Value Chain Analysis and Supply Chain of Layang Fishing Prigi Fish Auction Trenggalek Regency, East Java Indonesia
No full textThe objective of this research is to understand value chain analysis and fish supply chain in the fishery field because the process needs so much cost and consuming too much time—many problems deal with many costs, and also much time allocation to get Layang Fish for consumption commodity. The value chain is useful to produce things or service which have main activity elements and support to achieve the goal. In supply chain which is analyzed, it deals with the costs spent to get Layang Fish on the sea. The result obtained from both analyses is to understand activities from Prigi Fishery Bureau and the cost spent on every trip to get fish. In one trip, there is a dividing percentage, namely 60% for the shipowner, for fishers 30% per 5 people, for ship\u27s captain 5% and worker ship5 %. So, the value chain will distribute to consumers consistently.
 
Phythotechnology of Touch Industrial Waste Treatment in Sidoarjo using Typha Latifolia Plant to Reduce TDS and Ammonia Levels
No full textSidoarjo Regency is a buffer zone for industrial estates in Surabaya, East Java Province. Therefore, the economic growth of the Sidoarjo Regency is increasing along with the development of trade and industrial potential. One of the industries that have grown well in Sidoarjo Regency is the tofu factory. Many tofu craftsmen industry causes an increase in the volume of liquid waste which also flows into water bodies. The purpose of this study was to determine the reduction of TDS and ammonia levels in the tofu factory wastewater treatment in the Sepande area, Sidoarjo Regency, by using a wetland construction with a Typha latifolia remediator. The research stages will be carried out using a laboratory scale using acclimatization as the adaptation stage of Typha latifolia and a constructed wetland reactor as a phytoremediation process. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that there was a decrease in TDS and ammonia levels in the tofu industrial wastewater in Sidoarjo with the Constructed Wetland system. The largest decline in TDS content was in soil media with three Typha latifolia stems and a detention time of four days by 76%. Meanwhile, the most considerable percentage reduction in ammonia levels occurred in sand media with three stems of Typha latifolia and a detention time of four days by 70%.

No full textDegenerative Control in the Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) system is an important topic of process control in industry. The interaction between variables in the process becomes a challenge in designing controllers for MIMO systems. Unwanted interactions cause reduced system performance which results in waste. The addition of inverse decoupling is a new strategy in reducing interactions in the process. The proposed strategy was tested on a de-isobutanizer distillation column. The results obtained were that the IAE value in the inverse decoupling added to the 2DoF IMC structure using the Mp-GM tuning method was smaller than the 2DoF IMC structure without inverse decoupling. This structure could reduce the interaction between variables in the MIMO 2×2 process

No full textKearifan lokal Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu sumber pengetahuan (kebudayaan) masyarakat yang di dalamnya mengandung adat istiadat, mata pencaharian, kesenian khas Sidoarjo dan kuliner di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tidak tersedianya bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal serta belum adanya penyampaian kearifan lokal sebagai contoh dalam materi pembelajaran, menjadikan siswa tidak mengetahui akan kearifan local yang dimiliki oleh kabupaten Sidoarjo itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan buku suplemen IPS berbasis kearifan lokal kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai penunjang materi IPS kelas IV. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). persentase rata-rata yang di dapat dari validator ahli materi sebesar 87,69 % yaitu dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan persentase rata-rata yang di dapat dari ahli media sebesar 81,2 % yaitu dengan kriteria sangat layak. A SURVEY OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS OF ONLINE LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
No full textThis research aimed to find out the perceptions of students regarding online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research focused on the students’ perception. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis proposed by Ary, et. al. To collect the data, the researcher used a questionnaire in Google Forms as an instrument for this study. To analyze the data, the researcher used the questionnaire was analyzed by applying a Likert scale. There were 10 questions that are being tested to know the students\u27 perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings of this research showed that students’ perceptions of English Online Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are different from each other. The using of Online Learning during this pandemic has some benefit and weakness, where the students showed up the effects and every person have a different perception. Some students got difficulty in learning because, during the pandemic spread in Indonesia, the learning system is so different than usual which face-to-face learning is to be Online Learning. Based on students\u27 responses to filling questionnaires, the researcher found that students\u27 perceptions while studying at home were run well, and Online Learning was quite helpful in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic

No full textThe cooperative as a lending institution also contributes to the microcredit market needed by the company in order to maintain its business. However, the number of cooperative developments in East Java every year is inconsistent due to the high level of competition. Intellectual Capital has a role in improving the company\u27s financial performance so it is expected to help achieve the goals and success of the cooperative business. This research was conducted at the Ar-Rohmah Credit Savings Cooperative in East Java using an explanatory research model, with the results of the study showing that the variables forming intellectual capital consisting of human capital, structural capital, and employed capital contributed 66.5% to the company\u27s financial performance . So it can be concluded that intellectual capital has a significant influence on financial performance in the Ar-Rohmah Jawa Timur Credit Savings and Cooperatives

No full textThe purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for the development of religious values in prayer material through the Educational Game Tool (EGT) for group B students DWP Trompoasri Kindergarten. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model through repeated cycles including planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students in group B totaling 23 respondents. Data collection techniques using test techniques, observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the development of religious values in the prayer material of group B students in the pre-cycle were 43%, increased in cycle I by 74%, and increased significantly in cycle II by 91%. The conclusion is that the use of Educational Game Tools (APE) can improve learning outcomes in the development of religious values in prayer material for group B students at DWP Trompoasri Kindergarten

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance Implementation, Sanctions and Motivation on Employee Work Discipline at INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 40 employees using the saturated sample technique. The research data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The research method used in this research is quantitative method, using analysis tools SPSS version 20 then perform statistical calculations in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study used data analysis tools in the form of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of fingerprint attendance, sanctions and motivation together have an effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Whereas partially the implementation of fingerprint attendance and sanctions has no effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, while motivation has a positive effect on work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo

No full textThe current online Performance Management System (SMK) has not been able to be fully implemented (20,200 data have not been inputted), so it has an impact on the less than optimal pattern of management of HR measurement and assessment, both from the aspect of specific factors (work contracts and additional assignments). as well as generic factors (member performance behavior (PKA), rewards, and punishments). The focus of the research in this study is on optimizing the online performance management system or online Vocational High School on the human resources (HR) of the East Java Regional Police. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this research is Optimizing the application of rating scale criteria in each Polri personnel work unit which consists of performance appraisal/measurement based on regional vulnerability opportunities (integrated with 13 components). Optimization of the standard pattern of online SMK performance is carried out by carrying out 8 aspects in the form of a personnel record function, as well as the optimization of the supervision pattern on the implementation of online SMK is strengthened through the supervisory role by the Regional Supervisory Inspectorate (Itwasda) of the East Java Police by carrying out responsibilities, functions, and the role of technical supervision in awareness discipline.
