No full textTest the influence of social influence, perceived ease of use, attitude, and perceived usefulness on the intention to use mobile banking and test the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the attitude of the people of DKI Jakarta during the co-19 pandemic. The sample used in this study is people who have an income and live in DKI Jakarta and who have a bank account. The type of sampling technique used in this study is a convenience sampling technique. This research has involved 204 respondents. Research results: 1) Social influence can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Perceived ease of use can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Attitude can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 4) Perceived usefulness cannot negatively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 5) Perceived ease of use can influence attitude positively and significantly. 6) Perceived usefulness can influence attitude positively and significantly

No full textDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, furniture SMEs need to carry out a sustainable strategy analysis to maintain the continuity of SME activities. The limited sales made by furniture SMEs, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, hampered the sale of furniture products. Jombang furniture SMEs are business actors who process teak wood from forest products into furniture products that can provide added value. SME furniture is one of the leading products of Jombang district. Efforts to optimize the potential of existing resources, it is necessary to manage a sustainable supply chain strategy. Integrated strategic management in a sustainable manner based on economic, social and environmental aspects. The evaluation method used for the strategy formulation model is the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) approach which is influenced by internal and external factors. Based on the economic, social and environmental elements, an alternative decision is taken that can be used in carrying out the business of producing furniture from each element. Implementation of activities must refer to government programs in the context of preventing the Covid 19 virus by imposing restrictions on community activities by not collecting mass in a place that will facilitate the spread of the Covid 19 virus. No full textSMEs compete in the business arena in terms of managerial, process and product. The competitive advantage of SMEs depends on the ability to assimilate a variety of knowledge. The aim of the researcher is to find out the Trend of Entrepreneurship Online Seminar; knowledge absorption capability as a mediation for knowledge sharing of SME members in creating SME innovation in Sidoarjo. What is the form of implementation? The research method adopted a mix method approach with qualitative methods (FGD) and quantitative survey methods using questionnaires and analysed using the GSCA application. The results of the first analysis explain that absorption capability is a liaison for knowledge sharing in creating innovation for SMEs in Sidoarjo, while the results of the second analysis using FGD explain that not all SMEs implement the form of knowledge sharing and do not pay attention to the absorption capability. This is done after attending an online entrepreneurship seminar to create innovation because the seminars that are attended are sometimes not on target and the needs of SMEs.

No full textThis research discusses the topic of Kevin Katchadourian’s archetype, as the main character in the novel We Need to Talk About Kevin written by Lionel Shriver. Kevin is described as a teenager with psychopath disorder who committed school massacre. The objective of this research is to analyze the persona and shadow archetypes of Kevin. John Murphy’s character and characterization theory and Carl Jung’s psychological approach of archetype theory are used. Descriptive qualitative and library research method are used to analyze and describing the quotations based on Jungian archetype theory of persona and shadow, also to get deeper understanding and more correlation between the analysis and the theories from books, journals, and websites. The results of the research are divided into two, the first is regarding to Kevin’s persona and the second is his shadow. (1) Kevin has two personas, namely his persona as a loving child for his father and a caring brother for his little sister. (2) Kevin’s shadow deals with his manipulative and violent side. By the end of the analysis, it is concluded that Kevin failed to strike a balance between his persona and shadow, choosing to unite with his shadow which is psychologically unhealthy according to Jung’s theory

No full textKerupuk ikan merupakan salah satu jenis olahan pangan yang berbahan dasar ikan dan mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Pengolahan hasil tangkapan laut menjadi kerupuk ikan menjadi alternatif pilihan masyarakat pesisir di Desa Kedungpandan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Salah satu ikan yang melimpah adalah ikan payus yang dapat dijadikan olahan kerupuk ikan. Kerupuk ikan payus mempunyai rasa yang enak dan gurih, bisa dijadikan camilan maupun teman makan nasi. Selain itu, kandungan gizi dari kerupuk ikan payus sangat bermanfaat untuk tubuh. Adapun tujuan dari program ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan dan mengubah cara berpikir masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan. Hal ini sebagai upaya untuk mengoptimalkan hasil tangkapan para nelayan di Desa Kedungpandan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara FGD (Focus Group Discussion), yaitu pemateri memaparkan tahap-tahap pengolahan ikan menjadi kerupuk ikan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung membuat kerupuk ikan. Saat praktik berlangsung, peserta dapat melakukan interaksi langsung dengan pemateri. Luaran dari program ini adalah terbentuknya keluarga nelayan yang mampu membuat dan memproduksi kerupuk ikan secara mandiri sehingga mampu menghasilkan produk dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan

This article was compiled using the “Library Research” approach where the data obtained will be analyzed in depth descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) Bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument due to the limited supply of Bitcoin, which makes this instrument behave like Gold; (2) In order to become a profitable investment instrument, individuals can carry out mining activities to get Bitcoin prizes from miner applications and individuals can also carry out spot trading activities by taking advantage of the Bitcoin price difference when buying and selling so as to earn a profit

No full textThis research was conducted at an outsourcing company in Surabaya with the aim of knowing the effect of reward, punishment and supervision both simultaneously and partially on employee performance, and also to find out which variable among reward, punishment and supervision variables has a dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of outsourcing companies in Surabaya as many as 72 people. The sampling technique used was total sample, meaning that the entire population in this study was taken as sample. While the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with five answer choices. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that reward, punishment and supervision simultaneously affect employee performance simultaneously and partially. Punishment has a dominant effect on employee performance

No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine more deeply how the perception of academics (professors and students) and practitioners of the accounting practices of fraud as well as the role of whistleblowing for prevention and detection of fraud. This type of research is using qualitative methods using natural setting that aims to describe the circumstances (phenomenon) that happens. The data analysistechnique used is data collection, data reduction, a data display and conclusion drawing/ verifying. Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the perception of academics (professors and students) accounting and practitioners are almost entirely have to have a good understanding of fraud and whisleblowing for prevention and detection of fraud. This indicates that of University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo has the potential to become a whisleblower and for PT. PG Candi Baru shows that this company has the potential to further improve good governance in the public sector because with a good understanding of these conditions, the potential for the occurrence of acts of fraud will getting smalle

No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personal factors, social factors, the performance of village officials on the success of the MSME-based economy, either directly or indirectly mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. This study followed an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research design. The object of this research is Mojokerto Regency, Sooko District, Kedungmaling Village. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of all communities receiving the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in 2021 is 72 people. Sampling using saturated sampling. The results of the study: 1) Personal factors have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 2) Social factors have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 3) The performance of the village apparatus does not affect the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 4) Personal factors have a positive and significant impact on the success of the MSME-based economy. 5) Social factors have a positive and significant impact on the success of the MSME-based economy. 6) The performance of the village apparatus has no effect on the success of the MSME-based economy. 7) The satisfaction of BLT recipients has no effect on the success of the MSME-based economy. 8) Personal factors have an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 9) Social factors have an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 10) The performance of the village apparatus has an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients
