    This research aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of fairness on satisfaction of performance appraisal. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis method by testing a sample of 100 employees of the second largest Foundation of Islamic Education in Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Findings in this study indicate that there is an effect of fairness on satisfaction of performance appraisal. The implication of this study is that efforts to create employee satisfaction in performance appraisal are inevitable to always be realized because they will be indicators of the effectiveness or failure of the performance appraisal function carried out by an organization. The limitations of this study are limited to one organization so that the results of the study cannot be generalized to other organizational conditions, both similar and different.     PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN KORPORASI

    This research aims to review and analyze the influence of training and development of the performance of employees. The population in this research is of permanent workers at the PT. Nawakara Mighty Nusantara, which consisted of 72 people. Researchers used saturated where sample of a whole population are only sampled. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was the worship of idols linear regression analysis. The research results show that a )  training in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, b ) the development of a career in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, c ) training and the development of a career together significant impact on employee performance. And d ) a variable that dominant that influences the performance employees is the development of a career. Keywords: training, the development of career, and performance employees

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of performance measurement based on a balaced scorecard for government agencies with a case study on KPP Jakarta Pasar Rebo. This study was a descriptive-quantitative research through case studies with quantitative methods. The data used are primary data from the results of a questionnaire given to all taxpayers in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo and secondary data from the documentation. The results obtained from this study showed the performance measurement using the balanced scorecard for all three perspectives: customer satisfaction, internal business process and learning and growth as a whole obtain good results with some suggestions and improvements that need to be done, but on the financial perspective showing results unfavorable.     This study aims to examine the effect of the board of commissioner's size, the board of directors, institutional ownership, independent commissioner; and firm size on financial performance. The population used in this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2016. The population of this study amounted to 144 companies. Sampling was done using non-random sampling technique. There are 20 companies that meet the criteria as research samples so that the research data amounted to 100. Data analysis is multiple linear regression tests.     This research was aimed for knowing the influence between promotion effectiveness above the line and below the line to the attractiveness of visitor of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 150 visitors. Using a convenience sampling Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable above the line affect significantly to these attractiveness of visitor proved by t value about 5,867 which is more than t table. And the variable of below the line affect significantly with t value about 5,345 which is more than t tabel. The conclusion of this research is promotion of above the line and below the line be influential effectively increase the attractiveness of visitors of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry. In this study used associative research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry, with a sample of 30 people with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression through SPSS version 23. The findings of this study that there is a significant influence between work stress on job satisfaction, where both variables have a strong and positive correlation.     This study aims to determine the impact of various corporate contextual factors through investment opportunities, earnings management, on the influence of the level of free cash flow on funding decisions. The sample in this study were 18 retail trade companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2013-2017). The analysis technique used is MODPROBE macro v 2.0 using SPSS 22 program. The results of statistical tests in this study indicate that together (Test-F) free cash flow on funding decisions, investment opportunity sets as moderating variables have a significant effect in strengthening flow relationships free cash on funding decisions and shareholder value as moderating variables have a significant effect in strengthening the relationship of free cash flow to funding decisions.
