The overall prevalence of dry skin was found to be 60%. Decreased skin moisture levels can result from various factors, including cold weather, aging, and certain medical conditions. Dry skin is often accompanied by itching and discomfort. The application of moisturizers can improve dry skin and help maintain hydration. The objective of this study was to develop an aloe vera-shea butter lotion gel formulation to retain skin moisture. A descriptive observational design was employed to characterize the properties of the aloe vera-shea butter lotion gel formula. The study included 27 adult participants, all aged over 18 and without a history of allergies. The formulation contained aloe vera leaves, shea butter, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, Geogard 221, and rose essential oil. Skin moisture levels were measured using a skin moisture detector. The results showed that the lotion gel had a pH of 5, a homogeneous consistency, a spread ability of 6 cm, a white color, a characteristic aloe vera and rose scent, and a thick, smooth texture. An irritation test revealed that 96.3% of participants experienced no irritation. Additionally, the formulation significantly increased skin moisture, transitioning from dry to moisturized skin. The average percentage increase in skin moisture was 23.25% at 1 minute, 34.96% at 3 minutes, and 34.69% at 5 minutes after application. In conclusion, the aloe vera-shea butter lotion gel formulation effectively enhanced skin moisture levels. This formula can be used as an intervention to address dry skin or moisture depletion in future studies

The inequality in sources of livelihood between big cities and their surrounding areas has resulted in an unavoidable flow of urbanization. The density of commuter movement every day will cause detrimental traffic congestion. The author uses a victimology theory approach by focusing on the victim's perspective in describing the problems of public transportation management. This research was conducted using a literature study method through the collection and analysis of data and information originating from academic journals, news articles, books, laws and regulations, government and non-governmental organization reports, as well as related websites. The results of the study indicate that there is structural victimization of road users created by the government's reaction related to the business world in overcoming congestion and the reactions of road users themselves. The government needs to look for alternative public policies that can meet corporate interests as well as the broader public interest, so that victimization of road users caused by traffic congestion can be minimized.

This study aims to evaluate the reading and writing literacy levels of elementary school students and to assess the extent to which the Independent Curriculum contributes to improving literacy in Gunungkidul Regency, located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This region is predominantly rural and faces challenges related to limited access and inadequate educational facilities. The lack of educational resources—such as quality reading materials, proper libraries, and technological infrastructure—poses a major obstacle to enhancing student literacy. The research employs a quantitative approach to analyze numerical data, emphasizing standardized data collection methods and utilizing statistical analysis to test hypotheses. This approach is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of students' reading and writing literacy skills. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools across the Gunungkidul area has not yet produced a significant impact on improving students' literacy skills. This is evident from the average test scores, which remain below the Minimum Completion Criteria (MCC) set by the schools: 65.6 in the control group and 61.4 in the experimental group. Therefore, it can be concluded that the reading and writing literacy levels of elementary school students in the region remain relatively low
