Uji Efektivitas Pestisida Nabati Ekstrak Daun Pepaya (Carica papaya L.) dan Ekstrak Ubi Gadung (Dioscorea hispida Dennst) pada Mortalitas Penghisap Buah Kakao (Helopeltis spp.)
Fruit-sucking bugs (Helopeltis spp.) are one of the main pests on cocoa plants. The damage caused by this pest is by piercing and sucking the liquid of cocoa pods and young shoots. This study aimed to obtain the effective concentration of papaya leaf extract and yam extract on the mortality of cocoa fruit-sucking bugs. This research was carried out at the Plant Production Laboratory II of the Politeknik Negeri Lampung from September 2020 to January 2021. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design consisting of 4 treatments and six replications. The results showed that the average daily mortality rate fluctuated in each treatment. In all treatment concentrations of papaya leaf extract and yam extract, the average mortality of cocoa fruit-sucking bugs ranged from 25.76% to 75.76%. Respon Pertumbuhan Bibit Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) Pada Lama Perendaman Bahan Setek dalam Larutan ZPT Atonik: Sugarcane Seed Growth Response (Saccharum officinarum L.) on the duration of immersion of cuttings in atonic Zpt solution
One of the causes of low sugar production is the quality of sugar cane seeds. Seed quality is one of the factors that determine the success of sugarcane cultivation. Breeding bud chips is a vegetative sugarcane seedling using one-eye cuttings. In addition to nutrients, growth and seed quality are also influenced by growth regulators (ZPT). Atonic (auxin) is able to increase the metabolic rate so that cell development increases and the absorption area of leaves is more which affects the increase in leaf area, and stimulates plant root growth, increasing root absorption of nutrients. The purpose of the study was to determine the growth response of sugarcane seedlings (Saccharum officinarum L.) on the duration of immersion of cuttings in Atonic PGR solution. The study was carried out using a randomized block design with 4 replications, and 6 levels of immersion time of sugarcane cuttings in Atonik PGR solution: P0 = control, P1 = 10 minutes, P2 = 20 minutes, P3 = 30 minutes, P4 = 40 minutes, and P5 = 50 minutes. Testing the data with an orthogonal polynomial test. Research conclusions: (1) For every 10 minutes of immersion time of sugarcane cuttings in Atonic PGR solution: (a) the length of the sugarcane seeds increased by 0.379 cm, and (b) the dry weight of the sugarcane seeds increased by 0.007 g. (2) The duration of immersion of sugarcane cuttings of one bud in Atonic ZPT solution did not show any effect on the percentage of budding cuttings of sugarcane cuttings, the number of leaves, stem diameter, and wet weight of seedlings.

Pembibitan bud chips adalah pembibitan tebu secara vegetatif menggunakan setek satu mata. Selain unsur hara pertumbuhan dan kualitas bibit dipengaruhi juga oleh zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT). Atonik (auksin) mampu meningkatkan laju metabolisme sehingga perkembangan sel semakin meningkat dan bidang serap daun lebih yang mempengaruhi peningkatan luas daun, serta merangsang pertumbuhan akar tanaman, meningkatkan daya serap akar terhadap unsur hara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan bibit tanaman tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) pada lama perendaman bahan setek dalam larutan ZPT Atonik. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok 4 ulangan, dan 6 taraf lama perendaman setek tebu dalam larutan ZPT Atonik: P0 = control, P1 = 10 menit, P2 = 20 menit, P3 = 30 menit, P4 = 40 menit, dan P5 = 50 menit. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan uji ortogonal polinomial. Panjang bibit tebu meningkat 0,379 cm setiap pertambahan 10 menit lama perendaman setek tebu dalam larutan ZPT Atonik. Lama perendaman setek tebu satu mata tunas dalam larutan ZPT Atonik tidak menunjukan pengaruh terhadap persentase setek bertunas setek tebu, jumlah daun, diameter batang, dan berat basah bibit.
Klasifikasi Penyakit Stroke Menggunakan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN)
The application of the classification algorithm is one solution that is able to classify the symptoms of stroke. This symptom classification in the form of a predictive model can be used as an effort to detect stroke early. The algorithm applied to build the prediction model is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The KNN algorithm is proven to be able to predict the new test sample based on the Euclidean distance. The dataset consists of 5110 records, the attributes used are: gender, age, hypertension, heart_disease, ever_married, bmi, work_type, residence_type, Avg_glucosa_level, smoking_status, stroke group. The research stages are: Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Data Split, Application of the KNN Algorithm and Evaluation of KNN performance with confusion matrix and calculation of accuracy. The best KNN algorithm performance is obtained with a value of k = 5 and an accuracy of 93.54%.Penerapan algoritma klasifikasi merupakan salah satu solusi yang mampu mengklasifikasikan gejala penyakit stroke. Pengklasifikasian gejala ini dalam bentuk model prediksi dapat digunakan sebagai upaya deteksi dini penyakit stroke. Algoritma yang diterapkan untuk membangun model prediksi adalah K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Algoritma KNN terbukti mampu memprediksi sampel uji yang baru berdasarkan jarak euclidean. Dataset terdiri dari 5110 record, attribut yang digunakan adalah: gender, age, hypertension, heart_disease, ever_married, bmi, work_type, residence_type, Avg_glucosa_level, smoking_status, kelompok stroke. KOTAK SAMPAH PINTAR RANCANG BANGUN TEMPAT SAMPAH PINTAR BERBASIS IOT (DESIGN SMART GARBAGE BASED IOT) PADA PDAM WAY KOMERING, MARTAPURA, SUMATRA SELATAN: RANCANG BANGUN TEMPAT SAMPAH PINTAR BERBASIS IOT (DESIGN SMART GARBAGE BASED IOT) PADA PDAM WAY KOMERING, MARTAPURA, SUMATRA SELATAN
Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a waste emergency and it is very worrying. The amount of waste generated by the population in Indonesia reaches 189 thousand tons per day. The author proposes by utilizing internet of things (IoT) technology as a means to make it easier for employees and those closest to them to have high awareness of waste. The contribution of this design is based on 3 parties, namely students, PDAM Way Komering and Lampung State Polytechnic. For the design of this final project using the RAD method. With the creation of this system, it can facilitate the management and disposal of waste by officers and the surrounding community.Saat ini Indonesia sedang mengalami kondisi darurat sampah dan sangat mengkhawatirkan. Kondisi tersebut dapat di lihat dari tercemarnya lingkungan di kota-kota besar. jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan oleh penduduk di Indonesia mencapai 189 ribu ton per-hari. Penulis menawarkan sebuah inovasi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana sosialisasi yang dapat membantu pegawai dan masyarakat untuk membuang sampah pada tempat nya dan membuat kesadaran orang untuk membuang sampah itu tinggi. Maka penulis mengusulkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet of things (IoT) sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah pegawai dan orang orang terdekat mempunyai kesadaran tinggi terhadap sampah. Kontribusi rancangan ini di dasarkan ke 3 pihak yaitu Mahasiswa, PDAM Way Komering dan Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Untuk rancangan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode RAD. Dengan dibuatnya sistem tersebut dapat memudahkan pengelola dan pembuangan sampah oleh petugas dan masyarakat di sekitar
Evaluasi Biomassa dan Kandungan Nutrisi Magot (Hermetia illucens) Pada Media Budidaya yang Berbeda
Feed is a very important factor in the cultivation of fisheries and is the largest component, which is around 50-60% of production. One of the efforts to reduce feed costs is by using maggot as an alternative substitute for fish meal and can be given in the form of fresh to fish. Maggot (Hermetia illucens) is an organism originating from a black soldier egg known as a decaying organism because it consumes organic materials. The advantage of maggot is that it has anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties, so it does not cary a disease agent. Maggot has a crude protein content of 30-45%, so it is very potential as an alternative feed for fish. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of maggot culture media on biomass and maggot nutrient content. This activity was carried out at the Fisheries Laboratory of the Lampung State Polytechnic. The tools and materials used were maggot eggs, Palm Kernel Meal (PKM), fish waste, coconut cake and bran, digital scales, basins. The research method used was an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 levels and 3 repetitions, with treatment: A = PKM media, B = fish waste media, C =coconut cake media, D = bran media. The parameters observed were maggot biomass, maggot content and also maggot fatty acid. The results showed that the optimal media for biomass and maggot nutrient content were fish waste ( catfish fillet waste), which was maggot biomass of 435.2, with a protein content of 44.58%, 4.89% fat, crude fiber 8.02%, linolenic acid 1.98 and linoleic acid 3.67 Keywords: Biomass, cultivation media, maggot,nutrition conten
Pengaruh Asam Humat terhadap Karakteristik Morfologi Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) Varietas Bululawang
Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is a plantation crop that is used as raw material for the consumer sugar and industrial sugar. The need for sugar is increasing every year but is not matched by an increase in sugarcane production due to several factors including cultivation management that is not optimal. Sugarcane production begins with good nursery management, including using genetic of seeds and the right planting media. One alternative to improve the quality of growing media is to use humic acid (HA) as a soil enhancer. This study aims to determinate the effect of giving HA on the morphological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings of Bululawang variety (BL). This research was carried out in an integrated laboratory greenhouse at the Polytechnic LPP Yogyakarta from Maret to July 2021. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications consisting of P0 (control), P1 (25 ml.polybag-1), P2 (50 ml.polybag-1), P3 (75 ml.polybag-1), and P4 (100 ml.polybag-1). The morphological characteristics observed is plants height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (mm) and longest root length (cm). the results of the study were analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% level and continued using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Intensitas Aset Tetap, dan Leverage Terhadap Penghindaran Pajak Pada Perusahaan Sektor Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2019
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of profitability, intensity of fixed assets, and leverage on tax avoidance by focusing on manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2017 – 2019. Tax avoidance was a dependent variable, while profitability, fixed assets, and leverage were independent variables. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 54 companies with the observation period of three years in a row to produce a total of 162 samples. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on tax avoidance; intensity of fixed assets has an effect on tax avoidance, and leverage has an effect on tax avoidance.
Pengaruh Pemberian Mikro Organisme Lokal (MOL) Bonggol Pisang terhadap Pertumbuhan Stum Mata Tidur Karet (Hevea brasiliensis muell. Arg) Klon IRR 112 di Pollybag: The Effect of Giving Local Micro-Organisms (MOL) Banana Weevil on the Growth of Rubber Sleep Eye Stum (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) IRR 112 clone in Polybag
This study aimed to examine the effect of local microorganism (MOL) administration of banana weeds on the growth of rubber bed eye stumps (Hevea brasiliensis muell. Arg.) IRR 112 clone in polybags. The research was conducted in Sembawa Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The time of the research was started from January to April 2019. The research design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK), there were 6 treatments, namely P0 = 0% (Control); P1 = 10%; P2 = 20%; P3 = 30%; P4 = 40%; and P5 = 50% and 4. Each treatment consisted of 6 plants, so the number of plants studied was 96 plants (polybags). Each experimental treatment unit uses 2 sample plants. The research data were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by the BNJ test if the effect of treatment was real or very real. The observed variables were: shoot emergence (HST), shoot height (cm), shoot diameter (cm), number of leaves (strands) and root dry weight (g). Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it was concluded that the application of MOL banana weevil did not significantly affect the time of shoot height, shoot diameter, number of leaves, but had a significant effect on the time of shoot emergence and had a very significant effect on root dry weight. Treatment with 30% banana weevil MOL concentration tended to give the best results for shoots appearing 3.66 days after planting, shoot height 28.31 cm, stem diameter 0.375 cm, number of leaves 12.50 strands and root dry weight 2.29 g.Usaha mempercepat pertumbuhan okulasi dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh. MOL dapat diaplikasikan pada tanaman sebagai pupuk hayati, sebagai starter atau biang pengomposan bahan organik maupun sebagai bahan pestisida hayati terutama sebagai fungisida hayati. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pemberian mikro organisme lokal (MOL) bonggol pisang terhadap pertumbuhan stum mata tidur karet (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) klon IRR 112 di polybag. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sembawa, Sembawa, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan April 2019. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdapat 6 perlakuan yaitu P0 = 0% (Kontrol); P1 = 10%; P2 = 20%; P3 = 30%; P4 = 40%; dan P5 = 50% dan 4. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 6 tanaman, maka jumlah tanaman yang diteliti sebanyak 96 tanaman (polybag). Setiap satuan (unit) perlakuan percobaan menggunakan 2 tanaman contoh. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam yang dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ bila pengaruh perlakuan nyata atau sangat nyata. Peubah yang diamati yaitu : muncul tunas (hst), tinggi tunas (cm), diameter tunas (cm), jumlah daun (helai) dan berat kering akar (g). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemberian MOL bonggol pisang tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu tinggi tunas, diameter tunas, jumlah daun, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu muncul tunas dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat kering akar. Perlakuan konsentrasi MOL bonggol pisang 30% cenderung memberikan hasil yang terbaik terhadap muncul tunas 3,66 hst, tinggi tunas 28,31 cm, diameter batang 0,375 cm, jumlah daun 12,50 helai dan berat kering akar 2,29 g.

Respon Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max (L) Merrill) terhadap Perlakuan Pengolahan Tanah dan Jarak Tanam di Lahan Sawah Irigasi Teknis: Growth Response of Soybean (Glycine max (L) Merrill) to the Treatment of Soil Treatment and Planting Distance in Technical Irrigation Paid Land
This study aims to determine the response of the growth and production of soybean (Glycine max (L) merrill) to the treatment of tillage and plant spacing. This research was carried out in irrigated rice fields in Ketuan Jaya Village, Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency with an altitude of 110 meters above sea level (masl). The research was carried out from june to oktober 2020. This study used an experimental method with a Split Plot Design, which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of tillage treatment as the main plot and spacing as subplots. The factors that were tested were as follows: The first treatment was tillage (P) as the main plot consisting of 3 factors: P1 = No Tillage (TOT), P2 = minimum (minimum tillage) and P3 = maximum (maximum tillage) ). The second treatment was planting distance (J) as sub-plots consisting of: J1 = 30 cm x 10 cm, J2 = 30 cm x 20 cm and J3 = 30 cm x 30 cm. In this study, there were nine treatment combinations, each treatment was repeated three times to obtain 27 experimental units. The results of this study are; 1. The maximum tillage treatment (P2) gave the best results on the variables of number of pods, weight of 1000 grains, production of plots, weight of wet plant and dry plant weight. 2. Treatment with a spacing of 30 x 20 cm (J2) gave the best results on plant height, number of branches, number of pods, weight of wet plant and dry plant weight, while the best production variable was spacing of 30 x 30 cm, and 3. The combination of P3J2 treatment gave the best results on the number of branches, number of pods, weight of 1000 grains and production of plots.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan sawah irigasi di Desa Ketuan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas dengan ketinggian 110 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl). Penelitian dan kaji terap ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (Split Plot), yang disusun secara faktorial yang terdiri dari perlakukan pengolahan tanah sebagai petak utama dan jarak tanam sebagai anak petak. Adapun faktor yang dicobakan sebagai berikut : Perlakuan pertama adalah pengolahan tanah (P) sebagai petak utama terdiri dari 3 faktor: P1 =Tanpa Olah Tanah (TOT), P2 = minimum (minimum tillage) dan P3 = maximum (maksimum tillage). Perlakuan kedua adalah jarak tanam (J) sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari : J1 = 30 cm x 10 cm, J2 = 30 cm x 20 cm dan J3 = 30 cm x 30 cm. Pada penelitian ini terdapat sembilan kombinasi perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan diulang tiga kali sehingga didapat ke 27 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ; Perlakuan pengolahan tanah maximum (P3) memberikan hasil terbaik pada peubah jumlah polong, berat 1000 butir, produksi perpetak, berat berangkasan basah dan berat berangkasan kering. Perlakuan jarak tanam 30 x 20 cm (J2) memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah polong, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering tanaman, sedangkan untuk peubah produksi yang terbaik adalah jarak tanam 30 x 30 cm, dan Kombinasi perlakuan P3J2 memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah cabang, jumlah polong, berat 1000 butir dan produksi perpetak.

Inventarisasi Serangga Hama dan Penyakit pada Berbagai Galur Tanaman Padi : Inventory of Insect Pests and Diseases in Various Rice Crops
One of the limiting factors for increasing rice production is the level of pests and diseases that attack cultivated rice varieties. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of pests that attack several cultivated rice lines. This research was conducted in the Seed Teaching Farm of the Seed Technology Study Program, Department of Food Crops Cultivation, Lampung State Polytechnic. The research was carried out in August-December 2020. The treatment given was rice plant strains. The rice plant lines used in this study were assemblies of the Seed Technology Study Program at the State Polytechnic of Lampung, namely 14 New Type Rice Lines (PTB), namely Pandan Wangi (PW), Ciherang (CH), B1, B2, B3, B4, B7, D2, D3, F3, F4, H1, H4, K, and L2 with 2 superior varieties for comparison, namely Ciherang (CH) and Gilirang (Gil). Rice cultivation is done conventionally. Observations of plant pests and diseases were carried out at the age of the plant every 2 weeks after planting (WST) with an observation interval of 2 weeks. Observations were made by looking directly at 5 sample clusters.
The pests found were Nilapharvata lugens, Sogatella furcifera, Lasus lanio, Cnaphalocrosis medinalis, Scirpophaga incertulas, Mice, Xanthomonas oryzae bacterial leaf blight.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis hama yang menyerang pada beberapa galur padi yang dibudidayakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dilahan Seed Teaching Farm Program Studi Teknologi Perbenihan, Jurusan Budidaya Tanaman Pangan, Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2020. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah galur tanaman padi. Galur tanaman padi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan galur hasil rakitan Program Studi Teknologi Perbenihan Politeknik Negeri Lampung yaitu 14 galur - galur Padi Tipe Baru (PTB) yaitu Pandan Wangi (PW), Ciherang (CH), B1, B2, B3, B4, B7, D2, D3, F3, F4, H1, H4, K, dan L2 dengan 2 varietas unggul pembanding yaitu Ciherang (CH) dan Gilirang (Gil). Budidaya tanaman padi dilakukan secara konvensional. Pengamatan hama dan penyakit tanaman dilakukan pada umur tanaman setiap 2 minggu setelah tanam (mst) dengan interval pengamatan 2 minggu. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan melihat langsung pada 5 rumpun sampel. OPT yang ditemukan Nilapharvata lugens, Sogatella furcifera, Lasus lanio, Cnaphalocrosis medinalis, Scirpophaga incertulas, Tikus, Hawar daun bakteri Xanthomonas oryzae.
