Новые атрибуции древнейших пергаменных рукописей: новгородская минея XII в. особой редакции
Get PDFThe article discusses the actual questions of clarification of composition and attribution of the oldest East Slavic manuscript heritage in the libraries of Moscow and St. Petersburg. On the basis of comparison of palaeographical, codicological and textual data there is made a conclusion that two separate manuscript fragments RSL, M. 1337 and NLR, Sof. 199 belong to the one codex. That manuscript was a two months worship Service Menaia for March-April written by a scriber for St. George monastery in Novgorod approximately in 1119. On the basis of palaeographic analysis of manuscript there is made significant conclusion on the very important features of the Old Russian script in Novgorod of that time.В статье затрагиваются актуальные вопросы уточнения состава и атрибуции древнейшего восточнославянского рукописного наследия, находящегося в библиотеках Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга. На основании палеографических, кодикологических и текстологических данных делается вывод о принадлежности до сих пор не связываемых фрагментов рукописей Российской государственной библиотеки (РГБ) - М. 1337 и Российской национальной библиотеки (РНБ) - Соф. 199 одному кодексу богослужебной двухмесячной минеи на март-апрель и о его возможном создании одним писцом ок. 1119 г. для новгородского Юрьева монастыря. В результате анализа палеографических данных рукописи делаются важные выводы о датирующих признаках, характерных для новгородских рукописей этого времени

Get PDFThere is presented compilation of three articles published on the IFLA website: Information on the release of IFLA Statement on the Right to be Forgotten [1]; IFLA Statement on the Right to be Forgotten [2]; Reference material “Background: The Right to be Forgotten in National and Regional Contexts” [3]. The “Right to be Forgotten” refers to an individual’s ability to request that a search engine (or other data provider) removes links to information about himself or herself from search results. IFLA’s Governing Board has approved Statement on the “Right to be Forgotten” jointly drafted by members of the IFLA Freedom of Access to Information and Freedom of Expression (FAIFE) committee and the Copyright and Other Legal Matters (CLM) committee. The Statement highlights crucial issues (the integrity of and access to the historical record, freedom of access to information and freedom of expression, etc.), that should be considered by libraries in terms of individual data privacy. The Statement identifies areas of concern that could have negative effects on long-term access to information. IFLA has noted the global application of the Right to be Forgotten within court rulings and legislation and has also issued a background paper as reference material

Get PDFThe paper summarizes the results of the first phase of study of the possessory unique collection of books and printed music “Collection from the Library of the Irkutsk Musicologist Vladimir Fedorovich Sukhinenko”, stored in the holdings of the Sector of rare books and manuscripts of the Library of the Pedagogical Institute of Irkutsk State University. For the first time there is revealed the structure and content of the library of musicologist, and there is given the general description of its value. Special attention is paid to the lifetime editions of the printed music by P.I. Tchaikovsky in possessory binding. On the basis of bibliological analysis there was determined that the unique copy belonged to the representative of Irkutsk eminent dynasty, hereditary hono-rary citizen of Irkutsk the musician Ivan Apollonovich Belogolovyi.В статье подводятся итоги первого этапа изучения уникальной владельческой коллекции книг и нот «Собрание из библиотеки иркутского музыковеда Владимира Федоровича Сухиненко», хранящейся в фонде Сектора редких книг и рукописей библиотеки Педагогического института Иркутского государственного университета. Впервые раскрывается состав и содержание библиотеки музыковеда, дана общая характеристика ее ценности. Особое внимание уделяется прижизненным изданиям нот П.И. Чайковского во владельческом переплете. На основе книговедческого анализа определена принадлежность уникального экземпляра представителю именитой иркутской династии, потомственному почетному гражданину г. Иркутска, музыканту Ивану Аполлоновичу Белоголовому

Get PDFThere are considered two directions of the General universal bibliography of periodicals in Russia - recording of the Russian-language publications issued abroad, and publications in the different regions of Russia. In the first direction it is pointed out the project of the online “Union catalog of the periodicals of Russia abroad” on the website “Emigrantika. Russia Abroad”, implemented by the staff of the A. Solzhenitsyn House of Russia Abroad. The second direction emphasizes the importance of interregional bibliographic resources. In the conclusion there is given general overview of the development of bibliography of periodicals and outlined the main challenges to its theory and practice.Рассматриваются два направления общей универсальной библиографии периодики в России - учет русскоязычных изданий, выпущенных за рубежом, и изданий отдельных регионов России. В рамках первого направления отмечается проект онлайнового «Сводного каталога периодики русского зарубежья» на сайте «Эмигрантика.ru. Русское зарубежье», реализуемый сотрудниками Дома русского зарубежья им. А. Солженицына. По второму направлению подчеркивается особое значение межрегиональных библиографических ресурсов. Подведены общие итоги развития библиографии периодики и намечены основные задачи в области ее теории и практики

A brief historical insight allows to identify the basic factual outline of bibliography events of Yakutia.В статье сделан анализ развития библиографии в Республике Саха (Якутия). Рассмотрены основные периоды подготовки и издания библиографических пособий в 1922-2000 годах. Приведены в хронологии и по тематике конкретные библиографические пособия и их составители. Рассказывается о создании Национальной библиотеки Республики Саха (Якутия). Краткий исторический экскурс позволяет определить основную фактографическую канву библиографических событий Якутии

Get PDFReview of the scientific auxiliary Bibliographic Index “Domestic Bibliographers and Researchers in the area of Bibliography Science: Index of Documentary Sources and Literature on Life and Activities, 1917-2014” [1]. In the review there is highlighted the uniqueness of the publication, performed in the new genre of polybiobibliographic Index of the documentary sources published in the period of 1917-2014. It is noted that the major part of the Index is compiled of 954 personal “nests” of the Russian bibliographers, beginning from the eighteenth century to the present time, regardless of the extent of their popularity. Moreover, there is given structural and substantial analysis of the methodical features of the guide, specified criteria for selection of material, analyzed its advantages and noted some shortcomings.Рецензия на книгу «Отечественные библиографы и библиографоведы : указатель док. источников и лит. о жизни и деятельности, 1917-2014» [1]. В рецензии на научно-вспомогательный библиографический указатель «Отечественные библиографы и библиографоведы» отмечается уникальность издания, выполненного в новом жанре полибиобиблио-графического указателя документальных ресурсов, опубликованных в 1917-2014 годы. Отмечается, что основную часть указателя составляют 954 персональных «гнезда» из числа отечественных библиографов, начиная с XVIII в. и до настоящего времени, независимо от степени их известности. Кроме того, дан структурно-содержательный анализ методических особенностей пособия, критериев отбора материала, проанализированы его достоинства и отмечены отдельные недостатки

Get PDFThe article refers to Ivan Vtorov, the famous bibliophile of the Volga region, to his passion for reading, to the way how he assembled his library. The article describes the activity of son of I.A. Vtorov - Nikolay Ivanovich, who granted the book collection of his father to the city of Kazan for the organization of public library; and he continued to send books for twenty years and contributed to the opening of the library. The article reveals the significance of this book collection, that served as the basis of library stocks of the Kazan City Public Library - nowadays the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan - and played an important role in the formation and development of the Library. There are considered chronological boundaries and characteristics of the unique composition of the book collection of I.A. Vtorov. There are traced the main stages of study of the private library of I.A. Vtorov, and there are marked perspectives of the further research work.В статье говорится об известном поволжском библиофиле Иване Алексеевиче Второве, о его страсти к чтению, о возникновении и составе его библиотеки. Рассказывается о сыне И.А. Второва Николае Ивановиче, передавшем городу Казани книги отца, продолжавшем присылать их в течение двадцати лет, способствуя организации и открытию публичной библиотеки. Данная книжная коллекция, послужившая основой фонда Казанской городской публичной (общественной) библиотеки - ныне Национальной библиотеки Республики Татарстан, - сыграла важную роль в ее становлении и развитии. Даны хронологические границы и характеристика уникального по своему составу книжного собрания И.А. Второва. Прослеживаются основные этапы изучения личной библиотеки И.А. Второва, отмечена перспективность дальнейшей поисковой работы

Get PDFAt present, the bibliography at the international level is mainly regulated by the IFLA - International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions. The article examines and compares the main development trends of bibliographic activities abroad, regulated by the IFLA Bibliography Section, and in Russia. The attention is focused on the organizational and technological problems of Russian biblio-graphy, primarily, the current national and retrospective bibliography, as well as the problems of bibliographic description and recording of electronic network resources.На современном этапе библиографическая деятельность на международном уровне регламентируется в основном ИФЛА - Международной федерацией библиотечных ассоциаций и учреждений. В статье рассматриваются и сопоставляются основные тенденции развития зарубежной библиографической деятельности, регламентируемой Секцией библиографии ИФЛА, и отечественной. Акцентируется внимание на организационных и технологических проблемах российской библиографии, в первую очередь текущей национальной (государственной) и ретроспективной библиографии, а также проблемах библиографического описания и оформления электронных сетевых ресурсов
