STUDI ANALISA KEGAGALAN MIX FEED COIL
Full text linkKegagalan material merupakan hal yang sering dialami oleh suatu komponen mesin. Kerusakan dapat sajaterjadi di semua bidang teknik, termasuk kerusakan pada suatu pabrik, konstruksi bangunan maupun komponenkomponenmesin dari elemen kecil hingga komponen yang sangat vital.Mixed Feed Coil adalah bagian dari reformer di daerah convection section, pada Mixed Feed Coil terjadiproses pencampuran antara gas alam dengan steam dan dipanaskan oleh flue gas yang mengalir dari radiant section.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Mixed Feed Coil Ammonia yang mengalami kegagalan.Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terjadinya peristiwa shutdown pabrik Ammonia beberapa waktu yang lalu.Hasil pemeriksaan visual menunjukkan adanya kegagalan pada Mixed Feed Coil. Beberapa Tube Mixed Feedmengalami kegagalan berupa bulging, crack dan ada beberapa yang pecah. Untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinyakegagalan tersebut dilakukan penelitian terhadap tube yang mengalami kegagalan. Tahapan Penelitian dilakukandengan pengumpulan data-data, Pengamatan proses Operasi, pengukuran circum dan ketebalan tube, Analisakomposisi kimia tube, dan Pemeriksaan metallografi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan struktur mikro padadaerah yang mengalami kerusakan. Dari analisa data dan hasil-hasil pengujian pada komponen tube mixed feed coilyang rusak/ pecah diketahui penyebab kegagalan adalah overheating karena adanya deposit di bagian dalam tube.Kata Kunci: Mixed feed coil, bulging, crack, overheatin

No full textThis study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of employee involvement, organizational culture and organizational support on employee performance at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) Palembang Branch. The sample in this study were 32 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by the authors by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by conducting validity and reliability tests. While the hypothesis test is done with the F test and t test. Based on the F test or simultaneous test of Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture and Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) Palembang Branch with a value of 15.135 with a significance of 0.000. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS 16 on the t-test of Employee Involvement, it was obtained tcount of 5.052 with a significance of 0.000, Organizational Culture obtained tcount of 4.269 with a significance of 0.000 and Organizational Support obtained tcount of 3.383 with a significant 0.002.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Support and Employee Performanc
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. MARGI WAHYU CABANG PALEMBANG
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing incentives, work motivation of providing incentives and work motivation together on the performance of employees of PT. Margi Wahyu Palembang Branch. This study uses a survey method with a saturated sample of 53 employees as respondents. The data taken are primary data and secondary data.The results of the study show that there is an effect of providing incentives on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig t <0.05. If employees always get piecework, always get production bonuses, always get commissions, and have people skills, then employee performance will be better. There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig t <0.05. Employee Performance PT. Margi Wahyu Palembang Branch is influenced by the work motivation of the employees themselves, meaning that the better the fulfillment of physiological, security, sociological, esteem, and self-actualization needs of employees, the higher their performance. There is a joint effect of providing incentives and work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig F < 0.05. Employee performance is influenced jointly by the provision of incentives and work motivation. This means that if there is an increase in the provision of incentives and work motivation, it will increase employee performance.Keywords ; Incentives; Work Motivation; Performanc
OPINION ESSAYS IN PROMOTING NURSING STUDENTS' WRITING ACHIEVEMENT
Full text linkIn writing English essay, the students often face the problem. One of the causes as there was no appropriate method to be used to explore their ideas or paradigm. The opinion essay was one of the good ways to be used in overcoming the problem. The objective of this research was to see the differences in students’ writing achievement on nursing students between those who were taught using opinion essay and those who were not. A quasi-experimental method was used, with a non-equivalent group design for the pre-test and posttest. The samples consisted of 50 fifth-semester students of conversion nursing students from STIK Bina Husada. An essay writing test was utilized to collect data. The data were obtained by using pre and post writing test. The score of writing in control group in post test was 70 and in experiment group with the highest score was 92.The mean difference of post-test from both groups was 12.88, standard error difference was 1.68, and t-obtained was 7.46 at a significant level of p<0.05. From the result it can be concluded that the use of opinion essays leads the students to explore more ideas, point of view and paradigm into English written essays and this method can be used by lecturer to enhance the student’ writing achievement of STIK Bina Husada PalembangKeywords:opinion essay, writing achievemen
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA GAMBAR BERSERI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS CERPEN PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA AZ- ZAHRA PALEMBANG
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gambar berseri terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen pada siswa kelas X SMA Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen.Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 220 orang yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022, dan teknik dalam penentuan sampel adalah sampling purposive. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMA Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang dengan jumlah 60 orang, kelas IPA 2 dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional sebagai kelas kontrol, dan kelas IPA 1 dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang sebagai kelas Eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah saat pelaksanaan pretest nilai rata-rata siswa pada kelas kontrol adalah 47,56, dan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 48,23. Pada saat pelaksanaan posttest nilai rata-rata siswa pada kelas kontrol sebesar 74,23, dan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 79,16. Terdapat peningkatan sebesar 4,93. Berdasarkan uji t-p-value< Sig. (2 tailed), diperoleh hasil 0,000<0,05. Jadi dapat dinyatakan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media gambar berseri berpengaruh daripada model konvensional siswa kelas X SMA Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang. CORRELATION BETWEEN THE STUDENTS' HABIT IN LISTENING TO ENGLISH SONGS AND THEIR VOCABULARY MASTERY AT SMA NEGERI 10 PALEMBANG
Full text linkThe objectives of this study were to find out whether or not there was any significant correlation between students’ habit in listening to English songs and their vocabulary mastery of the eleventh graders of SMA Negeri 10 Palembang and to measure how much students’ habit in listening to English songs contributed to their vocabulary mastery. The sample of this study was 80 students taken by purposive sampling technique. The method used in this study was correlational study. The instruments to collect the data were questionnaire and test. In analyzing the data, the writers used Pearson Product Moment and regression analysis. The result of correlation analysis showed that the r-value (0.818) was higher than r-table (0.344) at the level of probability (p) significance with sig.2-tailed (0.000) was lower than the alpha value (0.05). It can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between students’ habit in listening to English songs and their vocabulary mastery. The result of regression analysis showed that value of R2 was 0.669 and p-value (0.000) was lower than α-value (0.05). It indicated students’ habit in listening English songs positively contributed to their vocabulary mastery as much 66.9%.Keywords: listening habit, English songs, vocabulary master
INTERFERENSI BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM BAHASA MELAYU PALEMBANG PADA BERITA “GREBEK” DI PAL TV
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data berupa interferensi bahasa Indonesia dalam bahasa Melayu Palembang yang terdapat pada berita “Grebek” di PAL TV yang meliputi kajian fonologi dan morfologi serta implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan, yaitu model Miles dan Huberman. Teori ini memiliki satuan dan sarana analisis kualitatif yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus hingga tuntas. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak (rekam dan catat) dan wawancara dengan informan. Data penelitian ini menggunakan ujaran-ujaran pembaca berita “Grebek” di siaran PAL TV periode Januari 2019. Data ujaran yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dari pembaca berita Cek Dev dan Cek Uchi. Pemilihan pembaca berita karena Cek Dev dan Cek Uchi memiliki frekuensi siaran yang paling banyak, yaitu Cek Dev 11 kali siaran dan Cek Uchi 6 kali siaran, total 17 kali penelitian. Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 163 berita kriminal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat interferensi fonologi dan interferensi morfologi pada berita “Grebek” di PAL TV. Interferensi fonologi terdapat 181 data dengan meliputi perubahan fonem 98 data, penghilangan fonem 2 data, dan penambahan fonem 81 data. Interferensi morfologi yang berupa afiksasi, dan reduplikasi atau pengulangan terdapat 30 data, meliputi afiksasi ada 26 data, dan reduplikasi terdapat 4 data.Kata kunci: interferensi, berita grebek, pal t

Full text linkThis study aims to determine how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and how the role of Internal Audit and the Audit Committee in the objectives of Good Corporate Governance at PT. Fertilizer Sriwidjaja Palembang. This research is a comparative research because this study aims to analyze the role of internal audit and the Audit Committee in the objectives of Good Corporate Governance of PT. Fertilizer Sriwidjaja Palembang. The variables and indicators used are internal audit with the main indicators of internal audit implementation (Internal Audit Charter) consisting of the duties and responsibilities of the internal auditor, basic principles of internal audit, internal audit activities, and relations with the audit committee. The audit committee with indicators of the audit committee charter consisting of the duties, responsibilities and authorities of the audit committee, the activities of the audit committee, the relationship between the audit committee and the board of commissioners and the relationship between the audit committee and internal auditors.The data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. The analytical technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the Internal Audit and the role of the Audit Committee related to Good Corporate Governance in general have been carried out well. The Audit Committee and Internal Audit support the objectives of implementing corporate governance, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Full text linkThis study aims to examine the effect of objectivity, responsibility and auditor experience on the effectiveness of internal audit. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to all SOE internal auditors in Palembang City. The number of samples collected and filled in completely according to the time limit was 34 respondents. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the auditor's responsibility and experience variables had a positive effect on, while objectivity had no effect on the effectiveness of internal audits.Keywords: internal audit, objectivity, auditor experience, effectivenes
