The rapid development of science and technology in this era of globalization makes it necessary to instill the values of Pancasila. This study aims to develop an interactive storybook learning media, measure the feasibility and practicality of the media, as well as assess students' understanding of Pancasila values. The research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study was conducted in the fifth grade at SDN Karangkebagusan. Data collection techniques included interviews, needs analysis, validation by media and material experts, responses from teachers and students, and tests. The research instruments consisted of a needs analysis questionnaire, media and material expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and test questions. The results show that the development of the interactive storybook media is feasible to use, with media validation showing an average percentage score of 94%, and material validation obtaining an average percentage score of 90%, both categorized as very feasible. Teacher responses to this media reached an average percentage score of 96%, while student responses reached 93%. The students' understanding, measured through the administered test, achieved an average score of 80, with the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 75. This indicates that the use of the Interactive Storybook media can help students understand the values of Pancasila in a more interactive and engaging way

    Get PDF

    No full text
Pregnancy can result in changes in the pregnant woman, both physical and psychological cause complaints during pregnancy. At the end of pregnancy, one of the complaints felt by the mother is Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction (SPD). The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of health education using the demonstration method on knowledge and skills about chair pose on SPD problems for pregnant women. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-posttest design. The research sample was 60 second and third trimester pregnant women using purposive sampling. The independent variable in this research was health education with the demonstration method, while the dependent variable includes knowledge and skills about chair pose for overcoming SPD problems. Data collection used questionnaire and checklist sheets. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were significant differences in knowledge (43.75+20.17 vs. 78.75+14.74) and skills (43.33+20.71 vs. 80.00+15.28) regarding chair pose on SPD problems in third trimester pregnant women between pre-test and post-test (p0.05). Health education with an effectively demonstration method increased chair pose knowledge and skills in pregnant women's SPD problems. Increasing the knowledge and skills of pregnant women is very important, because pregnant women are a vulnerable group. The demonstration method can be applied by health workers to increase the knowledge and skills of pregnant women during pregnancy. Furthermore, researchers can increase the number of research participants to obtain more varied research results.Â

The Influence Of Positive Emotions On Hypertension Relapse: A Cross-Sectional Study

    No full text
Hypertension has become one of the leading causes of death due to its potential to cause systemic complications. Individuals diagnosed with hypertension must undergo regular treatment and medication because they have a high risk of recurrence. One of the factors influencing this is intrinsic factors such as positive emotions. The purpose of this study is to analyze positive emotions in recurrence symptoms in hypertensive. The study design employed a correlational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 98 hypertensive in Karangbong Village, Pajarakan, Probolinggo. The sample size was 79 individuals who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Inclusion criteria included patients with hypertension for more than 3 years, with a history of hypertension with systolic blood pressure ? 120 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ? 80 mmHg. Exclusion criteria included patients with hypertension who had visual and hearing impairments, and complications such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and stroke. The positive emotion instrument used the Dispositional Positive Emotions Scale (DPES) questionnaire and the hypertension recurrence symptom questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearman rank test. The findings of the study indicated that most respondents had positive emotions (68%) and hypertension recurrence symptoms (66%). There was a significant correlation between positive emotions and recurrence symptoms in hypertensive patients with a p value of 0.001. Hypertensive patients are prone to recurrence symptoms due to low positive emotions. Respondents are encouraged to manage their emotions to prevent the onset of hypertension recurrence symptoms. Future research is recommended to incorporate psychotherapeutic interventions, such as peer support groups, to further explore their potential impact on the outcomes.

    No full text
Approximately 2,500 newborns are born with thalassemia annually in Indonesia. Premarital screening can help avoid thalassemia. Health behavior is expected to be influenced by individual views about the disease, and nurses can affect health beliefs by serving as a model for the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the association between nursing students' attitudes toward thalassemia screening and their health beliefs as future nurses. In July 2025, a cross-sectional survey of 122 respondents, was conducted among participants aged 18 to 24. Simple random sampling was used to choose the sample. A questionnaire that the researcher had been tested for validity and reliability was used to gauge screening attitudes and health beliefs. The Pearson correlation test was then used to examine the data statistically. Of the respondents, only 24.59% had undertaken initial screening with Hb examination, and the majority (75.41%) had never done so. The results showed a significant relationship between health beliefs and attitudes toward thalassemia screening (p-value 0.001). In the future, developing a thalassemia screening education program based on culture and health beliefs is necessary to increase participation in thalassemia screening. Nurses should be trained to develop educational programs based on health beliefs to maximize their ability to provide interventions for at-risk groups.Â
