    A new Adaptation in Bridgeless Interleaved Power Factor Correction design for High Efficiency

    Seeking the requirements of world’s energy conversions, developments are tracked. The research and development of the AC-DC conversion circuit for variable frequency control, which is closely related to human life. It uses the bridgeless rectifier circuit, coupled with the Interleaved Boost and “PFC” (Power Factor Correction) technology to design a high-efficiency AC/DC conversion circuit, to provide a load of 400V, 2KW. The system efficiency can reach up to 96%. The power factor is close to 1, the input current ripple is below 0.8A and the output voltage ripple is below 6V. This paper presents the comparison of various current control techniques employed for a bridgeless interleaved boost converter for improving the power quality. The major control strategies discussed in this paper are: peak current, average current mode and borderline current control

This paper introduces a new examplar-based inpainting framework. A coarse version of the input image is first inpainted by a nonparametric patch sampling. Compared to existing approaches, some improvements have been done (e.g. filling order computation, combination of K nearest neighbours) A hierarchical super-resolution algorithm is then used to recover details on the missing areas. The advantage of this approach is that     it is easier to inpaint low-resolution pictures than high-resolution ones. The gain is both in terms of computational complexity and visual quality

This paper focuses on detecting those events to have a better understanding of what users are really discussing about in Twitter. Event detection has long been a research topic. The underlying assumption is that some related words would show an increase in the usage when an event is happening. An event is therefore conventionally represented by a number of keywords showing burst in appearance count. In this paper, we investigated the real-time nature of Twitter, devoting particular attention to event detection like earthquake. We developed an earthquake reporting system that extracts earthquakes from Twitter. It is possible to detect an earthquake by monitoring tweets. Our system detects an earthquake occurrence and sends an e-mail, possibly before an earthquake actually arrives at a certain location. A user in this system is associated with a few trustees that were selected from the user’s friends. When the user wants to regain access to the account, the service provider sends different verification codes to the user’s trustees. The user must obtain at least k (i.e., recovery threshold) verification codes from the trustees before being directed to reset his or her password. In this paper, we provide the first systematic study about the security of trusteebased social authentications. In particular, we first introduce a novel framework of attacks, which we call forest fire attacks. In these attacks, an attacker initially obtains a small number of compromised users, and then the attacker iteratively attacks the rest of users by exploiting trustee-based social authentications. Then, we construct a probabilistic model to formalize the threats of forest fire attacks and their costs for attackers. Moreover, we introduce various defense strategies. Finally, we apply our framework to extensively evaluate various concrete attack and defense strategies using three real-world social network datasets. Our results have strong implications for the design of more secure trustee-based social authentications

The Dc/Ac converter allows the adaptation of the PV system to the grid. The hysteresis technique is used to generate the output current waveform. All the command algorithms are implemented in a microchip microcontroller
