Get PDFThis article, which derived from the research project New pedagogies in the teaching of singing in the formative context of the School of Arts and Music of the Sergio Arboleda University, aimed to investigate proprioceptive mechanisms and the degrees of internal awareness developed by singers in training within a collective learning experience was. The results, analyzed from a hermeneutic position, expose the reflections, dilemmas and achievements originated in the process of construction of one\u27s corporeality and the different adjustments and perceptive developments for an adequate articulation between the voice and the body. The conclusions highlight the importance of proprioception as social and intersubjective learning through an internalization process in which the singer’s subjectivity to express their inner world is valued.Este artículo, derivado del proyecto investigativo Nuevas pedagogías en la enseñanza del canto en el contexto formativo de la Escuela de Artes y Música de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda, tuvo como objetivo indagar sobre los distintos mecanismos propioceptivos y los diferentes grados de conciencia interna desarrollados por cantantes en formación dentro de una experiencia colectiva de aprendizaje. Los resultados, analizados desde una postura hermenéutica, arrojan las reflexiones, dilemas y logros originados en el proceso de construcción de la propia corporalidad y los distintos ajustes y desarrollos perceptivos para una adecuada articulación entre la voz y el cuerpo. Las conclusiones destacan la importancia de la propiocepción como un aprendizaje social e intersubjetivo a través de un proceso de internalización en el cual cobra valor la reivindicación de la subjetividad del cantante para expresar su mundo interior

Cartografías de la ciencia política argentina: Un análisis de sus espacios de producción/circulación
Get PDFThis paper aimed to map the current state of the structures of political science production and circulation in Argentina. This type of analysis is part of a series of studies that have analyzed the forms that peripheral science has adopted, its styles of production and publication circuits. We sought to answer a simple question that has complex answers: where does Argentina\u27s political science publish and what characteristics do its researchers present - considering trajectories, strategies, and profiles - at CONICET? To this end, we analyzed the trajectories of 148 CONICET researchers in order to understand their publication practices and positioning in the Argentinean scientific field. At the same time, we examined the publication space of political science journals, their circuits and circulation orientations. Political Science in Argentina has a dynamic and consolidated structure. The historical trend that guided the trajectories of agents towards international spaces is contrasted with a recent trend of graduating from national universities and entering a scientific career at CONICET. Beyond the scientific policies of decentralization of science and technology activities, the concentration of research capacities in metropolitan areas is almost absolute. In the case of political science, the UBA-UNSAM-UNR node centralizes the largest number of researchers and, therefore, of political science production in the country.El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo realizar un mapeo del estado actual de las estructuras de producción y circulación politológica en Argentina. Este tipo de análisis se inserta dentro de una serie de estudios que han analizado las formas que ha adoptado la ciencia periférica, sus estilos de producción y circuitos de publicación. Buscamos responder una sencilla pregunta que posee respuestas complejas: ¿dónde publica la ciencia política de Argentina y qué características presentan sus investigadores/as —considerando trayectorias, estrategias y perfiles— en el CONICET? Para ello, analizamos la trayectoria de 148 investigadores/as del CONICET con el fin de comprender sus prácticas de publicación y posicionamiento en el campo científico argentino. Al mismo tiempo, examinamos el espacio de publicación de revistas de ciencia política, sus circuitos y orientaciones de circulación. Se encontró que más allá de las políticas científicas de descentralización de las actividades de ciencia y técnica, la concentración de capacidades de investigación en las zonas metropolitanas es casi absoluta. Para el caso de la ciencia política, el nodo UBA-UNSAM-UNR centraliza la mayor cantidad de investigadores/as y, por tanto, de producción politológica del país
Deconstruyendo el yo disciplinar: el vínculo entre ciencia política y teoría política en América Latina
Get PDFThis article reflects on the relationship between political science and political theory in Latin America. On the one hand, we argue that the way political theory is treated by mainstream political science reveals some of the most problematic ‘personality traits’ of the latter. On the other hand, we suggest that – if allowed – political theory can contribute to maintain and cultivate pluralism in the discipline, thus strengthening its democratic imagination. Hence, we contend that there is much at stake in the relationship between political science and political theory in the region. Although the article draws on research agendas focused on critical theory and on the study of power and knowledge dynamics within political science, we also offer an experiential and subjective perspective that we deem necessary to underscore. We aim to foster debate and to generate the conditions for political theory to be heard.Este artículo reflexiona sobre el vínculo entre ciencia política y teoría política en América Latina. Por un lado, argumentamos que, en el modo en que trata a ‘la teoría’, la ciencia política dominante revela algunos de sus ‘rasgos de personalidad’ más problemáticos. Por otro lado, proponemos que la teoría política —siempre y cuando se le permita— puede contribuir a custodiar y cultivar el pluralismo de la disciplina y, por ende, a potenciar su imaginación democrática. En otras palabras, hay mucho en juego en el vínculo en cuestión. El texto se nutre de nuestras agendas de investigación en teoría crítica y sobre la relación entre poder y conocimiento en la ciencia política. Pero el trabajo tiene asimismo una dimensión experiencial y subjetiva que no solo no pretendemos disimular, sino que queremos subrayar. Entre la migración y la resistencia en contextos de crisis
Get PDFSince the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, the Venezuelan educational sector’s situation, especially higher education, has not been easy. The policies in higher education of the revolution led to a stagnation of the most recognized universities. Not to mention the growth of student dropouts and the teachers’ position at the university level, which continues to be one of the most precarious in terms of income and working conditions. Against this background, the teaching staff at all levels of training faces one of these three paths: resist from the classroom, with the risks that this implies, resign from their jobs due to the impossibility of being able to attend their jobs, or migrate with the hope of continuing to perform in this profession and contribute to the rescue of democracy from exile, which is difficult given the many obstacles. In this sense, this article aims to reflect on Venezuelan intellectual migration and its causes to foster future research on the interpretative frameworks that present a distinction between skilled and unskilled migration. At the same time, the unions’ situation in Venezuela demands a reinterpretation of the concepts as they are in a gray area far from international protection in a differentiated way.Desde la llegada de la Revolución Bolivariana, la situación del sector educativo venezolano, especialmente el de la educación superior no ha sido fácil. Las políticas en educación superior de la revolución llevaron a un estancamiento de las universidades más reconocidas, sin mencionar el crecimiento de la deserción estudiantil y la situación de las y los profesores a nivel universitario que sigue siendo una de las más precarias en cuanto a ingresos y condiciones de trabajo. Ante este panorama, quienes trabajan en la academia se enfrentan a uno de estos tres caminos: resistir desde las aulas —con los riesgos que ello implica—, renunciar a sus empleos ante la imposibilidad de poder asistir a sus trabajos, o migrar con la esperanza de seguir desempeñándose en este oficio y aportar al rescate de la democracia desde el exilio, lo cual resulta difícil ante los múltiples obstáculos que se presentan. En este sentido, el presente artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre la migración intelectual venezolana y sus causas, con el propósito de propiciar en futuras investigaciones la discusión sobre los marcos interpretativos que presentan una distinción entre migración calificada y no calificada, por cuanto la situación de este gremio en Venezuela reclama una reinterpretación de los conceptos al encontrarse en una zona gris lejos de la protección internacionales de forma diferenciada

Get PDFThe starting point is the dual option of approaching the study of law. On the one hand, the mechanistic vision, which leads to posing the law as something pure, which cannot be related to the natural or social sciences. On the other hand, the systemic vision, which implies understanding the object of study in interrelation with the environment. As a starting point, the second option is taken, confronting the purist thoughts in favor of a vision of the object of study, not as something static in space and treated as a thing, but dynamic that manifests itself in time and behave as a process, which is part of that environment constituting a larger system, and that by considering process, elements of the environment become part of that system and elements of the system become part of the environment, and both the environment determines the system and the system the environment. Law is considered a dimensional system and therefore inseparable from the social system; but, in addition, both law and society, have, and require to exist, a substrate where human beings are found as biological entities, natural resources and the planet. Therefore, the social system as a communicational system cannot be confused with the grouping of human beings, or with the physical space where human beings exist, it cannot be forgotten that this real system constitutes the substrate of the communicational system; being the thing itself, of which the social system is the phenomenon or as if.El punto de partida es la doble opción de abordar el estudio del derecho. De un lado la división mecanicista, que conduce a plantear el derecho como algo puro, al que no se le puede relacionar con las ciencias naturales ni sociales. De otro lado, la visión sistémica, que implica comprender el objeto de estudio en interrelación con el entorno. Se toma partida por la segunda, enfrentando los pensamientos puristas a favor de una visión del objeto de estudio, no como algo que yace en el espacio, sino como algo dinámico, que se manifiesta en el tiempo y se comporta como proceso, que hace parte de ese entorno constituyendo un sistema mayor, y que por la consideración de proceso, elementos del entorno pasan a hacer parte de ese sistema y elementos del sistema pasan a hacer parte del entorno, y que tanto el entorno determina al sistema como el sistema al entorno. El derecho es considerado no como parte del sistema social, sino como una dimensión de dicho sistema y, por ello, inseparable del sistema social; pero, además, tanto el derecho como la sociedad tienen, y requieren para existir, un sustrato donde se encuentran los seres humanos como entidades biológicas, los recursos naturales y el planeta. Por consiguiente, si bien no se puede confundir el sistema social en tanto sistema comunicacional con la agrupación de seres humanos ni con el espacio físico donde existen los seres humanos, no se puede perder de vista que ese sistema físico constituye el sustrato del sistema comunicacional; siendo la cosa en sí, de la cual el sistema social es el fenómeno o el como sí, un mundo construido a partir de la representación del mundo físico
