Rancang Bangun Web Service Api Dan Dokumentasi Rest Api Web Portal Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Di Politeknik Negeri Lampung
Currently, the student activity unit of the Lampung State Polytechnic itself already has a website that is connected to the official website of the Lampung State Polytechnic. Based on the results of research on 8 student activity units in Polinela, the web is considered to still not meet the needs of each student activity unit of the State Polytechnic in Lampung. then it is necessary to develop a backend system based on the Application Programming Interface (API) that can be implemented to create an Application and Mobile-based web. So an API-based system can be produced with a Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture and web REST API documentation portal for student activity units of the State Polytechnic in Lampung to make it easier for frontend developers to create a webSaat ini Unit kegiatan mahasiswa politeknik negeri lampung sendiri sudah memiliki webiste yang terhubung dengan web resmi milik Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Adaptasi Setek Batang Tanaman Lada (Piper nigrum L.) Menggunakan Komposisi Media Gambut dan Pupuk Organik Kotoran Kambing yang Berbeda
Peatlands have good prospects for use as agricultural land. Peatlands have many problems, one of which is high acidity. Organic goat manure is expected to be able to overcome the problem of peatlands. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the best combination of peat media and organic goat manure on the pH of the media and the growth of pepper plant stem cuttings. This research was carried out for three months (October to December 2021), including taking peat soil in Sukamaju Village, Landasan Ulin Timur District, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan; taking pepper cuttings in Senakin Village, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan; planting pepper cuttings in the Greenhouse Department of Agroecotechnology Faculty Agriculture at Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan; and observing the pH of cutting media at the Production Laboratory of the Agroecotechnology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor. The factor studied was the composition of the planting medium (K), which consisted of five treatments: k1 = 100% peat + 0% organic goat manure, k2 = 75% peat + 25% organic goat manure, k3 = 50% peat + 50% organic goat manure, k4 = 25% peat + 75% goat manure organic fertilizer, and k5 = 0% peat + 100% goat manure organic fertilizer. The results showed that the treatment with the composition of 0% peat + 100% organic goat manure (k5) is the best for increasing the pH of the media (6.50). The composition of 50% peat + 50% organic goat manure (k3) was the best in increasing shoot height and number of leaves (4.44 cm shoot height and 1.08 leaves), but not different from the composition of 25% peat + 75% organic fertilizer goat manure (k4) on the percentage of live cuttings, number of shoots, and leaf width (70% live cuttings, 0.70 shoots, and 2.69 cm leaf width).Peatlands have good prospects for use as agricultural land. Teknologi Peningkatan Kualitas Hasil Panen Jagung (Zea mays L.) Di Lahan Berpasir: Technology for Improving Corn Crop Quality (Zea mays L.) In Sandy Land
The aim of the study was to evaluate the yield quality of maize (Zea mays L.) cultivated on sandy soil. It was carried out at the Research Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya for 4 months starting from August-November 2021. The results of the research on the vegetative phase in the form of plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter had a significant effect. The results of the observation of the generative phase, both dry weight of cobs without cob, dry weight of seeds given treatment have a very significant effect on crop yields. The best maize yields were using a combination of dolomite lime treatment at a dose of 6 t ha-1 and cow manure at a dose of 30 t ha-1 which resulted in a dry weight of cobs weighing 246.2 g cob-1 and dry shelled weight weighing 190.0 g per 100 seeds.
Tanah berpasir merupakan salah satu jenis tanah sebagai media tanam budidaya, tetapi mempunyai sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi yang kurang menguntungkan dikarenakan tingkat kesuburan dan ketersediaan unsur hara yang rendah. Memperhatikan beberapa kendala pada tanah berpasir, maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan sifat fisik, sifat kimia dan sifat biologinya. Upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya memberikan kapur pertanian dan pupuk organik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Penelitian Fakultas Pertanian dan Kehutanan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya dari bulan Agustus-November 2021. Hasil penelitian terhadap fase vegetatif berupa tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan diameter batang berpengaruh nyata. Hasil pengamatan fase generatif baik bobot kering tongkol tanpa klobot, bobot pipilan kering biji perlakuan yang diberikan berpengaruh sangat terhadap hasil panen. Hasil panen jagung terbaik yaitu menggunakan kombinasi perlakuan kapur dolomit dosis 6 t ha-1 dan pupuk kandang sapi dosis 30 t ha-1 yang menghasilkan bobot kering tongkol seberat 246,2 g tongkol-1 dan bobot pipilan kering seberat 190,0 g per 100 biji
Brand Image dan Iklan Televisi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pasta Gigi Pepsodent
This research is entitled Brand Image and Television Ads on Purchasing Decisions of Pepsodent Toothpaste. The purpose of this research is whether Brand Image and Television Advertising influence people's interest, how big is the influence of advertising and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression with eviews. The results obtained in this study are that the overall / simultaneous television and brand image ads affect the decision to purchase Pepsodent toothpaste and the influence of the remaining 42.8% is 57.2% influenced by other factors not examined and partially only influential television ads. on the purchase decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste, while Brand Image had no effect on Pepsodent Toothpaste Purchasing Decisions. Television advertising is able to reinforce the attitude towards Pepsodent toothpaste products, while respondents assume that brand image does not affect the purchasing decision of Pepsodent toothpaste because consumers buy it just to meet the needs, brand image has not been embedded in the minds of consumers, because respondents in this study are teenagers young) who only use products and consider brand image not important. Keyword : Television Advertising, Brand Image and Purchase DecisionÂ
Pemanfaatan Senyawa Antioksidan Ubi Jalar (Ipomoea Batatas) Pada Pewarnaan Produk Klepon
Antioxidants have recently become a compound that has been widely promoted. Antioxidants are substances that can protect cells against the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are molecules produced when the body gets damaged food or exposure to unhealthy environments such as tobacco smoke and radiation. Fruits and vegetables that are light-skinned with typical colours such as purple sweet potatoes, yellow sweet potatoes, red tomatoes, purple blueberries, yellow corn, and orange carrots, are rich in antioxidants. Sweet potatoes are known to have high carbohydrate and antioxidant content. Also, sweet potatoes are divided into three types based on the different colours, namely white sweet potato, yellow sweet potato, and purple sweet potato. The advantages of sweet potatoes can be used as natural dyes in the manufacture of klepon products. In the study conducted the addition of three types of sweet potatoes in the making klepon. The addition of sweet potatoes affects the value of carbohydrates and water content in klepon products. Also, white sweet potatoes, yellow sweet potatoes, and purple sweet potatoes have carbohydrate content of 44%, 55%, and 42%. Mineral content In addition to white sweet potatoes, yellow sweet potatoes, and purple sweet potatoes are 0.13%, 0.35%, and 0.27%, while the addition of white sweet potatoes, yellow sweet potatoes, and purple sweet potatoes has a moisture content. 52%, 40%, and 56%. Where on klepon without the addition of sweet potatoes has 48% carbohydrate content, mineral content 0.23%, and 47% water content? Based on the results of the analysis, klepon with the addition of yellow sweet potato is the best of nutritional value and storage capacity, because it has the highest levels of carbohydrate and minerals, and low moisture content. Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Syariah di Kota Bandar Lampung (Studi Kasus Koperasi Syariah BMT Muamalah)
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Islamic cooperatives in the city of Bandar Lampung, especially the Islamic cooperative BMT Muamalah, which is a Sharia cooperative in the Lampung State Polytechnic. Assessment of financial performance is based on the ministerial regulations of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises No. 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007. Based on the results and discussion shows that the Islamic cooperative BMT Muamalah in Bandar Lampung City in 2015 and 2016 showed an average score of 78.60. According to the ministerial regulations of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises No. 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007 concerning guidelines for health assessment of sharia financial services cooperatives and sharia financial services units, the MuTalah BMT cooperative in Bandar Lampung is included in the criteria of being quite healthy. Peningkatan Kelangsungan Hidup dan Keseragaman Ukuran Udang Galah yang ditambahkan Tepung Kulit Pisang Pada Pakan
The low survival rate and size non-uniformity in giant freshwater prawns become a problem in the development of cultivation. This study aims to determine changes in survival rates and uniformity in the size of giant prawns fed with the addition of banana peel flour. This study uses five types of feed added 0; 2.5; 5; 7.5 and 10% banana peel flour in feed composition. Each treatment is carried out three repetitions. The density of giant prawns is 10 fish/aquarium. The observed parameters were the survival rate, length and weight of giant prawns periodically for 60 days. The results showed that all feed treatments with the addition of banana peel flour resulted in increased survival rates and uniformity in size. The best results were obtained in giant prawns fed with the addition of 5% banana peel flour by weight of the feed. The conclusion of this study is that the survival rate and optimal size uniformity are enhanced by the addition of 5% banana peel flour in the feed. Pengaruh Iklim terhadap Produksi Kakao di Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Cocoa is one of the commodities as a foreign exchange earner in addition to oil and gas. However, Indonesian cocoa imports have increased from year to year due to low cocoa productivity. Whereas in terms of region, Indonesia has the potential to become a new cocoa power country in the world of cocoa production. This study examines the effect of rainfall, the number of rainy days, and air temperature on cocoa production in the Gunungkidul district. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data on rainfall, rainy days, air temperature, and cocoa production in 2016-2020 in Gunungkidul Regency. The regression analysis results showed that all observed climatic factors such as rainfall, rainy days, and temperature did not have a significant effect on cocoa production in Gunungkidul Regency. However, the time-series data shows that the highest cocoa production was in October 2017 and November 2018 to January 2019, when rainfall and intensity (rainy days) began to increase. Meanwhile, the air temperature in Gunungkidul Regency for five years is around 24-26°C, which is the optimum temperature for cocoa growth. Aplikasi Jenis Pupuk Nitrogen Dengan Metode Fertigasi Kapiler Pada Tanaman Pohpohan (Pilea trinervia Wrigth): Application of Nitrogen Fertilizer with Capillary Fertigation Method on Pohpohan (Pilea trinervia Wrigth) For Urban Farming
Indonesia has a variety of useful plant species, for example is vegetable group. History proves that our ancestors have used indigenous vegetable plants as food and health. Society interactions with indigenous plants such as pohpohan show that people care about health. Pohpohan plants have wide adaptability. Wide adaptability and high nutritional value make this plant feasible to developed in other areas include Lampung, especially urban areas. The study aimed to determine the type of fertilizer that suitable to be applied to pohpohan plants using the capillary fertigation method. The research was arranged using a completely randomized group design treatment in the form of a single factor type of fertilizer with details: P1 (Urea), P2 (Biotipul), P3 (Queen of Biogen), P4 (Green Star), and P5 (Humagron). The research was conducted at the Lampung State Polytechnic from May to October 2021. The results showed that Green Star fertilizer gave the best results on the number of shoots (JT) and plant height (TT), while Ratu Biogen fertilizer gave the best results on stem diameter (DB) and first harvest weight (BP1).
Keywords: indigenous, health, urban farming.Indonesia memiliki berbagai spesies tanaman berguna, salah satunya adalah kelompok sayuran. Sejarah membuktikan bahwa nenek moyang kita telah memanfaatkan tanaman sayuran indigenous sebagai bahan pangan dan kesehatan. Interaksi masyarakat dengan tanaman indigenoue seperti pohpohan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat peduli terhadap kesehatan. Tanaman pohpohan mempunyai kemampuan adaptasi yang luas. Kemampuan adaptasi yang luas dan tingginya kandungan nilai gizi membuat tanaman ini layak untuk dikembangakan ke daerah lain termasuk Lampung khususnya daerah perkotaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis pupuk yang sesuai untuk diaplikasikan pada tanaman pohpohan dengan metode fertigasi kapiler. Penelitian disusun menggunakan metode Rancangan Kelompok Teracak Sempurna (RKTS) Perlakuan berupa faktor tunggal jenis pupuk dengan rincian : P1 (Urea), P2(Biotipul), P3 (Biogen), P4 (Green Star), dan P5 (Humagron). Penelitian dilakukan Kebun Polinela Organic Farm Politeknik Negeri Lampung Mei - Oktober 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk Green Star memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah tunas (JT) 9,6 (tunas) dan tinggi tanaman (TT) 28,00 (cm), sementara pupuk Ratu Biogen memberikan hasil terbaik pada diameter batang (DB) dan bobot panen pertamadan ke dua (BP1 dan BP2).
