No full textMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently one of the important sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Lack of understanding in the meaning of NIB ownership as a legal form for business actors is a problem for MSMEs and also the community. The same problem was also found in MSMEs in Buduran Village, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction to business actors regarding preparing and registering to obtain an NIB. This community service begins with location observations, data collection, and implementation of socialization and mentoring activities. After participating in socialization and mentoring, entrepreneurs have a better understanding and are able to manage and have an NIB. It is hoped that this community service can be carried out irrationally for MSME actors in Sidaorjo Regency

The emphasis in contemporary business has switched from a product to a platform. Human resources as Full Stack Engineers are required to respond to changes in business with the dimensions of the Internet of Things, Big Data, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence. Efforts to develop Full Stack Engineers are necessary since this is a worldwide and national stage for Software Engineers in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The purpose of this research is to establish the hard skills of prospective Software Engineer graduates from an information technology institute of engineering and technology and the skills needs of the business world in the real world. Makers Institute Bandung\u27s experience in managing Full Stack Engineers has revealed that there is a gap between what they learn in college and what is required. One of the gaps is that what is taught in the classroom does not apply to what is required in the workplace. There isn\u27t truly a relationship. Nanosilica Extraction from Grumusol Soil
No full textGrumusol soil is a type of soil that contains significant amounts of silica. Silica content in grumusol soil can reach up to 90%. The aim of this research was to determine the characteristics of silica nanostructures in Grumusol soil. The stages of the research were carried out including the preparation of raw materials, silica extraction, and XRD analysis. The raw material preparation stage is carried out by cleaning the grumusol soil from dirt. The second stage was carried out by synthesizing silica with the base extraction method and followed by acid deposition. The final stage is X-Ray Diffracion (XRD) analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out is the FWHM value of 0.0900 (<0.1) which indicates that the crystals produced have very good crystals with a very regular structure. The crystal size which includes nanosilica is 39.5076-48.6633 nm for 3M NaOH with 1 and 3 hours extraction time and 5M NaOH with 1 hour extraction tim

No full textEconomic growth in Indonesia is increasing rapidly. In Indonesia, the growth of startups is increasing along with the continued development of the digital industry. The emergence of startups in Indonesia began in 2010 which was pioneered by the presence of startups Tokopedia and Blanja.com. PT. XYZ as a state-owned enterprise supports the development of startups by providing digital creative facilities, funding, and expanding market access, specifically to accelerate their industrial growth. The amount of funding that PT XYZ will provide to startups also varies according to the startup development stage and the company value (valuation) of the startup.
The valuation calculation that is currently being carried out by PT. XYZ is by using the First Chicago method as the calculation method. However, in its application, there are still several calculation components that have not been standardized. The absence of standards for some of the components of this calculation can affect the size of the calculated startup valuation figures. This will have an indirect impact on startups, investors and stakeholders.
Therefore, this study aims to analyze the standard setting on the three components of valuation calculations or business appraisals at startups carried out by PT. XYZ and to establish improvement evaluation standards for determining the three components of calculations in the first Chicago method. In this study, the results of the startup assessment are the dependent variable while the annual average growth rate, stock value size and discount rate are the independent variables. No full textIn the modern era, there are many digital food delivery services, some of which can deliver almost any type of item, including food and fresh produce. This research aims to further explore whether there is an influence between the free shipping program and dining experience on repurchase intention among Online Food Delivery users. The basis for this objective determination is because Shopee is in line with millennial needs. The method used is a quantitative method by applying purposive sampling based on one\u27s own judgment based on certain criteria or characteristics, it is hoped that it can provide relevant information and answer all research questions. The respondents of this research are Shopeefood service users who have made purchases at Shopeefood services ranging from ages 15 to 23 years. The results of this research are 100 people who used the shopeefood delivery service in this study with the characteristics of age, gender, occupation, order history, type of order. The conclusion from this study was that respondents from gender were 67% women and 33% men. Second, the largest number of vulnerable respondents were aged 21-23 years. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program anti-bullying sesuai dengan konsep keislaman dan faktor apa saja yang mendukung keberhasilan program anti-bullying di lembaga pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, artikel, laporan, dokumen, dan sumber informasi lainnya yang relevan dengan topik penelitian baik secara offline maupun online. Data yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dianalisis dengan kualitatif model interaktif. Model analisis data ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program anti-bullying sesuai dengan konsep keislaman seperti kasih sayang dan empati, toleransi dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, keadilan dan perlakuan adil, penolakan terhadap kekerasan, pendidikan nilai-nilai moral, tanggung jawab sosial dan pembentukan karakter yang mulia. Faktor penting yang mendukung keberhasilan program anti-bullying meliputi dukungan penuh dari manajemen sekolah, partisipasi aktif siswa, pendidikan dan pelatihan guru, keterlibatan orang tua, penggunaan metode pendidikan yang kreatif, pengawasan dan evaluasi berkala, kerjasama dengan komunitas, pemantauan online yang aman dan komunikasi terbuka

Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi dengan Model Blue Ocean Leadership melalui Dimensi Spiritual
No full textThe purpose of the research is to increase the performance of the company through the blue ocean leadership and spiritual dimension. This research methods uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research was milenial generation employees who work for more than two years in Sidoarjo, there was 19.818 people. This research applied purposive sampling with number of 391 respondents and the data collection was provided through googledoc. The analysis in this research applied Partial Least Square (PLS) by using smartPLS 3.0 software. There were two specifications of the model used for PLS: outer and inner model. The result of this research found that blue ocean leadership have significant impact on spiritual dimension and organisational performance, and spiritual dimension have significant impact on organisational performance.
Membran Elektrolit Polimer Kitosan-Polyvinil Alkohol pada Direct Methanol Fuel Cell
No full textA fuel cell is an electrochemical cell that converts chemical energy into electrical energy directly through reactions. The use of acidic polymers (chitosan) and basic polymers (PVA) aims to reduce costs, flexible design, offers easy and synergistic effect of new composite membranes, and facilitates transport mechanism through Grotthuss membranes. Factors that affect membrane fabrication in this study are variations in polymer concentration and time. In this study, the ion exchange capacity, methanol permeability, water and methanol absorption, and membrane moisture content were tested. From the test results, the resulting membrane has a lower methanol permeability value of 3.9x10-7 cm2/second than the Nafon 117 membrane which is 26.9x10-7 cm2/second, and the maximum IEC obtained is 1.07 meq./g. The polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan polyelectrolyte membranes exhibited lower dehydration characteristics compared to Nafon, which had the remarkable disadvantage of higher temperatures (above 80°C) leading to long-term conductivity of the membranes. Polyelectrolyte membranes of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan have the lowest water content of 8.5% because of the air content trapped by polymer functional groups
