PENGATURAN KECEPATAN MOTOR INDUKSI 3 FASA MENGGUNAKAN MULTILEVEL INVERTER DENGAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC CONTROLLER
Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the industrial sector. Many industrial equipment that utilizes an electric motor to run the system. In running the system using an electric motor, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the electric motor as needed. The 3-phase induction motor is one type of electric motor that has a strong, inexpensive, and high-efficiency construction, so it is often used in industry. However, setting the speed and torque of an induction motor is not easy to do. Setting the frequency of the induction motor voltage can be done using an inverter, therefore a single phase inverter can be used to adjust the speed of a three phase induction motor. In regulating the speed of the induction motor, a control is needed to keep the speed constant as needed. In this study, a 3-phase induction motor speed regulation system was simulated using an inverter controlled by a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC). Based on the research that has been done, it can be seen that the Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) is able to regulate the speed of a 3-phase induction motor with an error of 0.25
EVALUASI KINERJA SIMPANG TAK BERSINYAL DENGAN PENDEKATAN SISTEM DINAMIS PADA SIMPANG GRAND CITY - MT HARYONO
Sejak terbukanya ruas jalan tembus jalan Sinarmas Land lambat laun mulai menimbulkan titik kemacetan baru, seperti pada ruas jalan menuju gerbang Grand City dari arah MT Haryono. Dari hasil identifikasi awal ditemukan antrian kendaraan terjadi dari arah RS Kanujoso menuju simpang wika dan dari arah Perumahan Wika menuju simpang Grand city, antrian umumnya terjadi dalam rentang waktu yang cukup panjang khususnya dari arah Wika. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kondisi simpang sehingga dapat diketahui panjang antrian kendaraan yang dapat terjadi di masa yang akan datang terutama jika masa pandemi covid sudah berakhir, agar dapat direncanakan rekayasa lalu lintas untuk mengantisipasi antrian panjang di masa yang akan datang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tidak bersinyal Grand city adalah metode Sistem Dinamik (dynamic system) dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi VISSIM. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan data pengukuran langsung di lapangan yakni dengan melakukan survey volume lalu lintas, survey antrian kendaraan, serta data geometric simpang dan tata guna lahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai tundaan 21,01 detik pada hari jumat sedangkan pada hari senin adalah 22,38 detik, menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kinerja simpang pada hari Jum’at lebih baik daripada kondisi kinerja simpang pada hari Senin dengan selisih tundaan 1,37 detik. Selain itu, panjang antrian yang terjadi pada hari Jumat lebih pendek daripada panjang antrian yang terjadi pada hari Senin yaitu 30,98 meter dan 55,04 meter dimana panjang antrian pada hari Jumat lebih pendek 24,06 meter. Sesuai dengan Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Manajemen dan Rekayasa Lalu Lintas bahwa Simpang Grand City memiliki tingkat pelayanan C. Hal yang sama juga disampaikan Dalam American Highway Capacity Manual (AHCM) 2010 dimana tundaan sebesar 22,38 detik masih masuk dalam tingkat pelayanan C untuk simpang tidak bersinyal
Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Presensi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Menggunakan Framework Codeigniter
The world of work, both from the level of government employees, BUMN employees, private company employees and others, is demanded to be able to adapt to technological advances. So that employee attendance can be easily monitored by superiors directly both when they come, when they go home and work location. This research activity is SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan as a partner to implement a web server and website attendance information system for teachers, education staff and other employees. The problem faced by partners is that for employees working at SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan attendance attendance only uses a fingerprint and retrieves data using a flash drive manually not integrated directly into the server automatically so that leaders cannot monitor and also when working outside the office cannot make attendance at at that moment. This research aims to help an easy system for teachers and education staff who are working outside the city with camera features and location points so they can take attendance. The results of this study are that it runs well without problems and can make it easier to recap the results of employee absences and reduce fraud that will be carried out in the absence of teachers and education staff at SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan
Penerapan Personal Hygiene, Sanitasi Peralatan, dan Sanitasi Lingkungan pada Pedagang Nasi Goreng: Studi Kasus Pada Pedagang Nasi Goreng di Kota Balikpapan
The importance of maintaining cleanliness and health is carried out to avoid the dangers of pollution and contamination and prevent various types of diseases. The purpose of this study was to describe personal hygiene, equipment sanitation, and environmental sanitation for fried rice seller. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, using data collection methods through field observations, in-depth interviews, and the results of documentation. The respondents used were Artomoro fried rice seller who had at least 3 months work experience and were directly involved in handling food. Based on the results of observations, it was found that employees had not properly implemented personal hygiene, such as not using aprons, gloves and head coverings. For the use of equipment is good enough, and store equipment in a clean place. In the selling area, trash is still scattered on the terraces of the stalls, moldy walls and trash cans with open conditions, but trash bins are routinely cleaned by changing the plastic waste every day
Kesetaraan Gender Akuntan Akademisi Perempuan Pasca Pandemi: Tantangan atau Rintangan Keberlanjutan Karir?
This research was sparked from the diversity of research results regarding gender equality in the accounting profession. Many studies have concluded that equality between women and men especially in the accounting profession. On the other hand, there are also many studies that find that gender discrimination against female accountants is still rife. Based on this fact, this research expands the study of gender equality within the scope of vocational education by combining quantitative studies through measuring the perceptions or beliefs of female academic accountants using the Career Pathways Survey (CPS) and qualitative methods using phenomenological approach. The results of a survey of 50 female and an empirical study of 5 of them resulted in findings that gender equality has not been fully realized. The “voice” of female is divided into two parts: women who feel gender equality and women who experience gender discrimination. The reality arises from the organizational environment but cannot be separated from internal influences. Female academic accountants feel that feminist stereotypes are indeed “decent” to limit their career development steps. On the other hand, female academic accountants in polytechnic circles who are classified as advanced state that there is no difference in treatment between women and men
Pengaruh Perilaku Active Defending pada Bystander terhadap Pencegahan Bullying (Studi Kasus Siswa SMA di Kota Medan)
The issue of bullying has become a serious problem in the world of education. Whereas schools should be places of learning that are safe for students to improve their academic knowledge and social life. There are three central roles involved in bullying events, namely: perpetrator, victim, and eye witness or bystander. Active defending behavior is a type of bystander (witnesses) who takes the role of the victim to help when bullying occurs. The purpose of this study was to measure and determine the effect of active defending behavior on bystanders in preventing bullying among high school students. Explanative quantitative type approach with survey method will be used in this study. The results of this study show that the value of F = 0.730 and the value of Sig 0.849 > 0.05. Then, the results of the data analysis of the value of the coefficient of determination of the independent variable active defending is 0.64 so that it can be stated that active defending has an effect on preventing bullying in students by 6.4% while there are several other things that also affect prevention of bullying in students by 93.6% but not mentioned in the this research. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference to reduce the problem of bullying in schools by intensifying preventive measure
PERANCANGAN KLASIFIKASI ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES PADA DATA PEMILIHAN JURUSAN SISWA
Penelitian yang berjudul "Perancangan Algoritma Naive Bayes Dalam Klasifikasi Pemilihan Jurusan Siswa". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan suatu prediski dan impelemtasi metode dalam kalsifikasi Naive Bayes, serta untuk mengevaluasi dampak ketidak seimbangan kelas terhadap kinerja model klasifikasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya kelebihan sampel data secara tidak sengaja, dan eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik SMOTE dilakukan untuk mengatasi ketidak seimbangan kelas tersebut. Data pemilihan jurusan siswa dari SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi ketidak seimbangan kelas. Eksperimen ini membandingkan hasil klasifikasi sebelum dan setelah penerapan teknik SMOTE. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum menggunakan teknik SMOTE, terdapat ketidak seimbangan kelas yang signifikan dalam data pemilihan jurusan siswa. Ketidak seimbangan ini memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kinerja model klasifikasi, terutama dalam mengenali kelas minoritas. Namun, setelah penerapan teknik SMOTE, ketidak seimbangan kelas berhasil dikurangi dan kinerja model klasifikasi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Recall untuk kelas IPS meningkat menjadi 0,76, sementara recall untuk kelas MIPA tetap tinggi dengan nilai 0,92. Precision untuk kelas IPS meningkat menjadi 0,87, sedangkan precision untuk kelas MIPA tetap stabil di 0,85. Dengan menggunakan precision dan recall, skor F1 mencapai 0,8846. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja model klasifikasi dalam memilih jurusan siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh kelebihan sampel data. Metode SMOTE efektif dalam mengurangi ketidak seimbangan kelas dan meningkatkan kinerja model klasifikasi. Metode Naive Bayes dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif yang efektif dalam memprediksi penjurusan siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan setelah menerapkan teknik SMOTE
PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN PENGOLAHAN PASCAPANEN IKAN BAGI ANGGOTA PKK DI KELURAHAN SEPINGGAN RAYA
Potensi perikanan di Balikpapan tidak hanya memberikan penghidupan bagi masyarakat setempat, tetapi juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perekonomian kota. Meskipun Balikpapan memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar, sayangnya, pengembangan dan pemanfaatan produk perikanan di kota ini belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi di Balikpapan adalah rendahnya nilai jual bahan baku mentah ikan. Bahan baku mentah ikan yang dihasilkan dari tangkapan nelayan atau kegiatan budidaya seringkali dijual dengan harga yang relatif rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengolahan pasca panen yang mengubah bahan baku mentah menjadi produk kuliner bernilai tambah. Pentingnya pengolahan pasca panen dalam bentuk produk kuliner untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya jual produk perikanan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung peran nelayan di Balikpapan Selatan dalam penguasaan pengolahan pascapanen, pemerintah, lembaga penelitian, dan organisasi terkait perlu menyediakan pelatihan, pendidikan, dan akses ke teknologi yang diperlukan. Salah satu kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dibutuhkan oleh kelompok nelayan di Balikpapan Selatan yaitu pengolahan pascapanen produk kuliner berbahan dasar ikan seperti nugget ikan dan fish cake. Dukungan ini dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang ditargetkan untuk pelaksanaan proses bisnis produk nugget ikan dan fish cake dapat membantu nelayan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, mengadopsi praktik pengolahan yang lebih baik, dan mendiversifikasi produk perikanan yang dihasilkan. Mitra yang ditargetkan yaitu istri para nelayan yang menjadi anggota Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kelurahan Sepinggan Raya. Dengan meningkatnya penguasaan pengolahan pascapanen oleh istri para nelayan, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan nilai tambah dan daya saing produk perikanan. Hal ini akan memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang lebih besar bagi nelayan, meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, serta mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan sektor perikanan secara keseluruhan. Tahapan kegiatan Program Bina Desa terdiri dari need assessment, sosialisasi, pengadaan, penyuluhan teori, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra terkait manajemen bisnis kuliner dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan keterlibatan wanita pada kegiatan bisnis.Kata kunci: pengolahan, nugget, fish cake ABSTRACTThe fisheries potential in Balikpapan not only provides a livelihood for the local community, but also contributes significantly to the city's economy. Fish raw materials produced from fishermen's catches or cultivation activities are often sold at relatively low prices. This is due to the lack of post-harvest processing that converts raw raw materials into value-added culinary products. The importance of post-harvest processing in the form of culinary products to increase the added value and selling power of fishery products.Therefore, to support the role of fishermen in South Balikpapan in mastering post-harvest processing, the government, research institutions and related organizations need to provide training, education and access to the necessary technology. One of the training and mentoring activities needed by fishermen groups in South Balikpapan is post-harvest processing of fish-based culinary products such as fish nuggets and fish cake. This support in the form of targeted training and mentoring for the implementation of fish nugget and fish cake product business processes can help fishermen improve their skills, adopt better processing practices, and diversify the fishery products produced. The targeted partners are the wives of fishermen who are members of the Sepinggan Raya Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). With increasing mastery of post-harvest processing by fishermen's wives, it is hoped that there will be an increase in added value and competitiveness of fishery products. This will provide greater economic benefits for fishermen, increase their income, and encourage the growth and sustainability of the fisheries sector as a whole. The stages of the Village Development Program activities consist of needs assessment, outreach, procurement, theoretical outreach, technical training and mentoring. PERANCANGAN SISTEM KENDALI ATS PADA BEBAN LISTRIK 2KVA BERBASIS PLC DEEPSEA
Generator Set (Genset) merupakan sebuah sistem pembangkit listrik cadangan yang menggunakan energi kinetik. Genset digunakan ketika suplay listrik dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) mengalami gangguan. untuk mempermudah dalam pengoperasian maka diperlukan perancangan alat sistem kendali manual dan otomatis pada Genset. Genset 1 phasa ini menggunakan sistem Automatic Transfe Switch dan Automatic Main Failure, yang dikendalikan dan di monitoring oleh alat bernama Deepsea tipe 4520. Module Deepsea 4520 kelebihannya yaitu dapat mengontrol suatu genset sekaligus membaca parameter yang diinginkan, kemudian dapat dikombinasikan pada rangkaian dan Automatic Main Failure sehingga ketika PLN kondisi off, maka genset akan on. Sistem monitoring pada Module Deepsea menampilkan parameter tegangan, frekuensi dan RPM. Choke bergerak ketika Central Lock mendapatkan tegangan positif dari aki yang terhubung melalui relay, sehingga choke akan membuka bukaan gas pada genset.Kata kunci: Generator Set (Genset), Automatic Transfer Switch, Automatic Main Failure, Module Deepsea ABSTRACTGenerator Set (Genset) is a backup power generation system that uses kinetic energy. The generator is used when the electricity supply from the State Electricity Company (PLN) is interrupted. to make it easier to operate, it is necessary to design manual and automatic control system tools on generators. This 1-phase generator uses an Automatic Transfer Switch and Automatic Main Failure system, which is controlled and monitored by a tool called Deepsea type 4520. The Deepsea 4520 module has the advantage of being able to control a generator while reading the desired parameters, then it can be combined in a series and Automatic Main Failure so that when PLN is off, the generator will be on. The monitoring system on the Deepsea Module displays the parameters of voltage, frequency and RPM. Implementation of Fast Fourier Transform and Artificial Neural Network in Series Arc Fault Identification and Protection System on DC Bus Microgrid
A microgrid is a cluster of electrical sources and loads that are interconnected and synchronized. Microgrid operation is typically divided into two modes, isolated or connected to the grid with a single or standalone control system. In this context, it can enhance the reliability and quality of electricity supply for connected customers. When using a microgrid system, it is important to consider the risk of series arc faults. Series arc faults are sudden bursts of flames resulting from ionization of gas between two electrode gaps. These faults can occur due to manufacturing defects, installation Errors, aging, or corrosion on conductor rods, leading to imperfect connections. Detecting series arc faults in DC microgrid system operations can be challenging using standard protective devices. Failure in the protection system can pose risks of fire, electrical shock hazards, and power loss in the DC microgrid.Therefore, a device has been designed to detect series arc faults by utilizing the fast Fourier transform method and artificial neural network, which function to analyze DC signal and make decisions when faults occur by examining the average sum of current frequency values during normal and fault conditions. In this study, the average sum of current frequency values during normal conditions was found to range from 0.35437 to 0.36906 A, while during fault conditions, it ranged from 0.21450 to 0.22793 A, with an average protection identification time of 1087 ms and an ANN output accuracy of 99.98%
