Get PDFAbstrak: Perancang Mesin Molen Cor Mini bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah dalam pembuatan alat produksi dengan maksud dan tujuan membantu mempercepat proses pembuatan coran semen sehinggakan dapat meningkatkan efisien hasil dan waktu yang memiliki keseragaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Dengan mengamati langsung data sebab akibat dalam suatu proses melalui eksperimen sehingga dapat mengetahui bagaimana perancangan alat ini berjalan sebagaimana mestinnya, sesuai perencanan awal. Perancangan mesin molen cor mini dilakukan dengan perencanaan juga menyesuaikan bentuk dan gaya-gaya yang bekerja pada alat ini. No full textPenelitian ini membahas tentang analisis karakter tokoh utama dalam novel Gendut? Siapa Takut! karya Alnira, yaitu Moza. Masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah karakter tokoh Moza dalam Novel Gendut? Siapa Takut! karya Alnira. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakter tokoh Moza yang ada dalam novel Gendut? Siapa Takut! karya Alnira, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung digambarkan oleh pengarang dari kehidupan tokoh. Sumber penelitian adalah novel berjudul Gendut? Siapa Takut! Karangan Alnira yang diterbitkan oleh Gramedia Pustaka Utama pada tahun 2019 dengan tebal buku sebanyak 320 halaman. Novel karya Alnira sudah menduduki novel terbaik yang terbit di Gramedia Pustaka Utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dokumen berupa buku yang mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah membaca, memahami, menentukan karakter tokoh utama dalam novel tersebut, menganalisis dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk deskripsi. Implementasi pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis karakter. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan 15 karakter yang digambarkan secara tersirat oleh penulis. Karakter tersebut adalah cuek, pantang menyerah, cantik gendut, mandiri, rajin, perhatian, kutu buku, lucu, percaya diri, cerdas, penyabar, penyayang, ramah, bertanggung jawab, pandai, dan bersyukur. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the application of behavioral aspects on accountant ethics on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Highways, South Sumatra Province. This study has a population of 300 people with details of 20 people as the trial sample and 41 people as the research sample. Sampling in this study used the Saturated Sampling technique. regression equation = 10.145 + 0.564 X1 + 0.243 X2 + 0.244 X3 + eFrom the results of this study, there is the influence of behavioral aspects on accountant ethics on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Highways of South Sumatra Province. With a sig F value of 0.000 < (0.05). The correlation (R) of the behavioral aspect of the accountant's ethics on the performance of employees at the Department of Public Works and Highways of South Sumatra Province is 0.826, which means that it shows a very strong correlation and has a positive (unidirectional) attitude. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) is 0.656 or 65.6%, meaning that the Performance Variable can be explained or there is an influence on the behavioral aspect of the accountant's ethics. There is an influence of behavioral aspects on accountant ethics on performance in Public Works and Highways of South Sumatra Province. It is shown that the sig t value is 0.000 < (0.05). Efforts to improve performance can be done by improving attitudes, thinking and being positive, interested in facts and implementation in work and daring to take risks in completing work, efforts to improve behavior, such as behaving in a polite manner as a manifestation of high moral responsibility, efforts to improve Work Discipline, such as wearing institutional attributes in carrying out their duties, and always dress neatly in carrying out their duties. PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Palembang Branch In conducting this research, the authors used data collection techniques by means of interviews (interviews), questionnaires (questionnaires) and observations (observation). The questionnaire was distributed to 40 respondents who represent the population or who are the samples of this study. The data analysis techniques that the author uses are quantitative and qualitative analysis. For quantitative analysis, the author uses SPSS for Windows version 20.0. as a tool in calculating the questionnaire in order to get accurate results. From the results of the research that the author did, it was concluded that the Product variable ( ) as a variable that had a significant effect on Sales Volume at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Palembang Branch with a tcount of 4,067 with a significant level of 0.000. While the other independent variable is Sales Promotion ( ) which also has a significant effect on Sales Volume with a tcount of 5.485 with a significant level of 0.000. For the overall independent variables which include Product ( ) and Sales Promotion ( ), then the Adjusted R square of 0.983 or 98.3% is obtained, which means that the correlation between X and Y is included in the strong category

Get PDFThis research aims to analyse the factors that affect the performance of employees in the DPRD office of South Sumatera Province, the factors in this research are limited to the motivation of work and work discipline towards employee performance. This method of study uses quantitative methods that are methods in the form of data and numbers with a descriptive approach that is to formulate and interpret the existing data and methods of collecting it by spreading the questionnaire (poll). The samples in this study were as much as 50 employees. The data analysis in this research is using SPSS program (Stasistical Product and Service Solution) version 23. The instrument testing techniques in the study covered the validity test and the reliability test and the hypothesis testing criteria is the T test and F test.Based on data management, it is obtained that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 77.076 + 0.262X1 + (-0.684)X2 + e. Based on the hypothesis test with the t test, the results showed that partially work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN VOCABULARY MASTERY AND READING COMPREHENSION OF THE ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA
Get PDFVocabulary mastery is an individual's skill in using words of a language. Reading comprehension is the act of understanding of a text. Reader can understand the meaning, main idea, topic and summary of the text by mastering vocabulary. The objectives of this study were to find out whether or not there was a significant correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya and to find out in how much the vocabulary mastery contributes toward reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students. This study used a correlational research design. This study involved 65 students as the sample chosen by using cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected by vocabulary mastery test and reading comprehension test. The techniques for analyzing the data were correlational analysis and regression analysis. The results of study found that there was a significant correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension of the eleventh-grade students since p-value (0.049) was lower than 0.05. Then, the rvalue was 0.245 that showed as weak or low correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade Students. The sample of this research is Warung Martabak Ibu Rosida which is located in Sungsang III, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.The final result of this research is entrepreneurial financial management seen from the break-even point analysis (a case study at Mrs. Rodiah's martabak shop in the Sungsang III area, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra) has reached the break-even point or in other words a return on investment, it's just that the return on investment has not achieve as expected. The financial reporting show indications of receivables that are not in line with expectations and the occurrence of excess or shortage of stock. This reporting is closely related to the implementation of internal control that can achieve the purpose of its implementation, namely the realiability of financial reporting. The population and sample in this research were 40 employees, all of which were used as a population. This research used exploratory and causality and the formulation of associative problems using questionnaires. Based on the results of the research, internal control affects the realiability of financial reporting.
