Wakaf Esensi Solutif Perbaikan Pendidikan: Jawabah Dilema Lulusan Pendidikan Islam Antara Output, Outcome dan Produk
Failure and deterioration of Islamic education can be seen from the reflection of infrastructure, funds, quality educators who are far from expectations should, resulting in to create output. wakaf has a positive outlook, if it is well managed to improve the quality and progress of Islamic education in the future. This study aims to describe: how wakaf as the essence of solutive improvement of education which is an answer to the dilemma of education graduates between output, outcome and product. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. Data analysis in this research is done during and after data collection by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method. From the results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1) The future success of each learner should be viewed as a product success (education), not just the success of output or outcome. When the learner is graduated, it is the output of the educational institution in which he or she is studying, but the outcome can immediately overcome his or her life to work (not just get a job). And working, developing a career in the field of work that ditekuninya, in relatively quickly he will appear successful as an educational product. 2) To realize this need to change the public perception of the importance of wakaf as a supporter of Islamic education, as in Egypt with its A-Azhar University, and within its own country, Wakaf Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo, Wakaf Pesantren Tebuireng in Jombang and Waqf Islamic University Indonesia in Yogyakarta

In this global era, the ability of schools to change depends on their capacity to learn ... Principals, for example, must comply with various system requirements and manage routine administrative tasks. The principal is required to be able to evaluate and report on the implementation of school activities. The purpose of this study are: Describe the ability of the principal in evaluating and reporting the implementation of school activity programs in the field of Work Programs, Regulations and Decisions, Guidance, Other Administration through managerial supervision in School Cluster Monitoring Areas 03 Prentarakulon District and School Clusters 01 Kranggan District Mojokerto City . This research uses action research as many as two cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting, each meeting consisting of four stages: design, activities and reflection and revision observations. The target of this research is the Principal in the School Cluster Monitoring Area 03 of the Prentarakulon and School Cluster 01 District of Kranggan, Mojokerto City with 12 people. Data obtained in the form of managerial supervision results which include: Work Programs, Regulations and Decisions, Guidance, Other Administration. The success of the learning process in cycle II shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 80%. This is evident from the average increase in the performance of principals from 72.70% in the initial conditions, increasing to 78.92% in the first cycle and increasing to 87.81% in the second cycle. The conclusions of this research are: 1) The principal can evaluate and report on the implementation of the school activity program in the Field of Work Program through managerial supervision. 2) Principals can evaluate and report on the implementation of school activities in the field of Regulations and Decisions through managerial supervision. 3) The principal can evaluate and report on the implementation of school activities in the field of guidance through managerial supervision. 4) The school principal can evaluate and report on the implementation of other administrative activities in the school administration program through managerial supervisio

As the largest Muslim country in the world, the tradition of memorizing the Qur\u27an is also strong in Indonesia. Noted since before independence, many scholars of the Qur\u27an are born this earth. In memorizing the Qur\u27an people have different methods and ways. However, whatever method is used will not be separated from repeated readings to be able to say it without seeing a mushaf at all. This study aims to describe the method of memorizing the Qur\u27an most effectively for junior high school children. From the results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1. In principle all methods are good to be used as a guide memorize Al-Quran, either one of them, or used everything in accordance with the needs and as an alternative to the way memorize the monotone, so degan so will eliminate saturation in the process of memorizing Al-Quran. 2. Information literacy promises a change that focuses on the development and use of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education services. With regard to Online learning, the point of view has changed, that the learning environment is no longer centralized, but is distributed and open through learning features, facilitated by the Internet and network-based technology. This learning environment facilitates learning and knowledge development through meaningful interactions and actions. Ditulsinya This article aims to describe the Use of Information Literacy Technology in the Collaboration of Partnerships as a Learning Base at STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto towards the Digital Native Era. This research is library research Data obtained from books in the library and Internet media are secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. The results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1). The sense of \u27self\u27 developing lecturer as teacher educator provides deep motivation beyond specific ways of working in a particular place. These beginner teacher educators have a broad workplace, working in various communities. 2). Upaya Meningkatkan Keterampilan Praktek Mengajar Melalui Observasi Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pembelajaran Berdasarkan Standar Proses di Kota Mojokerto
PPL is the culmination or estuary of the program as well as an arena for forging teacher competencies for prospective teacher students. Through PPL students are given the opportunity to practice applying various theories and professional competencies, skills and insights, attitudes and values â??â??that have been mastered through various subjects, into the real situation. In order for PPL to be optimally useful, PPL is carried out through a conscious and planned, gradual, and systematic coaching process involving many parties, both supervisors, tutors and principals. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve teaching practice skills through observation of planning and implementation of learning activities based on process standards in the City of Mojokerto. This study used action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting, each of which consists of four stages: design, activity, and reflection and revision observation. The target of this study is students who practice field experiences in the city of Mojokerto as many as 15 people. Data is obtained in the form of results of filling in planning supervision instruments and teaching activities based on process standards. The conclusions of this study are: Teaching practice skills through observation planning and implementation of learning activities based on process standards in Mojokerto City has increased from the average increase in PPL program participants from 65.87% in the first cycle, to 76.67 & Cycle II and to 82, 86% in Cycle III
Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Supervisi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dimediasi Variabel Etos Kerja Guru pada SMP Negeri Gondang 2 Mojokerto
Kepala sekolah perlu mendorong para gurunya agar mempunyai prestasi kerja yang tinggi dengan harapan memperoleh banyak keuntungan bagi sekolah, namun tidak membuat guru merasa dirugikan. Kondisi ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran seorang pemimpin dalam organisasi, supervisi dan pengembangan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap etos kerja guru. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Supervisi terhadap etos kerja guru. 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja. 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Supervisi terhadap prestasi kerja. 5) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja guru terhadap prestasi kerja. 6) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja dimediasi variabel etos kerja guru. 7) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Supervisi terhadap prestasi kerja dimediasi variabel etos kerja guru. Berdasarkan pada pertimbangan waktu, tenaga, dan dana, serta ruang lingkup permasalahan dan banyaknya jumlah subjek dalam populasi yang jumlahnya 336 orang, maka penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dengan signifikasi (p) (0,1) sehingg ditentikan sampel sehumlah 79 orang. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, alat analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.7. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Etos kerja guru 2) Supervisi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Etos kerja guru 3) Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi kerja 4) Supervisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja 5) Etos kerja guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi kerja 6) Pelatihan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Prestasi kerja melalui Etos kerja guru 7) Supervisi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Prestasi kerja melalui Etos kerja gur
Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Komunikasi Non-verbal Bahasa Arab dengan Bahasa Tubuh sebagai Pemahaman Kinesik Lintas Budaya
Arabic is a universal language, Learning Arabic cannot be separated from the social and environmental environment that surrounds it. Learning Arabic requires adaptation to the environment which is an integral part of educational institutions. Students are part of the learning process, after formal education is complete, then they again become one of the important elements in society. Non-verbal language is statement forms of personality or personality traits that are manifested in body movements. Arabic is also an interesting study, where Arabic is one of the dominant Semitic languages and still persists today. Based on the focus of the study, this study aims to describe: The Implementation of Learning Arabic non-verbal communication with Body Language as a cross-cultural kinesic understanding. This research is "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While data analysis in this study was carried out during and after data collection using descriptive-critical-comparative methods, and content analysis methods. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that: 1) In its development language became a feature of a culture. At a minimum it becomes a differentiator between one community and another in terms of language use. 2) Since the first year of his life in the world, children take part in conversations using body language and non-verbal cues. Then little by little they learn linguistic codes of language, how codes represent objects, events and types of relationships between objects and events. Pendidikan dan Konflik (Potret Konflik Sunni-Syiah dan Imbasnya Terhadap Pendidikan di Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan)
The conflict between Sunni and Shia has taken place from the very beginning of the two ideologies. The eternal conflict between the Sunni and the Shias enters into the strategic domains of the moral formation of children, namely education. Education is a strategic place in the formation and cadre of a child. Original education is expected to be the formation of a neutral personality, more often ridden with certain ideologies so that the child\u27s personality is formed from Islamic education in accordance with the ideology of an educational institution. The purpose of this research is to know how far conflict sekmetian Sunni and Shia and its impact to education world especially in District of Bangil Pasuruan Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with fenomelogical perspective. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of this study obtained the conclusion that the conflict that stood for years can stick again when the trigger is punctured. As a result education is a disadvantaged element in this sectarian conflict. Education that should be neutral, polluted and polarized by the divisive elements. In addition, education contributes to polishing and beautifying the conflict between Sunnis and Shiites. Conflicts that occurred have entered the realm of education. A deep understanding of the teachings of affection between fellow Muslims, supported by an unbalanced curriculum of Islamic education and an educator who is not blind fanaticism, will be the solution to the realization of peace for both sects
Analisis Interaksi dan Perbedaan Pembelajaran Bersama dan Pembelajaran-Mandiri serta Motivasi terhadap Pengetahuan-diri pada Semester VII Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Raden Wijaya Mojokerto
The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the differences of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) Describe the difference of self-knowledge of high motivated and low motivated students in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto 3) Describe the interaction between learning together with self-learning and self-knowledge motivation in semester VII Tarbiyah High School Tarriyah Raden Wijaya Mojokerto . The type of this research is survey type research with quantitative approach. Population as object of research is student of semester VII of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto, This research is included in research of comparative explanation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis test using t test and F test. From the analysis result can be concluded as follows: 1) There is difference of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning. 2) There is no difference in self-knowledge that is highly motivated and students with low motivation. 3) There is an interaction between Learning along with self-learning as well as motivation to self-knowledge
