Analisis Identitas Merek Telkom School Menggunakan Model Prisma Kapferer
No full textAdvertising through brand identity is essential for improving the performance of educational institutions (schools) by fostering a strong image through unique, relevant messages tailored to the target audience. This study aims to analyse Telkom School’s brand identity using Kapferer’s Brand Identity Prism Model. The research explores how Telkom School constructs its brand identity through six key facets: physique, personality, culture, relationship, reflection, and self-image. The importance of this study lies in understanding how a strong brand identity can influence stakeholder perceptions and loyalty, particularly within the educational sector. Qualitative descriptive methods were employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from relevant sources. Data from interviews, observations, and documentation were then analysed interpretively using content and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that Telkom School effectively integrates its corporate values and educational mission into its brand identity, creating a distinctive image that resonates with students, parents, and the community. The study concludes that applying Kapferer’s model provides a comprehensive framework for developing and evaluating brand identity strategies. It can reference other educational institutions to strengthen its brand positioning.Periklanan melalui identitas merek menjadi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja lembaga pendidikan (sekolah) agar dapat membentuk citra yang baik dengan menggunakan pesan yang unik dan relevan yang disesuaikan dengan target audiensnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis identitas merek Telkom School dengan menggunakan Model Prisma Identitas Merek Kapferer. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Telkom School membangun identitas mereknya melalui enam aspek utama: fisik, kepribadian, budaya, hubungan, refleksi, dan citra diri. Pentingnya penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana identitas merek yang kuat dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan loyalitas para pemangku kepentingan, khususnya dalam sektor pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari sumber-sumber yang relevan. Data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara interpretatif berdasarkan pendekatan analisis isi dan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Telkom School secara efektif mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai perusahaan dan misi pendidikan ke dalam identitas mereknya sehingga menciptakan citra khas yang beresonansi dengan siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Kapferer memberikan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi strategi identitas merek. Hal ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat posisi merek merek
Perancangan Buku Informasi Kesenian Berokan Indramayu
No full textBerokan is a typical art from Indramayu played by a person who acts as the mainplayer using a costume made of burlap as a characteristic of Berokan art. IndramayuBerokan art is a cultural heritage of Indramayu which has a very important historicalstory, especially in the spread of Islam and da\u27wah in the Indramayu area. Informationthat conveys Barokan art is also still minimal, so not many people know the history ofBerokan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where the data is in the formof primary data, namely direct observation of the Indramayu area and interviews withMr. Warnah the owner of the Berokan Wa\u27Aong studio located in Trisi Indramayu village,to dig deeper into the history of Indramayu Berokan art. Documentation and observationare carried out to find out the truth scientifically. Secondary data through literaturestudies as a solution to the problem, this study designs an information book on IndramayuBerokan Art aimed at the younger generation. This creation is based on the considerationthat information books are one of the media that are often used to obtain information,and knowledge and are suitable for conveying information about Berokan art. Berokan merupakan kesenian khas dari Indramayu yang dimainkan oleh seorangyang bertindak sebagai pemain utama dengan menggunakan kostum dari karung gonisebagai ciri khas dari seni Berokan tersebut. Kesenian Berokan Indramayu merupakanwarisan kebudayaan Indramayu yang memiliki cerita sejarah sangat penting terutamadalam penyebaran agama Islam dan dakwah di wilayah Indramayu. Informasi yangmenyampaikan seni Barokan juga masih minim, sehingga tidak banyak masyarakat yangmengetahui sejarah Berokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif,dimana data-data berupa data primer yaitu observasi secara langsung ke wilayahIndramayu dan melakukan wawancara kepada Bapak Warnah sebagai pemilik sanggarBerokan Wa’Aong yang berlokasi di desa Trisi Indramayu, untuk menggali lebih dalammengenai sejarah dari kesenian Berokan Indramayu. Dokumentasi dan observasidilakukan untuk mengetahui kebenaran secara ilmiah. Data sekunder melalui studikepustakaan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan, penelitian ini merancang buku informasiKesenian Berokan Indramayu yang ditujukan untuk generasi muda. The effect of quality control standard implementation for quality improvement of the casting process on the jewellery manufacturing industry
No full textThe high demand for jewellery products increases significantly every year, but the export requirements of the products demand high quality. So, efforts are needed to improve quality, support cost savings, reduce energy needs, and improve work safety, especially in the casting process of jewellery products. This study aims to analyze the implementation of practical quality control standards to improve the quality of jewellery product casting. This research method uses a Plan-Do-Check-Action process approach that refers to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. Implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) process approach adopted in developing quality control methods in the jewellery casting process proved effective, resulting in casting shrinkage of 0.2 kg below the established standard of 0.7 – 1 kg. Controlling temperature casting below the melting point can also provide energy savings and heat control of the casting process to reduce occupational safety and health hazards. PDCA quality control methods can improve the quality of casting jewellery products by reducing porosity defects and shrinkage, saving energy, and reducing occupational safety hazards. This research provides an effective quality control method for the jewellery casting production process regarding quality improvement, environmental management, and safety to achieve the Company\u27s sustainability. 
Identification of Workplace Accidents at PT XYZ In Sidoarjo Using The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Method
No full textThe rapid development of technology in Indonesia significantly impacts various aspects of life, including the industrial sector. One of the negative impacts on this sector is the occurrence of work accidents that cause injury and death. This is due to the low implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) culture in the industrial world. PT XYZ, a company engaged in the hot rolling coil industry in Sidoarjo, implements a K3 system. However, based on initial observations, there are still obstacles, especially the lack of understanding of human resources regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This study aims to identify the factors causing work accidents and outline corrective steps to reduce the risk. Using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, this study found that in 2022, there were 43 cases of work accidents, while in 2023, the number decreased to 41 cases. As a result of these accidents, in 2022, there was a loss of 21 working days per 1,000,000 working hours/person, while in 2023, the loss of working days decreased to 18 days for the same period. The accident indicator also showed a decline, from 0.47 in 2022 to 0.38 in 2023. Recommendations to prevent work accidents at PT XYZ include reading the safety board, attending briefings before work, doing work according to the job description, and using personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and work helmets
Transformasi Digital untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat UMKM Penjahit
No full textKemajuan era digital saat ini sangat pesat dalam semua sektor, terlebih dari sektor industri. Persaingan digital dimasa sekarang saat tumpang tindih antar satu UMKM dengan yang lainnya, dikarenakan pemerataan pengetahuan tentang digitalisasi dalam sektor ini belum merata, tidak semua pelaku usaha memahami tentang digitalisasi untuk usaha mereka. Salah satu nya usaha penjahit pakaian “An-Nur” yang dimiliki oleh Ibu Ida yang berada di desa punggul, Kecamatan Gedangan yang telah didirikan sejak tahun 2013. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu UMKM An-Nur bisa bersaiang dengan UMKM lain nya yang telah lebih dahulu memanfaatkan kemajuan digital. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan pelatihan terhadap penggunaan digital untuk melakukan pemasaran produk yang akan dijual.
The progress of the digital era is currently very rapid in all sectors, especially in the industrial sector. Digital competition today overlaps between one MSME and another, because the distribution of knowledge about digitalization in this sector is not yet evenly distributed, not all business actors understand digitalization for their business. One of them is the clothing tailoring business "An-Nur" owned by Mrs. Ida in Punggul Village, Gedangan District which has been established since 2013. No full textPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM nasi menthok Bu Roni melalui inovasi pengembangan produk dan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam kemasan produk menjadi lebih modern dan kekinian serta desain logo yang menarik berhasil meningkatkan daya tarik dan minat konsumen. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, dan Google Maps terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing UMKM ini meliputi kualitas produk yang konsisten, inovasi dalam menu dan kemasan, serta strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Kontribusi pengabdian masyarakat ini terletak pada bukti empiris bahwa kombinasi antara inovasi produk dan pemasaran.
This community service aims to increase the competitiveness of Bu Roni\u27s Nasi Menthok MSME through product development innovation and the use of social media as a marketing tool. The community service method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving observation, in-depth interviews with business owners, and analysis of related documents. The results of community service show that innovation in product packaging has become more modern and contemporary and an attractive logo design has succeeded in increasing consumer appeal and interest. In addition, the use of social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Maps has proven effective in expanding market reach and increasing interaction with consumers. Factors that influence the competitiveness of this MSME include consistent product quality, innovation in menus and packaging, and the right marketing strategy. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, lahan kosong tersebut dapat diubah menjadi area hijau Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang ada menjadi area hijau obat-obatan keluarga. Selain itu kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi masyarakat untuk menerapkan gaya hidup sehat yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah praktik langsung. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah lahan kosong menjadi area hijau TOGA (tanaman obat keluarga) dengan berbagai macam jenis tanaman obat.
One of the problems faced by rural communities is the large amount of empty land that is not utilized optimally, which can be converted into green areas for family medicinal plants to support sustainable health. As a solution to this problem, the empty land can be converted into a green area for Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). This program aims to utilize existing empty land into a green area for family medicine. Apart from that, this activity is beneficial for the community to adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. The method used in this program is direct practice. The result of this service is that the empty land becomes a green area for TOGA (family medicinal plants) with various types of medicinal plants

It also introduces and investigates the influence of congklak media on students\u27 enthusiasm for learning mathematics, as well as how these games can help elementary school children become more adept at calculating addition and subtraction. This research uses qualitative methodology through a meta-analysis process from previous studies. Early childhood is the most appropriate time to develop all a child\u27s potential. The potential that needs to be developed from an early age is curiosity. Strategies developed by teachers to develop children\u27s cognitive abilities by conducting science experiments. Developing potential means also developing intelligence. This research aims to improve young children\u27s ability to recognize colors through experimental methods. With the experimental method, there is direct involvement of children so that children gain direct experience in the learning process. The type of research method used is qualitative & literature review study method with bibliometric analysis. The data collected is based on Google Scholar from 2014 to 2023. The results of the research show that the ability to recognize colors can be increased using scientific experimental methods. In the learning process, children are given the opportunity to mix colors which are simple and interesting for children.
