PENERAPAN OVER CURRENT RELAY (OCR) KOPEL 20 KV DI GARDU INDUK BOOMBARU
Get PDFAbstrak: PMT kopel 20 kV adalah suatu hal yang penting pada sistem 20 kV di GI Boombaru yang berfungsi untuk penggabungan beban pada penyulang di sistem 20 kV sehingga diperlukanya sistem proteksi yang handal dalam kinerjanya yaitu Over Current Relay (OCR). Relay OCR pada kopel diharapkan dapat menghindari dari gangguan hubung singkat pada sistem 20 kV penyulang ataupun beban lebih. Relay ini bekerja dengan cara membandingkan arus yang terbaca dengan nilai setinganya, bila arus yang dibaca lebih besar dari pada nilai setingan maka relay akan menge-trip-kan Pemutus Tenaga (PMT) atau circuit breaker (CB) setelah waktu tertentu. Dari hasil perhitungan OCR PMT kopel 20 kV dengan kopel penyulang selisih waktu tms = 0,08 SI,dan waktu kerja t = 0,2 s. Untuk waktu kerja rele terhadap OCR penyulang dan incoming dimana waktu kerja incoming yaitu : tset penyulang < tset inc , maka tset inc = 0,4 + tset penyulang = 0,4 + 0,3= 0,7 detik, penyulang 0,3 detik dan PMT kopel 20 kV 0,4 detik. CORRELATION BETWEEN SELF-EFFICACY AND WRITING ACHIEVEMENT TO STUDENTS OF SMA ARINDA PALEMBANG
Get PDFWriting is one of the most difficult skill that foreign language learners are expected to acquire the mastery of a variety of linguistics, cognitive and sociocultural competencies. The aim of this study was to find out whether there was significant correlation or not between self-effficacy and writing achievement. The research used quantitativr mrthod by using correlation analysis . The population was the tenth grade students with the total 44 students from 2 classes of SMA Arinda Palembang. To select the sample of this study, cluster random sampling technique was implemented. There were 23 students as the sample. The data was gained from students’ self-efficacy questionnaire and their writing test. In analyzing the data, correlation analysis was used. Based on the statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient level between self-efficacy and writing achievement was 0.346 with the sig. value was higher than 0.106. In conclusion, there was no significant correlation betweeen students’ self-efficacy and writing achievement.Keywords: self-efficacy, writing achievemen
THE INFLUENCE OF MORPHOLOGICAL AWARENESS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY
Get PDFVocabulary is an element of language that has function to support the use of other elements of language (grammar, pronunciation, and spelling) and also to facilitate the use of four language skills. Morphological awareness is system that expected can help students to improve their vocabulary mastery. Objective of this study was to find out whether or not there was a significant correlation between morphological awareness and vocabulary mastery. Correlation study was used as research design. Sample of this study was fifty-six of 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th semester undergraduate EFL students of Tridinanti University Palembang. Morphological awareness and vocabulary test were used as instruments. Morphological awareness test had 3 parts consisting of 45 items. Correlation analysis was used to examine correlation between morphological awareness and vocabulary mastery. Regression analysis was used to find out whether or not morphological awareness gave contribution to students’ vocabulary mastery. Then, vocabulary test consisted of 50 items. The result showed that there was a significant correlation between students’ morphological awareness and their vocabulary mastery but it was fair correlation. Moreover, morphological awareness contributed as much 21.9% toward students’ vocabulary mastery. Therefore, cultivating morphological awareness could be applied as a right strategy to improve students’ vocabulary mastery.Keywords: morphological awareness, vocabulary mastery
KEBIASAAN MEMBACA, PENGUASAAN DIKSI, DAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPOSISI
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi, hubungan antara penguasaan diksi dan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi, dan hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca dan penguasaan diksi dengan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi. di kelas X siswa SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X SMA N 11 Palembang tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 543 siswa. Peneliti telah mengambil sampel kelas X IPA 3 sebanyak 42 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket dan tes. Analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat kebiasaan membaca siswa adalah baik dengan jumlah 23 siswa (54,8%), (2) tingkat penguasaan diksi siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali dengan jumlah 23 siswa (54,7%), (3) tingkat kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan jumlah 19 siswa (45,4%), (4) hasil rhitung = 7,147 yang lebih besar dari hasilrtabel = 0,308 dan dari hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca dan penguasaan diksi dengan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Palembang.Kata Kunci: membaca, diksi, menulis teks eksposis
PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PERWAKILAN BPKP PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Get PDFThis research was attempted to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work commitment on employee performance at the BPKP Representative of South Sumatra Province. In framework of how employees can work as good as possible and employees have high motivation and commitment to work in completing work. Therefore, the objective this research was to find out the significant influence of motivation and work commitment on employee performance. The sample in this research was taken from permanent employees of the BPKP Representative of South Sumatra Province totaling 60 peoples. In analyzing the data used quantitative and qualitative analysis that contains the distribution of items from each variable, then multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the regression equation, the constant value of 0.543 (positive) shows that if motivation (X₁) is 0.587 and work commitment (X₂) is 0.324, it means motivation (X₁) and work commitment (X₂) have a relationship in influencing employee performance (Y) of 0.534. The result of F count is 8.651 greater than Ftable 237. So Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation and work commitment on employee performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.544 is positive, meaning that there is a correlation or relationship between the variables of motivation and work commitment to employee performance. The better the motivation and work commitment, the greater the influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.296 (29.6%). The calculation gives the meaning that the performance variable is 29.6%. So the results of this study open opportunities for 70.6% to examine other variables outside the independent variables in this research. Keywords: Motivation, Commitment and Performanc
ANALISIS PERUBAHAN KONFIGURASI JARINGAN RADIAL KE SPINDEL OPEN – LOOP PENYULANG JERUK DAN PENYULANG KOMERING
Get PDFAbstrak: Perencanaan suatu sistem tenaga listrik tentunya sudah mempunyai pertimbangan dalam berbagai kajian, kajian sistem tenaga listrik. Salah satu yang di rencanakan untuk masalah durasi padam yang lama (rata – rata 27 menit) padahal banyak titik manuver. Dilihat dari SOP ternyata dikarenakan terlalu banyak nya titik manuver menyebabkan rawan terjadinya miss communication yang dapat berakibat terjadinya kesalahan pengoperasian titik manuver. Belum lagi masalah drop tegangan yang terjadi ketika penyulang komering memanuver 2 section di P. Jeruk yang langsung berakibat drop tegangan yang melebihi SPLN 72:1987. PT. PLN UP2D dan ULP Rivai telah merencanakan rekonfigurasi P. Jeruk dan Komering akan direkonfigurasi sehingga menjadi lebih sederhana dan lebih pendek. Dengan rekonfigurasi tadi, setelah dilakukan analisis drop tegangan yang terjadi di P. Jeruk dan Komering pada saat normal maupun manuver belum melewati SPLN 72:1987 (Drop tegangan terbesar adalah 4,38%), untuk sistem proteksi juga tidak perlu dilakukan setting ulang karena dengan settingan saat ini relay Penyulang di GI masing – masing juga masih berfungsi dengan baik, dan untuk kemampuan daya trafo di masing masing GI pun masih mampu bahkan dalam beberapa kondisi tergolong pembebanan efektif trafo daya. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA CEPAT SISWA KELAS IB SDI AL ALIFAH PALEMBANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FONETIS
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menerapkan metode fonetis kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1.B SDI Al Alifah Palembang dapat meningkat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas 1.B SDI Al Alifah Palembang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa visual, lisan, mendengarkan, menulis, dan emosi siswa dalam membaca. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis observasi dan analisis tes dengan menggunakan rumusan ketuntasan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) kemampuan membaca siswa dengan menggunakan metode fonetis dapat meningkat. Hal ini terlihat bahwa setelah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas siswa dapat membaca dengan lancar tidak merasa takut, dan lebih berani membaca di depan kelas tanpa terbata-bata dengan baik dan benar. (2) Melalui metode fonetis ini kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1.B SDI Al Alifah Palembang mengalami peningkatan. Terlihat dari hasil analisis data, nilai rata-rata tes awal (T0) sebesar 58,02% (28,57%), nilai rata-rata siklus satu (T1) sebesar 64,28% (42,85%), nilai rata-rata siklus dua (T2) sebesar 72,57% (66,66%), dan nilai rata-rata siklus tiga (T3) sebesar 85,47% (100%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tes awal yang dilakukan samapai dengan tes siklus akhir, 21 siswa telah mencapai batas ketuntasan minimal 75. PENGARUH AUDIT MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) RAYON BLAMBANGAN UMPU PROVINSI LAMPUNG
No full textABSTRACK PT PLN persero blambangan umpu, Lampung province, is a state-owned company that operates in the electricity sector, from outside operating power plants to transmitting to the public for all Indonesian people, showing a decline in employee performance. This problem have a lot of existence; delay in work, ineffective internal control and the implementation of human resource management audits that are not optimal and its run into the errors in the operation of power plants and transmissions that are not yet optimal. This is partly influenced by the human resource management audits. The population and sample in this study were as many as 40 employees, all of whom were made into the population, with the type and design of the research used exploratory and causality with associative problem formulations. Based on the results of research, human resource management audits have an effect on employee performance, from the results of the t test, the significance is smaller than Alpha 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is Accepted. A correlation coefficient which states the closeness of the relationship is strong and positive of 0.536. With a determination coefficient of 28.7%.
