Peningkatan Produktivitas Padi Melalui Introduksi Varietas Unggul dan Sistem Tanam Jarwo di Rawa Lebak Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
The assessment was carried out in two locations, namely in Ogan Ilir Regency and Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, starting from January 2017 to December 2017. The aim was 1) Increasing the productivity of rice in swampy lands and farmers 'income and, 2) Farmers' preference for rice varieties introduced . The superior varieties introduced were Inpari 9, Inpari 30, Inpari 33, Inpara 4 and comparative varieties (IR 42 and Mekongga) and jajar legowo planting systems 2: 1 (50 x 25 x 12.5 cm). The seeds used are 30-35 days after spreading, with twice the seedlings because the surface of the puddle is still high. The number of seeds 2-3 seeds / hole and fertilizer used 150 kg Urea, 100 kg SP-36 and 100 kg KCl / ha. Inpari 9 and Inpara 4 varieties are better than Mekongga and IR 42 with production of 7.6-7.7 tons of GKP / ha in the mode of liking and are very preferred by the farmers of Awal Terusan Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Then Inpari 9, Inpari 30, Inpari 33 and Inpara 4 with a productivity of 6.3 - 8.0 tons GKP / ha higher than IR 42 (5.0 tons gkp / ha) are very much liked by the farmers of Serijabo Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The average income of farmers during the planting season of rice farming during the dry season in Serijabo village is Rp. 13,780,000 / ha with a BC ratio of 1.8. The income of rice farming farmers in Awal Terusan Village is Rp. 12,370,000 / ha with a BC ratio of 1.6. From the criteria used if the BC ratio is ≥ 1, high-yield rice farming is feasible and profitable. Keywords: Jajar legowo, productivity, income, superior varietie
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk Analisis Tekanan Penduduk Terhadap Kawasan Lindung di Hulu Waduk Batutegi
Population pressure is important indicator in watershed management, in this case is catchment area of Batutegi Reservoir. Population pressure came from villages around it. The highly of population pressure indicated a high potential for land use conflicts that will potentially penetrate the surrounding area, including catchment area. Population and availability of agricultural land are the main factors of population pressure. Population projections and land use mapping in the analysis of population pressure in villages within the catchment area shows that there are 7 (seven) villages in the catchment area, they are Sinar Jawa, Datar Lebuay, Margo Mulyo, Air Naningan, Air Kubang, Sinar Sekampung, and Batutegi. Air Kubang, Air Naningan, and Sinar Sekampung are known with population pressure more than 3 (very bad in population pressure). The three villages must be the priority of controlling population pressure which can be done through intensification of agriculture, increasing creative economic efforts, industrial processing of agricultural products at household scale, and controlling spatial land use through Regional Regulations. Penilaian Kinerja Keuangan PT KLM Ditinjau dari Rasio Keuangan dan Common Size untuk Periode 2009-2013
The purposes of this study are to (a) calculate and analyze the financial performance at PT KLM when measured by financial ratios for the 2009-2013 period, and (b) calculate and analyze financial performance at PT KLM if measured by Common Size Analysis for the 2009-2013 period. The data analysis method used in this final project report is quantitative descriptive analysis of financial statements. The analysis used in the preparation of this study is financial ratio analysis and common size analysis. Financial ratios in the form of liquidity ratios (CR and QR), solvency ratios (DAR and DER) and profitability ratios (NPM, ROA and ROE) as well as common size analysis of PT KLM's income statement and balance sheet for the 2009-2013 period. Based on the results of the research on the financial performance of PT KLM with financial ratios, the financial condition of PT KLM is still dominated by debt, causing the health of the company to be generally categorized as bad while based on a common size analysis that the average balance sheet component is volatile and the trend is unstable. In 2011, 2012 and 2013 PT KLM experienced a decrease in the percentage of its current debt, while from the common size income statement it was found that the trend of the HPP component decreased from 2009-2013 and was offset by the increase in net income each year for 5 periods.Keywords: performance, financial ratio, common size
Pengaruh Penggunaan Sinbiotik Bakteri Asam Laktat dan Daun Cincau terhadap Performa Broiler
Symbiotics in this study consisted of probiotics lactic acid bacteria (BAL) and prebiotics grass jelly leaves. This study aims to examine the effect of various levels of symbiotics on drinking water on the broiler performance. One hundred birds of Day Old Chick (DOC) were divided into 5 groups of treatments. The treatments were R1: drinking water without antibiotics and natural symbiotics, R2: drinking water with AGP, R3: drinking water with natural symbiotics (2%), R4: drinking water with natural symbiotics (4%), R5: drinking water with natural symbiotics (6%). The variables observed were feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The use of 2% natural symbiotics gives a lower average value of feed consumption and feed conversion compared to the use of natural symbiotics 4% and 6%. The use of 2% natural symbiotics in drinking water also provides higher body weight gain compared to the use of natural symbiotics 4% and 6%. Financial Feasibility Of Shrimp Paste Kecepai (Acetes Indicus) Production In Pangkalan Susu, Langkat Regency
The objective of this research is to calculate the amount of investment to establish shrimp paste business in Pulau Kampai Village and to evaluate the level of feasibility of the Kecapai shrimp paste (Acetes indicus) processing business based on financial aspects (financial) using undiscounted and discounted investment criteria analysis and sensitivity. The survey method was employed in this research, and the respondents were determined through census. The data was taken directly from the 32 shrimp paste entrepreneurs using observation, interviews, and documentation. As per the results of this study, the investment needed to initiate a shrimp paste business in the micro scale is Rp8.089.018,- while a resource needed in the small scale is Rp12.425.200,-. when it is not shrimp season or season in a month, micro and small scale businesses are considered eligible to continue because they exceed the break even point, and the results of the undiscounted investment analysis BEP volume and price of production when it is not season or season in a month micro and small scale are declared eligible to continue because they exceed the break even point. Nevertheless, the ROI for micro and small scale when it is not season and season is declared unfeasible because it will be less than one. The NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio, PP, micro, and small scale are declared viable to produce for the computation of the discounted investment criteria since they match the eligibility criteria. Nevertheless, a sensitivity analysis reveals that one possibility, namely a fall in selling prices and a rise in variable expenses, renders the business unviable.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: menghitung besar investasi dan pendapatan usaha pembuatan terasi di Desa Pulau Kampai, Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu dan menganalisis kelayakan pada usaha pengolahan terasi udang Kecepai (Acetes indicus) berdasarkan aspek finansial menggunakan analisis kriteria investasi tidak terdiskonto dan terdiskonto serta sensitivitas. Metode analisis yang digunalan adalah metode survey, responden ditentukan secara sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi secara langsung dengan pengusaha terasi kecepai yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Besar investasi untuk usaha pembuatan terasi udang kecepai skala mikro sebesar Rp8.089.018,-, dan skala kecil sebesar Rp12.425.200,-. dan hasil perhitungan analisis investasi tidak terdiskonto BEP volume dan harga produksi saat tidak musim maupun musim dalam sebulan skala mikro dan kecil dinyatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan karena melampaui titik impas. Sedang ROI saat tidak musim dan musim skala mikro dan kecil dinyatakan tidak layak karena lebih kecil dari satu. Untuk perhitungan kriteria investasi terdiskonto didapatkan yaitu NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio, PP, skala mikro dan kecil dinyatakan layak untuk dikembangkan karena memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Sedangkan jika dilakukan analisis sensitivitas ada salah satu skrenario yang membuat usaha tersebut tidak layak yaitu penurunan harga jual dan kenaikan biaya variabel
Formulasi Inokulan Padat Bakteri Tanah yang Menguntungkan sebagai Pengendali Nematoda pada Tanaman Kopi
Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Pseudomonas and Bacillus are well known biofertilizer due to their ability for solubilizing inorganic phosphate and producing phytohormones in soil. However, their potential to decreased diseases incidence caused by Pratylenchus coffeae has been documented. The objective of this laboratory experiment was to formulate solid biofertilizer contained Pseudomonas diminuta and Bacillus subtilis. The laboratory experiments consisted of three-step experiment: 1) selection of the molasses-based liquid media for P. diminuta and B. subtilis growth, 2) organic liquid inoculant formulation and 3) organic carrier-based inoculant formulation. The population of both bacteria in all steps was count by serial dilution plate method with specific medium. The result verifeid that cell density of P. diminuta and B. subtilis in liquid culture with 2% molasses were higher than cell count in the culture contained 4% molasses. Bagasse-based carrier inoculated with liquid culture of mixed bacteria has higher bacterial count compared to manure-based carrier. After 90-day incubation, bagasse-based solid inoculant maintained P. diminuta and B. subtilis density up to 108 CFU/mL and the acidity of solid inculaant was about neutral. The bacterial count and acidity of solid inoculant agreed with Indonesian standard for solid biofertilizerRizobakteri pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman Pseudomonas dan Bacillus dikenal sebagai pupuk hayati yang mampu melarutkan fosfat (P) anorganik dan produksi fitohormon. Namun, kedua genus bakteri juga dapat menurunkan serangan nematoda Pratylenchus coffeae pada tanaman kopi. Tujuan percobaan laboratorium ini adalah membuat formulas pupuk hayati padat yang mengandung Pseudomonas diminuta dan Bacillus subtilis untuk pertanaman kopi. Percobaan laboratorium terdiri dari tiga tahap percobaan: 1) pemilihan media cair berbasis molase untuk pertumbuhan P. diminuta dan B. subtilis, 2) formulasi inokulan cair organik dan 3) formulasi inokulan berbasis pembawa organik. Populasi kedua bakteri pada semua tahap dihitung dengan metode pengenceran serial dengan media tertentu. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kerapatan sel P. diminuta dan B. subtilis pada kultur cair dengan molase 2% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jumlah sel pada kultur yang mengandung molase 4%. Pada formulasi inokulan padat, pembawa berbasis ampas tebu mengandung jumlah bakteri yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pembawa berbasis pupuk kandang. Setelah inkubasi 90 hari, inokulan padat berbasis ampas tebu mempertahankan kerapatan P. diminuta dan B. subtilis sampai 108 CFU/mL dan keasaman inokulan padat mendekati netral. Jumlah bakteri dan keasaman inokulan padat sesuai dengan standar Indonesia untuk pupuk hayati padat
Evaluasi Kinerja Tenaga Penyadap Karet (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) Berdasarkan Kualitas Sadap
The performance of tappers has an effect on the high or low level of production and productivity of the latex produced by a company. However, many tappers are only fixated on the production target (quantity) that must be achieved rather than paying attention to the quality of the tapping. This study aims to analyze the performance of tappers based on the quality of tapping and the factors that influence it and to determine the application of the premium system. The research was conducted from November to December 2019 at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Way Berulu, Pesawaran, Lampung. The research used a survey method and purposive sampling technique by selecting 12 tappers based on age, education level, and work experience and observing 5 sample trees from each tapper. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and level test analysis of 5%. The results showed that the performance of tappers is in the good category, because it has few wood wounds and the depth of tapping and bark consumption is in accordance with recommended norms. The factors of age, education level and work experience do not have a significant effect on the performance of tappers. Respons Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit dengan Pemberian Kompos Pelepah, Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit, dan Air Cucian Beras
In oil palm plantations, compost application for plants aims to support a sustainable cropping system. The study aimed to determine the effect of oil palm midrib compost, oil palm empty fruit bunches and rice washing water on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery. The experiment was conducted at the Ciparanje Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, from February 2020 to August 2020. The experiment was conducted using an experimental method using a randomised block design consisting of twelve treatments with three replications. The treatments included the application of inorganic fertilisers, oil palm midrib compost, oil palm empty fruit bunch compost and rice washing water either singly or in a combination of the three. Observations were made on the variables of increase in plant height, increase in stem girth, increase in the number of palm midribs, and leaf chlorophyll content. The F (Fisher) test analysed observational data at a 95% confidence level, followed by Duncan's multiple range test at a 95% confidence level. Data analysis using the SASM-Agri application. A mixture of 1.600 g of oil palm midrib compost, 100 g of oil palm empty fruit bunch compost with 500 ml of rice washing water can be used as a reference for the composition of organic fertiliser for oil palm seedlings, especially its effect on the increase of stem girth and leaf chlorophyll content.In oil palm plantations, compost application for plants aims to support a sustainable cropping system.
