PELATIHAN DIGITAL MARKETING SEBAGAI UPAYA PROMOSI PRODUK KAMPUNG KAKAO DI DESA SUNGAI LANGKA
Sungai Langka is one of the cocoa-producing villages in Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Rare River is designated as one of the cocoa-producing villages because it has many cocoa farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in Sungai Langka Village is the Mahesa Jaya, a farmer group. Sungai Langka is one of the tourist destinations in the Pesawaran district. Defined as a tourist village, of course, the Langka River has various supporting objects, including beautiful nature, friendly residents, cool air, unspoiled rice fields, and natural scenery. The developments in the field of information and communication technology at this time directly have a positive impact on various fields of life in society, one of which is the use of web-based media as a medium for disseminating information and communication. Cocoa farmer groups in Mahesa Jaya need to have the right media and gain additional knowledge and skills to improve their current skills, especially in the utilization and use of web-based digital media as a medium for the promotion and marketing of cocoa villages. Thus, in this community service activity, it is necessary to provide training, namely "Website Management as a Media Information and Promotion of Cocoa Village in Sungai Langka". Through this training activity, it is hoped that it can improve the understanding and skills of participants regarding website management and digital marketing of cocoa village
Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Balita Pada Posyandu Burung Elang Berbasis Website
At this time with the rapid development of technology, it requires that someone can complete most of the work efficiently by using a computer as an information system and data processing with a fast process. Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002 / RW.02 Ciracas East Jakarta is one of the posyandu that still uses manual data processing through the Maternal and Child Health Reporting book (KIA) and the Towards Healthy Card (KMS) in managing data recording new child data, weighing data, immunization data, calculating the age and nutritional status of children, and reporting between posyandu cadres and the health department. To achieve ease in efficient data processing at Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002 / RW.02, in overcoming this, a website-based information system is needed using the Waterfall method as a design method and PIECES as a method of analyzing work system identification and with UML modeling, which is built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this study produce a website-based information system that can manage data, calculate the age and nutritional status of children automatically, whether nutrition is included in the category, make it easier for parents to monitor child development as well as early registration for Posyandu activities and Posyandu cadres are facilitated in recording children and making reports on Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002 / RW.02 Ciracas.Pada saat ini dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat maka mengharuskan seseorang dapat menyelesaikan sebagian besar pekerjaan secara efisien dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai sistem informasi serta pengolahan data dengan proses yang cepat. Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002/RW.02 Ciracas Jakarta Timur salah satu posyandu yang masih menggunakan pengolahan data secara manual melalui buku Pelaporan Kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) dan Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) dalam mengelola data-data pencatatan data anak baru, data penimbangan, data imunisasi, perhitungan usia dan status gizi anak, dan pelaporan antar kader posyandu dengan dinas kesehatan. Untuk mencapai kemudahan dalam pengelolahan data yang efisien pada Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002/RW.02, dalam mengatasi hal tersebut maka diperlukan sistem informasi berbasis Website dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai metode perancangan serta PIECES sebagai metode analisa identifikasi sistem kerja dan dengan pemodelan UML, yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi yang berbasis Website yang dapat mengelola data, menghitung usia dan status gizi anak secata otomatis, apakah gizi masuk kedalam kategori, memudahkan orang tua dalam memantau perkembangan anak serta pendaftaran kegiatan Posyandu yang lebih awal dan kader posyandu dipermudahkan dalam mendata anak dan pembuatan laporan pada Posyandu Burung Elang RT.002/RW.02 Ciracas
Analisis Beban Kerja Tim Produksi Susu di PT XYZ
PT XYZ yang berfokus pada penggemukan sapi potong, kini memfokuskan usaha susu untuk menambah produk susu. Hal ini dikarenakan kualitas susu sapi olahan berupa susu rasa dan susu plain yang terus meningkat sehingga mengakibatkan permintaan susu juga meningkat. Peningkatan produksi susu harus diimbangi dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia agar beban kerja merata. Tujuan penyusunan karya ilmiah ini adalah menjelaskan deskripsi pekerjaan, menganalisis beban kerja, dan menentukam jumlah karyawan efektif bagi tim produksi susu sapi. Metode analisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah formulasi ABK sesuai keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor: KEP/75/M.PAN/2004. Deskripsi pekerjaan karyawan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan proses produksi susu rasa dan susu plain. Beban kerja tim produksi susu mencapai 14.169,6 jam/tahun dengan rata-rata 3.542,4 jam/tahun/orang. Kebutuhan jumlah karyawan efektif tim produksi susu mencapai delapan orang dari empat orang karyawan
JARINGAN RANTAI PASOK KOPI BIJI
Coffee agribusiness in Indonesia has grown rapidly in the last 5 years. This commodity has great potential to make a significant contribution to the post-pandemic national economic recovery (PEN) program. The results of previous studies showed that most of the coffee beans from farmers (56%) were sold in the form of dry beans (raw material), or in bulk. Meanwhile, the rapid progress of the tourism and creative economy sectors as well as the development of consumer preferences in the food and beverage business have been able to elevate premium coffee (picked red) into a potential new market for farmers. However, limited market access and supply chain systems as well as yield handling technology mean that this potential is only enjoyed by a small number of farmers. This study aims to: identify the coffee supply chain system from farmers to consumers (exporters/coffee processing industries) from West Lampung production centers to Bandar Lampung City. Based on the identification of the coffee bean supply chain system, there are eight streams of the coffee bean supply chain and several actors who are directly involved, namely farmers, collector traders, wholesalers, farmer groups, federate farmer groups, joint business groups, and consumers (exporters and industry). The results of calculations and analysis of economic added value show that most of the added value from the coffee bean supply chain channel is enjoyed by actors who are directly involved in the supply chain system. The largest value added recipients are farmers and the smallest value added recipients are collectors.

Komoditas ini memiliki potensi besar untuk berkontribusi signifikan dalam program pemulihan ekonomi nasional (PEN) pasca pandemi. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagain besar kopi biji petani (56%) dijual dalam bentuk biji kering asalan (raw material), atau curah. Semetara itu, kemajuan pesat sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif serta perkembangan preferensi konsumen dalam bisnis food and baverage telah mampu mengangkat kopi premium (petik merah) menjadi potensi pasar baru bagi petani. Namun, keterbatasan akses pasar dan sistem rantai pasok serta teknologi penanganan hasil menyebabkan potensi tersebut hanya dinikmati sebagian kecil petani. Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengidentifikasi jaringan rantai pasok kopi dari petani kepada konsumen (eksportir dan industri pengolahan kopi), dari sentra produksi Lampung Barat ke Kota Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi jaringan rantai pasok kopi biji terdapat delapan aliran rantai pasok kopi biji dan beberapa pelaku yang terlibat langsung yaitu petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar, kelompok tani, gabungan kelompok tani, kelompok usaha bersama, dan konsumen (eksportir dan industri pengolahan kopi). Hasil perhitungan dan analisis nilai tambah ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar nilai tambah dari saluran rantai pasok kopi biji dinikmati oleh para pelaku yang terlibat langsung dalam sistem rantai pasok. Penerima nilai tambah terbesar adalah petani dan penerima nilai tambah terkecil adalah pengepul.

Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan Tanaman Perkebunan di Kecamatan Selo Kabupaten Boyolali
Selo District has great potential for developing plantation crops; however, the amount of production still needs to grow. The purpose of this study is to determine the soil suitability class of plantation crops (arabica coffee, tobacco, cloves, cocoa, and tea), identify limiting factors in the study area, and suggest ways to overcome them to increase land suitability classes. The study was conducted in Selo District, Boyolali Regency from November 2022 - December 2022, and the Plant Ecology Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Diponegoro University. This study used an investigative method consisting of multiple stages, laboratory data analysis, and data processing. As a result, Selo District has actual land suitability N (not suitable) for Arabica coffee and Cocoa in all area tests. In contrast, tobacco, clove, and tea had suitability classes S3 (marginally appropriate) to N (not suitable). The limiting factors that dominate are air humidity, pH, C-organic, soil texture, and slope. Efforts can be made to improve the limiting factors in the area by adding fertiliser and organic matter, feeding dolomite, and making mounds. THE FERMENTED SWEET POTATO FLOUR
Sweet potatoes ( Ipomea batatas L.) is a source of carbohydrates. The high carbohydrate content makes sweet potatoes very potential to be processed into flour. However, naturally processed sweet potato flour has some drawbacks when applied to food. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to modify the processing process for sweet potato flour. One way to modify flour can be done by fermentation using Lactic Acid Bacteria (BAL). The principle of modification by fermentation in a spontaneous way that is thought to grow is Lactic Acid Bacteria (BAL) which produce pektinolytic and sellulolytic enzymes that can destroy the cell walls of yams so that starch hydrolysis occurs. In addition, the duration of fermentation will affect the fermentation results. APLIKASI PUPUK ZA DAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN BAWANG DAUN (Allium fistulosum L.)
This research was conducted in Marawi Village, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi from March to May 2022. This study aims to determine the best effect of ZA fertilizer dose, cow manure, and the interaction between the two on the growth and production of leek plants with a verticulture system. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, the first factor being ZA fertilizer application which consisted of three levels, namely control, dose of 300 kg/ha, and dose of 600 kg/ha. The second factor was the application of cow manure which consisted of three levels, namely the dose of 25 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and a dose of 20 tons/ha. There were 9 treatment combinations that were repeated 3 times, so that 27 experimental units were obtained. The results showed that there was an interaction between ZA fertilizer 600 kg/ha and cow manure at a dose of 20 tons/ha had a good effect on the average plant height of 43.90 cm and the longest root length of 26.90 cm. The application of ZA fertilizer 600 kg/ha had a good effect on the average growth of the number of leaves, namely 23.40 strands and the number of tillers per clump, namely 5.37 in leek plants. The application of cow manure 20 tons/ha had a good effect on the average fresh weight of plants per polybag, which was 195.04 g and plant consumption weight per polybag, which was 169.29 g on leks.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Marawi, Kabupaten Pinrang, Sulawesi Selatan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terbaik dosis pupuk ZA, pupuk kandang sapi, dan interaksi antara keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang daun dengan sistem vertikultur. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial yang terdiri 2 faktor, faktor pertama pemberian pupuk ZA yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu kontrol, dosis 300 kg/ha, dan dosis 600 kg/ha. Faktor kedua pemberian pupuk kandang sapi yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu dosis 10 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha, dan dosis 20 ton/ha. Terdapat 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali, sehingga diperoleh 27 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara pupuk ZA 600 kg/ha dan pupuk kandang sapi dengan dosis 20 ton/ha berpengaruh baik terhadap rata-rata tinggi tanaman yaitu 43,90 cm dan panjang akar terpanjang yaitu 26,90 cm. Pemberian pupuk ZA 600 kg/ha berpengaruh baik terhadap rata-rata pertumbuhan jumlah daun yaitu 23,40 helai dan jumlah anakan per rumpun yaitu 5,37 pada tanaman bawang daun. Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi 20 ton/ha berpengaruh baik rata-rata terhadap bobot segar tanaman per polybag yaitu 195,04 g dan bobot konsumsi tanaman per polybag yaitu 169,29 g pada tanaman bawang daun
PENDAMPINGAN KELOMPOK TANI PUJO MAKMUR KECAMATAN PADANG CERMIN DALAM MENDORONG INOVASI DAN DIVERSIFIKASI PRODUK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA
Buah pala memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk produk bernilai ekonomi, tetapi pada praktiknya, hanya biji dan fuli pala saja yang diambil untuk dijual setelah dijemur. Buah pala dan daun pala memiliki potensi untuk diolah menjadi permen pala dan teh herbal daun pala. Hal ini dikarenakan pala memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dan antioksidan yang baik untuk kesehatan. Petani pala Pujo Makmur menjadi mitra yang dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarkat berfokus pada diversifikasi produk pala untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan PKM akan dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data identifikasi dengan melakukan FGD (Focus Grup discussion), kemudian dianalisis SWOT. Kegiatan selanjutnya melaksanaan PKM dengan solusi yang dapat dilaksanakan. Metode ceramah dan observasi, kemudian praktik langsung pengolahan produk diversifikasi pala menjadi permen pala dan teh herbal daun pala. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara fleksibel antara praktik dan diskusi, kemudian dilakukan tingkat kesukaan pada produk yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menyatakan bahwa seluruh petani sangat antusias dan tertarik terhadap kegiatan PKM, kegiatan dapat diaplikasikan secara berlanjut kepada petani, dan pada pertemuan selanjutnya dapat dilaksanakan pendampingan digital marketing. Produk permen pala memiliki tingkat kesukaan (skor 4) yaitu suka terhadap aroma dan warna, sedangkan pada tingkat rasa sangat suka (skor 5). Adoption of Information and Communication Technology to Improve The Performance of Processed Food-Based Msmes In Lampung Province
The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the types and utilization of ICT, (2) analyzing business profits and the effect of ICT adoption on MSME revenue performance, and (3) analyzing factors affecting the ICT adoption of processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province. This research was conducted in Lampung Province, covering Bandar Lampung City, Central Lampung Regency, Pringsewu Regency, South Lampung Regency, Metro City, and Pesawaran Regency. Locasi is determined intentionally (purposive), considering that the location has adequate ICT facilities and access. The samples from this research were MSME actors in the production of superior processed foods, especially banana chips, cassava chips, emping melinjo, tempe chips, eyek-eyek, crackers, jackfruit chips, and kelanting based on the KJPU in Lampung Province. This study used a sample of 40 respondents. This research is a survey method. The data used in this study were divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The data are tabulated, mathematically analyzed, and statistically analyzed according to the purpose of the study. The results showed that the highest level of ICT use used by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province, namely mobile phones, reached 95%. The most widely used social media whatsapp reached 77.5%. The most widely used use of the marketplace is the shoppe marketplace, but the use of the marketplace as a marketing medium for processed food MSME products is relatively low, only reaching 30%. Internet usage is quite high, reaching 82.5% and respondents think that the internet has an important role in marketing products, communicating with customers, and finding packaging information and product labels. Adopsi of ICT by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province is still relatively low. Business revenues for processed food MSME actors were obtained by IDR 4,213,737.50, business profits obtained by IDR 2,448,951.73 in 2021. The level of ICT use has a significant influence on the performance of Processed Food MSMEs
APLIKASI SISTEM INSULASI PADA TRANSPORTASI TERTUTUTP TERHADAP TINGKAT KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP BENIH UDANG VANNAME (Litopenaeus vannamei)
Proses transportasi benur merupakan bagian penting dari kegiatan penyediaan benur secra kontinyu dan berkelanjutan. Permasalahan transportasi benur adalah ketidaktepatan didalam menggunakan metode trasnportasi tertutup pada benur, yang menyebabkan tingginya kematian benur ketika sampai di lokasi tambak. Pengemasan dengan sistem insulasi merupakan pilihan yang tepat digunakan untuk proses panen benur vaname, agar kondisi benur tetap sehat dan prima pada saat penerimaan di tambak atau konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pengemasan dengan sistem insulasi terhadap kondisi benur udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) pada saat penerimaan di tambak.Metode penelitian adalah studi lapang secara langsung. Wadah yang digunakan adalah container box berbahan plastik yang sudah di lapisi didalamnya menggunakan styrofoam yang berfungsi sebagai isolator panas untuk mencegah panas yang masuk kedalam kemasan. Beberapa parameter yang diamati adalah fluktuasi suhu kantong selama distribusi, kualiats air kantong penerimaan (suhu, DO, pH, TAN), stres test (formalin stres test dan salinity stres test ), SR, GVC (Green Vibrio Count) in water and Fry. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah ; fluktuasi suhu relatif stabil selama perjalanan, rata-rata 24,50C, rata-rata DO 19,98 mg/lt, rata-rata pH 7,22, rata-rata TAN 0,15 ppm, stres test (formalin stres test 98% dan salinity stres test 98%), GVC in water 4274 cfu/ml dan GVC in fry 17121cfu/gr. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disumpulkan bahwa pengemasan dengan sistem insulasi sangat baik diterapkan dalam rangkaian proses panen benur di hatchery dan transportasi
