HIRING-HIRING KOMERING MENUJU KEPUNAHAN: KAJIAN VITALITAS SASTRA LISAN
Full text linkSastra Lisan hiring-hiring merupakan pantun berirama berasal dari etnis Komering di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur (OKUT), Sumatera Selatan. Di dalam teks sastra lisan tersebut terkandung makna yang bernilai tinggi. Sebagai salah satu bagian dari kekayaan khazanah sastra Indonesia, ia turut membangun sastra Indonesia dalam konteks kebinnekaan. Eksistensi hiring-hiring di wilayah pakainya setakat ini sudah jarang ditemui. Asumsi tersebut selanjutnya dibuktikan dengan kajian vitalitas sastra terhadap hiring-hiring. Tujuan artikel ini adalah mengungkapkan hasil kajian vitalitas hiring-hiring tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Metode yang dipergunakan yaitu secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Penjaringan data secara kuantitatif mengguakan instrumen angket dan dari sisi kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara. Kedua hasil tersebut dipakai sebagai dasar penentuan vitalitas sastra hiring-hiring. Sejumlah warga di beberapa desa di Kabupaten OKUT dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hiring-hiring sudah dalam keadaan terancam punah dengan indeks rerata 0,37 serta berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan warga terpiih menunjukkan bahwa hiring-hiring sudah dalam kondisi menuju kepunahan. Beberapa alternatif solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan revitalisasi, konservasi, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat/komunitas. PENGARUH UMUR PERUSAHAAN, SKALA PERUSAHAAN, PENANAMAN MODAL ASING DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN LQ45
Full text linkOne of the main goals of the company is to maximize the value of the company. Firm value is an investor's perception of the company's level of success which is often associated with stock prices. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of firm age, firm scale, foreign investment and profitability on the value of LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses independent variables, namely company age, company scale, foreign investment, profitability while the dependent variable is firm value. The subjects of this research are LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period which publish their complete financial statements.This study uses secondary data, namely LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. The research sample was 15 companies where the method used was purposive sampling, which is a sampling method that takes objects with certain criteria. Analysis of the data used to analyze the factors that affect firm value is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistics to test the effect simultaneously at a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate three independent variables that have a significant effect on firm value and one independent variable that has no significant effect on firm value. This study concludes that firm size, foreign investment and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while firm age has no significant effect on firm value.Keywords: company age, company scale, foreign investment, profitability, and company value
PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI BIMBINGAN BELAJAR MATRIK PALEMBANG
Full text linkThe Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Palembang Matrix Tutoring. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. As for this study, the sample selected was all 40 employees at the Palembang Matrix Learning Guidance. The results of this study obtained the effect of Compensation and Motivation simultaneously (f). The results of multiple linear regression analysis carried out in this study obtained the following regression equation: Y = -0.081 + 1.825X1 + 0.538X2 + e. The compensation and motivation variables have a positive direction coefficient on employee performance, meaning that the higher the compensation and motivation, the higher the employee's performance, the R Square number is 0.863 or (85.6%). This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (Compensation and Motivation) to the dependent variable (Employee Performance) is 85.6%. Or the variation of the independent variables used in Compensation and Motivation is able to explain 85.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Employee Performance). While the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other variables

Full text linkAbstrak: Indonesia merupakan negara yang terletak di garis khatulistiwa yang memiliki tingkat iradiasi harian matahari rata-rata relatif tinggi di dunia. Dan bahwa dunia saat ini mengalami krisis produksi bahan-bahan bakar fosil untuk dikonversi menjadi energi listrik. Oleh karena tersebut timbul hal yang mendasari pemanfaatan energi matahari sebagai sumber Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Sel surya sebagai aplikasi teknologi sumber energi terbarukan memiliki kendala daya keluaran yang tidak cukup besar dan sangat tergantung oleh kondisi alam. Akan tetapi disini akan dikaji ulang sebuah Solar Cell untuk dilihat unjuk kerjanya pada posisi diam dan berubah menngikuti perubahan sudut matahari. Dari hasil pengujian pada tingkat iradiasi tertinggi masing-masing pengujian yaitu untuk panel surya diam pada hari ketiga yaitu sebesar 552,7 W/m2, efisiensi alat sebesar sedangkan untuk untuk keadaan panel mengikuti perubahan sudut matahari yaitu sebesar 579,1 W/m2. PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN ALAT PENGGULUNG TALI PLASTIK DUA ROLL DENGAN PENGGERAK MOTOR LISTRIK
Full text linkAbstrak: Alat penggulung tali rafia adalah suatu alat yang digunakan untuk menggulung tali rafia yang digerakkan oleh motor listrik yang tujuannya agar bahan yang digulung lebih mudah untuk di angkut dan disimpan. Pada proses merancang dan membuat alat penggulung tali rafia dengan dua roll penggerak motor listrik dilakukan perhitungan daya rencana 0,25 HP atau ¼ HP (0,1864 Kw) yang digunakan pada motor listrik, putaran pully poros yang digerakkan adalah 233 rpm, dan roll penggulung adalah 6,16 N/mm2, kecepatan alat penggulung tali rafia ini tergantung pada panjang tali rafia yang akan digulung. Semakin panjang tali yang digulung akan semakin lama waktu yang diperlukan untuk proses penggulungan.Alat penggulung tali rafia ini sesuai yang diharapkan dan memperoleh gulungan yang tertata dan teratur dengan ukuran sesuai yang diharapkan.Kata kunci: penggulung, rancangan, tali rafi
THE INFLUENCE OF CALLA AND MOTIVATION TOWARD WRITING ABILITY OF THE FIRST SEMESTER ACCOUNTING STUDENTS AT POLITEKNIK SEKAYU
Full text linkCognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA) model was used in defining about assumptions, beliefs, and theories about the nature of language and language learning. This study applied experimental research with factorial design. The population of this study was all the students of Accounting program in Politeknik Sekayu. 80 students of Accounting program participated in this study, taken by by using two stage random sampling. Test and a ready-made questionnaire of motivation were applied to obtain the data. The analysis was used t-test and two way ANOVA. Based on the finding of the result score of the motivation questionnaire in experimental group showed that 50% students had high motivation and 50 % students had low motivation. The distribution of CALLA scores were normal, since significant value was higher than 0.05. The data of CALLA and conventional model were homogenous since the result of homogeneity of variance testing indicated that significant value of all the data were higher than the significant of p-value 0.05.The result of analysis test of two ways ANOVA showed that there was a significant interaction effect of CALLA and motivation toward the First Semester of Accounting Program Students’ Hortatory Exposition writing ability at Politeknik Sekayu, since the significant value was 0.006 lower than 0.05. Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the cash receipts procedures in the increase of internal controls on a motorcycle Workshop Apfah. The method of analysis used in the conduct of research is by using the method of Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of the research that has been done shows that 1. The system of cash receipts that are in a Motor Workshop Apfah not support the operation of the company. It can be seen from the absence of a separation of responsibilities between the functions related to the system of cash receipts. 2. The design of the cash receipts Bengkel Motor Apfah is based on the procedure-a procedure that has been running in the company. The design is made, among others: the design of organizational structure, design flow chart document. FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUBSEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of return on total assets, debt ratio and current ratio on firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study is the food and beverage sector manufacturing listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2020 with a total sample of 10 companies. The results showed that in the statistical F test, the calculated F value of 7.228 > 2.90 was greater than the f table, so return on total assets, debt ratio and current ratio simultaneously affected on firm value. Then the t statistic test where the results of return on total assets and debt ratio partially affect Price to Book Value while current ratio has no effect on firm value. For further research, it is expected to add variables that have not been included in this research model as independent variables, because there are still financial ratios and other factors that may also have an effect but are not included in this study
