermia Perioperative : A Systematic Review

    Shivering is a common issue experienced by patients during surgery, caused by exposure to cold operating room air. This loss of body heat can make patients uncomfortable and require more oxygen. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of shivering and hypothermia based on literature review. A systematic review was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The article selection process followed the PICO framework. The population consists of individual patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. The study included patients who experienced shivering and underwent non-pharmacological interventions for temperature management. Articles published between 2018 and 2024 were searched in four databases: Scopus, EBSCO, ProQuest, and PubMed. The quality of the articles was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) format. The initial search identified 270 articles, which were narrowed down to 12 after removing duplicates and reviewing titles and inclusion criteria. In this study, 1326 individuals undergoing surgery were surveyed. To prevent hypothermia and shivering, several non-pharmacological methods can be used, such as pre-warming using forced-air warming, which increases body temperature. Isothermic irrigation was found to reduce the decrease in core temperature and the incidence of shivering. Preoperative warming can be done for durations of 30, 15, and 10 minutes before induction. To conclude, shivering can be prevented by non-pharmacological methods to increase core body temperature so that it will increase patient comfort during surgery. One of the innovations that can be done is by making warm vest

    INTERAKSI PENGGUNAAN PUPUK KANDANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT PORANG

    The purpose of this study was to ascertain how different types of manure and bulbil size affected the growth of porang seedlings. This study used a Randomized Block Design with two factorials, namely, treatment of manure (P) with four kinds, namely chicken manure, cow manure, and goat manure The second factor is the size of bulbil with three types of size such as small (2 - 3,25 gr), medium (6 - 6,85 gr) and big (9 - 9,32 gr). The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), leaf width (cm), number of leaves (strands), and percentage of finished seedlings. The results showed that Bulb weight 9 gr – 9.32 gr gives the best average in the plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, number of roots, and percentage of finished seedlings. Goat manure gives the best average for plant height, leaf area, and number of roots. There was an interaction between bulbil weight and type of manure on parameters of plant height

    This research aimed to understand the implementation and impact of the presence Food Management Agency for Greening (BPPUP) in East Kalimantan. This research uses qualitative methods to understand the implementation and impact of the existence of the Greening Food Management Agency (BPPUP) in East Kalimantan Province, allowing researchers to explore the perspectives of the participants in depth.  The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result showed that in 2023, BPPUP carry out various initiatives such as providing technical direction to 65 companies, validating food land proposals for reforestation covering an area of 85.91 hectares, and determining the location and area of the reforestation program with a total of 242.56 hectares

    This article is a critical review that aims to provide information regarding the development of household waste management in Indonesia. Household waste management in Indonesia is still not optimal due to several factors, internal and external. There are eight obstacles related to household waste management in Indonesia. The eight obstacles include: 1) weak level of knowledge, 2) community diversity related to customs and culture, 3) regulations and policies, 4) processing innovation, 5) synergy between stakeholders, 6) processing system, 7) facilities and infrastructure, and 8) the existence of a pandemic that has also changed people's behavior in producing types of household medical waste. These eight obstacles are challenges to be solved and also become opportunities for future research in related fields of science

    Mayoritas penduduk Indonesia bekerja sebagai petani, namun produktivitas sektor ini semakin menurun akibat cuaca ekstrem, kebijakan pemerintah yang kurang optimal, dan dinamika pasar modern. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah menumpuknya limbah pertanian akibat gagal panen, yang menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi petani. Petani cabai di Desa Bocek memiliki dua masalah yaitu penumpukan limbah cabai dan lemahnya branding produk dari segi hukum dan ekonomi. Penguatan branding produk Kompos Api menjadi langkah strategis untuk membantu petani cabai di Desa Bocek. Penguatan ini mencakup aspek hukum dengan legalisasi produk melalui pendaftaran merek dan sertifikasi halal. Aspek Ekonomi ditekankan melalui strategi pemasaran digital, yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan produk dengan biaya rendah dan membangun brand awareness melalui komunikasi interaktif di media sosial. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani dan usaha KOMPI. Sebagai solusi, tim pengabdian Universitas Brawijaya bekerja sama dengan kelompok usaha tani KOMPI mengadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk memperkuat branding produk KOMPI dari sisi Hukum dan Ekonomi. Kegiatan ini meliputi diskusi pemberian materi dan in depth review mengenai sertifikasi halal, PIRT, NIB, dan BPOM, serta pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial. Program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran petani tentang pentingnya aspek hukum dan ekonomi dalam usaha, serta memperkuat daya saing produk di pasar.Â

    UMKM Desa Pejok yang dikelola oleh ibu-ibu kader PKK merupakan UMKM yang berfokus pada pengolahan bawang merah menjadi produk bawang goreng. UMKM ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran produk, karena saat ini pemasaran dilakukan secara terbatas, yang mengakibatkan penjualan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian atau Pengapdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi produk olahan bawang merah sebagai upaya meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Pejok, Kecamatan Kedungadem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan mengenai pembuatan bawang goreng kepada 55 kader PKK, pemahaman ibu-ibu terhadap proses pembuatan bawang goreng dari bahan baku bawang merah telah meningkat. Melalui pelatihan ini, ibu-ibu kader PKK dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan bawang merah sebagai bahan utama dalam menghasilkan bawang goreng yang diminati pasar, sehingga menciptakan produk olahan dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim KKN dalam pengelolaan UMKM telah berhasil membawa dampak signifikan terhadap penjualan bawang goreng. Dalam kurun waktu 2 minggu, terjual sebanyak 100 pcs. Peningkatan penjualan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan, termasuk perubahan pada kemasan, logo, dan desain produk, memberikan hasil positif bagi UMKM.Â

    Penyuluhan Inovatif untuk Peningkatan Produktivitas Kelompok Pemuda tani di Desa Turen, Kecamatan Turen, Malang melalui Usaha Arang Briket

     The charcoal briquette business counseling program for the Young Farmers group in Turen Village, Turen District, Malang, East Java, aims to increase young people's awareness and skills in utilizing local potential, creating new jobs, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship. The methods include training and mentoring in making charcoal briquettes and producing optimal products. This program has increased participants' knowledge of charcoal briquettes by 88.9% and production skills by 166.7%. A significant impact was seen in the increase in charcoal briquette production from 50 kg/month to 100 kg/month, as well as in the average income of participants by 50%, from IDR 500,000/month to IDR 1,000,000/month. The marketing coverage also expanded from 1 region to 3 regions (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). The success of this program shows the effectiveness of the extension and training methods applied, as well as the potential for developing charcoal briquette businesses as an alternative source of income for young farmers in Turen Village. This program not only increases the economic capacity of participants but also encourages the sustainable use of local resources.ABSTRAKProgram penyuluhan usaha arang briket bagi kelompok Pemuda Tani di Desa Turen, Kecamatan Turen, Malang, Jawa Timur bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pemuda dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta mendorong inovasi dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan arang briket dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang arang briket sebesar 88,9% dan keterampilan produksi sebesar 166,7%. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan produksi arang briket dari 50 kg/bulan menjadi 100 kg/bulan, serta peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar 50%, dari Rp 500.000/bulan menjadi Rp 1.000.000/bulan. Cakupan pemasaran juga meluas dari 1 wilayah menjadi 3 wilayah (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diterapkan, serta potensi pengembangan usaha arang briket sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pemuda tani di Desa Turen. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara berkelanjutan

    Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di rumah tangga adalah upaya untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga agar tahu, mau dan mampu melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) serta berperan aktif dalam gerakan kesehatan di masyarakat (Proverawati, 2012). Berdasarkan wawancara dengan TIM PROMKES Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang menerangkan bahwa PHBS di Kabupaten Malang belum seluruhnya tercapai salah satunya Kecamatan Singosari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat terhadap kesehatan keluarga dalam tatanan rumah tangga di Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian yaitu deskriptif analitik, populasinya adalah seluruh warga di Kecamatan Singosari yang terdiri dari 17 desa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 desa di Kecamatan Singosari dimana di setiap desa diambil 20 responden, untuk pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) PHBS pada balita di tatanan rumah tangga, 2) PHBS pada sanitasi di tatanan rumah tangga, 3) PHBS pada kehidupan sehari-hari di tatanan rumah tangga, dan 4) kejadian sakit. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian di Kecamatan Singosari terlihat bahwa jika diuji bersama-sama PHBS pada balita di tatanan rumah tangga (X1), PHBS pada sanitasi di tatanan rumah tangga (X2), PHBS pada kehidupan sehari-hari di tatanan rumah tangga (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kejadian sakit (Y1) dan jenis pengobatan (Y2) hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu Fhitung = 32.774 > F0.05 =2.70 dan Fhitung 14.430 > F0.05 = 2.7

    PENGGUNAAN JERAMI BUNGA SEDAP MALAM TERFERMENTASI DALAM COMPLETE FEED TERHADAP PERFORMA DOMBA LOKAL

    This study aimed to assess the impact of fermented night-blooming jasmine straw (JBSMF) in complete feed on local sheep performance, including feed intake, weight gain, feed digestibility, and feed efficiency. Materials included male local sheep, rice bran, concentrate, pollard, corn stover, premix, and JBSMF. The research was conducted on KTHRI in Wagir Village, Sukun, Malang and used the randomized block design experiment featured four treatment, P0 = control feed, P1 = 10% dry JBSMF, P2 = 20% JBSMF, and P3 = 30% JBSMF in complete feed, each repeated three times. Observed variables encompassed sheep production performance: feed intake, weight gain, feed digestibility, and feed efficiency. Results indicated that JBSMF in complete feed had no significant impact on local sheep performance. The optimal treatment was 30% JBSMF inclusion. In conclusion, increasing fermented JBSMF in dry form in complete feed showed the potential to enhance local sheep performance and optimal use of 30 % of dry JBSMF

    This research aims to describe the application, solution and management of differentiated learning problems based on student learning profiles in History subjects. This study used qualitative research methods with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions which were carried out continuously. The results and discussion obtained were the application of differentiated learning in History subjects using a differentiation strategy consisting of content, process, and product. The resulted of the research in the form of differentiated learning based on student learning profiles can be used in limited resources, educator skills, limited time, different assessments, and complex classroom management. This can be applied to a variety of different learning characteristics of students by fulfilling all the needs of students based on their abilities and taking into account the learning readiness of students so as to raise the learning motivation of each student in the history learning process in class
