ANALISIS PERSEDIAAN OLI SAE 40 DAN OLI SAE 90 (Studi Kasus PT. Surya Cipta Kahuripan)
Abstrak: Persediaan merupakan kekayaan perusahaan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam operasi bisnis, sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan manajemen proaktif, artinya perusahaan harus mampu mengantisipasi keadaan maupun tantangan yang ada dalam manajemen persediaan untuk mencapai sasaran akhir, yaitu untuk meminimalisasi total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk penanganan persediaan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Surya Cipta Kahuripan bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pengadaan persediaan yang ekonomis dalam usaha memenuhi pengadaan persediaan oli SAE 40 dan SAE 90 sehingga dapat menunjang kegiatan operasional perusahaan secara terus menerus.Untuk menghimpun data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan teknik-teknikpengambilan data melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap obyek yang diteliti, wawancara langsung, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah EOQ (Eqonomic Order Quantity), total biaya persediaan yang didapat dari EOQ untuk Oli SAE 40 adalah Rp 125.227.328 dan Oli SAE 90 adalah Rp 14.910.332 dan biaya yang dikeluarkan Perusahaan untuk Oli SAE 40 adalah Rp 162.097.287 dan Oli SAE 90 adalah Rp 36.667.297 sehingga Efisiensi biaya antara Perusahaan dengan metode EOQ adalah Rp 58.632.924. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa persediaan yang paling ekonomis denganmembandingkan antara jumlah setiap kali pesan, jumlah pembelian, biaya pemesanan, biayapenyimpanan dan total biaya persediaan yang paling minimal yang dilakukan perusahaan. SUPERSTRUKTUR WACANA IKLAN KESEHATAN PADA MEDIA ELEKTRONIK DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PENGAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan superstruktur wacana iklan kesehatan dan layanan masyarakat pada media elektronik di stasiun televisi RCTI, Mnc TV dan Trans TV periode Januari 2020. Penelitian ini fokus dalam menganalisis iklan berdasarkan elemen-elemen yang dikemukakan oleh teori Van Dijk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menggumpulkan data adalah dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan tehnik content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa superstrutur wacana iklan kesehatan dan layanan masyarakat pada media elektronik periode januari 2020. Berdasarkan teori Van Dijk superstruktur dibagi menjadi tiga elemen yaitu butir utama (headline) ialah untuk menarik perhatian, badan (body) ialah untuk menarik minat dan penutup (close) ialah untuk tindakan. Dari teori yang dikemukakan Van Dijk dan hasil analisis ditemukan data sebanyak 23 iklan, yang terdiri dari 22 iklan kesehatan dan 1 iklan layanan masyarakat. data yang menggunakan elemen butir utama (headline) sebanyak 15 data, penggunaan elemen badan (body) sebanyak 23 data dan penggunaan elemen penutup (close) sebanyak 13 data pada stasiun televisi RCTI, Mnc Tv dan Trans Tv periode Januari 2020. EXPLORING THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-EFFICACY TO UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS' VOCABULARY MASTERY
Self-efficacy has become one of the important factor in learning, especially learning language, self-efficacy has brought essential effect to learners themselves that could influence the outcome of study development well. Vocabulary carries essential role in mastering a language, so therefore, it is important to find out the influence between both self-efficacy and vocabulary mastery. The objective of this research was to find out the influence of self-efficacy to undergraduate students' vocabulary mastery. The correlation research design was applied in this research. The population of this research was 54 seventh semester students of English education study program at University of PGRI Palembang in academic year 2020/2021. As the sample of the research, 24 seventh semester students of PGRI University of Palembang were selected through purposive sampling, the judgment of selecting the sample was consideration of students’ vocabulary score and the discussion between researcher and the lecturer. The data were collected by using questionnaire and test, they are self-efficacy questionnaire and vocabulary test. The result of the test and questionnaire were analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. The result analysis showed that the Sig value of simple linear regression was 0.01 which is lower than α 0.05. Based on the regression analysis result, there was a significant influence of self-efficacy to undergraduate students' vocabulary mastery at University of PGRI Palembang. CORRECTIVE FEEDBACK AND THE DEVELOPMENT IN WRITING A PARAGRAPH AT THE SECOND SEMESTER STUDENTS OF MUHAMMADIYAH KOTABUMI UNIVERSITY
Corrective feedback is the most common ways of written feedback that usually used by lecturer to correct the mistakes of the students' writing and improve students' language accuracy in their writing tasks. Giving correction can be done by orally or written. It will inform about the errors of thestudents' writing especially a paragraph by Direct or Indirecrt corrective feedback. Furthermore, it also can encourage the students to improve their writing paragraph. The aims of the research are to investigate the types of corrective feedback that the lecturer provided in students' writing a paragraph, to investigate the students' development in writing a paragraph after receiving corrective feedback, and to investigate the dominant of corrective feedback that the lecturer provided in students' writing. This research employed qualitative research that examined 10 students in second semester of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi University. The instrument used was students' writing a paragraph. The result of this research showed that lecturer used both direct and indirect corrective feedbacks. It found that direct corrective feedback is more dominant than indirect corrective feedback. Moreover, it was also found that there were some improvements in their second written text after corrective feedback was given. In addition, giving some corrective feedbacks on students' writing paragraph could develop students' writing ability and motivate them revise and do better in their writing. ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN PERSEDIAAN BARANG PADA CV. MUTIARA INARA
This study aims to determine how the application of internal control to inventory management in CV. Inara Pearl. The method used is qualitative, which is mostly a description of the results of interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively and given a complete picture of the object under study based on data obtained from the warehouse section of CV. Pearl Inara and is based on a theoretical foundation.From the results of the study concluded that the internal control of inventory at CV. Mutiara Inara has been quite effective, where there is a separation of duties and related functions in receiving and releasing goods. PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2014-2018
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about: (1) Effect of Capital Structure on Financial Performance (2) Effect of Liquidity on Financial Performance. The population of this research is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 amounting to 25 companies. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 125 companies. Data analysis with multiple regression.The results of this study concluded that: (1) Capital Structure and Liquidity did not significantly influence Financial Performance (2) Capital Structure partially had a significant effect on Financial Performance (3) Liquidity partially had no significant effect on Financial Performance. In this research it is recommended to conduct further studies by including other independent variables that are suspected to have an influence on financial performance so that the scope is wider and more references to other researchers. PERENCANAAN DESAIN ALAT BANTU TEMPORARY CLAMP 8” PADA PIPE LINE INDUSTRI MIGAS
Abstrak: Salah satu bentuk kerusakan pada pipa adalah rusaknya struktur material pipa yang menyebabkan kebocoran akibat kegiatan pihak ketiga / Third Party Damaged. Kegagalan pipa yang menyebabkan kebocoran apabila tidak dengan segera ditanggulangi dapat berakibat pada kerugian Perusahaan hingga pencabutan izin usaha. Berdasarkan rujukan dari Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) terdapat beberapa metode perbaikan permanen pada pipa yang diakibatkan oleh kebocoran antara lain menggunakan Sleeve Type B, Bolt-On Clamp with Seal dan Hot Tapping (PRCI : Pipeline Repair Manual, 2006). Metode Perbaikan tersebut memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing dengan tingkat kerumitan pengerjaan dan biaya investasi yang beraneka ragam. Bolt-On Clamp with Seal banyak dipilih di Industri Migas Indonesia sebagai metode perbaikan yang praktis. Beberapa product Bolt-On Clamp telah banyak diperjual belikan dipasaran dengan harga yang mahal dan waktu pengiriman yang sangat lama serta memerlukan beberapa persiapan tekniss ebelum proses pemasangannya seperti pembersihan sisa minyak dipermukaan pipa, pengupasan coatin pipa, surface preparation dan lain-lain.Tidak dilakukannya persiapan teknis yang sesuai standar pabrikan dapat menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya kekuatan Bolt On Clamp sesuai dengan tujuan perbaikanya untuk mengembalikan integritas pipa. Mengingat pentingnya menjaga integritas pipa dan meminimalisir kerugian perusahaan sehingga diperlukan improvement terkait metode-metode perbaikan sementara / termporary repair yang efektif sebelum dilakukan permanent repair. Maka dari pada itu perlu adanya rancang bangun suatu model temporary clamp 8” yang dapat mengatasi kebocoran pipe line efektif dan efisien,dengan melalui serangkaian pembuatan desain temporary clamp 8”, perhitungan rancang bangun alat dan pengujian temporay clamp 8”. ANALISIS PENGARUH BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK CABANG PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the influence of corporate culture on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch. This study involves a total sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. In this study, the independent variable is corporate culture, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The correlation coefficient number is applied to determine the relationship between company culture and employee performance. Based on the results of these data, it can be explained that between corporate culture on employee performance variables have a very strong relationship because it has a correlation value of 0.860 (86.0%). From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be summarized that there is an influence of cultural variables on employee performance by 74%, and the remaining 26% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study
USING ROUND ROBIN TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE TENTH GRADE STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILL OF SMK PERTANIAN PEMBANGUNAN NEGERI SEMBAWA
This research was aimed to find out whether or not there was any significant difference in speaking skill between the students’ who were taught by using Round Robin technique and those who were not. The population was all the tenth-grade student of SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Sembawa in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of 130 students. The writers used purposive sampling technique in choosing the sample. There were 66 students of tenth grade students of SMK-PPN Sembawa involved in this study as the sample. They were divided into two groups, experimental and control groups, consisting of 33 students for each group. The method used quasi non-equivalent group design. Spoken test was used to collect the data. Furthermore, the result of the data was analysed using independent sample t-test. The result showed that the mean score of experimental group increased from 70.88 in pre-test to 78.67 in post-test. The result of data analysis showed that the t-obtained was 2.625 and it was higher than t-table 1.9977. It meant that there was a significant difference between experimental and control group in speaking skill. The students who were taught using Round Robin technique could perform better in speaking skill than the students who were not taught using this technique. PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT LAJU PERDANA INDAH DI OKU TIMUR
Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. The aims of this study are (1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress together on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. (2) To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. (3) To determine work stress on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. The results of the study show that simultaneously or together there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence (X1) and work stress (X2) on Employee Work Performance (Y) this can be seen from the results of the F test (ANOVA). 0.05. From the results of the simple Correlation Coefficient Test analysis, the correlation value between the Emotional Intelligence variable and the employee work performance variable is 0.811, this number indicates that there is a strong correlation between the Emotional Intelligence variable and the employee work performance variable. Likewise, the correlation value between the work stress variable and the employee work performance variable is 0.811. This number also shows that there is a strong correlation between the work stress variable and the employee work performance variable
