Pemberian Lactobacillus sp. Pada Pakan Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) Di Tambak Intensif
White shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the economically important shrimp that has several advantages including tolerance of water conditions, can grow quickly, and thick flesh. One of the problems in white shrimp cultivation is the slow growth of white shrimp due to inappropriate feed management. The addition of gram-positive bacteria to the feed is scientifically believed to increase the growth of white shrimp. Among the gram-positive bacteria that are commonly added to white shrimp aquaculture activities, namely Lactobacillus sp., this bacterium has many advantages for the survival of white shrimp in aquaculture activities. The addition of Lactobacillus sp. can increase the digestibility of feed due to simplification of complex proteins into simpler proteins so that the feed is easily absorbed by white shrimp. The results obtained from the administration of Lactobacillus sp. bacteria in the feed were getting very good growth results, the growth results from the lowest to the highest were A1 = 23.8 grams/head, A2=28.1 gram/head, A3=24.3 gram/head, A4=22.1 gram/head, A5=22.4 gram/head, A6=18.8 gram/head.Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) adalah salah satu udang ekonomis penting yang memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya adalah toleransi kondisi air, dapat tumbuh dengan cepat, dan daging yang tebal. Salah satu permasalahan dalam budidaya udang vaname yaitu pertumbuhan udang vaname yang lambat akibat pengelolaan pakan yang tidak sesuai. Penambahan bakteri gram positif pada pakan secara ilmiah diyakini dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan udang vaname. Di antara bakteri gram positif yang biasa ditambahkan pada kegiatan budidaya udang vaname yaitu bakteri Lactobacillus sp., bakteri ini memiliki banyak keuntungan bagi kelangsungan hidup udang vaname pada kegiatan budidaya. Penambahan bakteri Lactobacillus sp. dapat meningkatkan kecernaan pakan akibat penyederhanaan protein kompleks menjadi protein yang lebih sederhana sehingga pakan mudah diserap oleh udang vaname. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemberian bakteri Lactobacillus sp., pada pakan yaitu mendapatkan hasil pertumbuhan yang sangat baik, hasil pertumbuhan dari yang terendah sampai yang tertinggi yaitu A1= 23,8 gram/ekor, A2=28,1 gram/ekor, A3=24,3 gram/ekor, A4=22,1 gram/ekor, A5=22,4 gram/ekor, A6=18,8 gram/ekor

This research is about developing research and service information systems to be applied to the Research and Service Unit (UPPM) of the Lampung State Polytechnic (Polinela). Computerized data management in the form of information systems is needed to support the availability of fast and accurate information, so that the problem of time and the level of error in data information can be reduced to a minimum. The use of information systems is proven to increase time efficiency and improve the performance of an organization. Therefore it is necessary for UPPM Polinela to have an information system to manage and organize research and service data. This information system can receive proposals, as well as inform funded proposals, assist in managing and organizing research and community service activities. Kajian Formulasi Daun Singkong (Manihot esculenta) dan Rumput Laut (Eucheuma cottonii) Terhadap Sifat Sensor dan Kimia Nori
Cassava leaves (Manihot esculenta) are green vegetables that can be used as a source of iron for blood hemoglobin. However, the processing of cassava leaves is still limited. Therefore, product diversification needs to be done. This study aimed to obtain a combination of cassava leaves and seaweed (Eucheuma cottonii) against the best sensory and chemical properties of nori. This study used a non-factorial Complete Group Randomized Design (RAKL) with four replications. The study was conducted with six levels of treatment, namely a combination of cassava leaves and seaweed consisting of 30:70, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, and 80:20. Data were analyzed further by the LSD (Smallest Significant Difference) test at the level of 5%. The results showed that the combination of cassava leaves and seaweed affected the organoleptic properties of the texture, color, aroma, and elasticity of the nori produced. The combination of cassava and seaweed leaves (40:60) produced the best nori with a texture score of 3.91 (compact), color 2.26 (green), aroma 3.64 (no flavor of cassava leaves), elasticity 3.86 (elastic) , water content 13.94%, ash 13.26%, protein 10.30%, fat 1.05%, crude fiber 20.43%, carbohydrate 41.03%, Fe 160.04 ppm, and HCN 0.01 mg / g. Pengembangan Teknologi Pengolahan Tepung Ubi Kayu Tinggi Protein Melalui Penerapan Proses Fermentasi Semi-Padat
Cassava is a local commodity that has the potential to be developed as a raw material for gluten-free flour. An effort to increase the potential use of cassava flour as gluten-free flour is to increase its protein content through a semi-solid fermentation process. The research was aimed to develop processing technology of high-protein cassava flour using consumption cassava (low HCN content) and industrial cassava (high HCN content). In addition to varieties of cassava treatment, the other treatment was the immersion process before the fermentation process. Observation of high-protein cassava flour characteristics include chemical characteristics (water content, protein content, fat content, fiber content, ash content, starch content, and HCN content) and organoleptic (odor) characteristics. The results of research showed that the varieties of cassava only affected HCN content of high-protein cassava flour but did not affect the others characteristics; while the soaking treatment significantly affected the characteristics of HCN content, fat content, and odor. Analisis Usahatani Melon (Cucumis Melo L.)Dengan Sistem Hidroponik Di Politeknik Negeri Lampung
Melon farming has good prospects to develop. This is evidenced by the increasing national melon production per capita / year. However, most melon farming is carried out in the conventional way, and only a small portion of it cultivates it with hydroponic systems. Lampung State Polytechnic is the only university that produces melon with a hydroponic system in Lampung. To fully understand the potential of melon production activities with hydroponic systems, it is necessary to conduct a farming analysis that can calculate how much income from this activity, so that melon production with hydroponic systems can be duplicated by the community in order to meet the need for fresh fruit while increasing community income. Data analysis method uses the concept of farming profit analysis by calculating costs, receipts, profits, break even point analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the business income that can be obtained by melon businessmen with drip irrigation system is Rp. 76,560,000, - and the total cost is Rp. 35,662,000. Farming profit value is Rp. 40,898,000, - and the R / C ratio obtained is 2,147 which indicates that melon farming with drip irrigation systems is feasible to run economically. Pengelolaan Air Buangan Ac Secara Integral Untuk Mengurangi Anggaran Belanja Bahan Praktek Dan Keperluan Akademik
AC wastewater is the result of the condensation process having physical and chemical properties that are almost the same as aquades, the results of previous studies obtained data that AC wastewater that is managed in such a way can be used as a substitute for aqua dest. Disposing of AC waste in several places is not getting enough attention so that frequent puddles occur, the growth of moss on the walls of buildings flows to wet the window sills, causing weathering. AC with a power of 0.5 PK which is turned on produces 1.5 liters of wastewater every hour. There are 75 units of air conditioners in all Polinela buildings with various sizes of power. If the AC is turned on for 8 hours (working hours), 1,618.4 liters of AC wastewater will be accommodated. The total number of laboratories in Polinela is 10 laboratories, each laboratory requires 40 liters of aqua dest every day, the total need for 400 liters of aqua dest per day. The price of aqua dest is IDR 6,000 per liter, so the cost incurred every day for the purchase of aquades is IDR 2,400,000. Kesejahteraan Masyarakat pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota yang Beropini WTP, WDP, Adverse dan Disclaimer di Propinsi Lampung
The development of audit opinion obtained by the government of regency/city at Lampung Province to date suggests a positive development, with unqualified opinion indicating the highest opinion from the BPK-RI. This audit opinion results show significant increase for last few years. Further, there are some local governments that have been for more than three years in a row obtaining the opinion of unqualified opinion. However, the development of a positive audit opinion of the local government is not followed by the development of a positive level of welfare. In fact, the Government of Lampung Province is still ranked the fourth lowest in Sumatra as the poorest province. So the audit opinion which is attached to the local government, in particular the perceived unqualified opinion for this community is not prosperous. This research was conducted on the entire local government in Lampung Province for the period of 2011-2015 with the method of comparative analysis, with the data related to the Human Development Index (HDI) of each District/City Government were obtained from BPS Lampung Province and the data in the form of the audit opinion are sourced from the BPK-RI. The results showed that not all local government obtain unqualified opinion automatically related to the increase of the level of the welfare of the community becomes. For this reason, the local government obtaining the unqualified opinion in the financial management should also improve the welfare of the community through an increase in the budget for education, health and other sectors that directly touch on the improvement of the welfare of the community. Pertumbuhan Kedelai pada Kondisi Cekaman Salinitas dengan Pemberian Ekstrak Kulit Buah Nanas (Ananas comosus L)
This study aims to determine the potential of pineapple peel extract in improving soybean growth due to salinity stress. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Siliwangi University from October to November 2020. This research was conducted experimentally using a Randomized Block Design with a factorial pattern. Factor 1 is salinity stress with 3 levels (NaCl 0% = EC 0.56 mS cm-1, NaCl 0.5% = EC 7.59 mS cm-1, and NaCl 1% = EC 8.25 mS cm-1), factor 2 is the concentration of pineapple peel extract (0%, 1%, and 2 %), with 3 replicatons. The data observed consisted of: leaf area, relative water content of leaves, leaf chlorophyll content, and plant dry weight. Data were analyzed by Anova and continued with Duncan's test at 5% α level. The results showed that the effect of interaction between salinity stress and pineapple peel extract on soybean growth was not significant. Salinity stress reduced leaf area, relative water content of leaves, chlorophyll content, and dry weight of soybean plants, while pineapple peel extract could increase leaf area, chlorophyll content and dry weight of soybean plants. Thus, pineapple peel extract has the potential to improve soybean growth under conditions of salinity stress.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Siliwangi dari bulan Oktober hingga bulan November 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan pola faktorial. Faktor 1 yaitu cekaman salinitas dengan 3 taraf ( Na Cl 0 % = DHL 0,56 mS cm-1, Na Cl 0,5 % = DHL 7,59 mS cm-1, dan Na Cl 1 % = DHL 8,25 mS cm-1), faktor 2 yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak kulit buah nanas (0 %, 1 %, dan 2 %), dengan ulangan 3 kali. Data yang diamati terdiri dari: luas daun, kadar air relatif daun, kadar klorofil daun, dan bobot kering tanaman. Data dianalisis dengan Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan pada taraf α 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek interaksi antara cekaman salinitas dengan ekstrak kulit buah nanas terhadap pertumbuhan kedelai tidak nyata. Cekaman salinitas mereduksi luas daun, kadar air relatif daun, kadar klorofil, dan bobot kering tanaman kedelai, sedangkan pemberian ekstrak kulit buah nanas dapat meningkatkan luas daun, kadar klorofil dan bobot kering tanaman kedelai. Dengan demikian ekstrak kulit buah nanas berpotensi dapat memperbaiki pertumbuhan kedelai pada kondisi cekaman salinitas.

Performa Karakter Agronomi dan Produktivitas Tujuh Varietas Kacang Tunggak Generasi Kedua
This research aims to investigate the development and yield characteristics of 2nd generation of cowpea. Cowpea is a small legume with potential for future development as a food, feed, and even green manure. It also has the potential to be developed as a soybean substitute as a raw material for tempe. This study was place from July to September 2021, and it used a randomized block design with a single factor of four test varieties and three comparator varieties, with three replications. Test varieties (Albina, Uno, Tampi, Arghavan) and cowpea comparisons were used in this study (KT-1, KT-7, KT-9) on 2nd generation. The F test was used to analyze the data, and if the results were valid, the test was repeated using the LSD test (Least Significant Difference) at the 5% level. Plant height, stem diameter, number of branches, stem length, leaf length, petiole length, and leaf breadth were found to be diverse agronomic features in seven cowpea types grown in the lowlands, according to the findings. While the yield character revealed that the tampi variety had greater yields on the criteria of young pod productivity and seed productivity, namely 1.45 tons ha-1 and 7.53 tons ha-1, respectively, when compared to other kinds.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik perkembangan dan hasil kacang tunggak generasi ke-2. Kacang tunggak sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di masa depan sebagai makanan, pakan, dan bahkan pupuk hijau. Selain itu juga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai substitusi kedelai sebagai bahan baku tempe. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai September 2021, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan faktor tunggal empat varietas uji dan tiga varietas pembanding, dengan tiga ulangan. Varietas uji (Albina, Uno, Tampi, Arghavan) dan kacang tunggak digunakan dalam penelitian ini (KT-1, KT-7, KT-9) pada generasi ke-2. Uji F digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan jika hasilnya berbeda nyata, maka pengujian diulang dengan menggunakan uji LSD (Beda Nyata Terkecil) pada taraf 5%. Tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, panjang batang, panjang daun, panjang tangkai daun, dan lebar daun ditemukan beragam fitur agronomi di tujuh jenis kacang tunggak tumbuh di dataran rendah. Sedangkan karakter hasil menunjukkan bahwa varietas tampi memiliki hasil yang lebih besar pada kriteria produktivitas polong muda dan produktivitas benih, yaitu masing-masing 1,45 ton ha-1 dan 7,53 ton ha-1 jika dibandingkan dengan jenis lainnya.

This research report is about the design of a prototype intelligent control system for thecultivation of red chili (Capsicum annuum.L). The intelligent control system is designedusing microcontroller technology. The intelligent control system in question is control of theprocess of watering, spraying, and fertilizing chili plants automatically, which is designedaccording to the maintenance needs of red chili cultivation. The research method fordesigning an intelligent control system consists of several stages, namely: planning,requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and system documentation. Thebenefits of this intelligent control system include: the maintenance process on chilicultivation becomes easier and more controlled because the control process will be handledautomatically so that farmers and the general public can cultivate red chili plants better. Inthe end, it is hoped that there will be an increase in national red chili production.
