In these studies, we investigated the capability of inhibitors of pathogen recognition receptors and epigenetic drug inhibitors, to decrease proliferation and wound healing capabilities of mouse and human ovarian cancer cells. We observed that specific inhibitors were able to decrease proliferation and wound healing of two mouse ovarian cancer cells and a human ovarian cancer cell line. This will help tailor future experiments to define the therapeutic capacity of these drugs in vivo
