Biasa nya Loker hanya menggunakan kartu atau kunci yang bisa jadi gampang untuk dibongkar oleh oknum kejahatan.     Bio-oil can be produced from biomass which has the potential to become an environmentally friendly renewable energy source. Most of the biomass is found as organic waste or used as mulch. Therefore, this renewable energy source needs to be developed so that its utilization can be maximized as a promising energy source with a catalytic pyrolysis process. The raw material used in this research is empty palm fruit bunches (EFB). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of catalytic pyrolysis temperature on pyrolysis products in the form of char, bio-oil and gas. The experiment was carried out at various temperatures of 300°C, 350°C and 400°C using Al white catalyst. The ratio of Al white catalyst with EFB is 1:2 mixed with the catalyst in the pyrolysis reactor. The desired temperature for the pyrolysis process can be set on the reactor temperature controller. The results showed that the optimum bio-oil production rate of 55.81% was obtained from samples at 350 °C. Bio-oil in this study was divided into BO (bio-oil in the oil phase) and BA (bio-oil in the liquid phase). In this study the bio-oil obtained at process temperatures of 300°C, 350°C and 400°C were 45.28%, 55.81% and 47.40%, with a heating rate of 5.93°C/minute , 6.11 °C/minute, and 6.68 °C/minute and the density of bio-oil ranges from 1.114–1.264 g/ml. BO products are thicker than BA products. BO viscosity is higher at high pyrolysis temperature as well. The most char products at 300oC and the most gas products at 400oC. The higher the pyrolysis temperature, the more gas will be produced.     The increasing growth of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia has resulted in an increasing demand for liquid sugar. The development of liquid sugar based on white glutinous rice flour is an alternative solution to the problem of meeting the demand for liquid sugar in Indonesia. The high starch content in glutinous rice flour can be converted into liquid sugar by liquification and saccharification processes with the help of enzymes. The concentration of white glutinous rice flour and enzymes in the process of making liquid sugar greatly affects the quality and quantity of sugar produced. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal substrate and enzyme concentrations in the manufacture of liquid sugar made from white glutinous rice flour using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Parameters that were optimized were substrate concentration (30 – 50%) and alpha-amylase and glucoamylase enzyme volume (0.3 -0.5 mL). Optimization results were successfully achieved with the Central Composite Design (CCD) statistical experimental design, namely the white glutinous rice flour substrate concentration of 42.29% and the volume of alpha-amylase and glucoamylase enzymes of 0.46 mL with a reducing sugar content of 35.5%, the value is close to the predicted value and can verify the suitability of the model.Meningkatnya pertumbuhan industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia mengakibatkan permintaan terhadap gula cair semakin meningkat. Pengembangan gula cair berbahan dasar tepung ketan putih merupakan salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gula cair di Indonesia. Kandungan pati yang tinggi pada tepung ketan dapat diubah menjadi gula cair dengan proses liquifikasi dan sakarifikasi dengan bantuan enzim. Konsentrasi substrat tepung ketan putih dan enzim dalam proses pembuatan gula cair sangat mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas gula yang dihasilkan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan konsentrasi substrat dan enzim yang optimal dalam pembuatan gula cair berbahan baku tepung ketan putih menggunakan Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Parameter yang dioptimasi adalah konsentrasi substrat (30 – 50%) dan volume enzim alfa-amilase dan glukoamilase (0,3 -0,5 mL). Hasil optimasi yang berhasil dicapai dengan desain eksperimen statistik Central Composit Design (CCD) yaitu konsentrasi substrat tepung ketan putih 42,29% dan volume enzim alfa-amilase dan glukoamilase sebesar 0,46 mL dengan kadar gula pereduksi yang dihasilkan sebesar 35,5%, nilai tersebut mendekati nilai prediksi dan dapat memverifikasi kesesuaian model

    Salah satu basis kegiatan pendaratan ikan terbesar di Kalimantan Barat yaitu ada di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Pemangkat. PPN Pemangkat merupakan daerah yang potensial bagi kegiatan perikanan laut sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan melalui peningkatan produksi perikanan. Alat tangkap yang paling banyak digunakan untuk operasi penangkapan pada PPN Pemangkat adalah purse seine pelagis kecil. KM. Usaha Jaya III dengan basis pangkalan di PPN Pemangkat merupakan kapal yang aktif menangkap ikan dengan purse seine yang daerah penangkapannya di Perairan Natuna. Pengumpulann data dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer dan data sekunder.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung tingkat produktivitas kapal purse seine KM. Usaha Jaya III. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan november 2016 sampai dengan bulan januari 2017. Metode analisis data yang diambil menurut KEPMEN-KP No.86 tahun 2016 tentang produktivitas kapal purse seine.     This study aims to study the effect of adding a mixture of sago flour and purple sweet potato flour on various levels of physical and chemical characteristics of the resulting analogue rice. The results showed that the addition of purple sweet potato flour and sago flour had a significant effect on the analysis of fat content, protein content, antioxidant activity, and amylose content while it had no significant effect on water content, ash content. The best product based on the organoleptic test of analog rice was analog rice product in treatment A (45% addition of sweet potato flour and 5% sago flour). The results of the analysis of treatment A (addition of 45% purple sweet potato flour and 5% sago flour) are 6.51% water content, 1.17% ash content, 1.11% fat content, 3.55% protein content, antioxidant activity 23 ,43%, amylose content 30.92%, gelatinization temperature of 70.4 ° C

    Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) is a beverage crop with high economic value. Provision of natural PGR, namely red unions, which will be extracted. This study aimed to determine the effect of red onionxtract (Allium cepa L.) as a growth regulator on cocoa seeds. The research was conducted at a screen house at the Polytechnic of Agricultural Development Manokwari (Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Manokwari). The study method used was a completely randomized design (CRD), using five treatments and 20 replications, so the number of samples was 100 seeds. The treatments tested on cocoa plant seeds P0 (control), P1 (25% concentration of red onion extract), P2 (50% concentration of red onion extract), P3 (75% concentration of red onion extract), and P4 (100% concentration of red onion extract). The measurement variables included germination percentage, plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, and seedling growth percentage. Differences in the concentration of growth regulators of red onion extract had a significantly different effect on seedling percentage and seed growth percentage and had a significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves of cocoa seedlings.     This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) concentration in rabbit urine on the growth and yield of green beans plants. The research used a simple randomized block design consisting of five treatments and repeated five times. Treatment consists of: A (dose 5 ml/liter), B (dose 15 ml/liter), C (dose 25 ml/liter), D (dose 35 ml/liter), E (dose 45 ml/liter); and plant response variables consist of: plant height, plant dry weight, number of pods per plant, pod weight per plant, pod length per plant. The research results showed that the application of different concentrations of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer had the same effect on plant height and plant length per plant but had a different effect on plant dry weight, number of pods per plant, and pod weight per green beans plant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok sederhana terdiri dari lima perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak lima kali. Perlakuan terdiri dari: A (dosis 5 ml/liter), B (dosis 15 ml/liter), C (dosis 25 ml/liter), D (dosis 35 ml/liter), E (dosis 45 ml/liter); dan variabel respon tanaman terdiri dari: tinggi tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot polong per tanaman, panjang polong per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang sama terhadap tinggi tanaman dan panjang tanaman per tanaman tetapi memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap bobot kering tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, dan bobot polong per tanaman bunci

    Penerapan Pembelajaran Tata Cara Haji Menggunakan Augmented Reality

    The majority of the population in Indonesia is of Islamic faith. Hajj is a form of worship in Islam with its own rules and regulations, consisting of conditions and pillars that must be performed perfectly. However, in reality, many Indonesian pilgrims still don't fully understand the procedures of Hajj. Therefore, one solution to overcome the limitations of the required media for learning Hajj rituals is by combining the Android platform and Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality (AR) involves the virtualization of digital information or computer-generated content such as audio, video, images, and touch, making it seem as though they exist in the real-world environment. Augmented reality finds applications in various fields, particularly in education, such as the Hajj pilgrimage rituals. By merging real and virtual objects, 3D objects are displayed using markers. These markers, detected by Android smartphone cameras, display their corresponding 3D objects during the Hajj rituals. This is the foundation for researchers to implement a learning method for Hajj rituals using Android-based smartphones with Augmented Reality technology. Using smartphones makes it more convenient and flexible, and by incorporating Augmented Reality technology, it adds an interesting and enjoyable element to the learning process. The objective of this research is to implement augmented reality technology, particularly for Hajj pilgrims, in order to assist them in comprehending the methods of performing the Hajj pilgrimage in an engaging and easily understandable manner. The application allows users to view animated video models and textual explanations of the Hajj rituals.Mayoritas penduduk di Indonesia adalah beragama Islam. Haji adalah bentuk ibadah pada agama Islam dalam aturan dan ketentuannya memiliki syarat dan rukun yang harus dilakukan dengan sempurna. Namun kenyataannya masih banyak jemaah haji Indonesia yang masih belum sepenuhnya memahami tata cara haji. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan media yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran ibadah haji yaitu dengan menggabungkan platform android dan teknologi Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality (AR) adalah Virtualisasi Ini membuat informasi digital atau yang dihasilkan komputer seperti audio, video, gambar, dan sentuhan seolah-olah itu adalah lingkungan dunia nyata. Augmented reality banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti bidang pembelajaran khususnya manasik haji. Menggabungkan objek nyata dan virtual menciptakan objek 3D yang ditampilkan menggunakan penanda. Marker yang terdeteksi oleh kamera smartphone Android menunjukkan objek 3D miliknya pada manasik haji. Hal inilah yang mendasari peneliti untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran Manasik Haji dengan media handphone berbasis android dengan teknologi Augmented Reality. Dimana dengan adanya handphone akan lebih mudah dan fleksibel untuk digunakan, serta dengan menggabungkan teknologi Augmented Reality yang akan memberikan efek yang menarik dan menyenangkan saat mempelajarinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapakan teknologi augmented reality khususnya bagi jemaah haji supaya bisa membantu memahami cara melaksanakan ibadah haji dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah dipahami.     One of the main tasks and functions (Tupoksi) of Communications and Informatics Department of Bandar Lampung City (DISKOMINFO) in the field of information and communication is implementing policies and establishing the authority of the city government through collaboration with the mass media. Proposing cooperation by the mass media requires representatives of the media to come to DISKOMINFO of Bandar Lampung City and meet with Public Relations to propose for cooperation. Furthermore, the Public Relations department will manage the incoming proposal data. Collaboration data management still uses Microsoft Excel which allowing for data redundancy. Therefore, a system that can manage this collaboration data is really needed. The aim of this research is to produce a Web-Based Collaboration Information System at DISKOMINFO of Bandar Lampung City which can make it easier for department heads to monitor the collaboration proposal process, make it easier for Public Relations to manage collaboration proposal data and make it easier for the media in the process of submitting collaboration proposals.Salah satu tugas pokok dan fungsi (Tupoksi) DISKOMINFO Kota Bandar Lampung pada bidang Informasi dan komunikasi adalah melaksanakan kebijakan danmembentuk kewenangan pemerintah kota melalui kerjasama dengan media massa.Pengajuan kerjasama oleh media massa mengharuskan perwakilan pihak media datang ke DISKOMINFO Kota Bandar Lampung dan menemui Humas untuk menyerahkan proposal pengajuan kerjasama.     Telang Flower Extract (Clitoria Ternatea) as Antioxidant in Snack Sticks

    Telang flower (Clitoria ternatea) is a flower that can be grown as an ornamental plant or as a wild plant. It has long been used in traditional medicine and as a food coloring because it contains a number of active ingredients with pharmacological potential. Snack sticks can improve organoleptic quality and antioxidant activity content, this study aims to determine the organoleptic quality, and antioxidant activity content and to find out how to make snack sticks against the addition of telang flower extract as an antioxidant on snack sticks. The study method used was an experimental method of Completely Randomized Design (CRD).The sudy method used was the completely randomized design (CRD) experimental method, organoleptic tests and antioxidant tests using the DPPH method and the Duncan method with 5 treatments and 3 replications resulting in 15 experimental units with each experiment, namely P0 = no treatment, P1 = 10g telang flower extract + 100ml water, P2 = 20g extract telang flower + 100ml water, P3 = 30g telang flower extract + 100ml water, P4 = 40g telang flower extract + 100ml water. The results showed that the P4 treatment (40g telang flower extract + 100ml water) gave the best results on organoleptic quality with an average score of 11.6, and the best content of antioxidant activity was found in P4 treatment with an amount of 103.52 ppm.Telang flower (Clitoria ternatea) is a flower that can be grown as an ornamental plant or as a wild plant.
