PEMBATAS KECEPATAN DATA PADA PC-ROUTER BERBASIS LINUX MENGGUNAKAN DISIPLIN ANTRIAN HIERARCHICAL TOKEN BUCKET (HTB)
A common problem which occurred on a network router is bottle-neck phenomenon. This problem appear if the router is connecting high speed network (e.g. a 100 Mbps fast ethernet LAN) to low speed network (e.g. 512 kbps DSL internet line). To avoid traffic congestion, there must be a mechanism to control the link sharing. This paper discusses the use of Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) algorithm, which is embedded in Linux kernel, to share the bandwidth on a link in a controlled fashion. Hierarchical link sharing allows multiple hosts, agencies, or protocol families to share the bandwidth. The development of new sites by telecommunication network operator, especially GSM network, purposes for more increase performance and give satisfy for consument. Performance of a site is most affecting for value of network quality totally. New site builded must be monitorized and optimized by its existing in order to can be more realible on serving society with the method that was mentioned “initial tuning activityâ€. On this method must be concerned some matter as like: application of accurate frequency for avoiding interference problem, creating neighbour relationship between ex isting site and new site, detection for faulth installation for arranging re-use frequency concept, setting accurate coverage, olso changing tilt angle for accurate main beam area. This arrangement must be conditioned on a new site that still “defaultâ€, so it can improve quality. On operator side, they have some criteria that must be passed by a new site. STUDI PENDAHULUAN GEOLOGI GUA LAWA DI PURBALINGGA, JAWA TENGAH
Lawa Cave in Purbalingga Regency is a special type of cave as it formed not at calcareous rocks like at the usual cave. It is formed by lava flow processes. So, it is made of an igneous rock and it has an andesit basaltic rock type. Lawa Cave formed due to lava flow of the volcanic eruption of the Old Slamet Volcano. The rocks composition of Lawa Cave consists of primary minerals that are plagioclase and volcanic glass and some secondary mineral like calcite and ferri oxide which is fill the previous gas pores. Generally, rock fractures in Lawa Cave is formed as primary joint when the lava flow was cooling down, tectonic joints is found very limited. Analisis Sentensity Duration Frequency Kejadian Hujan di Kabupaten Banjarnegara
Rainfall is the most important input component in the hydrologic process. Rainfall characteristic, which are intensity, duration, depth, and frequency. Intensity that is related to duration and frequency can be expressed by Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) curve. IDF curve can be used to calculate floods design using by rational method. The objective of the research is to create IDF curve on flood prone area on Banjarnegara regency. In this study, daily rainfall depth was calculated by frequency analysis, which was started by determining the daily maximum mean rainfall, followed by calculated statistical parameter to choose the best distribution. Intensity could be calculated by Mononobe method. The result of this study indicated that the Log Normal distribution fit to most of data. The rainfall design for time periods 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 100 year are 116.3, 131.5, 140.2, 144.8, 147.8, 150.1, 151.9, 154.8, 156.9, dan 163.3 mm. The highly intensity of ranfall must be happen on short duration, but the lowly intensity of ranfall must be happen on long duration

Program Komputer Untuk Perhitungan Kolom Beton Akibat Beban Aksial Tekan Dan Lentur Biaksial Pada Rangka Dengan Pengaku (Braced Frame) Dan Tanpa Pengaku (Sway Frame)
Column calculation on frame system is a long and iterative process. This program is used to calculate column on general aspects, these aspects are slender, biaxial, braced frame and sway frame. This program uses Borland Delphi 7.0 language. Data input consists of material data (fy, f�c), load data (Pu, M1bx, M2bx, M2sx, M1by, M2byand M2sy), column data (b, h and L) and beam data(bb, hband Lb). The gained result is the table that contains output data of calculation, that is slender limit, k.Lu/r, ψA, ψB, k, δB, δS, Mc, As, As/Ag, β, Pn pl, Pn ada, Mn pl, Mn adafor axe x and axe y. For validation, output of calculation can be compared between manual and program calculation. The results of comparison are the biggest error percentage 0,0054% and smallest error percentage 0% (not difference). This is because in manual calculation there is always rounding every step, while in the computer calculation rounding is done at the end of process. Performance of the program is proper and satisfying to be used in short time and accurate

Kajian Ketahanan Kejut Beton Ringan Serat Alumunium Dengan Agregat Alwa
This research was aimed to know the addition of alumunium fiber influence to the impact resistance of lightweight concrete. In this research, lightweight concrete was made from cement, water, sand, ALWA (Artificial Lightweight Aggregate) and Superplasticizer, mix design method was Dreux-Corrise Method. The speciment was plate with 20 cm diameter and 4 cm high. Variation of alumunium fiber addition was 0%, 0,35%, 0,75% and 1% cement weight. The test was done after 28 days age of speciment. The result showed that the most significant increasing of impact resistance was obtained on 0,75% alumunium fiber addition, which was 250% for first crack and 300% for failur
Pengaruh Bambu Untuk Pipa Distribusi Air Minum Terhadap Kualitas Air (Studi Kasus Distribusi Air Minum Di Paweden, Karangkobar, Banjarnegara)
This research was aimed to know bamboo influence to the physical, and chemical characteristic, and water quality. Parameters observed are temperature, color, taste, odor, pH,DO (dissolved oxygen), BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and COD (biochemical oxygen demand). The result showed that bamboo influence to the physical and chemical characteristic is smaller effect, except to the DO and COD parameters, it is polynomial change. The result of water quality showed that water to bamboo distribution is suitable used to drinking water resources.Â

Measurement of water quality is always experience method advanced time by time. Advancing in method of water quality measurement directing to easier, faster and more valid technique. Beside parameters such as DO, BOD5, KMnO4that is always used to determine water quality, chlorophyll-a could be the one of parameters that is used to measure the healthy of water body. Chlorophyll-a is commonly used to measure trophic status of water body. Chlorophyll-a can be measured in easy, fast and valid technique. Therefore, chlorophyll-a could be used as practical methode in measurement of water quality. This research is ordered to find formulative correlation between chlorophyll-a with DO, BOD5, KMnO4. Knowing formula related among those parameters, we know the value of DO, BOD5, KMnO4 only by measure the value of chlorophyll-a. Based on this research formulative correlation between chlorophyll-a with DO, BOD5, KMnO4 is couldn�t be founded. But, from this research can be resumed that Gadjah Wong river trophyc status is mesotrophyc-eutrophy
