    Efisiensi Teknis, Ekonomi, dan Alokatif Usahatani Jagung di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan

    South Lampung Regency is the center of corn production in Lampung Province. However, the low productivity of corn  due to the suboptimal allocation of production factors has affected the efficiency of corn farming production. This research aims to analyze the level of technical, allocative, and economical efficiency corn farming in South Lampung Regency. Two subdistricts in South Lampung Regency—Penengahan and Ketapang—that are major corn production hubs were used for data collection. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary. Primary data was obtained using a survey method, namely by directly interviewing corn farmers using a list of questions (a questionnaire) that has been provided. Secondary data were obtained from institutions or agencies related to this research. A simple random sampling method was used to choose up to 71 maize producers for the sample size. The Stochastic Frontier Cobb-Douglas production function is used in data analysis and is processed by the Frontier 4.1 application. The results show that corn farming was technically efficient but not allocatively or economically efficient.. The use of inputs appropriately and efficiently will reduce the use of excessive inputs, which can then be allocated to the purchase of other inputs that are less used, with the aim of achieving allocative and economic efficiency

    This research was conducted using a case study method that aims to conduct an analysis on the raw material procurement and production performance in the agroindustry of Kapal Lampung Brand ground coffee and the agroindustry of Intan Brand ground coffee in Bandar Lampung City. The two locations of this research were purposefully selected based on the purpose of comparing two ground coffee agroindustries that compete with each other in two different regions and the length of time since the business was established. Research data was collected for one month, from December 2021 to January 2022. Analysis of raw material procurement is carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis based on the six precise aspects of quantity, quality, place, time, price, and type. Analysis of production performance is carried out by quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis based on the aspects of productivity, capacity, quality, delivery speed, flexibility, and process speed. This research shows that the raw material procurement activities in two coffee powder agroindustries are not as precise as expected in terms of price. Overall, the production performance of both ground agroindustries does not belong in the good category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku dan kinerja produksi pada agroindustri kopi bubuk Cap Kapal Lampung dan agroindustri kopi bubuk Cap Intan di Kota Bandar Lampung.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei.  Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan untuk membandingkan dua agroindustri kopi bubuk yang saling bersaing satu sama lain di dua wilayah yang berbeda serta lama waktu berdirinya usaha.  Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2022.  Pengadaan bahan baku menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan aspek 6 tepat yaitu tepat jumlah, kualitas, tempat, waktu, harga, dan jenis.  Kinerja produksi menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan aspek produktivitas, kapasitas, kualitas, kecepatan pengiriman, fleksibilitas, dan kecepatan proses.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan bahan baku pada kedua agroindustri kopi bubuk belum sesuai dengan aspek tepat harga.  Secara keseluruhan, kinerja produksi pada kedua agroindustri kopi bubuk belum dalam kategori baik

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of asset structure and sales growth on capital structure with business risk as a moderating variable by focusing on LQ45 indexed companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015-2018. Capital structure was a dependent variable, while asset structure and sales growth were independent variables and business risk was a moderating variable. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sampel of 26 companies during the observation period of 4 years in a row to produce a tatal of 104 samples and 81 for samples after data transformation. The analysis technique used in this research used SPSS 22 version with multiple linier regresision analysis. The results of this study indicate that asset structure does not effect on capital structure, sales growth has an effect on capital structure, business risk can not moderated effect between asset structure with capital structure and business risk can moderated effect between sales growth with capital structure

    Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Pakcoy (Brassica campestris var. chinensis) Pada Berbagai Jenis Nutrisi dan Konsentrasi Pupuk Daun dengan Sistem Hidroponik NFT

    One of the keys to successful pakcoy hydroponic cultivation is nutrition. In addition to AB Mix nutrients, sources of nutrients from single fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and foliar fertilizers can also be used as hydroponic nutrition alternatives. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction of nutrient treatment and foliar fertilizer concentration, to obtain the best type of nutrition, and to obtain the best concentration of foliar fertilizer on growth and yield of pakcoy with the NFT hydroponic system. This research was carried out in greenhouse of Polihidro Farm, Lampung State Polytechnic in June-August 2022. This research used Split Plot Randomized Block Design with the main plot, namely type of nutritions consist of AB Mix 10 ml.l-1 (N1) nutrients, NPK 16 - 16 – 16 2.5 g.l-1 (N2), and nutrients ZA : TSP : KCl (1 g.l-1 : 0.5 g.l-1 : 0.5 g.l-1 ) (N3). Subplots namely foliar fertilizer concentration consist of 0.5 g.l-1 (P1), 1 g.l-1 (P2), 1.5 g.l-1 (P3), 2 g.l-1 (P4), 2.5 g.l-1 (P5), and 3 g.l -1 (P6). The results showed that there was no interaction between type of nutrient and concentration of foliar fertilizer. AB Mix Nutrition 10 ml.l-1 provides the best growth and yield for pakcoy plants. The concentration of foliar fertilizer had no significant effect on growth and yield of pakcoy

    Pengaruh Spektrum Cahaya dan Lama Perendaman Benih Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Microgreen Bunga Matahari (Helianthus annuus L.)

    Sunflowers are plants from the Asteraceae family which are popular as ornamental plants, as well as consumed in the form of microgreens. The problem with microgreen cultivation is that it requires light as a substitute for sunlight and is difficult to imbibition because it has a hard skin. The aims of this study were (1) to obtain the best light spectrum color on the growth and yield of sunflower microgreens, (2) to obtain the best soaking time for sunflower microgreen growth and yields, (3) to obtain the best interaction of light spectrum treatments and soaking time seed. The research method was arranged using a split plot experimental design in a randomized block design with 3 repetitions. The main plot are the light spectrum and the sub plots are the soaking time of the seeds. Variables observed: germination time, germination percentage, germination rate, microgreen height, sample weight per plot. The results showed that the white light spectrum produced the best germination percentage and germination rate, while the blue light spectrum produced the best microgreen height. Seed soaking time of 12 hours produced the best percentage of germination, germination rate, and weight per plot, while soaking time of 24 hours produced the best germination time and microgreen height. Blue light spectrum and 24 hours soaking time produced the best interaction on microgreen height, and weight per plot. White light spectrum and 12-hour soaking produced the best interaction on germination percentage

    Human resources (HR) is the key to business success, so HR must be supported by a strong information system. This is done to measure system availability to find out a low level of availability. so that the quality used can be measured in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, usability testing is used. This test will use instrument testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This usability test determines how easy the system is to use. It is hoped that the system to be built will facilitate access to human resource services. Utilizing the SUS calculation, this test involves six participants with a rating scale of 1-5. The results show that the system is considered good and feasible to use with a score of SUS 70.Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah kunci keberhasilan bisnis, jadi SDM harus didukung oleh sistem informasi yang kuat. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengukur ketersediaan sistem untuk mengetahui tingkat ketersediaan yang rendah. agar kualitas yang digunakan dapat diukur sesuai dengan persyaratan. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pengujian usability. Pengujian ini akan menggunakan pengujian instrumen yang menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). The features in the Back-End Design for the Android-Based Trash-Mate Waste Bank Application are login, Customer Data, Admin Data, Trash Data, Trash Pickup, Balance Withdrawal, and Log-Out. Basically, a waste bank is a program where waste will be collected and sorted, then the waste will be exchanged for money. The remaining waste will be weighed and valued at a certain amount, then sold to factories that have partnered with waste banks.Trash-Mate adalah aplikasi Bank Sampah yang dapat menjadi media informasi serta memudahkan proses transaksi nasabah Bank Sampah secara lebih praktis dan efektif, untuk membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi pengelolaan sampah pada Bank Sampah dari jarak jauh melalui aplikasi android.     Care inining environmental sustainability in the future, is essential to show care for the surrounding living environment. Early education on environmental protection can help cultivate a love of nature. We proposed in this research to develop a game-based technology that teaches love of the environment by helping people play with plants. The Game Development Life Cycle process (GDLC) is used, with an Alpha stage test of 83.33 and a Beta stage test from 77.93. The results of research show that these gamification techniques are accepted by the public, especially children of early age.    Kepedulian dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di masa depan, sangat penting untuk menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup sekitar. Pendidikan awal tentang perlindungan lingkungan dapat membantu menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap alam. Kami mengusulkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah teknologi berbasis game yang mengajarkan cinta lingkungan dengan membantu orang bermain dengan tanaman. Proses Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) digunakan, dengan uji tahap Alpha sebesar 83,33 dan uji tahap Beta sebesar 77,93.     Sistem Informasi Monitoring Proyek Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus: PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia)

    The 4.0 era of technology really supports companies to maximize work, one of which is in the form of project monitoring. The current condition of the ongoing project monitoring or monitoring process at PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (EDII) still does not have its own system, so currently the project team at PT EDII in working on client project reporting still uses data storage via Google Drive and data processing. google sheet form, so that employees need more time in supervising project workers and reporting the progress of ongoing projects. The tool in question is in the form of a monitoring dashboard project or a project management information system specifically for PT EDII in monitoring and controlling projects in the form of website-based applications using the PHP programming language and the use of the MySQL database. This system aims for the monitoring team in working on ongoing projects in order to create good and structured work results in the appeal of company targets. In the analysis of system design using PIECES analysis and software development methods using the Waterfall method. The results of this study are the creation of a project monitoring system with features in the form of client data management, project work, and employee data management. Kondisi saat ini proses pemantauan atau monitoring proyek yang sedang berjalan di PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (EDII) masih belum memiliki sistem sendiri, sehingga saat ini para tim proyek di PT EDII dalam pengerjaan pelaporan proyek client masih menggunakan penyimpanan data melalui google drive dan pengolahan data bentuk google sheet, sehingga karyawan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak dalam mengawasi pekerja proyek dan melakukan pelaporan progress proyek yang sedang berjalan. Alat bantu yang dimaksud berupa dashboard monitoring proyek atau sistem informasi manajemen proyek yang dikhususkan untuk PT EDII dalam melakukan pemantauan dan pengendalian proyek berupa aplikasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan penggunaan database MySQL. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk monitoring team dalam mengerjakan proyek yang sedang berjalan agar menciptakan hasil kerja yang baik dan terstruktur dalam pencapaian target perusahaan. Pada analisis perancangan sistem menggunakan analisis PIECES dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terciptanya sistem monitoring proyek dengan fitur berupa pengelolaan data client, pengerjaan proyek, pengelola data karyawan.   Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring Proyek, PHP, Waterfal

    Analisis Usaha Susu Kambing di XYZ

    Susu kambing adalah salah satu produk yang diproduksi oleh XYZ. Proses produksi susu kambing di XYZ memerlukan biaya dalam pengadaan input yang banyak sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi besar. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses produksi susu kambing, menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, keuntungan, R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, dan Break Even Point (BEP). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan proses produksi susu kambing di XYZ meliputi persiapan lahan dan kandang kambing, pembelian kambing, pemberian pakan dan minum kambing, perawatan kambing, pemerahan susu, pasteurisasi susu, dan pengemasan. Biaya total yang digunakan dalam usaha susu kambing di XYZ Tahun 2018 adalah Rp188.062.000, Tahun 2019 adalah Rp181.116.000, dan Tahun 2020 adalah Rp178.500.000. Keuntungan yang diperoleh pada Tahun 2018 sebesar Rp52.838.000, Tahun 2019 diperoleh Rp37.884.000, dan Tahun 2020 diperoleh keuntungan Rp18.600.000. R/C Ratio pada Tahun 2018 sebesar 1,28 dan B/C Ratio sebesar 0,28, R/C Ratio Tahun 2019 sebesar 1,21 dan B/C Ratio sebesar 0,21, R/C Ratio Tahun 2020 sebesar 1,10 dan B/C Ratio sebesar 0,10. Tahun 2018 diperoleh BEP unit 4.121 liter dan BEP rupiah Rp111.382.000.000, Tahun 2019 diperoleh BEP unit 4.344 liter dan BEP rupiah sebesar Rp139.227.500, dan Tahun 2020 diperoleh BEP unit 4.925 liter dan BEP rupiah sebesar Rp139.227.500
