Cuaca Ekstrim Mengubah Nilai Indeks Ketahanan Tanaman Padi Terhadap Rebah
Ketahanan rebah varietas padi ditentukan berdasarkan indeks kerebahan IRRI (1988) yang terdiri dari : 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, dan 9. Nilai indeks 0 : sangat tahan rebah (tidak ada tanaman yang rebah), 1 : tahan rebah (tanaman rebah kurang dari 20%), 3 : agak tahan rebah (tanaman rebah 21 ̶ 40%), 5 : sedang (tanaman rebah 41 ̶ 60%), 7 : agak peka (tanaman rebah 61 ̶ 80%), dan 9 : peka (tanaman rebah lebih dari 80%). Evaluasi karakter kerebahan (Krb) tanaman padi dilakukan mengikuti Panduan Sistem Karakterisasi dan Evaluasi Tanaman Padi Kementan (2014). Kreteria dan metode evaluasi varietas padi terhadap ketahanan rebah tidak diukur untuk menghadapi kondisi cuaca ekstrim. Nilai indeks kerebahan berubah dengan terjadinya insiden cuaca ekstrim sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kreteria ketahanan rebah suatu varietas bila akan ditanam di daerah yang rawan insiden cuaca ekstrim
RESPON PEMBUNGAAN Globba leucantha var. bicolor Holttum TERHADAP VOLUME PEMBERIAN AIR DAN PUPUK NPK GROWMORE (10:55:10)
This study aims to determine the response of Globba leucantha plant flowering to the provision of water and NPK fertilizer. The study was conducted for 3 months September until November 2020 in a screen house located in the Dayeuhluhur sub-district, Cilacap district, Central Java. The method used was a single factor randomized design of 12 treatments repeated 3 times consisting of water and NPK fertilizer: 100% Crop Water Consumption (CWC) without fertilizer; 100% CWC fertilizer + 2 grams / plant; 100% CWC fertilizer + 4 grams / plant; 80% CWC without fertilizer; 40% CWC + fertilizer 2 grams / plant; 80% CWC + fertilizer 4 grams / plant ; 60% CWC without fertilizer; 60% CWC+ fertilizer 2 grams / plant; 60% CWC + fertilizer 4 grams / plant; 40% CWC without fertilizer; 40% CWC + fertilizer 2 grams / plant; 40% CWC + fertilizer 4 grams / plant. The results showed that the volume treatment of water and NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on the length of the panicles and the number of flowers per panicle produced.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pembungaan tanaman Globba leucantha var bicolor Holttum terhadap volume pemberian air dan pupuk NPK Growmore. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan dari Bulan September hingga November 2020 pada rumah kasa artifisial berlokasi di Kecamatan Dayeuhluhur Kabupaten Cilacap Jawa Tengah.
Metode yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktor tunggal sebanyak 12 perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali terdiri dari volume pemberian air dan pupuk NPK Growmore : 100% KAT tanpa pupuk; 100% KAT + pupuk 2 gram/ tanaman; 100% KAT + pupuk 4 gram/ tanaman; 80% KAT tanpa pupuk; 40% KAT + pupuk 2 gram/ tanaman; 80% KAT + pupuk 4 gram/ tanaman; 60% KAT tanpa pupuk; 60% KAT + pupuk 2 gram/ tanaman; 60% KAT+ pupuk 4 gram/ tanaman; 40% KAT tanpa pupuk; 40% KAT + pupuk 2 gram/ tanaman; 40% KAT + pupuk 4 gram/ tanaman.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan volume pemberian air dan pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang malai dan jumlah bunga per malai yang dihasilkan. Pemberian 100% KAT+ pupuk NPK 4 gram/tanaman menghasilkan panjang malai terbaik (10,43 cm) dan perlakuan pemberian air 40% KAT + pupuk 2 gram/tanaman menghasilkan jumlah bunga per malai terbanyak 24,0 bunga.

Performance and Production Cost of Klanting Agroindustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan Subdistrict East Lampung
The purpose of this study was to analyze the raw material procurement process with the six right concept (time, place, type, price, quality, and quantity), production performance and production costs of the Klanting agro-industry in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The research method used is the case study method. This research was conducted in three Klanting agro-industries in Pekalongan District. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that Gantimulyo Village is the center of Klanting production in East Lampung Regency. The respondents of this research are the owners and consumers of the agro-industry. Data collection was conducted from January to February 2020. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The results showed that the procurement of raw materials in the Klanting agro-industry was not appropriate. Klanting agro-industrial production performance in Gantimulyo Village has not been said to be good because two of the five production performance indicators, namely the indicators of capacity and flexibility, have not been optimally implemented by the three klanting industries. Klanting production costs in the Klanting agro-industry are below the selling price. This means that the klanting agro-industry in Gantimulyo Village is profitable and feasible to runTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pengadaan bahan baku dengan konsep enam tepat (waktu, tempat, jenis, harga, kualitas, dan kuantitas), kinerja produksi dan biaya produksi agroindustri klanting di Desa Gantimulyo Kecamatan Pekalongan Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tiga agroindustri klanting di Kecamatan Pekalongan. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan pertimbangan Desa Gantimulyo merupakan sentra produksi klanting di Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan konsumen agroindustri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga Februari 2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengadaan bahan baku pada agroindustri klanting belum tepat. Kinerja produksi agroindustri klanting di Desa Gantimulyo belum dikatakan baik karena dua dari lima indikator kinerja produksi yaitu indikator kapasitas dan fleksibilitas belum optimal dilakukan oleh ketiga agoindustri klanting. Biaya produksi klanting pada agroindustri klanting berada dibawah harga jual. Artinya, agroindustri klanting di Desa Gantimulyo menguntungkan dan layak diusahakan.

Predicting onion production through Neuro-Fuzzy to fulfill national demand
Onion prices experienced a sharp rise in prices, because there was not enough stock to meet the demand. Hence more onion production to meet those needs is required. Onion production is influenced by the harvested area and productivity. Determining the amount of onion production can be done through prediction. Predictions made by the neuro-fuzzy method in this study combine two concepts, namely the concept of fuzzy logic and neural networks. Pengaruh Tingkat Kemasakan dan Konsentrasi Kitosan Terhadap Mutu dan Kualitas Buah Tomat (Solanum Lycopersicum L.): Effect of Maturity Stages and Chitosan Consentrationto Quality of Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.)
Tomato is one of Indonesia's export commodities that its production continues to increase from year to year. The high demand for tomatoes must be in the line with the guarantee of quality product until it reach to the consumers. The treatments given to maintain the quality of tomatoes were the maturity stages (green and turning) and the concentration of chitosan (2%, 3%, and 4%). The aim of this study is to obtain the information about the effect of maturity stages, chitosan consentration, and its interaction to the quality of tomatoes at 21 days of storage. The results showed that the ‘turning’ initial maturity stage showed a significantly higher weight loss and consumer preference leve and lower level of hardness than tomatoes with ‘green’ initial maturity. The 3% chitosan coating treatment had a significant effect on increasing the soluable solid content of tomatoes. The combination treatment did not give any significant interactions to the quality of tomatoes.Tomat merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor Indonesia yang produksinya terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tingginya permintaan akan buah tomat harus diiringi dengan jaminan mutu dan kualitas produk hingga sampai ke tangan konsumen. Perlakuan yang diberikan untuk menjaga mutu dan kualitas buah tomat adalah tingkat kemasakan (green dan turning) dan konsentrasi kitosan (2%, 3%, dan 4%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh tingkat kemasakan, konsentrasi kitosan, dan interaksinya terhadap mutu dan kualitas buah tomat pada 21 hari penyimpanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kemasakan awal turning menunjukkan susut bobot dan tingkat kesukaan konsumen yang signifikan lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 6.27 g dan 1.66, serta tingkat kekerasan yang signifikan lebih rendah yaitu 1.60 kg cm-2 jika dibandingkan dengan buah tomat dengan tingkat kemasakan awal green. Perlakuan pelapisan kitosan 3% berpengaruh signifikan meningkatkan kandungan zat terlarut pada buah tomat. Perlakuan kombinasi tidak menunjukkan interaksi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap mutu dan kualitas buah tomat.

Pengaruh Kultur Teknis terhadap Serangan Hama Spodoptera litura pada Tanaman Kubis (Brassica oleracea) di Desa Kerinjing Kecamatan Dempo Utara Kota Pagar Alam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan: Effects of Cultural Technique on The Infestation of Spodoptera litura on Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) Cultivation in Village Kerinjing District Dempo Utara City of Pagar Alam, South Sumatra
ABSTRACT
Cabbage is one of vegetable crop belongs to Genus Brassica, a member of Family Cruciferae (Brassicaeae). The crop is originally from subtropical areas and has long been cultivated in Indonesia. Crop landscape ecosystem is very dynamic, both of its biotic and abiotic factors. Plant disturbing organism is an obstacle and production limiting factor in Indonesia either fir food crops, horticultural crops or estate crops. Inter cropping is cropping pattern cultivating more than one crop species in an area at the same time. Intercropping is one of efforts in agriculture intensification program to optimize crop production and maintain soil fertility. The objective of this field study was to know the effects of cultural technique on pest infestation on cabbage cultivation in Village Kerinjing, Sub district Dempo Utara, City of Pagar Alam. Observation method applied was conducted using purposive sampling method. Data collected was primary data in the form of damage intensity and secondary data collected by interviewing farmers. Based on the analysis of weekly data of damage intensity of three different cabbage cultivations in Village Kerinjing, there was no significant difference among the tree cultivations.

Tanaman ini berasal dari daerah subtropis dan sudah lama dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Ekosistem lanskap tanaman sangat dinamis, baik dari faktor biotik maupun abiotiknya. Organisme pengganggu tanaman merupakan penghambat dan faktor penghambat produksi di Indonesia baik tanaman pangan, tanaman hortikultura maupun tanaman perkebunan. Tumpang sari adalah pola tanam yang membudidayakan lebih dari satu jenis tanaman dalam suatu wilayah pada waktu yang bersamaan. Tumpang sari merupakan salah satu upaya dalam program intensifikasi pertanian untuk mengoptimalkan produksi tanaman dan menjaga kesuburan tanah. Tujuan penelitian lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik kultur terhadap serangan hama terhadap budidaya kubis di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Dempo Utara, Kota Pagar Alam. Metode observasi yang diterapkan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer berupa intensitas kerusakan dan data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dengan petani. Berdasarkan analisis data mingguan intensitas kerusakan pada tiga pertanaman kubis yang berbeda di Desa Kerinjing, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antar tanaman yang budidaya.

JALUR INFEKSI Beauveria bassiana DAN Metarhizium anisopliae SEBAGAI PENGENDALI HAYATI COLEOPTERA:Oryctes rhinoceros L.
Recent co-evolutionary studies of insect-pathogens have shown that entomopathogenic fungi have a greater potential for oral toxicity in terms of virulence in the mouth infection of insect pests. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on finding the route of infection of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae through the mouth in the larvae of the rhinoceros beetle O. rhinoceros. The purpose of this study was to analyze the path of infection of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae in O. rhinoceros larvae through exposure to the entompotagen fungus. The study was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory Politeknik Negeri Jember using a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with B. bassiana and M. anisopliae isolates from Temanggung, Jember and Jombang. Data analysis used Analysis of Variance and further analysis used Least Significant Difference Test at 5% level. The results showed that all isolates were able to infect and cause mortality in the test insects. MJb isolate had the highest effectiveness with the mortality rate of the test insects reaching 100% and the highest spore density with an average of 8.9 x 109 conidia/ml on day 6 after application. The hyphae that were abundant in the abdomen of cadaveric infected with M. anisopliae were different from the hyphae which grew more on the head of insects infected with B. bassiana, confirming previous research on the route of B. bassiana infection through oral toxicity. These results will be useful in providing new information regarding potential pathways of infection of B. bassiana in O. rhinoceros larvae through oral toxicity mechanisms, which until now have been very little reported.

Oleh karena itu perlu dikaji invensi jalur infeksi B. bassiana dan M. anisopliae melalui alat mulut pada larva hama kumbang badak O. rhinoceros. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis jalur infeksi B. bassiana dan M. anisopliae pada larva O. rhinoceros melalui metode pemaparan cendawan entompotagen, Penelitian dilaksanakan di laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Politeknik Negeri Jember menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal dengan perlakuan B. bassiana dan M. anisopliae asal isolat dari Temanggung, Jember dan Jombang. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam dan analisis lanjutan menggunakan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Isolat MJb memiliki efektivitas tertinggi dengan tingkat kematian serangga uji mencapai 100% dan kerapatan spora paling banyak dengan rerata 8.9 x 109 konidia/ml pada hari ke 6 setelah aplikasi. Hifa yang banyak tumbuh di bagian abdomen pada kadaver terinfeksi M. anisopliae berbeda dengan hifa yang tumbuh lebih banyak di bagian kepala serangga uji yang terinfeksi B. bassiana menguatkan studi sebelumnya tentang jalur infeksi B. bassiana melalui toksisitas oral. Hasil ini akan bermanfaat dalam memberikan informasi terbaru terkait potensi jalur infeksi B. bassiana pada larva O. rhinoceros melalui mekanisme toksisitas oral yang sampai saat ini masih sangat sedikit dilaporkan.

ANALISIS AKUNTANSI ASET TETAP PADA KOPERASI HMS
Fixed assets have an important role for the smooth running of cooperative operations. Proper policy in the treatment of fixed asset accounting is needed in maximizing that important role. Users of financial statements urgently need information in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards of Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) so that an analysis of fixed asset treatment needs to be done to ensure whether the treatment of fixed assets has been in accordance with the ETAP SAK. The data used is secondary data consisting of the financial statements (balance sheet) of THE HMS Cooperative in 2018, data on ownership of the 2018 HMS Cooperative fixed assets (list of equipment, vehicles and furniture) along with the list of depreciation of cooperative fixed assets 2018. In data analysis the methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the fixed assets in the HMS Cooperative have been in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 15. In the recognition of fixed assets, cooperatives recognize the type of fixed assets by means of their acquisition, namely by cash purchase. Hms's cooperative fixed assets are depreciated using the straight line method. In termination, the HMS Co-operative has never stopped its fixed assets. HMS cooperative complies with SAK ETAP in its presentation, where fixed assets are presented in the balance sheet. However, HMS Cooperative does not disclose fixed assets because the cooperative does not make CAL
